Monday, March 22
5:29 a.m. Two Brockton women face a host of charges, including felony breaking and entering a motor vehicle after a caller reported two people allegedly broke into his car and took a stereo.
Bertha Stanley, 28, has been charged with felony breaking and entering a vehicle in the night, larceny under $250, possession of a burglarious instrument, malicious destruction of property over $250 and receiving stolen property over $250.
Tamika Elizabeth Tirado, 18, Brockton has been charged with felony breaking and entering a vehicle in the night, receiving stolen property over $250, larceny under $250, and malicious destruction of property over $250.
Sunday, March 21

12:13 a.m. Tiffany Lloyd, 17, Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a Martin Street caller reported a group of teens were allegedly out front trying to fight his daughter.

1:39 a.m. A caller reports her 1999 black Honda Civic has been stolen from French Avenue.

1:43 a.m. Donnie Hogan, 32, New Bedford was charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, resisting arrest and assault after a Crescent Street caller reported a large fight.

2:52 a.m. Adilson Fonseca, 20, Brockton was charged with assault and battery after police received a call from Highland Street for a domestic violence situation.

2:16 p.m. Johnny Perkins Jr., 19, Brockton was charged with possession of a Class E drug after a caller alleged being asked to buy drugs in front of CVS drug store on Oak Street.


6:13 p.m. A 16-year-old juvenile was charged with failure to stop for police, failure to stop or yield, speeding, unlicensed operation of motor vehicle and unregistered motor vehicle after police received a call about a dirt bike crash near Quincy Street and Maplewood Circle.
Saturday, March 20
12:37 a.m. Thomas Miller, 58, Brockton was charged with second offense operating under the influence and marked lanes violation after a motor vehicle stop on Howard Street.

8:53 a.m. Stuart D. Smith, 36, Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, resisting arrest and trespass after police received a call to check a property near Elliot and N. Montello Streets.

1:09 p.m. Pedro Lopes, 28, Brockton was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon after police received a call from Main Street reporting a man kicking a woman outside of a hair salon.

3:25 p.m. Richard Dezotell, 29, Brockton was charged with threat to commit a crime, assault and battery and open and gross lewdness after one call about an alleged assault on Edward Street and another from Sharone Street alleging a man was urinating in front of children.

6:45 p.m. Talia Lopes, 21, Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a caller reported girls fighting in the street near N. Main and E. Battles Street.
Friday, March 19
2:40 a.m. A woman driving a red 1999 Pontiac Grand Am reports a white or Hispanic male carjacked her vehicle at knifepoint. Caller reports the man is about 5-foot 6-inches tall and has braided black hair and wearing jeans. Caller reports suspect fled the scene toward N. Montello Street from Rosseter.

3:50 a.m. Jerry Bienvenu, 33, Leyden St., Brockton was charged with felony possession of a large capacity firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition, felony possession of a firearm with a defaced number, improper storage of a large capacity firearm, possession of a counterfeit note, possession to distribute a Class B and Class E drug, possession of a Class E drug and drug violation near a school or park.
The charges stem from a call on Leyden Street reporting a male and female arguing.

4:45 a.m. An employee at Cumberland Farms on Belmont Street reported a blond-haired white male wearing a black sweater and jeans asked for a carton of cigarettes and ran out of the store without paying.

6:15 a.m. A North Avenue caller reports slashed tires and broken windows to a vehicle.

6:37 a.m. An employee at Star Food Mart on Hovenden Street reports a white male came in and robbed the store with a gun and fled in a red motor vehicle toward Quincy Street.
Police report car used in robbery is stolen Pontiac Grand Am from earlier carjacking.

11:56 a.m. Deivid Dulco, 21, Canton Street, Stoughton was charged with larceny over $250 after McDonald’s on North Montello Street reported a $2,082 deposit from the night before is allegedly missing and an employee is suspected.

5:24 p.m. Dunkin’ Donuts on Crescent Street reports a white male with a beard walked into the business, placed his hand over the register, grabbed some money and ran out heading toward the Downey School. No weapon was shown.

7:15 p.m. One Brockton man will be in court for a gun charge and six others for trespassing after a caller on Oakland Place reported hearing gun shots and allegedly overheard a group of men talking about a retaliatory shooting.
Police scoured the area and spoke to a neighbor who told police there is allegedly an ongoing gang war which has resulted in recent multiple gunshot calls on the street. Police report shot spotter equipment confirmed evening’s gunshot report.
Facing the gun charge is Venacio F. Andrade, 40, Virginia Avenue who was charged with unlawful carrying of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition and trespass.
Charged with trespassing are: Olavo Moreno, 22, Grove Street; Ivan Renato Gomes-Fonseca, 24, Lawrence Street; Valerio A. Gomes, 31, N. Main Street; Emilson Mendes Garcia, 22, N. Warren Avenue; Alhinho DePina, 29, Pleasant Street; Mario Lopes Pereira, 23, Roan Court.

8:28 p.m. Robert Conners, 26, Lakeside Terrace, Hanson, and Paul A. Standre, 23, Brockton, face drug charges after a call from South Fuller Street reporting a narcotic violation in progress. Conners was charged with possession of a Class A and Class B drug and Standre with possession of a Class A drug.

4:42 a.m. A Massasoit Avenue caller reported a 2006 blue Toyota Highlander has been stolen from the driveway.

7:32 a.m. A Battles Farm Drive caller reports the insider of her motor vehicle has been “torched.”

8:33 a.m. A caller from Davis Commons on Carl Avenue reports two windows shattered, a laptop computer and other items stolen from Hummer.

9:02 a.m. Battles Farm Village on Battles Street reports two vehicles had windows smashed in overnight.
Sunday, March 14
12:53 a.m. Wayne Smith, 44, N. Main Street, Brockton was charged with trespassing, disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest after Brockton Hospital called to report a male party in the emergency room that had been discharged allegedly would not leave and was arguing with staff.

7:08 p.m. Michael Allen Terrio, 48, Winthrop Street, Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a Winthrop Street woman reported her fiancé allegedly assaulted her.

9:37 p.m. Jesse Hester, 21, Bridle Path Circle, Randolph was charged with threat to commit crime after a Chatham West caller reported her ex-boyfriend allegedly threatened her.

9:59 p.m. Robert Gageant, 60, W. Shaft Road, N. Adams was charged with leaving the scene of personal injury and death after a motor vehicle accident at Intervale and Ames Streets.

11:49 p.m. Two Brockton women were charged with assault and battery after police responded to a call at 25 Columbia St. after a man called to report a woman in a third floor apartment allegedly punched his girlfriend in the face. Police reported responding to a loud music call earlier in the evening.
Analisa Teixeira, 25, Columbia Street, Brockton was charged with assault and battery and disturbing the peace.
Sonia Cabral Lima, 27, Main Street, Brockton was charged with assault and battery.
Saturday, March 13
2:17 a.m. Jose Rodrigues, 52, Battles Farm Drive, Brockton was charged with second offense operating under the influence and marked lanes violation after a motor vehicle stop on Battles Farm Drive.

3:01 a.m. Police engaged in a vehicle pursuit of a 19-year-old man who refused to stop when police attempted to pull his vehicle over near Clifton and Warren Avenue.
Arrested was Joao Santos, 19, Warren Avenue, Brockton who was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop for police, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of property damage, resisting arrest and speeding.

4:09 a.m. Nelson Tavares, 20, Laureston Street, Brockton was charged with home invasion, breaking and entering a building in the nighttime for a felony, threat to commit a crime and malicious destruction of property over $250 after police received a call from Laureston Street and State Police reporting a domestic violence incident.

10:00 a.m. Darien Murray, 45, Euclid Street, Dorchester was charged with larceny under $250 by single scheme after Ocean State Job Lot on Torrey Street reported two males all in black at cash register allegedly trying to use credit and/or shoplift items to return them.

6:26 p.m. Alisha Smith, 33, Main Street, Brockton was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon after a Boylston Street woman reported allegedly being jumped the night before after midnight on 1st Street.

8:02 p.m. An Irvington Street caller reported vehicle broken into and GPS, wallet, CD’s and other items taken. Police reported sending cruisers to area in early morning hours because at least three other motor vehicles have had similar occurrences on Brookside Avenue and Kenwood Street.

9:40 p.m. A stolen wallet from Brookside Avenue vehicle was recovered in front of a house on Kenwood Street.
Friday, March 12
1:50 a.m. William Rivera, 29, Grove Street, Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace and two counts of malicious destruction of property after a Vine Street caller reported a man known to the family was allegedly out front of the house smashing windows and slashing tires on a vehicle.

2:27 a.m. Major Boatwright, 32, Grove Street, Brockton was charged with assault and battery and witness intimidation after a caller from Grove Street reported her boyfriend allegedly assaulted her and broke her cell phone.

7:02 a.m. Brockton Police recovered a stolen 1996 Honda Civic on Monument Street.

7:41 a.m. Police transported a woman to Brockton Hospital for a medical exam and evaluation after a caller from the BAT bus terminal on Commercial Street reported a confused female on a bus wearing hospital clothes.

10:18 a.m. Valerie Gutierrez, (no date of birth given), Page Street, Stoughton was charged with malicious damage to a motor vehicle after a caller from N. Montello Street reported four tires and a vehicle bumper damaged.

12:33 p.m. Richard Stuart Waite, 20, Highland Street, Brockton was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon after a caller reported a domestic violence incident involving his daughter.

12:40 p.m. Jesus Caban, 21, Brunswick Street, Brockton was charged with possession to distribute a Class A drug and unlawful possession of ammunition after police executed a search warrant at 44 Brunswick St.

1:39 p.m. Two men and a woman from Brockton were arrested and charged with drug violations after police executed a search warrant at 15 Cabot Street.
William Quiles, 43, 15 Cabot St., Brockton was charged with subsequent possession to distribute a Class A drug and conspiracy to violate drug law.
Hector Velez, 30, 100 Prospect St., Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and unlawful wiretap attempt.
Wanda Pena, 45, 38 W. Elm Terrace, Brockton was charged with possession to distribute Class A drug and conspiracy to violate drug law.

2:36 p.m. Patricia Santos Delgado, 25, Farrington St., Brockton was charged with two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapons and assault and battery after a Farrington Street caller reported his girlfriend allegedly hit him and has a knife.

2:49 p.m. Police arrested a 16-year-old at PetSmart on Belmont Street. The juvenile was charged with resisting arrest, assault and battery on an officer, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.

4:53 p.m. Police recovered a stolen 1993 Honda Civic SE that was located on Taber Avenue.
