12:20 a.m. Unknown emergency on Melrose Street. Arthur Parham, 52, of Boston was summonsed for assault with dangerous weapon and threatening to commit a crime.

6:44 a.m. Larceny of M/V investigation on Montello Street. Green Honda Civic stolen last night.

8:18 a.m. 911 unknown emergency at the corner of Poplar Road & Spring Street. White woman half dressed and running down the street towards the park. Caller states that the female tried to bite her. Woman located by police officer and woman possibly is having a bad reaction to unknown drugs. Woman stated friends were smoking cocaine and she is hallucinating. Transported to Brockton Hospital ER for treatment.

8:48 a.m. Code Enforcement at Apollo House, 99 Warren Ave. Application for complaint for operating a lodging house no licensed. Jean N. Chery, 62, of Randolph was summonsed for unlicensed lodging house and city ordinance violation.

9:42 a.m. Disturbance on Pleasant Street. Six or seven people drinking and loitering. Ricardo Soares, 46, homeless in Brockton was charged with trespassing and drinking in public. Marian Clark, 51, homeless in Brockton was charged with trespassing and drinking in public. Joy Solana, 47, of Brockton was charged with trespassing and drinking in public.

11:56 a.m. Code Enforcement at the corner of Cottage Street & Belmont Street. Driver threw glass brand bottle out of car onto sidewalk. Citation/warning issued.

1:45 p.m. Threats see the complainant. Caller allegedly has several texts today from Edgardo Pagan and one of them states he is going to get a girl a girl and “f***k her up." Caller states that her ex-boyfriend Edgardo allegedly destroyed her apartment on Friday and he also called her mother and stated that he hired someone to go and beat her up and is going to set the house on fire. Edgardo Pagan, 29, of Brockton was charged with malicious destruction of property over $250 and threatening to commit a crime.

1:46 p.m. Code Enforcement on Wheeler Avenue. Cars that were previously tagged are gone.

1:55 p.m. Code Enforcement on Pleasant Street. Call about a yard sale blocking the public sidewalk. Asked them to remove the stuff from the public sidewalk.

2:03 p.m. Code Enforcement on Moreland Street. Three cars 72hr tagged. Two facing Moreland Street and one on Spring Street side with 4 flat tires. All unregistered at this time.

2:04 p.m. Code Enforcement at 1081 North Main St. Two broken down plow trucks in the rear lot with flat tires, windows missing, blocks under tires and broken axles. 72hr tagged. The trucks belong across the street at 10 Studley Ave. The BOH will be notified about yard mess as well.

2:15 p.m. Code Enforcement on Newbury Street. Two unregistered cars tagged 72hrs.

2:38 p.m. Code Enforcement out at 189 Winthrop St. with fire. Fire under a porch, appears to be careless smoking.

3:05 p.m. Code Enforcement out with fire at 162 Newbury Street for a dangerous fire escape.
4:07 p.m. Larceny investigation at CVS, 40 Oak St. Employee was working outside and a Hispanic male in a red t-shirt stole his backpack and fled in a white pick up truck and headed down Battles Street.
4:39 p.m. Domestic violence call on Roan Court. Caller states his 16-year-old son assaulted him. Juvenile arrest of 16-year-old for A&B.

4:53 p.m. Domestic violence call on Second Street. Boyfriend allegedly pushed caller and she has now locked herself inside a green Honda parked out front. He is punching and kicking the car door. Antoine Mendez, 23, of Boston was charged with interfering with police officer in performance of duty and disturbing the peace. Moses Almeida, 29, no address given, was charged with A&B, malicious damage to motor vehicle, misdemeanor B&E, furnish false name/SSN and 2 local warrants.

5:27 p.m. M/V stop on Warren Avenue. Red scooter stopped. Brandon Cain, 17, of Brockton charged with default warrant.

6:04 p.m. Domestic violence call on North Main Street. Caller states his girlfriend is allegedly drunk and out of control. Lora Laurie Whitaker, 49, of Brockton was charged with 2 counts of assault with dangerous weapon.

6:35 p.m. Animal complaint at D.W. Field Golf Course, 331 Oak St. 9th hole small raccoon circling and might have medical problem. Unable to locate.

7:25 p.m. Domestic violence call on Riverside Avenue. Ralph Cherduville, 24, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

8:00 p.m. Assault & battery in progress on Kingman Avenue. Kayla M. McCarthy, 21 of Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace. Melissa L. McPartland, 30, of Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace and A&B.

8:56 p.m. A&B dangerous weapon--knife at Good Samaritan Medical Center- 235 North Pearl St. Officer reports stabbing victim in ER. Police report taken.
