12:17 a.m. Domestic violence call on Warren Avenue. Mario Cardona, 58, of Brockton was charged with A&B and A&B to intimidate.

12:26 a.m. Domestic violence call on Vesey Street. Gilson Alfama-Mendes, 30, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

2:34 a.m. Assault & battery in progress on Longwood Avenue. Caller states she just went up to the 3rd floor and the male was allegedly beating up a female inside the apartment. Caller said the male had blood on him. William Porter, 23, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

5:39 a.m. Larceny of M/V investigation on Colonel Bell Drive. Caller states she woke up and found that her 2000 Honda Civic was stolen.

11:47 a.m. Domestic violence call on Chatham West Drive. Caller can hear through the wall and male and female are fighting and they can hear the female say "stop hitting me." Jeffrey M. Watts, 26, of Mattapan was charged with A&B, resisting arrest and intimidation of witness.

12:59 p.m. Disturbance at Subway, 768 Centre St. Homeless male harassing customers.

2:05 p.m. Disturbance by a drunk at Rite Aid, 725 Centre St. Male in hospital pants and hospital band on wrists is allegedly very drunk in the lobby area and refusing to leave. Rudolph N. Knight, 50, of Boston was charged with trespassing.

3:56 p.m. Disturbance on Anne Marie Drive & North Quincy Street. Male and female fighting. Jamie Foster, 19, of Brockton was charged with A&B.
8:26 p.m. Kidnapping call on North Montello Street. Caller states she has custody of 2-year-old daughter and baby's father had visitation for the weekend and is refusing to return child to mother. The father lives in Boston. Jonathan Ortiz, 20, of East Boston was summonsed for kidnapping minor by relative.

9:35 p.m. A&B dangerous weapon investigation on Montello Street. Caller states her baby's father allegedly just threw a motorcycle helmet through the window and it hit her 4-year-old niece. Caller requests an ambulance and states he is still in the area and riding a silver/black motor scooter and wearing a black shirt and jeans. Elizeu Martins, 23, of Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon and malicious destruction of property under $250.

11:24 p.m. Domestic violence call on Henry Street. Ailton F. Araujo, 29, of Brockton was charged with A&B, giving false name/SSN, 2 default warrants, intimidation of witness and forgery of document.
