3:31 a.m. M/V acciddent at 96 Elliot St. Car vs. tree. Ambulance sent and police report taken.

6:58 a.m. Malicious damage to M/V on Centre Street. Caller states someone slashed her tire and scratched her car.

7:52 a.m. Larceny/forgery/fraud at Crescent Credit Union, 835 Oak St. Caller states there is a female party that found a savings passbook account and he allegedly crossed out the name on the book and put in his. Now he is trying to close out the account. James Wong, 39, of Brockton was charged with utter false document and attempting to commit a crime.

8:00 a.m. Suspicious M/V on Walnut Street. A white male with white hair in his 60s and driving a small Toyota pick-up truck, almost everyday follows the caller walking her children to school and then follows her home or is at her house before she gets there. One day he asked her if he could come in her house. Caller states he is always in the neighborhood picking up women who hang on the corner. Donald B. McLeod, 73, of East Weymouth was charged with criminal harassment.
