12:18 a.m. Unknown emergency on Kingman Avenue. Female on line stating she doesn't have much time. She gives address and when asked what the problem is states, "domestic." Fotios S. Efthimiadis, 33, of Brockton was charged with A&B and threatening to commit a crime.

1:29 a.m. A&B dangerous weapon--knife in the vicinity of Perkins Avenue. Caller states father just came home and reports being "jumped" at an unknown location. Face badly beaten and wallet taken. BCI notified for photos of victim and scene.

2:48 a.m. Home invasion on Stillman Avenue. Caller states 2 males possibly Hispanic and with guns. 1 with Gray doo-rrag around mouth & teal shirt and the second male is wearing a gray shirt.
Caller states they went in the older brother's room, pointed a gun at his neck and told him not to get up and ransacked the room.
The caller states they took both brother and mother's cellphone and they ransacked the rest of the house. Caller believes they left on foot in unknown direction.
Evyn J. Garner, 18, of Brockton was charged with Firearm-Armed home invasion, unlawful carry of firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition, A&B with dangerous weapon, 2 counts of assault with dangerous weapon and possession to distribute Class B drug.
Evans Cesar, 19, of Brockton was charged with Firearm-Armed home invasion, unlawful carry of firearm, A& B with dangerous weapon, 2 counts of assault with dangerous weapon, unlawful possession of ammunition, 2 default warrants and assault with dangerous weapon.

4:18 a.m. Unknown emergency in the vicinity of 220 North Main St. State Police Middleboro received a call from a female stating to get there and that she was being beat. Kelly A. Green, 47, of Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon.

7:18 a.m. Code Enforcement at Brockton Auto Express, 155 North Montello St. Over the car limit, dumpster violation, and parts stored outside. Violation notice to be sent.

7:26 a.m. Code Enforcement at Trim-Line Boston/South Shore, 159 North Main St. Unregistered smashed cars removed from the property and now a smashed registered car is on the property.

10:54 a.m. B&E investigation at Public Storage, 2030 Main St. 20 units broken into. Under police investigation.

11:19 a.m. Assault & battery in progress at Belmont St. & Warren Ave. Male party beating up a female in a car. Caller states the male fled on foot. John Patrick Kinney, 23, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

12:11 p.m. Structure fire on Baxendale Avenue. 11-year-old playing with a lighter. Juvenile arrest of 11-year-old for arson of dwelling and burning personal property.


12:16 p.m. Medical emergency on Guild Road. Boyfriend not breathing and possible overdose. Heroin overdose.

1:27 p.m. Assault & battery investigation at Brockton Hospital, 680 Centre St. See worker in the ER about a party entering the building with a knife threatening to harm someone. They got the knife away but they want a report. He is restrained now.

4:13 p.m. Suspicious person on Laureston Street. There are 2 males on the front porch. David O. Fletcher, 41, of Brockton was charged with 2 local warrants.

5:49 p.m. Violation of 209A investigation on Forest Avenue. Violation by phone. Eliseu Lopes, 37, of Taunton was summonsed for violation of abuse prevention order.

8:07 p.m. Man with a gun in the vicinity of Ames Street. Male allegedly pointed a gun at the caller. The caller was on Ames Street and a male in a Nissan pointed a gun at him. The caller is driving to the police station. Jeremiah Keith Stroud, 25, of Brockton was charged with assault with dangerous weapon.

8:20 p.m. Domestic violence call on Arthur Street. Caller states brother allegedly assaulted her and pulled a knife on her. Antauwan James, 20, of Brockton was charged with A&B.
