Attempting 2nd call back. Possible male party on line just keeps saying “help me.” Third callback female party states her boyfriend caught her cheating and he put his hand through TV and cut his thumb. Report taken.

5:42 a.m. Malicious damage M/V. 715 Ash St. Window shattered.

7:06 a.m. B&E M/V. 40 Reservoir St. Broke window. Radio and CDs taken.

8:42 a.m. Code enforcement. Patriot Convenience. 963 Main St. Court complaint on the gambling machines allegedly found in the establishment. Two video poker machines and one 25 cent ledge game.

9:55 a.m. A&B dangerous weapon—knife. 933 Warren Ave., Apt. 3. Party states his girlfriend allegedly stabbed him in the hand. Girlfriend states on 911 her boyfriend allegedly choked and punched her in the face. She states she stabbed him to defend herself. She is coming to the lobby. Chanelle Blevines, 22, of 933 Warren Ave., Apt. 3, Brockton was charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon.

10:55 a.m. Police officer has a prisoner. Brockton District Court. 215 Main St. Kerilynne Rae Labossiere, 23, of 200 Warren Ave., Apt. 2, Brockton was charged with possession to distribute counterfeit drug.

12:19 p.m. Man with a gun. 46 Ford St., Apt. 1. Caller reports a man allegedly just pulled a gun on him, tried to push him down the stairs, and also hit the caller. Chukwudi Onujioju, 24, of 46 Ford St., Apt. 1, Brockton was charged with attempt to commit crime.

12:03 a.m. Welfare check. Champion Fuel. 633 Warren Ave. Caller states a Hispanic male inside a large SUV is allegedly passed out with the door open in the area of above. Citation issued. Manuel Grandazumba, 22, of 29 Somerset Place, Brockton was charged with unlicensed operation of M/V.

12:25 a.m. A&B dangerous weapon. Brockton Hospital. 680 Centre St. Hospital reports a 35-year-old male walked into the ER with a stab wound to the back. Man states it happened some place in Brockton. Wound is non-life threatening.

8:45 a.m. Keep the peace. 30 Banks St. Water department is on the scene to shut off water. Party on the premises allegedly is getting abusive. Water department reports it sent 3 notices to property owners asking permission to enter property to replace water meter. Owner has not responded and confronted them on their last attempt. Per city ordinance water department has shut off water to the building until meter can be changed.

9:00 a.m. Domestic violence investigate. 243 Belmont St., Apt. 1. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly assaulted her yesterday and she now has a bump on her head. She alleges he is in an OCC program and has an ankle bracelet. Tony Gomes, 20, of 243 Belmont St., Apt. 1, Brockton was charged with A&B and threat to commit crime.

10:15 a.m. Disturbance. 106 School St. & 165 Montello St. Assist meter maid in the paid lot.

11:01 a.m. Code enforcement. Dunkin’ Donuts. 1280 Belmont. License Commission inspection for common victualers license for 24-hour operation request with commission. Officer reports inspection was completed and they have not had a license to have sit-down seating since March, 2011. Officer states they never changed the license from the old owners to the new owners. They have been operating for the past 18 days in 2012 with no license and they are now just coming up for a new license. They have not had inspections from the various departments and the license will not be issue at tonight’s meeting. They have been informed they are not licensed for sit-down dining and that the area for sit-down dining is to be closed and roped off with a sign stating no sit-down and tak- out only as of 1-19-2012, or fines will be assessed.

12:02 p.m. Code enforcement. Avon Auto Brokers. 987 Belmont St. Officer reports vehicles on the grass area not in compliance with the plan submitted by the operator. The flag signs displayed are not in keeping with the zoning that was given to the business.

12:06 p.m. Violation of 209A. 72 Denton St., Apt. 2. Caller states she has a 209A order against male who allegedly is calling her and calling her names. Joao Carvalho, 36, of 589 N. Montello St., Apt. 1, Brockton was charged with violating an abuse prevention order.

12:52 p.m. Code enforcement. Joe Angelo’s Café. 11 Crescent St. Officer reports while conducting a License Commission inspection 4 video poker machines allegedly were found in a separate room with people drinking, smoking and gambling. Sergeant responded and a full report given to License Commission.

1:55 p.m. Code enforcement. Patriot Convenience. 963 Main St. Officer reports mext in line request to tow 3 illegal gambling machines allegedly found on premises. Gambling machines are to be towed to the police station for investigation seizure. Charges to follow.

2:00 p.m. Larceny investigation. 446 Main St., Apt. 1. Caller states his roommate allegedly strong-armed him and took his money. Caller states he doesn’t have a found—party sounds a little confused. Andrew Sivertsen, 51, of 446 Main St., Apt. 1, Brockton was charged with larceny over $250.

3:58 p.m. Domestic violence call. 40 Ford St., Apt. 4. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly tried breaking into the house and is outside smashing windows on the caller’s car. Wallace Fincher, 28, of 40 Douglas St., Winthrop was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon and A&B.

5:26 p.m. A&B in progress. 800 Main St. People fighting out front. Caller states a white Corolla allegedly was chasing her in her vehicle. She states they pulled up to her car and hit it with a crowbar. She is stopped at above. Caller gave PD license plate #. Andrew Licciardi, 20, 104 Leach Ave., Brockton was charged with malicious damage to M/V.

6:49 p.m. Assist other agency. 30 Banks St. Assist the water department at above. They need to turn the water back on.

6:56 p.m. B&E investigate. 15 Exchange St., Apt. 1. Caller just came home and found the door broken. Second B&E in 3 days. BCI dispatched for prints.

8:34 p.m. A&B investigate. BAT Bus Terminal, 10 Commercial St. Caller states she allegedly was assaulted on the BAT bus. Juvenile arrest, 15-year-old, charged with A&B.

8:39 p.m. Gun shots call. 135 Edward St. White Nissan just drove by and shot at the house. Caller is following them. Caller was sitting in the driveway at the time.

8:50 p.m. A&B investigate. 121 Walnut St. Caller is at the ER and wants to report a female allegedly assaulted her. Ashley Rose Harrison, 21, of 121 Walnut St., Brockton was charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon.

9:33 p.m. Robbery. Walgreens. 880 N. Montello St. White female wearing a blue and white jacket and jeans stated she had a gun. Unknown if on foot or in M/V or which direction she fled.

TUESDAY, JANUARY 17, 2012


12:07 a.m. Carjacking. Hess gas station. 261 N. Main St. Caller states he allegedly was just robbed by a tall Hispanic male wearing a red puffy jacket with a hoodie. Caller states he had a black gun and took his black Dodge pickup truck. Fled south. Asdrubal Cruz, 34, of 14 Enterprise St., Brockton was charged with larceny of a M/V, operating a M/V with a suspended license, 3 counts of leaving the scene of property damage, and reckless operation of M/V.

12:23 a.m. Fire—structure. 41 Snell St., Apt. 3. Caller states she can smell smoke in the house coming from the 3rd floor and thinks the house is on fire. Fire sent. Caller called back and said 3rd floor was cooking and burned food. FD reports 3rd floor tenant is warming the apartment by using the stove and a pot of boiling water. The pan ran out of water and caused smoke, but no working fire.

4:18 a.m. B&E M/V investigated. 74 Dover St., Apt. 1. Vehicle ransacked.

5:29 a.m. Domestic violence call. 81 Colonel Bell Dr., Apt. 2. Caller is in the parking lot of Sam’s Food Mart on Pleasant Street. He states a female was running down the street and he pulled over to help. He said the woman was with her boyfriend at the above location. She said the boyfriend is allegedly drunk and that he locked her in a room, punched her in the nose, beat and choked her, and put her in a cold shower. She states he would not let her leave and when she tried to “escape” he chased her with a knife. Victim taken to Good Samaritan for injuries. Jose Santos, 25, of 81 Colonel Bell Dr., Apt. 2, Brockton was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, two counts A&B, violation of an abuse prevention order, and intimidating a witness.

9:33 a.m. M/V stop. 111 Legion Parkway. Marc Senatus, 39, of 16 Sycamore St., Brockton was charged with subsequent offense operating M/V with a suspended license and failure to stop/yield.

10:07 a.m. Larceny investigation. 200 Warren Ave., Apt. 2. Second floor side door. Stolen EBT card.

11:39 a.m. Fire—other. 7 Gammon St. Grill is on fire and it is next to the house. Fire en route.

12:03 p.m. B&E in progress. 25 Fairmount Ave. Neighbor reports parties allegedly are breaking in and taking items with a two-wheeler from a vacant brown shingled house on the corner. Caller cannot see the vehicle because it is on the other side. Caller states they just boarded up the house yesterday. Brian E. Watts, 46, of 111 Ford St., Apt. 2, Brockton was charged with felony B&E in the daytime and larceny from a building.

12:08 p.m. B&E attempted. 15 Exchange St., Apt. 1. Caller states 3 males attempted to B&E her apartment this morning and smashed her windows. Upstairs neighbor heard windows break and yelled out at parties who fled.

12:12 p.m. M/V accident with injuries. 264 Linwood St. & 69 Colleen Dr. Car vs. tree.

12:54 p.m. B&E M/V investigation. 60 Reservoir St., Apt. 411. Caller states his white, 1989 BMW was broken into.

1:44 p.m. Larceny investigation. 561 N. Montello St. Stolen catalytic converters.

3:06 p.m. B&E investigate. 920 Crescent St., Apt. 3. Someone kicked in her door. Stole a safe.

3:39 p.m. B&E investigate. 318 Moraine St. Someone broke in through the basement window. Stole video box and laptop.

4:04 p.m. Larceny investigation. Brockton Housing Authority. 45 Goddard Road, Apt. 705. Female caller said per prior conversation with sergeant she is reporting that a female known to her is allegedly taking money from her 89-year-old father. Laura Rivera, 53, of 493 Pine St., Bridgewater was charged with unarmed robbery of a person 60 or over, felony B&E in the daytime—person in fear, A&B on a person 60 or over/elder/disabled, and larceny over $250 by single scheme.

4:35 p.m. B&E investigate. 158 Market St., Apt. 1. Caller states 1st and 2nd floor apartments were broken into. They kicked in the door. Stole computer.

4:45 p.m. Check property. 524 N. Montello St. Check fenced in lot across from Modern Auto Body. Four catalytic converters stolen off parked vehicles.

5:30 p.m. Domestic violence call. Crescent Avenue. Caller states 13-year-old sister allegedly held a knife to caller and her caller’s friend with a chair. They are both 15. Mother was not home at the time, but just came in. Juvenile arrest, 13-year-old, charged with 2 counts of A&B with dangerous weapon and assault with a dangerous weapon.

5:45 p.m. Violation of 209A investigation. 25 Holbrook Ave., Apt.SF. Caller states this morning her husband allegedly was following her around and when she went to the gas station he yelled to her, “hey.” Frederick E. Washington, Jr., 49, of 49 Battles St., Brockton was charged with 3 counts of violating an abuse prevention order.

8:39 p.m. Domestic violence call. Terminal Place. Caller reports her 13-year-old daughter alleged had a knife and threatened to kill the caller. She then locked herself in her room. Juvenile arrest, 13-year-old, charged with assault with dangerous weapon and 2 counts of threat to commit crime.

8:40 p.m. Man with a gun. 255 Centre St. Caller states there is a group of kids in front of her house and a heavy set black male is calling her son’s telephone saying he has an AKA. Her son has a problem with this male who lives on Stillman Avenue. Report of a small black vehicle, possibly a Honda, fired one shot at group and fled toward Sylvester Street. Detectives are out at 97 Stillman with a vehicle fitting the description. Area searched. Spoke with parents.

8:45 p.m. Gun possession incident. 76 Manchester St. & 262 Centre St. Small black car with 3 males inside fired about three shots at someone who is running. They keep circling the area. Same as 8:40 p.m. call.

10:01 p.m. B&E in progress. 140 Walnut St. Party states 2 ladies and 2 men just broke into his apartment. Caller states they were driving a bluish-green car.

10:23 p.m. M/V stop. 124 Main St. & 55 Lawrence St. Laura Gardner, 39, of 39 Arthur St., Brockton was charged with operating a M/V with license suspended for OUI and motor vehicle rules & regulations.

10:44 p.m. Disturbance. 426 W. Elm St. Caller reports a blue or black Infiniti allegedly is trying to run her off the road and following her. Caller is in lobby. Victor Lopes, 48, of 182 N. Main St., Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace and resisting arrest.

12:01 a.m. Prowler. 25 Old Farm Lane. Caller states she believes there was someone in her pool shed. She believes they ran out and jumped a fence, but is unsure. Homeless people sleeping in the woods behind her home.

1:02 a.m. M/V stop. 32 Belmont St. Dustin Barcus, 27, of 43 Williams Ave., Boston was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, failure to stop/yield, and one-way violation.

10:16 a.m. B&E investigate. 101 Newbury St. Smashed window. Tools were taken.

11:17 a.m. Domestic violence call. 84 Colonel Bell Dr., Apt. 14. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly started flipping and punched her. He is a white male, bald, has scars on his face, and wearing a Red Sox jacket. Jason Charles Dorosz, 25 Bennett St., Brockton was charged with A&B and disturbing the peace.

12:12 p.m. M/V accident with injuries. 78 Court St. & Montello Street. Car vs. car.

12:25 p.m. Assist fire or ambulance. 30 Meadowbrook Road. AMR ambulance looking for assistance with a drunk party they need to take to the hospital.

1:58 p.m. Larceny/forgery/fraud. 42 Dewey Ave. Caller reports her mother allegedly used her name and Social Security # to open a Verizon account and an $1,800 bill. Teresa Cassidy, 51, of 24 Veteran’s Way, Gloucester was charged with larceny over $250 by false pretense.

2:10 p.m. M/V accident—pedestrian. Speedee Oil Change. 800 Crescent St. Elderly female hit by a M/V in the parking lot.

3:38 p.m. Animal complaint. 28 Clifford Ave. Brockton Fire Department requesting animal control. Officer reports 35 “Cape Verde pigeons” kept in a coop in the basement. Animal control officer notified agricultural department because the birds had entered this country within the last 6 weeks by an unknown method, according to tenant who was reached by telephone. Tenant will have them moved after they are inspected by the agriculture department tomorrow.

3:54 p.m. Animal Control. 21 Pennsylvania Ave. Caller reports there is a dog fenced in her back yard and the dog don’t belong to her.

4:23 p.m. B&E investigate. 154 Myrtle St., Apt. 1. Entry through bathroom window. TV, other items missing. BCI notified for photos and prints.

5:33 p.m. Disturbance. 16 Casieri Court. Caller states her fiancée, 55-year-old Jeffrey Kane is moving out. She states there is a breathalyzer in her vehicle that he is allegedly taking a piece of so she cannot have it removed. Male party allegedly is in the background threatening PD and stating they better bring “all their ammo” because he has been in prison for 7 years and he doesn’t care. Caller is crying and very upset. Caller states he just walked away with her breathalyzer toward Prospect Street.

7:20 p.m. Disturbance. 57 Division St. Caller reports his neighbor is out front yelling and threatening him. Police checked neighbor’s home which was completely left open and it was empty. Neighbor not around at this time.

7:22 p.m. Malicious damage investigation. 255 Centre St., Apt. B. Front window shattered.

7:44 p.m. Threats see the complainant. 57 Division St. Caller states neighbor is back stating she “is going to get him” any way she can. Officer reports this time police were able to speak with the neighbor. She states the caller won’t leave her alone. Both neighbors have been spoken to.

9:58 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner. 1015 N. Main St. & 21 Locust St. Sirena Parker, 30, of 145 Ellsworth St., Brockton was arrested and charged with sexual conduct for fee. Samantha A. Rothwell, 26, of 54 N. Main St., Brockton was charged with common nightwalker.

11:03 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner. 589 N. Main St. & 17 Annis Ave. Emma Vazquez, 25, of 807 N. Montello St., Brockton was charged with sexual conduct for a fee and foreign warrant.

11:36 p.m. Welfare check. 18 Bedford St. Caller states there was a male party in the street screaming. She states she saw him getting beat up. She thinks he went into the above address. Mee King delivery states he was robbed at gunpoint by two masked males. Unknown race. Believes they both were carrying guns. States they fled into woods at above location. Numerous cruisers respond and search the area.

11:46 p.m. Robbery. Stop & Shop. 932 N. Montello St. Caller states an elderly female who was sitting in her car had her pocketbook stolen by a male and female who went into the car. Female is still in the parking lot.

12:04 a.m. Malicious damage investigation. Kingdom Quality Barber. 286 Main St. Someone threw a rock through front window. Owner on scene.

12:28 a.m. Gunshots call. 17 Brett St. Four gunshots toward W. Elm Street. Didn’t see anything. Area checked with negative results.

12:31 a.m. Domestic violence investigate. Brockton PD. 7 Commercial St. Manuel Goncalves, 20, of 17 Clarence St., Apt. 3, Brockton was charged with A&B.

1:34 a.m. Domestic violence call. 47 Highland St. Female states she was just bailed out, came home and a male party known to her allegedly just pushed her. She wants him removed. Joseph Michael Quirk, 45, of 47 Highland St., Apt. 3, Brockton was charged with A&B.

4:48 a.m. M/V stop. 10 Wyman St. Mark M. Goncalves, 32, of 126 Tribou St., Apt. 1, Brockton was charged with operating a M/V with a suspended license and improper operation of M/V.

5:37 a.m. 911 Hang up. 291 Pleasant St. Female called crying and states she is at above location, there are allegedly drunk people in her apartment and she needs help. Caller spoke Spanish and hung up when she was transferred to a translator. No answer on call back. Franklin T. Garces, 35, of 291 Pleasant St., Apt. 2, Brockton was charged with A&B and intimidating a witness.

8:24 a.m. Malicious damage M/V. 47 Blaine St. Window smashed.

10:35 a.m. Larceny investigation. Stop & Shop. 932 N. Montello St. Caller reports a tall, white, bald male with blonde hair on the sides allegedly grabbing her purse. States he fled in a gray Ford Focus. Will be at customer service desk. Officer reports victim no longer on scene, however left contact info. All employees stated she was with two other people and they all seemed “off.” Video does not show any purse being taken, however it shows two people outside of the store attacking the supposed suspect’s vehicle. The two parties outside state the vehicle attempted to run them down, but the video shows the vehicle leaving and trying to avoid one of the parties running at his vehicle and punching it. Under investigation.

3:00 p.m. B&E investigation. 244 Market St. Vehicle broken into. Stolen documents and registration.

4:07 p.m. A&B investigate. MainSpring House. 54 N. Main St. Caller dialed 911. He states he was allegedly assaulted by four males—two white, two black. Unknown which way they left. He states they hurt his leg. Report taken.

4:23 p.m. B&E investigate. 74 Ford St. Caller states the front door has been kicked in. Plymouth BCI dispatched.

5:12 p.m. Larceny/forgery/fraud. 40 Highland St. Caller reports a female got out of the cab and allegedly didn’t pay the fare. Donna J. Maloney, 47, of 40 Highland St., Apt. 3, Brockton was charged with larceny under $250.

6:13 p.m. Domestic violence investigate. N. Ash St. 14-year-old juvenile charged with A&B. Juvenile transported to Brockton Hospital ER for evaluation.

9:47 p.m. A&B investigate. 110 Myrtle St., Apt. 3. Caller states the neighbor on the second floor came to the door, yelled at her about the loud music, and then allegedly punched her in the face. Matter settled.

10:52 p.m. Robbery. Walgreens. 25 Oak St. Ext. Caller reports a male stated he had a gun and told cashier to put the money in a bag. Suspect described as Hispanic male, in his 20s, about 5-feet, 6-inches tall, wearing a black hoodie, black Yankees hat, and patchy facial hair. Unknown if fled on foot or in vehicle.

SATURDAY, JANUARY 14, 2012


1:13 a.m. Morabeza Restaurant and Pub. 581 Main St. Caller states he is security at above. States 3 people are fighting and he would like an officer to come down for assistance. Matter settled.

2:17 a.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. Brockton Hospital. 680 Centre St. Caller is a nurse who reports a patient is drunk, being physical and she would like an officer to remove him. Party was placed in cab for ride home.

7:23 a.m. Recovered stolen M/V. Lithuanian Village Café. 128 Ames St. Caller states vehicle sitting in parking lot for the last couple of days. License plate # given to PD.

7:34 a.m. Code enforcement. 34 Petronelli Way. Officer reports he is out with Hercules Construction on the board up of the old Tekoah. They are going to finish the building. Need to check and make sure not squatters gotten in. Building buttoned up tight.

9:34 a.m. B&E investigate. 86 N. Ash St. Caller reports a neighbor’s house is empty and the front door is wide open. Party wants an officer to check out the property. They’re unable to reach the homeowner. Officer reports home has two broken front windows. Home was searched and secured. Will contact homeowner upon his return. Under investigation.

9:52 a.m. B&E M/V investigation. 305 Chatham West Dr. Passenger’s side window smashed, dash board torn apart and the stereo taken. BCI notified.

11:31 a.m. Code enforcement. Patriot Convenience. 963 Main St. Officer reports he spoke to the clerk and left his card about the illegal vending machines on the property. Officer states he informed her to tell whoever is in charge to remove the 3 illegal machines or he will be back on Tuesday to seize them.

12:15 p.m. A&B in progress. Dunkin’ Donuts. 1280 Belmont St. Worker assaulted by another worker. Report taken.

12:39 p.m. B&E M/V investigate. 80 Pomona Dr. Caller states that someone broke into her car and took everything.

12:44 p.m. B&E M/V investigation. 40 Reservoir St., Apt. 308. Window smashed radio taken.

1:47 p.m. Domestic violence call. 430 Warren Ave., Apt. 2. Caller report son allegedly pushed his mom and smashed her phone. Caller is standing out front of the house. No weapons involved. Suspect fled prior. Michael A. LeBlanc, 22, of 430 Warren Ave., Apt. 2, Brockton was charged with A&B and intimidating a witness.

3:23 p.m. B&E investigate. 18 D St. Home broken into. Copper stolen.

6:31 p.m. Domestic violence call. 842 N. Montello St. Caller states his ex-wife allegedly punched him in the chest and attempted to throw his 3-year-old son down the stairs. He is outside the apartment. Ana Gomes, 45, of 842 N. Montello St., Brockton was charged with A&B.

8:31 p.m. B&E investigate. 18 Ford St. Unknown party broke into home. Rear door. Plymouth County BCI contacted.

7:50 a.m. B&E, M/V investigation. 29 Pratt St. Caller states someone broke in and took everything from inside her M/V.

9:56 a.m. B&E investigate. 101 Newbury St. Home broken into. Tools stolen.

10:17 a.m. M/V accident—pedestrian. 27 Forest Ave. & 615 Main St. M/V hit person.

10:43 a.m. Larceny M/V investigation. 610 Main St. Dealership reports suspect took a key last night while checking out a 2006, dark gray Nissan Altima and has not returned. The vehicle is unregistered. No plates from dealership.

12:07 p.m. B&E investigate. 395 Centre St. B&E to single family home.

12:50 p.m. A&B investigate. Affordable Auto, 1050 Montello St. An employee was allegedly assaulted by a customer. Customer has fled. Caller has customer’s info. Suspect will be mailed a trespass letter.

12:57 p.m. B&E attempted. 14 Brunswick St., Apt.2. Damage to side door.

1:36 p.m. Code enforcement. 34 Petronelli Way. Pedestrians stopped parking control to inform him of glass blowing around and falling out of windows. Glass in street blew out of building. Building department notified. Inspector en route to assess situation. Access to Petronelli Way was blocked off while officials waited for crews to board up the building either today or tomorrow. Glass cleared from street and access reopened.

3:29 a.m. Domestic violence call. 39 Dunham St. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly just jumped on her and pushed her, then stuck his finger nails in her arm. Christopher Deane Sampson, 21, of 309 Belair St., Brockton was arrested and charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon, and A&B.
6:00 a.m. B&E investigation. 51 Randolph Ave. Caller states someone broke into Toyota Corolla.
9:42 a.m. Code enforcement. 142 Elsie Road. Execute court orders to clean up the yard. Cleared yard of waste and debris. Towed truck with motor on the ground, hot dog cart in the bushes, and utility trailer full of junk and debris. This was done with Board of Health, DPW, Fire and building department.
10:44 a.m. B&E in progress. 119 Winthrop St., Apt. 1. Female states a male allegedly broke the window and tried to get in. She scared him off. Man described as a Cape Verdean male wearing a black hoodie. Caller states she thinks she knows who it is, but didn’t want to give name. Roberto A. 12:17 p.m. A&B investigate. Good Samaritan Medical Center, 235 N. Pearl St. Three males were fighting in the main lobby. Security states bringing one to ER. Other party is there. Officer reports spoke with all parties. Neither combatant wants to file charges.
1 p.m. M/V accident. 658 Pleasant St. & Reynolds Memorial Parkway. James M. Cambell, 56, of 67 Parkview Ave., Stoughton was charged with operating M/V with license suspended, uninsured M/V, and unregistered M/V.
1:13 p.m. Robbery investigation. Brockton Hospital, 680 Centre St. Caller was walking toward Quincy Street. States a Hispanic male wearing a black hoodie and bright red sneakers, pulled a knife on him and took $158, and a bottle of oxycontin. Caller is at main entrance of hospital. Suspect ran down Quincy to Crescent.
1:28 p.m. B&E investigate. 27 Central Square, Apt. 3. Caller states about an hour ago she heard a loud bang coming from the 3rd floor. She just went to look and realized someone had kicked-in the door and has stolen items from the apartment. Caller is landlord and tenant is at work.
3:28 p.m. Domestic violence call. 60 Banks St. Caller states her 18-year-old granddaughter allegedly is out of control and throwing things. Suspect fled prior to arrival. Jessica Gloddy Amaral, 18, of 60 Banks St., Brockton was charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon on a person 60 or over, and malicious destruction of property under $250.
3:52 p.m. B&E in progress. 713 Montello St., Apt. 1. Caller states there was a male allegedly banging on the doors and trying to kick them in. He went to both doors. States he is black and wearing a black hoodie. William V. Wigfall, 41, of 47 Highland St., Apt. 3, Brockton was charged with felony B&E a building in the daytime and malicious destruction of property over $250.
4:27 p.m. M/V accident with injuries. Court Street Market, 263 Court St. Two-car accident at above. Jessica Garin, 25, of 381 Montello St., Apt. 1, Brockton was charged with subsequent offense operating a M/V with suspended license and M/V rules and regulations violation. Joseph Y. Confident, 58, of 311 Field St., Brockton was charged with operating M/V with suspended license and leaving the scene of property damage.

9:45 p.m. Domestic violence call. 11 Martin St. Caller states 19-year-old sister allegedly is out of control. She was yelling at caller and then threw a box of cereal at her that hit her newborn baby. No injury to baby. Can hear female screaming and yelling in the background. Cleopatra Goncalves, 19, of 11 Martin St., Brockton was charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon.
10:17 p.m. Domestic violence call. 31 Provost St. Caller reports her 27-year-old sister allegedly is trying to break down her bedroom door and she went after her with a knife. Sorraya Saint-Louis, 26, of 31 Provost St., Brockton was arrested and charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon.

3:40 a.m. 911 Unknown emergency. 12 Second St. State Police had a hangup from a female who states she needs medical help on Second Street. No answer on call back. Female called back and states her male friend was beat up by another male party. Her male friend was taken to Brockton Hospital ER. Police report three parties were interviewed, including victim. Victim does not recall anything. Unknown where he was or who assaulted him. Other three parties could not explain what made them get up, go out and look for the victim on Myrtle Street.
6:25 a.m. M/V accident—pedestrian. 1201 Main St. Party has been hit by a M/V and isn’t moving. M/V has stopped. Fire sent.
6:46 a.m. M/V blocking driveway. 32 Owens Ave. Small compact vehicle blocking driveway. Homeowner cannot leave for work. Plates confiscated.

7:55 a.m. Hit & run in progress. Campello Keith Oil & Coal, 74 Plain St., Apt. 74A. Caller states a M/V hit a BAT bus. Two males fled on foot toward Otto Street. Second call. The 19-year-old driver of the vehicle in on the phone stating he ran to 60 Coral St. States he ran because he has permit, is hurt, and bleeding from the head. Caller also states there was another party in vehicle that has a permanent license.

Caller states a thin, black male, about 5-feet, 8-inches tall, wearing a bandana and fishing hat handed her a note. He took the note back. No weapons shown. He fled on foot walking on Reservoir. CID investigating. BCI responded to scene.
10:17 a.m. M/V stop. 126 Court St. & 63 Commercial St. Vehicle towed. Joseph Fuchs, 36, of 32 Spring St., Holbrook was charged with operating M/V with license suspended, failure to stop/yield, and license not in possession.

11:33 a.m. B&E investigate. 255 Belmont St., Apt. 2. Caller has been away for 2 weeks. Came home and found door open, stereo and other items missing. Stated it was his son and he doesn’t want to take out charges against his son.
11:45 a.m. Disturbance. Champion Fuel, 633 Warren Ave. Female ran over bike that was lying by the sidewalk. Exchanged info with the bicyclist and operator of M/V. Operator instructed to contact parents of bicycle owner.
12:06 p.m. Alarm telephone. Brockton Champion School, 175 Warren Ave. Juvenile arrests of two 13-year-olds and a 16-year-old for false fire alarm, disturb a school and intimidate a witness in association with the evacuation of the school. Fire department responded. Students returned to classroom.
2:42 p.m. Disturbance by a family. West Junior High School, 271 West St. See caller regarding his daughter’s refusing to go with him. Father was awarded custody in court yesterday.
2:51 p.m. Accosting. Shaw’s Supermarket, 641 Belmont St. Security states they have an off-duty E. Bridgewater officer saying that a customer allegedly propositioned him at the deli counter. All parties are in office. Albert J. Butler, 59, of 14 Kennedy Dr., Apt. 2, Brockton was charged with indecent A&B on a person 14 or over.
3:58 p.m. Domestic violence call. 200 Nilsson St., Apt. SF. Caller states his ex-girlfriend alleged punched him in the face and tried to run him down with her car. BCI dispatched. Salua H. Abreu, 32, of 85 Vine St., Apt. 2, Brockton was arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, A&B, and felony B&E a building in the daytime.
4:20 p.m. Robbery investigation. 79 Hill St. Two females and one male pulled up behind the caller as he was dropping someone off. The male acted like he had a gun by putting his hand in his pocket. No weapon seen. One of the females hit the caller in the face and the other female stole his keys and his girlfriend’s purse. They fled in a white Chevy Cavalier heading East on Centre Street. Parties have come back and there is a large fight in the parking lot now. Two women and two men were arrested:
Maria R. Nogueira, 42, 135 Edward St., Brockton was charged with armed robbery and A&B. Monique R. DePina, 22, of 89 Battles Farm Dr., Brockton was charged with armed robbery and possession of a Class E drug.
Trayvone Bonnett, 18, of 135 Edward St., Brockton was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, possession of Class B drug, intimidating a witness, threat to commit crime and disturbing the peace.
Patrick Andrade, 21, of 208 Winthrop St., Apt. 1, Brockton was charged with armed robbery and assault with a dangerous weapon.
5:12 p.m. B&E in progress. 40 Farrington St. Caller states his tenants at the above location called him and stated someone broke into the basement and they are still in the basement. Shakeem Abdoul McNeill, 21, of 30 Farrington St., Brockton was arrested and charged with possession of a firearm with FID card, unlawful possession of ammunition and receiving stolen property over $250.
6:05 p.m. Violation of 209A in progress. 28 Cherry St. Lamont Kohlman, 45, of 30 Commerce Road, Rockland was charged with violating an abuse prevention order.
7:08 p.m. Larceny in progress. Walmart, 700 Oak St. Male and female inside the store allegedly stealing DVDs. Caller is watching them on camera. They are heading for the door. Antonio Millner, 44, of 20 Chestnut St., Stoughton was charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise.
7:16 p.m. Disturbance. Cumberland Farms, 1813 Main St. White male with a beard, in his 30s keeps asking people for money out front of the store. They asked him to leave, but he refused. 28-year-old man moved along.
7:37 p.m. Malicious damage investigation. Saab’s Food Mart, 1280 Main St. See the clerk. Male came into store who the clerk has had a problem with before. He asked this man to leave. Male did some damage in the store and broke the cash register. He fled in a vehicle. Clerk gave police license plate #.
8:27 p.m. Domestic violence investigate. 15 Judith Road. Caller reports her husband allegedly assaulted her. Stephan Thelusme, 33, of 15 Judith Road, Brockton was charged with A&B and intimidating a witness.
8:42 p.m. Domestic violence call. 280 N. Warren Ave., Apt. 3B. Caller states his girlfriend allegedly just punched him in the face because he said he was leaving. Refused medical. India Keyla Ware, 22, of 280 N. Warren Ave., Apt. B3, Brockton was charged with A&B.
9:34 p.m. Disturbance. Stop & Shop, 932 N. Montello St. Caller reports 2 white males out front of the store bothering customers. One has a sign asking for money, and the other is sitting by a small black car in the lot.
10:21 p.m. A&B in progress. Brockton Area Private Industry, 45 Oakdale St. Caller reports a car out on the basketball court and he believes dozens of people are out there fighting.

9:38 a.m. Hit & run in progress. 576 Crescent St. Caller states a red Jeep Cherokee hit his front chain link fence and drove off. Gave police a possible license plate #.
10:07 a.m. Code enforcement. 25 Prospect St. Four M/V’s 72-hour tagged per city ordinance.
10:14 a.m. Disturbance by a drunk. Walmart, 700 Oak St. Store manager states a male party under the influence is sleeping on the floor of the shoe department. Party transported to Good Samaritan. No warrants, etc.. on the party.
10:32 a.m. Recovered stolen M/V. Davis Avenue. Neighbor states a 2006 gray Acura has been her for a week. No damages. BCI notified. Vehicle towed.
1:37 p.m. M/V stop. 93 N. Main St. & 17 Linden St. Guaman N. Crisosto, 24, 60 N. Warren Ave., Brockton was charged with unlicensed operation of M/V; operating M/V with suspended registration, and uninsured M/V.
2:04 p.m. A&B in progress. Goddard School, 20 Union St. Two youths fighting. Seven staff members are trying to restrain a male student in the parking lot. Juvenile arrest of 15-year-old, charged with 2 counts A&B and disturb school.
3:58 p.m. Malicious damage investigation. 67 Blendall St. Caller is the owner of the home. Renters have moved out and done damage to the home.
4:46 p.m. Serve warrant. 19 Lincoln Road. Search warrant executed at above location. Peter Manning, 39, of 19 Lincoln Road, Brockton was charged with possession to distribute Class A drug.
4:59 p.m. Gunshots call. 443 Montello St., Apt. 1. Caller lives on the second floor and reports lots of screaming coming from the first floor apartment. It sounded like people were fighting and caller now believes he heard one gunshot. Police report everyone in the building was calm and OK. Matter settled.
7:48 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. Laundry World, 528 Main St. Female is yelling and swearing at customers. Want her removed. Germ-a-phobic female thought workers were sweeping germs at her, she got loud, clerk asked her to leave, and she wouldn’t. A family member arrived and the germ-a-phobic female left without further incident.
8:30 p.m. Disturbance. Cardinal Spellman High School, 738 Court St. If possible, can a cruiser stand by as basketball game ends. They have some rowdy parents giving the officials a hard time.
10:39 p.m. Suspicious person. 141 Winthrop St. Lengthy foot chase. Issac Price on 3 warrants. State Police K-9s checked area between Winthrop and Howard Square. Very thick vegetation—could not locate anything. #407 struck below the left eye with car door. Isaac R. Price, 31, of 58 Sylvester St., Apt. 2, Brockton was arrested and charged with 3 default warrants.
11:41 p.m. Fire, other. 1197 Warren Ave. & 74 Rutland Square. Tree on fire. Fire sent. Caller states a male party allegedly got out of his car and set fire to a tree. License plate # given to PD. Police report went to home of the operator, who admitted to his actions. Matthew A. Ambrose, 20, of 180 Menlo St., Apt. 3, Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct.

8:51 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner. 826 N. Main St. & 1 Oak St. Lisa Marie Patti, 45, of 280 Weir St., Taunton was arrested and charged with common nightwalker.
9:59 p.m. Disturbance. Elmcourt Hotel, 33 W. Elm St. Caller states a tenant just ran into the building and said someone was trying to shoot him. Caller said the tenant ran towards the back of the building and possibly went into the bar. A male party called back and stated he heard guys run in the room and stated they had guns. Victim states 4 black males came in with guns and allegedly told him to get the “stuff” he took from them or they were going to kill him. Victim jumped out of the window and ran to the garage. Victim said his brother and father were still in the apartment. Victim said 2 of the 4 men after him allegedly had guns. One of the men is renting a room at the hotel. Doesn’t know his name.
Five men were arrested and charged with armed robbery, kidnapping, and A&B. They are: Terrance J. Cartledge, 23, of 33 W. Elm St., Apt. 403, Brockton; Calinte Willens, 30, 33 W. Elm St., Apt. 402, Brockton; Tashawn W. Leslie, 26, of 33 W. Elm St., Apt. 403, Brockton; Jerome Smith, 29, of 33 W. Elm St., Apt. 419, Brockton; and Teddy Toussaint, 29, of 33 W. Elm St., Apt. 225, Brockton.
11:46 p.m. Larceny/forgery/fraud. CVS Pharmacy, 1933 Main St. Caller states a man allegedly passed him a fake prescription for oxycodone. He is trying to leave, but still in the store. Gerramy Conille, 23, of 76 Duggan St., Stoughton was arrested and charged with utter false prescription.

1:32 a.m. Disturbance. 83 N. Main St., Apt. 1T. Caller states a woman is banging at window again. Both parties are drunk. Transported an adult female to Union Court. Notified if she returns to location tonight she will be arrested for trespassing.

8:04 a.m. A&B in progress. 34 School St. People fighting in the unemployment line. Matter settled.

8:36 a.m. B&E M/V investigation. 180 Boylston St. Window smashed. GPS taken.

9:54 a.m. Malicious damage M/V. 111 Ardsley Circle. Rock thrown through back window of M/V.

10:28 a.m. B&E M/V investigation. 16 Blaine St. Car broken into.

10:39 a.m. B&E M/V investigation. 100 Chatham West Dr. Small driver’s window smashed.

10:56 a.m. Code enforcement. Emily Auto Body, 515 N. Main St. Officer reports despite having a license that states he can only be open until 1 p.m. on Saturdays, he was open and operational at 2:50 p.m. on Saturday. Officer sent citation for violation of his license. Notified ward councilor by email.

10:59 a.m. Code enforcement. 1021 Pleasant St. Officer reports a homeowner--who he has spoken with in the past—allegedly continues to run a repair shop on the weekends from the residence. The homeowner allegedly explained to officer he works at a car dealer during the week and “takes care of friends’ cars on the weekend.” Officer said he has explained in the past it is an unacceptable practice to be doing this in a residential neighborhood. Officer told man officer receives calls from the neighbors about the noise and commotion. Officer issued a $300 ticket for engaging in unlicensed business.

12:10 p.m. Larceny investigation. 740 Belmont. Female took hair piece costing $37.99. Police were given license plate #.

12:21 p.m. Malicious damage investigation. Assembly of God Church, 199 Warren Ave. Window smashed and door has some damage to it. Unknown if anything taken.

12:51 p.m. Suspicious activity. Save-a-lot, 240 E. Ashland St. Caller states while she was in the Save-a-lot parking lot a dark brown skinned male wearing a baseball hat claimed he was police even though he was wearing civilian clothes. He approached her and began giving her a hard time. He also told her that he was a police officer, however he would not show her a badge when she asked him. Party went to Sidelines parking lot across the street. Caller said man was driving a Toyota Corolla and gave police the license plate #. Could not locate.

2:54 p.m. Code enforcement. 134 Oak St. From the mayor’s office. Officer checked on multiple cars, tractors, and junk in the back yard. Officer spoke with a person who said he was the son and told him he needed to get rid of the unregistered cars. Issued a 72-hour tag and he had 72 hours to do so. Officer informed son he would speak to Board of Health about the mess the place was. Residence is on the corner of N. Warren Ave. Ext. & Oak Street, right across from the junior high school. Officer reports the place is a mess with parts and debris all over the yard.

4:04 p.m. Domestic violence investigate. 24 Hobson St. Caller reports son’s girlfriend allegedly assaulted her son. She is not at the house. Megan Nicole Sappier, 19, of 24 Hobson St., Brockton was charged with A&B.

4:07 p.m. Animal complaint. 20 Haverhill St., Apt. 518. Caller states she was walking her dog and a pit bull attacked her dog in front of above. State’s the dog allegedly came out of Lisa’s Nails on N. Main Street and is still loose.

Caller got the lottery tickets back and the man left. Caller took down the man’s license plate #. Randy Avrin, 27, of 111 Harvard St., Brockton was charged with larceny over $250 and malicious destruction of property over $250.

4:34 p.m. Domestic violence call. 40 Ford St. Female screaming for someone to take their hands off her. Female got back on the phone and stated her children’s father was arguing with her and allegedly started hitting her. Jose H. Dos-Anjos, 32, of 19 Westhaven Dr., Brockton was charged with A&B. Nadia C. Amado, 27, of 40 Ford St., Apt. 3, Brockton was charged with malicious damage to M/V.

4:38 p.m. Shoplifting. Walmart, 700 Oak St. Two females allegedly with concealed items. Kristina Onge, 26, of 774 S. Franklin St., Holbrook, and Vivian Caceres, 20, of 47 Allen St., Apt. 3, Brockton were charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise.

5:54 p.m. 282 Main St., Apt. 1. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly pulled her hair and broke her cell phone. Wants him out. He left the house on foot. He may be pushing a cart and wearing a red and black coat. Walter Manuel Caceres, 26, of 33 Suffolk St., Apt. 1, Chelsea was arrested and charged with A&B.

6:05 p.m. Threats see complainant. 54 Prospect St. Caller was visiting his mother when the second floor tenant allegedly started arguing with him and threatened to get her pit bull after him. Elisa M. Pena-Estrella, 32, of 54 Prospect St., Apt. 2, Brockton was charged with threat to commit crime.

8:22 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. 262 Main St., Apt. 2. Caller let a drunk stranger in his house and now he wants her removed. Matter settled.

9:57 p.m. A&B in progress. 48 Huntington St. Caller reports a male party was assaulted by another man who fled on a motorcycle. Victim is bleeding from head and unconscious. Police told the man was assaulted by another named “Red,” who fled on a blue scooter. Red is a white male with a black jacket. Victim was uncooperative.

1:12 a.m. Disturbance. Gigi, 193 Crescent St. Jerry Samedy, 24, of 38 Banks St., Apt. 2, Brockton was arrested for disorderly conduct, malicious destruction of property under $250, and trespass.

1;40 a.m. Distrubance. 240 Main St. & 25 Belmont St. Yolanda Monteiro, 23, of 202 Grinnell St., Apt.3, New Bedford was charged with A&B, two counts A&B on police officer, disturbing the peace, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct.

12:11 p.m. Open and gross. 449 N. Main St. Officer reports a 55-year-old man decided to pee on the fence by the school with heavy traffic on N. Main St. He has been given a verbal warning. He was advised on the law regarding peeing in public.

12:27 p.m. Domestic violence call. 87 Ford St., Apt. 1. Caller states her brother allegedly pushed her into the bathroom causing her to fall on her 6-year-old, broke her door, and broke everything in the apartment. Justilino Resende, 27, of 93 Tribou St., Brockton was charged with A&B, A&B with dangerous weapon, and vandalize property.

1:32 p.m. M/V stop. 1 Prospect St. & 278 N. Main St. Five Brockton residents were arrested for drug charges. They are:
Luis Miguel Lopes, 32, of 26 Glenwood Square, Apt. 3, Brockton was charged with conspiracy to violate drug law, possession to distribute Class D drug, drug violation near school-park, distribute Class A drug, operating M/V with registration suspended, and default warrant.
Thomas Andrade Jr., 20, 20 Shealey Ave., Apt. 1, Brockton was charged with conspiracy to violate drug law, possession to distribute Class D drug, drug violation near school-park, distribute Class A drug.

4:34 p.m. Injured animal. J. Derenzo Contractors, 338 Howard St. Deer was hit. It’s still alive. Deer was euthanized. Unknown if M/V was involved. Several witnesses stopped, but no one saw the incident occur.

5:55 p.m. Assist other agency. 968 Warren Ave., Apt. 2. Mass. Probation Dept. called. Would like us to check on 54-year-old Grayling Davis who is on a GPS bracelet. Went to confirm he is at home, if possible. Davis is at home. Bracelet is broken.

7:18 p.m. Larceny in progress. Macy’s, 200 Westgate Dr. Loss prevention in foot pursuit of alleged shoplifter. Called back. Suspect back at Macy’s. Cancel cruisers. Joao Andrade Fernandes, 53, of 28 Brook St., Brockton was arrested and charged with shoplifting more than $100 by container switching.

9:37 p.m. Domestic violence call. 265 Grove St. State Police received a 911 call from a female just screaming on the phone. State Police traced the call and came back to above. Fritzner Charles-Louis, 30, of 265 Grove St., Apt. 1, Brockton was arrested and charged with A&B.

11:21 p.m. B&E in progress. 51 Colgate Road. Caller lives near above. States house that is For Sale has a group of people inside the house. Believes they broke in. Four juveniles—two age 16, another 15, and another 17, were charged with felony breaking and entering a building in nighttime and attempted arson of dwelling house.

1:13 a.m. Suspicious M/V. 1002 Main St. Police report 3 parties. Father, son, and daughter-in-law all homeless staying in vehicle behind business. Father states he works at car wash during the day. He has permission to stay on property. All 3 advised about Main Spring House.
1:16 p.m. A&B investigate. Walgreens, 1101 Main St. Black male with curly black hair and wearing a tan jacket just punched an employee and took off headed toward N. Main St. Caller reports an is a frequent shoplifter known to store.

1:50 p.m. Larceny investigation. 1069 Main St. & 1 Perkins Ave. Derek Sands, 26, of 16 E. Chestnut St., Apt. 1, Brockton was charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise.

3:48 p.m. Code enforcement. 702 N. Montello St. Officer reports the building on the corner of Ames and N. Montello streets is doing car radios and remote starters. They are not licensed to do car repair and they do not have a garage license for the commercial building that they are putting cars in. Officer states he has issued $730 fines. Officer reports will seek complaint against property owner who lives in Avon for allowing a business to operate on the property without a license.

3:55 p.m. Code enforcement. Brockton PD, 7 Commercial St. Party in the lobby wants to discuss previous charges of larceny by credit card. Police officer reports Slandy Cherfils was misidentified as the person who illegally used a victim’s credit card. Officer will seek assistance and take steps to have the charges dismissed.

4:09 p.m. Domestic violence call. 133 E. Ashland St. Caller states she allegedly was stabbed in the shoulder by her sister who is in her room out of control. 209A served. Christina B. Nieves, 24, of 133 E. Ashland St., Apt. C, Brockton was arrested and charged with A&B with dangerous weapon.

4:54 p.m. A&B investigate. 220 N. Main St., Apt. 1. Caller states she and another woman are out front of above where a man known to them allegedly is slapping and spitting on them. States they are afraid of them. Assault happened two days prior. Laroy Cox, 39, of 144 Moraine St., Apt. 2, Brockton was charged with two counts of A&B.

6:11 p.m. B&E in progress. 220 N. Main St., Apt. 1. Caller states Laroy Cox is banging on the door and trying to get in. States Cox allegedly broken into the apartment and hit her in the head. He has left and is walking in an unknown direction. Laroy Cox, 39, 144 Moraine St., Apt. 2, Brockton was chargedwith 3 counts of A&B, and unarmed burglary and assault.

6:44 p.m. Open and gross. Montello Express Gas, 165 Montello St. & 106 School St. Caller states an Hispanic male was urinating against the building and is now harassing people for money. Matter settled.

8:29 p.m. M/V stop. Warren Ave. & Frederick Douglas Ave. Alexander Delgado, 26, of 91 Winthrop St., Apt. 3, Brockton was arrested and charged with operating M/V with license suspended, foreign and local warrant.

8:37 p.m. Robbery. 59 Foster St. Caller does delivery for D’Angelos. He states three guys took food from him by acting like they had a gun in pocket. States he left his car at Foster Street. No money was taken. Language barrier. Caller is at 93 Winthrop St.

9:17 p.m. Fire, structure. 10 Johnson Court. House is on fire. Fire Department en route. Second call—stove fire.

9:25 p.m. B&E investigate. 61 Rockland St. Caller wants to report that his house was broken into. He just came home and his father states the sliding door was found open and items are missing in the home.

9:33 p.m. Serve warrant. 39 Weston St. Arrests made. Four men were charged with rape of a child with force, kidnapping and other crimes. They are the following:
Andy Lobo, 25, of 39 Weston St., Apt. FL.#2, Brockton was charged with firearm-armed rape of a child with force and kidnapping.
Roberto Ribeiro Fernandes, 18, of 29 Newbury St., Brockton was charged with firearm-armed rape of a child with force, kidnapping, and possession to distribute Class D drug.
Derick Barros, 18, of 5/7 Moreland St., Apt. 1, Brockton was charged with firearm-armed rape of a child with force, firearm-armed kidnapping.
Aramys Alves, 19, of 50 Richfield St., Apt. 1, Boston was charged with firearm-armed rape of a child with force, firearm-armed kidnapping, and possession to distribute Class D drug, and carrying a dangerous weapon.

2:06 a.m. M/V accident. 221 Oak St., Apt. B1832. Car on fire. Hit wall. Second call from a female states a male party driving the M/v was trapped & did catch on fire, but other people dragged him out and put out the fire. Crash report, court complaint, and citation issued. James S. Quilty, Sr., 28, of 19 Spring St., Apt. 209, Taunton was charged with reckless operation of M/V, passing violation, failure to stop-yield, and speeding.

4:13 a.m. Domestic violence investigate. 125 Ames Road. Ronald Lacombe, 22, of 125 Ames Road, Brockton was charged with larceny from person, A&B, intimidating a witness, and threat to commit crime.

9:19 a.m. Disturbance by a family. 92 Welsford St. Caller states his neighbor Joe is hiding in the bushes behind his property. Allegedly Joe’s wife is chasing him around. Joe is 6-feet with black hair, wearing a T-shirt, blue jeans and is barefoot. Unice Seaver, 47, of 92 Welsford St., Brockton was arrested and charged with A&B.

11:44 a.m. M/V accident—pedestrian. 52 Forest Ave. & 632 Warren Ave. White Cadillac vs. person on bike. Bicyclist transporter to Brockton Hospital ER. Bike brought to station.

12:25 p.m. Suspicious M/V. 1038 Belmont St. & Manley St. Caller reports while driving on the highway she observed something unusual. She saw and Arabic male and female wearing a black sari driving a Federal Express truck. The truck was missing a window, and neither was wearing a Federal Express uniform. They’re driving down Route 123 heading west. They didn’t pull in the Fed Ex driveway. She suspects something is wrong. She have PD a license plate number. Police could not locate.

THURSDAY, JANUARY 5, 2012

12:21 a.m. Disturbance by a drunk. Cowen’s Taxi Service, 383 Warren Ave. Caller reports there is a drunk male in one of the cabs out front of above. The man can’t stand up to get out of the cab.

12:49 a.m. Disturbance. 76 W. Elm St. & 192 Warren Ave. Fire states they have a guy they allegedly caught pulling the fire boxes and they would like an officer. Cowen’s Taxi states the male that pulled the alarm is the drunk male they had a problem with a few minutes ago. Robert J. Stern, Jr., 51, of 22 Spring St., Bedford, Mass., was charged with trespass and tampering with a fire call box.

8:38 a.m. Code enforcement. 20 Terminal Place. Court complaint for Lucky Star Bus Co., MAG’s Towing, and the owner Trajano for operating a repair facility without being licensed. Not only (are the ones doing the repairs) (sic) being charged, but, by ordinance, the owner of the property as well. Four applications for complaint filed. Mrs. Trojano as the owner of the property because she is in alleged violation of COB ordinance for allowing them to operate not licensed and Edward Leung, owner of Lucky Star Bus, for not being licensed.
Three were charged with two counts of violating city ordinance. They are: William Magliarditi, 43, of 693 Plain St., Brockton; Edward Leung, 51, of 20 Dabbington Way, Weston, Mass.; and Judith Trojano, 72, of 12 Dovekie Way, Wareham, Mass. Trojano was also charged with three other city ordinance violations.

12:16 p.m. M/V stop. 99 Frederick Douglas Ave. & 105 Warren Ave. Vehicle towed. Citation issued. Guito Mathieu, 19, of 19 Harrison St., Apt. 2, Roslindale was arrested and charged with possession to distribute Class D drug, drug violation near school-park, and failure to stop-yield.

12:23 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner. Brockton District Court, 215 Main St. Plymouth County BCI detailed for photos of victim’s right thumb. Joseph C. Peters, 41, of 12 James St., Brockton was charged with two counts of A&B.

12:30 p.m. Code enforcement. Trojanos, 191 Grove St. Application for complaint for Judith Trojano for operating an unlicensed repair facility. Also, 2 city ordinance violation complaints against Michael Badgio of Bridgewater for operating and unlicensed repair facility. Badgio, officer reports, is renting from Trojano.

1:24 p.m. Code enforcement. B&C Auto, 1029 Pearl St. Officer reports B&C Auto is operating with no license. Will seek complaint against Henry Clark of Brockton as the operator and Dorothy Bourne of Easton as the property owner.

1:51 p.m. Violation of 209A. 57 Belmont Court, Apt. 9. Caller states her brother allegedly contacted her by telephone. Kevin F. Flaherty, 56, of 57-6, South Meadow Village, Carver was charged with violation of harassment prevention order.

2:01 p.m. Robbery. Citizen’s Bank, 932 N. Montello St. No weapons. One male about 5-foot, 7-inches, wearing a baseball cap and black jacket took off. Black Red Sox cap.

3:49 p.m. A&B investigate. 27 Plymouth St. Caller states her friend allegedly punched her in the face and hit her in the back in front of her kids. Reports he took off in a maroon Jeep Cherokee. Second call from male friend. He allegedly said he went to the above location and his wife slapped him the face. He left and is at his apartment on Warren Ave. Rider Correia, 33, of 874 Warren Ave., Apt. 1, Brockton was charged with A&B.

4:26 p.m. B&E M/V investigation. 12 Thomas St. Reports her car was broken into. Laptop taken.

5:41 p.m. A&B investigate. Brockton PD, 7 Commercial St. A female student reported she was assaulted by another female student at Brockton High School on Jan. 5. She wants to document the incident, but does not wish to press charges. An officer will interview all parties involved and a report will be taken.

5:31 p.m. Assist other agency. Randolph stated they just had an armed robbery and the suspect may have boarded either a MBTA or BAT bus. Firearm was recovered. Suspect is a black male wearing a black jacket with fur on the hood. Possibly headed south on Route 28.

6:47 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner. 80 North Ave. & 155 Sawtell Ave. Danny D. Damoura, 25, of 40 Weston St., Apt. 2, Brockton was charged with subsequent possession to distribute Class D drug, use of M/V without authority, failure to stop-yield.

7:16 p.m. Malicious damage M/V. 53 Silver Road. Rock through window.

9:20 p.m. Narcotic violation in progress. 498 N. Cary St. James Marobella, 33, of 239 Bates Road, Brockton was charged with possession Class B drug.

11:15 p.m. B&E attempted. 179 Ellsworth St. Caller states someone just tried to break into her house by the back door. She woke up and a male party wearing a hoodie ran off.

11:32 p.m. Gunshots call. Barry Street. Male party states he was shot at in the area of Barry Street. Says people in a green Honda shot at him twice. He is coming to lobby. He is in a white Plymouth Neon. Girlfriend called 911 and stated a car followed her boyfriend from Weymouth.

12:30 a.m. Malicious damage—in progress. 96 Ardsley St. Someone just threw a water bottle with explosives stuff that is smoldering. Fire Department en route. Fire Lt. Williams responded for photos and seized evidence. Three bottles with unknown liquid and Brillo-type substance thrown at home. Third such incident since Dec. 2009.

2:03 a.m. Disturbance by a family. Elmcourt Hotel, 33 W. Elm St. Female came to front desk and aske her to call police. She is having some sort of problem with her boyfriend. Lower apartment. John W. Pierce, 46, of 503 N. Cary St., Apt. 1, Brockton was charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon.

5:22 a.m. Domestic violence call. 47 Highland St., Apt. 8. Fourth floor, apartment 8 caller reports her boyfriend allegedly just choked her. He just left her Chester Avenue apartment. Two-year-old child inside. Needs a cruiser. Hung up. No answer on call back. Cruiser sent to 23 Chester Ave., Apt. 3 to look for suspect. Door forced at 23 Chester, third floor. Suspect arrested fleeing from apartment. Animal control responding to retrieve unlicensed pit bull. Antonio Monteiro, 27, of 47 Highland St., Apt. 8, Brockton was charged with A&B.

10:16 a.m. Violation of 209A investigation. Brockton District Court, 215 Main St. See victim in Safe Plan office regarding an alleged violation that happened on W. Elm St. John W. Pierce, 46, of 503 N. Cary St., Apt. 1, Brockton was charged with violating an abuse prevention order.

10:54 a.m. Malicious damage investigation. 143 Deanna Road. Tires flat. Caller states she thinks it was her ex-roommate. She will explain the situation. Police report no damage. Tires deflated. No punctures. Ex-roommate spoken to and knows nothing about it. Advised both parties to stay away from each other.

11:18 a.m. Larceny of M/V. 38 W. Park St., Apt. 1. White Acura was taken. Party left keys in the car with engine running.

11:34 a.m. M/V accident. 52 Forest Ave. & 632 Warren Ave. Three cars. William Cunningham, 59, of 638 Montello St., Brockton was charged with OUI drugs.

12:03 p.m. Robbery. Hess Oil, 1614 Main St. Caller states a white female with a blue jacket allegedly pushed a handicap male down on the ground and left him there. She took his money. Caller now states a heavy, black female is involved. They fled on foot heading north. Two white females just got into a cab at 1600 Main St. ETD called Yellow Cab. The cab is heading to 54 N. Main St. Refer to a previous arrest.

1:55 p.m. Alarm, hold-up. Capeway Aluminum & Vinyl, 251 Crescent St. One of the employees was wondering what the small box on the wall was for—now he knows. False alarm.

2:19 p.m. Rape investigation. Davis School, 380 Plain St. Cruisers heading out to victim who is at a Forest Avenue location. Manuel Monteiro, 50, of 34 Parsons Walk, Berkley, Mass., was arrested and charged with indecent A&B on a child under 14.

3:01 p.m. Robbery investigation. Goddard School, 20 Union St. Caller is at 221 Oak St., Building 1, Apt. 23G. Her son was robbed by a known party of his Ipod Touch and is receiving threatening text messages on his cell phone. This occurred at the Goddard School.

3:10 p.m. Recovered stolen M/V. 72 Winthrop St. Caller states he is the manager of the property. A real estate agent called him and states there is a group of people in the garage stripping down a car. Also, there are people in the basement and it looked like they were messing with the boiler. Caller states house should be empty. Two stolen vehicles recovered. Unable to get inside of the house. Doors are secured.

3:15 p.m. B&E investigate. 165 Florence St. Came home to house broken into. Entry made in back of house.

3:42 p.m. B&E investigate. 109 Edson St. Someone climbed through the 2nd floor window and stole some items from the house.

4:56 p.m. B&E M/V investigation. 60 Reservoir St., Apt. 507. Back window—inside of vehicle stripped.

5:11 p.m. Disturbance. Tuxedos by Merian, 137 Main St. Caller reports a black male wearing a black coat and blue hat keeps banging his head on building. He is now sitting on the ground in front of store. Man transported to hospital.

5:14 p.m. Malicious damage investigation. 84 Denton St., Apt. 1. Entry through door.

5:16 p.m. A&B investigation. 89 Perkins St. Female caller who lives in Randolph reports she allegedly was assaulted by her mother’s boyfriend on Jan. 2 at the above. James Schuler, 44, of 89 Perkins St., Brockton was charged A&B.

5:17 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. 11 Village Way, Apt. 15. Caller states her 6-year-old granddaughter’s mother has shown up and allegedly is yelling at everyone and refusing to leave. Joana R. Cabral, 25, of 221 Oak St., Apt. 79, Brockton was charged with local warrant. Gregory Glidden, 29, of 221 Oak St., Brockton was charged with A&B.

6:03 p.m. Narcotics investigation. 220 N. Main St. Caller owns the building. States officers were there this morning removing some “drug dealers” from the building. These people are back and caller “wants them gone.” Three parties removed.

6:09 p.m. A&B investigate. 3 Goddard Road, Apt. 3. Caller states allegedly was hit by first floor neighbor. Larry West, 57, of 3 Goddard Road, Apt. 1, Brockton was charged with A&B.

6:31 p.m. Larceny/forgery/fraud. Walgreens, 610 Pleasant St. Male in the store allegedly trying to fill a fake prescription. Gerramy Conille, 23, of 76 Dugan St., Stoughton was charged with utter false prescription.

6:57 p.m. Larceny investigation. 87 Ruth Road. Package delivered by UPS today has been stolen.

7:54 p.m. Domestic violence call. James Street. Caller states her dad and her 12-year-old brother are fighting. She also states her brother is a big kid and father is bleeding. Juvenile arrest of 12-year-old for A&B and assault with a dangerous weapon.

8:41 p.m. Domestic violence call. 49 W. Elm Terrace, Apt. 2. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly just punched her in the face. There are two children in the apartment. Suspect fled. Jose C. Vaz, 30, of 8 Berkley St., Apt. 3, Brockton was charged with A&B.

8:59 p.m. Domestic violence call. 299 Pleasant St., Apt. 3. Caller states she told her daughter she didn’t want anyone over. They started arguing and then it allegedly led to fighting. Caller states she has cuts and scratches over her chest and wants her daughter removed. In the background there is a lot of screaming—female, male and caller can be heard. Paula Gardner, 19, of 299 Pleasant St., Apt. 3, Brockton was charged with A&B and intimidating a witness.

9:00 p.m. Domestic violence call. 38 Clinton St. Caller states her 28-year-old daughter and her boyfriend are first fighting in the basement. Police report upon arrival received absolutely no cooperation from any residents. Three cars tagged, though it seems tags have been scraped off before.

9:03 p.m. Domestic violence call. 684 Main St., Apt. 1N. Caller states his neighbors allegedly fighting and arguing at the above location. States he can hear things being thrown around and is worried for an infant’s safety. Second call from party on 2nd floor states female on first floor may be being beaten. States that he has never heard her scream like she is. States a 4-month-old is in apartment. An officer is out at 7 Sheppard St. John Brooks, 28, of 684 Main St., Apt. 1N, Brockton was charged with A&B and 2 counts of intimidating a witness.

9:48 p.m. Narcotic violation in progress. 11 Bellevue Ave. Paris Fox, 31, of 3404 Windsor Wood Lane, Canton was arrested and charged with distribution of Class B drug, possession to distribute a Class B drug, and conspiracy to violate drug law. Kuianna Brown, 24, of 4 Woodcrest Court., Weymouth was arrested and charged with possession to distribute Class B drug, conspiracy to violate drug law, operation of M/V with suspended license, and foreign warrant.

9:07 a.m. Domestic violence call. 54 Randolph Ave. Caller states her granddaughter and boyfriend allegedly are fighting and threw coffee at each other. Fighting possibly about who is going to take children to school. Janeyana Weiss, 24, of 69 Breer St., Brockton was charged with assault and A&B.

9:58 a.m. Robbery investigation. 25 Belmont St. & 240 Main St. Victim is calling from the YMCA. States he was robbed at the check cashing place at Main and Belmont streets. Assaulted by 4 people. Caller is unable to give a description. EBT card and hat taken.

11:18 a.m. Overdose. McDonald’s, 908 N. Montello St. Friend is in the green Buick not responding. Caller states her friend took some heroin. There is a firefighter on scene.

7:18 p.m. Robbery. Bud’s Variety, 916 Warren Ave. Black gun. Light-skinned, tall male, approximately 5-foot, 10-inches, jeans wearing a black mask grabbed a customer who was in the store and took money.

7:57 p.m. Domestic violence call. 126 N. Leyden St. Caller states her 22-year-old son allegedly grabbed her by the face and spit in her face. He is now trying to leave the house with his girlfriend in her gold Volvo heading toward Pine Street. Peter Roderick, 22, of 126 N. Leyden St., Brockton was charged with A&B, malicious damage, intimidation, and threat to commit crime.

1:03 a.m. Disturbance. Westgate Hotel, 195 Westgate Dr., Apt. 246. Caller states at least 3 people in room 246 are partying and smoking weed. Want them removed. Escorted out.

3:32 a.m. B&E M/V investigation. Price Avenue & 76 Vine St. Someone broke into his Mercedes and slashed his tires.

3:34 a.m. Disturbance. 49 Chester St. Caller reports about 20 people outside yelling and fighting. Cruisers sent. Matter settled.

4:50 a.m. East Side Market, 364 Centre St. Front door all smashed. Someone threw a cinder block through it. Unknown what was taken. Caller is waiting outside.

9:20 a.m. Keep the Peace. City Hall, 45 School St. Per Chief Conlon cruiser sent to City Hall to keep the peace at mayor’s inauguration due to anticipated protest. No problems.

10:13 a.m. Suspicious activity. VFW, 283 N. Quincy St. Post commander requests regular checks of property particularly after dark because there has been recent illegal dumping going on. Additionally, a parking lot to the rear of the property may be site of possible drug activity.

12:47 p.m. A&B dangerous weapon—knife. 141 Ames St. Caller is outside. States girlfriend is allegedly out of control, attacked him with a frying pan and then pulled a knife on him. She has locked him out of the apartment. One-year-old is inside. Department of Child and Family Services notified. Left message with child’s mother to call Brockton PD in regards to her child. Attempt to pickup meds. Child was transported to Brockton Hospital ER for welfare check. Leighann Hammond, 141 Ames St., Brockton was arrested and charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon and assault with dangerous weapon.

3:53 p.m. B&E in progress. 1106 Main St., Apt. 3. Caller states 20 people are in the back of the house and they are trying to break in. He states he was robbed last night. Officer Uhlman responded and reports code issues with gas pipe and electrical. Brockton FD has been notified.

4:27 p.m. Larceny in progress. 100 Perkins Ave., Apt. 301. A male party allegedly took $1,000 and left her apartment. He is a white male, about 5-feet, 8-inches with brown hair. Left on foot. Eric Hilton, 35, of 100 Perkins Ave., Apt. 301, Brockton was charged with all other larceny.

5:50 p.m. Suspicious person. 19 Hervey St., Apt. 1. Caller states 2 Hispanic males allegedly attempted to steal her car. Caller went outside and they threatened her saying that they would come back. Both wearing black hoodies and jeans. Ran toward Main Street. Baseball bat turned into CID. Photos taken by BCI. Vincent L. Murphy, 46, of 19 Hervey St., Apt. 1, Brockton was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, A&B, and assault.

9:26 p.m. Disturbance by a family. 9 Geralynn Dr. Caller states her husband allegedly is intoxicated and out of control. Would like officers to remove him from above.

10:18 p.m. Domestic violence investigated. 16 Park Road, Apt. 2. Caller states his son’s mother allegedly threw a coffee pot at him and it hit his arm. She has left the apartment. Sonya Travis, 27, of 285 Pine Grove Dr., Brockton was charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon.

10:32 p.m. A&B investigate. 47 Highland St., Apt. 4. Female states her ankle is broken and that a male party allegedly assaulted her. Police report after separately speaking to all the parties in the home all stated the woman twisted her ankle while getting off a chair. Police note while the woman is heavily intoxicated would not tell police what took place. She was taken via ambulance to have her ankle evaluated. James William Furse, 50, of 47 Highland St., Apt. 4, Brockton was charged with two default warrants.

10:50 p.m. Rape. Weston Street. Woman states her 14-year-old female relative may have been raped. Related to missing call earlier. Female taken to Good Samaritan Medical Center and is uncooperative. Refused rape kit. Detective will follow up.

States he also allegedly assaulted their 5-year-old daughter and her finger is broken. Prior to wife’s call husband called 911 stating his wife came home from a party and allegedly assaulted him. He is en route to police station to file a report. Victoria Maria Giesta, 27, of 62 Edson St., Apt. 1, Brockton was charged with A&B.

Now received call from sister stating she now has cut on her hand. Second call from State Police Middleboro say female from above location states she has herself locked inside with furniture against the door. States male party is outside. Adelino Goncalves, 36, of 130 Bartlett St., Brockton was charged with two counts of A&B.

5:04 a.m. A&B dangerous weapon. Brockton Hospital, 680 Centre St. Patient in hallway allegedly smashed picture and is now throwing glass at staff. He has been medically cleared and want him removed. BCI cuffed patient and he is now on floor. Jose A. Rosario, 33, of 181 Pleasant St., Apt. 2, Brockton was arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, indecent exposure, and malicious destruction of property under $250.

5:30 a.m. Robbery investigation. 1380 Main St. Party robbed at gunpoint. Drug deal gone bad. Victim states he was buying marijuana from a known dealer when the dealer told him he had a gun and demanded all his money. Victim never saw the gun. Victim did not want to press charges if he got his money. Dealer and victim worked it all out. No charges. No gun.

1:07 a.m. A7B in progress. 226 Green St., Apt. 1. Caller is at the corner of Newbury & Green streets. Caller states Angela Barbosa allegedly punched him in the face at above location. Caller states suspect was chasing him in green Nissan Altima. Caller will flag officer down.

1:49 a.m. Disturbance. Best Buy, 200 Westgate Dr. Driver from a party bus states the people who rented the bus just broke his window and are trying to run away. The bus is in front of Best Buy.

1:53 a.m. Domestic violence call. Advanced Lock & Key, 1554 Main St. Caller states ex-John Nedio allegedly just punched her in the face. Suspect is heading into a dark blue Honda. Caller states she has a bloody nose. Joao Manuel Nedio, 32, of 22 Wall St., Apt. 2, Brockton was charged with A&B and threat to commit crime.

2:32 a.m. A&B with a dangerous weapon. 22 Gaudette Ave. Female caller reports she was returning from work and was approached and hit in the head with a gun. They tried to take her purse and bag. Suspects described as two males wearing hoodies. Unknown race. Victim is at Brockton Hospital ER. She was not sure if the suspects had a gun or not and both suspects were wearing a mask.

4:20 a.m. Domestic violence call. 51 Irving St. Caller states husband allegedly tried to hit her in the face, ripped her shirt, swung golf clubs which broke a mirror and other things in the house. She states he also grabbed a kitchen knife and broke a house phone. Suspect believed to have left in a blue in a blue Jeep. David Wicker, 50, of 51 Irving St., Brockton was charged with A&B and threat to commit crime.

7:12 a.m. B&E investigate. Shoe City Tavern, 24 ½ Intervale St. Entry through side door. Lottery broken into. Officer enroute to recover video.

10:50 a.m. Gun possession incident. 18 Wayland St., Apt. 2. Caller states her baby’s father, who is 20 years old, allegedly has two guns in a bag in his room at above. She states he is on probation and he doesn’t have a permit for the guns. States there is a silver and black gun. She states he has an ankle bracelet on. Caller called detective back and said man has left the above and took the guns with him. Police spoke with probation/parole tracking center. Police referred to parole officer. All info transferred to parole officer.

11:39 a.m. B&E investigate. 209 Pleasant St. B&E to vacant building. Copper stolen.

11:50 a.m. Larceny investigation, 27 Oak St., Apt. 1. Caller states her son allegedly stole 150 Oxycodone pills. States he went out the front door. Caller keeps calling back and is crying. Says son maybe heading toward his father’s house. Stephen Anthony Garland, 27, of 101 Green St., Lynn was charged with larceny of drug.

12:15 p.m. Disturbance. Walmart, 700 Oak St. Male and female in the parking lot fighting over a parking spot. Man supposedly put hands on or pushed female. Woman says male started it. Witnesses and man say woman spit on him and was screaming at him. Woman states man stared at her and she asked him what was wrong. She said he continued to stare at her. Witnesses say man pushed her after she came at him. Woman told man not going to be charged. She could face legal problems. Woman said she is fine and left. Matter settled.

12:44 p.m. B&E investigate. 517 W. Elm St. Front door. Bedroom ransacked.

3:45 p.m. A&B dangerous weapon—gun. 335 N. Main St., Apt. 3. Drive-by shooting. Ten to 15 shots fired. Wife shot in the chest. More than a dozen police respond. Male party witnessed three or four black males run from the scen of the shooting and get into a silver Chrysler with a Rhode Island registration. Fled on Battles to Oak street. Surrounding towns and State Police notified of suspect vehicle. Police spoke with Enterprise Rental about the vehicle which was rented out of New Bedford.
Victim taken to Boston Medical Center. Under investigation.

5:34 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner. Perkins Park & Main St. Daniel Ernst, 22, of 54 N. Main St., Brockton was charged with A&B on a police officer, disturbing the peace, and disorderly conduct.

7:51 p.m. Domestic violence investigation. Auto Zone, 740 Belmont St. Clerk states a female just walked in and stated her boyfriend allegedly hit her. Victim states suspect allegedly hit her in the head and scratched her on the face. Joshua L. King, 29, of 42 Howard Square, Brockton was charged with A&B.

9:22 p.m. Robbery investigation. 197 N. Main St., Apt. 7. Caller reports two black males knocked on his door and when he answered one of them punched him in the face, knocking him down. The puncher then told the victim to hive him all of his money. Caller refused, so the man reached into victim’s pocket, took his wallet and fled. Report taken.
