12:27 a.m. Assault & battery investigation at Harvard Street. Female states her friend was allegedly pushed by a dark-skinned male. She is injured and didn't call because she doesn't speak English. Jose Gonzalez, 35, of Brockton was summonsed for 2 counts of A&B.
3:32 a.m. Disturbance on Menlo Street. Loud party and people are now fighting. Lisa Fernandes, 35, of Brockton was summonsed for disturbing the peace and Elias Cardoso, 26, of Brockton was summonsed for disturbing the peace.
10:16 a.m. Assault & battery in progress on North Main Street & Mellen Street. Male party allegedly assaulted a female on the corner by Dunkin’ Donuts. Keith Elder, 19, Homeless in Brockton was charged with A&B and assault.
