1:12 a.m. Larceny investigation on Oak Street. Caller reports her purse stolen and the suspect left the area in a car. Amanda M. Macomber, 23, of Brockton was summonsed for larceny over $250.

1:46 a.m. Domestic violence call on May Avenue. Boyfriend allegedly just hit her with his hand and she is outside in the parking lot. Herve Kenol, 42, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

1:52 a.m. B&E in progress on Burton Street. Coming from the south of Burton Street on the right side and middle of the street is a white double-decker and a group of 5 black males entering from the 1st floor side window. BCI responded for photos and prints.

2:44 a.m. Keep the peace on Bradford Street. Roy Gomes, 28, of Dorchester was summonsed for felony B&E a building in the night time, larceny of motor vehicle and larceny from a building.

2:50 a.m. Domestic violence call on Sheppard Street. Crying female on line states her boyfriend is allegedly hitting her. Esmael Costa, 28, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

3:10 a.m. Malicious damage in progress on Dixon Road. Some one threw a golf ball through the front window. Vehicle fled the area.

3:19 a.m. Gun shots call on Forest Avenue. 5 shots in the area and the 2nd caller states someone is shot in the leg and kids running toward Warren Avenue.
Male party states his friend was shot in the leg and there were 2-3 black youths hanging around and then they heard gun shots and his friend was shot in the leg. Caller states his friends took his friend in a vehicle and that they are enroute to Brockton Hospital.


6:11 a.m. Unwanted guest disturbance on West Street. Caller states suspect is banging on door and the vehicle taken from the call earlier from Bradford Street is in the driveway. 2nd call is stating he wants his exgirlfriend to get into the car with him and he is speeding up and down West Street in an Infiniti. Roy Gomes Jr., 28, of Brockton was charged with 3 counts of A&B with dangerous weapon, unsafe operation of motor vehicle, receiving stolen motor vehicle, failure to stop for police, resisting arrest, 3 counts of malicious destruction of property over $250 and assault with a dangerous weapon.


9:34 a.m. Larceny of motor vehicle on Wheeler Avenue. Caller states his 1998 BMW was stolen.

11:55 a.m. Malicious damage investigation on Main Street. Damage to door due to an attempted B&E.

12:44 p.m. Domestic violence call on Grove Street. Caller states his nephew’s girlfriend allegedly just went inside and is attempting to attack his mother and they have thrown her outside. Jessica Andrade, 23, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B, assault with dangerous weapon and assault.

1:06 p.m. Larceny in progress at Rockland Trust, 100 Belmont St. Male wearing a plaid shirt was just in the bank and allegedly tried to pass an $800 bad check. He left the bank on foot towards the court house. Kevin Hunter, 48, of Brockton was summonsed for uttering a false check.

1:24 p.m. Suspicious person on Court Street. Caller wants to report a suspicious looking light-skinned male that was walking on Court Street with a young female around 8-years-old. This party seemed to be pulling her along and they walked into a wooded area just after the condos if you are coming from the station. Checked the wooded area and brush appeared undisturbed. Searched area and could not locate.

4:52 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at 722 North Main St. Juscelino M. Paula, 36, of Brockton was summonsed for unlicensed operation of motor vehicle, reckless operation of motor vehicle and speeding.

5:02 p.m. Prostitution on Livingston Road. Neighbor reporting 2 females in the area. White female wearing red shirt and jeans and the second is a black female wearing black shirt and jeans. Nicole Matchem, 24, of Brockton was charged with local warrant.

5:40 p.m. Domestic violence call on Stillman Street. Fire was sent for a female having trouble breathing. Fire on scene requesting police. States there is an alleged domestic violence there. Mandy Ford, 34, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

5:46 p.m. Assault & battery investigation on Anne Marie Drive. Repo-Lynch’s Towing states party allegedly pushed him. Ruben Rivera, 31, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

6:06 p.m. Domestic violence call on Clinton Avenue. Luis Mallet, 24, of Whitman was summonsed for A&B and A&B with a dangerous weapon.

7:07 p.m. Disturbance on Tremont Street & Echo Street. Caller received a call from her teenage son stating there is a group of people revving engines and doing smoke shows on their motorcycles. Caller states it has been a constant problem. Nelsonnad Pina Abreu, 23, of Brockton was charged with a foreign warrant.

7:49 p.m. Larceny in progress at Walmart, 700 Oak St. Loss prevention is going to attempt a stop of 2 females with merchandise in excess of $250. They feel the females may be quite uncooperative and requesting assistance. Toni Morgan-Clark, 28, of Brockton was charged with larceny over $250. Tameika Dunbar, 28, of Stoughton was charged with larceny over $250.

8:26 p.m. Malicious damage to motor vehicle on Third Street. BB gun to vehicle. Caller states black Explorer sped off in unknown direction. Caller did not want to make a report, but wanted beat area patrolman to know it has happened before as a heads up.

8:33 p.m. Larceny investigation at Walgreens, 880 North Montello St. 3 females and multiple items taken. They left in a green pick-up.

8:40 p.m. Overdose on Kingman Avenue. Caller states his 31-year-old son just put a needle in his arm and is semi-conscious on back porch. Ambulance sent.

10:13 p.m. Motor vehicle stop in the vicinity of Nye Avenue & Nye Square. Onildo Vaz Vicente, 31, of Brockton was charged with possession to distribute Class D drug and failure to signal.

10:45 p.m. Assault & battery investigation on Lisa Drive. Victim was allegedly jumped by 2 females at a graduation party. Joanne Janell Cyprien, 23, of Abington was charged with A&B. Yvette Duplessis, 23, of Abington was charged with A&B.

11:51 p.m. Assault & battery in progress on Prospect Street. Caller reports a while male is iallegedly beating a white female. Matthew Todd Cole, 28, of Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon and A&B.
