2:21 a.m. Assault and Battery investigation on Debbie Road. Caller reports she was beaten up by two females known to her. Police investigating. Victim did not want ambulance.
2:55 a.m. Domestic violence call on Florence Street. Sean C. Lee, 39, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery.
2:57 a.m. Motor vehicle stop in the vicinity of 57 North Main St. Katrina Tucker, 19, of Brockton was charged with two counts of default on a warrant and possession to distribute a Class B,E, and C drug.
5:23 a.m. Party unconscious at 42 Linden St. & 74 North Montello St. Reports of a male laid out on the middle of the street. Fire and ambulance en route and party taken to Brockton Hospital.
7:16 a.m. Check motorist driving erratically in the vicinity of the VA Hospital, 940 Belmont St. Kenny Fernandes Pina, 23, of Brockton was charged with reckless operation of a motor vehicle, motor vehicle left unattended while running, not in possession of license and disorderly conduct.
9:19 a.m. Domestic violence call on Pleasant Street. Caller states wife allegedly assaulted him and punched him In the face twice yesterday. Allegedly today she hit his 18-year-old daughter with a belt and has marks on leg and is yelling at 2-year-old old that she is going to slap him also. Stephania Seignon, 25, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and two counts of assault and battery.
10:16 a.m. B&E MV investigation on Moraine Street. Satellite radio and possibly wallet taken. Police report taken.
10:21 a.m. Malicious damage to motor vehicle on Reservoir Street. Three tires slashed. Police report taken.
10:31 a.m. B&E to motor vehicle at the Quality Inn, 1005 Belmont St. Windshield broken.
2:37 p.m. B&E to motor vehicle on the 7-14 block of Main Street. GPS stolen out of car.
3:15 p.m. Motor vehicle pursuit on Pine Street of ATVs. Christian Fragoso, 18, of Brockton was charged with failure to stop for police, reckless operation of motor vehicle, disturbing the peace, unregistered motor vehicle and vehicle helmet violation. Also charged was Cesar Guzman, 24, of Port Jeffferson Station, NY for failure to stop for police, reckless operation of motor vehicle, disturbing the peace, motor vehicle unregistered and vehicle helmet violation.
4:50 p.m. Domestic violence investigation on Highland Street. Claudino Lobo, 46, of Brockton was summonsed for Assault and Battery.
5:47 p.m. MV accident at 13 West Elm St. and 192 Warren Ave. Jose Guallpa, 24, of Brockton was charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license, possession of open container of alcohol in MV and marked lanes violation.
5:47 p.m. Assault and battery investigation on Sheppard Street. Boyfriend allegedly assaulted his girlfriend by pulling her hair and punching her. Manuel Faria, 24, of Brockton was charged with two counts of assault and battery.
7:00 p.m. B&E investigation on Herrod Avenue. Side door was kicked in. Police report taken.
7:03 p.m. Assault and battery investigation on Marsha Drive. Terrell Chandler, 19, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B, vandalizing property and threatening to commit a crime.
8:42 p.m. Robbery at Shop & Save, 635 Crescent St. Male party pulled out a gun and ran on foot in unknown direction. Police report taken.
9:42 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at 104 Main St. & School Street. Akeem Baptiste, 21, of Dorchester was charged with possession to distribute Class A drug, Drug violation near school or park, operating with license suspended, resisting arrest, speeding and failure to signal.
9:57 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at 330 Spring St. & 82 Belmont Ave. Ivon Peraclise Almeida, 23, of Brockton was charged with trafficking in Heroin/Morphine/Opium and drug violation near a school or park.
10:05 p.m. In the vicinity of the 100-110 block of Pine Street are reports of people fighting. Damaris Rivera, 30, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery and local warrant.
10:36 p.m. Domestic violence call at a Myrtle Street apartment. Amilcar Reverdes, 33, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery.
11:33 p.m. B&E of motor vehicle in progress on Nason Street. Caller reports 3 white males just caught breaking into their car. The husband went out and tried to catch them but they assaulted him and they ran toward Menlo Street. Police investigate.

4:52 a.m. B&E MV investigation at the Hess Gas, 261 North Main Street. Caller states 2 males allegedly got into his truck and took his camera. Caller can show where they went. Lawrence D. Hollinger, 38 of Brockton was summonsed for larceny over $250.
10:43 a.m. B&E investigation at the Academy Inn, 162 Warren Avenue. Someone broke into the office and party was allegedly captured on security tape. Yvonne N. Goodman, 28, of Brockton was summonsed for larceny from a building, two counts felony B&E of a building at night time and attempting to commit a crime.
2:07 p.m. MV accident at CVS, 735 Belmont Street. Ivan P. Greenblatt, 41, of Brockton was summonsed for unlicensed operation of a MV and failure to yield at an intersection.
5:15 p.m. MV accident at 595 North Warren Ave. & 186 Battles Street. Two cruisers and rire and ambulance en route. Juvenile arrest of a 16-year-old for operating a motor vehicle without a license and failure to yield at an intersection.
5:21 p.m. MV accident at 19 Battles St. Jay A. Bowman, 56, of Stoughton was summonsed for reckless operation of a MV, leaving the scene of property damage and marked lanes violation.
5:38 p.m. Domestic violence call at a Belmont Street apartment. Volvedge Borgella, 48, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery.
6:42 p.m. Eurides Depina Mendes, 43, of Brockton was summonsed for 3 counts of assault and battery.
6:43 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at 838 Main St. Nyles Houston, 19, of Brockton was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, speeding, possession to distribute a class D drug and possession to distribute a class B drug.
7:07 p.m. Larceny investigation at the AT&T Store, 641 Pleasant St. Male took phone off wall. Police report taken.
9:55 p.m. Domestic violence call at a Melville Court apartment. Cindy Gomes, 28, of Taunton was summonsed for assault and battery.
10:19 p.m. Carjacking on Arthur Street. Caller reports they were jumped from behind when getting out of car by 3 black males. Caller states found one male that knows where one suspect lives. Police report taken.

8:00 a.m. Larceny investigation at a West Chestnut Street residence. Diamond ring stolen. Callers thinks it could possibly be someone who is working on the house. Police report taken.
9:34 a.m. Larceny of MV on Ames Street. White 1998 Honda Civic stolen. Police report taken.
10:38 a.m. Domestic violence call at a Haverhill Street apartment. Caller reports that daughter allegedly assaulted her mother. Esther Maria Caycoya, 34, of Brockton was summonsed for assault with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery.
10:58 a.m. Recovered stolen MV on Melrose Avenue. 1998 White 1998 Honda Civic and 1994 Blue Honda CP Civic both recovered.
11:51 a.m. A&B with a dangerous weapon--a gun--on Colonel Bell Drive. Caller from apartment states he got into an argument over a computer with a male who lives in a basement apartment and he allegedly pulled out a gun and tried to shoot the caller while another male held him down. Tyler Norton, 18, of Brockton was charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon, armed robbery and unlawfully carrying a firearm.
1:08 p.m. Larceny investigation at the Hancock School. Student’s musical instrument was stolen. 
3:26 p.m. Carjacking call on Spark Street. Caller reports suspect pulled him out of his Nissan Sentra and acted like he was a parking attendant for the MBTA. The car has Lojack. Alleged suspect arrested and has many aliases. Rafael Gonzalez, 41, of Brockton was charged with unarmed robbery, carjacking and being a common and notorious thief.
4:52 p.m. A&B dangerous weapon—a knife at Burnham Ave. Latish Shaneen Linen, 19, of Brockton was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon.
5:59 p.m. Larceny of a MV on Field Street. White 1994 Honda SE Accord stolen. Police report taken.
6:28 p.m. B&E of MV investigation at The Pub-38 Centre Street. Window smashed and GPS and cell phone taken. Police report taken.
6:49 p.m. B&E of MV investigation at the T-Station on Spark Street. Two cars broken into. Police report taken.
10:15 p.m. Fire Station #2-945 Main Street. Disturbance, some sort of altercation out front of station. Mosey Montiero, 33, of Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.

2:01 a.m. Disturbance by a drunk at Nature's Health Store-263 Main Street. Male yelling outside. Police respond and settle matter.
5:47 a.m. Assault and battery in progress at Good Samaritan- 235 North Pearl Street. Caller states a male is allegedly beating up a female in the waiting room. Byron Eaton, 40, of Brockton was summonsed for assault and battery. Salamita Daveiga, 22, of Dorchester was summonsed for assault and battery.
6:12 a.m. Assault and battery investigation at Dip & Sip- 257 North Main Street. Caller states he was allegedly assaulted at the Hess but is at the above location. James Schutt, 68, of Holbrook was summonsed for A&B, A&B with a dangerous weapon and criminal harassment.
8:43 a.m. Traffic control at the Hancock School. Citation/warnings issued.
8:45 a.m. Tree limbs down at 491 Crescent Street. Police services rendered. Car was driving west on Crescent Street when the tree limb fell on the vehicle. There is damage to the front passenger side hood. No personal injury.

1:56 a.m. Motor vehicle stop at 43 Highland Street. Donald R Briggins, 54, of Brockton was charged with operating a MV with license suspended, speeding, failure to stop/yield, default on a warrant and foreign warrant.
3:17 a.m. Unwanted guest at 115 Colonel Bell Drive. Caller states that her friend allegedly came over the house and is very drunk and wanted to have sex with her and when she refused he pulled a kitchen knife on her. Caller took her child and went out front and will be waiting for the police. Antonio J Gomes, 45, of Brockton was charged with assault to rape, assault with a dangerous weapon and threatening to commit a crime.
4:00 a.m. Domestic violence call at a Plain Street apartment. Caller states that her boyfriend allegedly just assaulted her. Brian Thibeault, 42, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery.
5:58 a.m. MVA at 120 Ames Street and 1 Intervale Street. Van hit parked car. William S. Glen, 32, of Avon was charged with reckless operation of a MV, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, intimidation of a witness and interfering with a firefighter.
6:16 a.m. B&E of motor vehicle in the vicinity of the 870-880 block of North Quincy Street. Caller reports a male tried to break into their car. States he is walking toward Holbrook.
Marcus Gerrior, 19, of Brockton was charged with 2 counts of felony B&E to a vehicle/boat during daytime and receiving stolen property under $250.
8:07 a.m. Disturbance at the Dunkin Donuts-317 North Pearl Street. Male asking customers for money and manager asked him to leave and he said call the police. Police respond and male transported to Good Samaritan.
8:44 a.m. Malicious damage investigation on Leavitt street. Windows shot out in car. Police report taken.
9:11 a.m. Reports of a white box truck on 248 West Harvard Street and 114 Grafton Street that almost allegedly hit a person walking on the sidewalk. The truck is parked in the middle of the street and back up lights on.
Anselmo Tacurilli, 38, of Brockton was summonsed for leaving the scene of property damage, negligent operation of a MV, OUI liquor and operation of MV unlicensed.
10:46 a.m. Disturbance at a Riverview Street residence in the 70 block. Caller reports that their cousin is threatening them and allegedly just hit their car. Laura Ramos, 33, of Taunton was summonsed with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, destruction of property under $250 and intimidation of a witness.
11:42 a.m. Malicious damage to property on Tribou Street. Car broke down and caller found gas lid was pried open and believes someone tampered with car. Caller will be at the above address and will escort police to the corner of Nilsson and Laureston Street were the car broke down.
12:08 p.m. Code Enforcement at A&A Auto-743 North Montello Street. 12 cars on property. They were supposed to build a planting barrier out front to comply with an agreement that was made about 7-10 months ago. They are going before City Council on Monday. They are allegedly in violation of new agreement and storing parts outside in violation of license.
12:37 p.m. Code Enforcement at 392 Montello Street. Investigated and action taken.
12:59 p.m. Code Enforcement at Pires Auto-13 Watson Street. 17 cars on property.
1:11 p.m. Code Enforcement at Troianis & Son Trucking-1000 Montello Street. Citation issued for operating on a Sunday allegedly in violation of the license that states ”No Sunday Hours." A man was working on a truck in the lot and the garage door was open and people were inside.
1:24 p.m. B&E investigation at a Harlan Drive residence. Caller states someone threw brick at back window and stole X-box and possibly other items. Police report taken.
2:40 p.m. Code Enforcement on Pine Avenue. Working on the destruction of the surveillance camera that was shot at. This is the second camera that has been shot at and destroyed.
7:04 p.m. Disturbance at the Elmcourt Hotel-33 West Elm Street. Male party that beat victim up yesterday is back at the room. BCI for additional photos of victim.
8:18 p.m. Assault and battery in progress at the 400 block of North Montello Street. Caller states that allegedly roommate and his brother jumped him. Kevin Weeks, 22, of Brockton was summonsed for assault and battery. Jose Diaz, 24, of Brockton was summonsed for assault and battery.

1:09 a.m. Caller on Provost Street reported that they have taken a lot of pills and coke. Party transported to BHER.
2:18 a.m. Assault and battery in progress at the Stop and Go Gas at 81 Warren Avenue. Callers says 2 males are fighting in the parking lot. Police respond and unfounded.
5:29 a.m. Unwanted drunk guest at a Belmont Street residence. Caller states that her 24-year-old sister just came to the callers' house and is screaming and yelling and very drunk and would her removed. Police respond and restore order.
8:23 a.m. Delorean Miles Hill, 22, of Brockton was charged with 2 counts of assault and battery.
810:03 a.m. B&E MV investigation on Norman Road. 2 IPODS, camera and GPS stolen. Police report taken.
10:25 a.m. Suspicious person at Bixbi Building-106 Main Street. Caller reports a male is sitting in front of elevator on the 4th floor and doesn’t live in the building. Nelson Wilfredo Colindres, 25, of Brockton was charged with local warrant.
10:47 a.m. Unwanted guest drunk at AT&T store at 641 Pleasant Street. Male in store is drunk and refusing to leave. Male age 53 taken to BHER.
2:29 p.m. Malicious damage in progress at an apartment complex on Battles Street. Caller reports husband is outside and flattening the tires and keying the car. Police report taken.
3:37 p.m. Domestic violence investigation at North Main Street residence. Caller reports they were allegedly assaulted by their husband. Nicholas Espinosa, 24, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery and intimidation of a witness.
5:02 p.m. Robbery investigation at a Cherry Street residence. AMR is requesting police at the residence for a party that was robbed at gunpoint some point today. Police report taken and under investigation.
5:05 p.m. Hit & run investigation at Vicentes Tropical Grocery-689 Main Street. Caller states a car just his car and left the scene. Police report taken.

8:05 p.m. Caller at Vicentes Tropical Grocery-689 Main Street is stating that someone is allegedly threatening to kill her and they are waiting outside the market. Lariza Vieira, 18, of Brockton was summonsed for threatening to commit a crime.
9:05 p.m. Juvenile arrest of a 15-year-old on French Avenue. Juvenile charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and interfering with police officer in performance of duty.
10:01 p.m. Assault and battery investigation at 588 Warren Avenue. Caller reports they were sitting on porch when another tenant came up on the porch, kicked her and went in through her apartment to get to his own.
10:31 p.m. Disturbance at Yasso-81 Warren Avenue. Police moving people out of the lot and matter settled.
10:32 p.m. Violation of a 209A order. Nicholas Espinosa, 24, of Brockton was charged with violation of an abuse prevention order.
10:48 p.m. Assault and battery investigation at Elmcourt Hotel-33 West Elm Street. Caller reports being allegedly beaten up but refusing medical treatment. Rui R. Pais, 55, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery with dangerous weapon--a shod foot--and assault and battery.
10:55 p.m. Welfare check at the CVS-316 N.Pearl Street. Male inside the pharmacy area dressed in johnny and is refusing to leave the store and is starting to become violent, smashing things in the store. Patient walked out of Good Samaritan and was transported back to the hospital.
11:35 p.m. Larceny investigation at Rutland Square residence. Caller wants to report that IPHONE was stolen. Police report taken.

7:40 a.m. B&E motor vehicle in the vicinity of the 100-110 block of Hollis Street. GPS system and camera stolen. Police Report taken.
8:02 a.m. MV accident 973 Main St, and Nilsson Street. Ambulance sent and police report taken.
8:07 a.m. Traffic control at the Baker School.
8:16 a.m. Welfare check in the vicinity of 100-120 East Ashland Street. Caller reports seeing a female walking with 2 small children and she keeps falling in the street. Children appear scared, caller believes it is some type of medical condition. Police respond and matter settled.
8:21 a.m. Suspicious activity at 105 Belair St. Reports of a small compact blue car in the parking lot with people inside possibly having sex or doing drugs. Caller reports vehicle left and no action needed.
8:48 a.m. Unwanted guest disturbance at the Dunkin Donuts at 748 North Main St. Caller would like male party removed from above. Same male party from yesterday and had a problem with service. They got the license plate and will pursue matter if they get the name and manager wants to trespass him.
9:00 a.m. Traffic control at 171 Thatcher Street and 89 Kame Street.

9:24 a.m. 911 hang-up at a Myrtle Street residence. Baby playing with phone.

9:43 a.m. Malicious damage investigation in the vicinity of the 400 block of Hillberg Avenue. MV had damage done to it. Police report taken.
10:13 a.m. West Ashland Street caller reports they were allegedly beat and kicked all over her body by her boyfriend and wants to go to the hospital. Jose Lopes, 42, of Brockton was summonsed for assault and battery, attempted murder and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
10:49 a.m. 561 Main St. reports people out front loitering and would like for them to be moved along. Police respond and matter settled.
11:14 a.m. Larceny investigation at the Old Navy, 200 Westgate Dr. Someone broke into a 2000 Jeep Cherokee and stole radio and damaged the door. Police report taken.
11:34 a.m. MV accident at 140 Newbury St and 174 West Elm St. Ambulance sent and Police and Fire. Telephone pole knocked over and blocking roadway.
11:47 a.m. B&E MV investigation at 150 Spark St. and MBTA station. Caller reports car was broken into at the T-lot. Police report taken.
11:57 a.m. Brockton High School, 470 Forest Ave. Caller reports their wallet was stolen. Police report taken.
11:58 a.m. B&E in progress in the vicinity of 420-430 West Chestnut Street. Miguel Mercado, 29, of Fall River was charged with felony B&E of a building in the daytime and 3 counts of default on a warrant.
12:06 p.m. B&E investigation on Columbia Street. Caller came home and found apartment broken into. Police report taken.
12:19 p.m. B&E investigation in the vicinity of 80-90 North Ash Street. Residence broken into and police report taken.
12:35 p.m. Road rage incident in the vicinity of North Montello and Howard Street intersection. Caller reports that about 15 minutes in the above area there was a male in a small red car and got out of his car and threatened them. Police respond and unfounded.
12:53 p.m. Motor vehicle Stop at 76 Grove St. Threw papers from car and police had them pick them up.
1:03 p.m. B&E MV investigation in the vicinity of 133 Ardsley Circle. GPS and debit card stolen. Party coming to station to fill out report.
1:19 p.m. Larceny of MV investigation. Montello News at 829 North Main Street. Party went into store and left the vehicle running and someone stole it.
1:26 p.m. Code enforcement at 312 North Main St. Multiple problems with property. Fire alarm system is defective and Fire Deputy gave landlord ½ hour to get the electrician on the scene and fix problem or the building will be evacuated. Owner complied for now and Huntington Electric showed up and alarm is up and running.
1:41 p.m. Traffic control at 433 Plain Street and 314 Carl Avenue.
1:45 p.m. MV accident with injuries at the Stop and Shop, 932 North Montello St. Car vs. truck. Ambulance en route. Police report taken.
2:32 p.m. Assault and battery in progress in front of 560 West St. Have School Police respond for youths fighting, no weapons involved. Police respond and unfounded.
2:49 p.m. Bank of America, 683 Belmont St. Parking violation. 2 vehicles parked in the fire lane. Police used the air horn and 1st vehicle moved. 2nd vehicle given air horn and did not move. Police got out with ticket book and walked up to driver who was in vehicle and stated he would move it now. Police informed that he was being cited and he stated he was busy talking on cell phone and didn’t hear him. A female walked out of store taking the blame that he was parked there. Party cited and parking violation given.

3:20 p.m. Randolph Avenue residence reports disturbance. Caller reports the granddaughters are beating up each other and destroying things in the house. Juvenile arrest of a 14-year-old for assault and battery. Transported to New Bedford juvenile lockup.

5:25 p.m. Assault and battery in progress in the vicinity of 224 West Chestnut St. and 170 Longwood Ave. Isaiah Teixeira, 25, of Stoughton was charged with possession to distribute class B Drug.
6:03 p.m. B&E motor vehicle at the Montello Commuter Rail station at Spark Street. Broken passenger window and IPOD taken. Police report taken.

7:09 p.m. Check suspicious motorist at Walmart, 700 Oak St. Caller is Walmart security and they report a SUV in the parking lot and a male is selling electronics out of the MV and he is admitting to people there that it is all stolen. Police respond and could not locate.
8:10 p.m. Assault and battery in progress at the Legion Food Mart, 113 Legion Parkway. 2 males fighting inside the store. Police respond and parties left prior to arrival.
8:56 p.m. Disturbance at a Farrington Street residence. Caller reports neighbors are knocking on apartment door and writing obscene things on the door. Police spoke with caller and its kids that live in the apartment. Police settle matter.

7:13 a.m. Malicious damage to motor vehicle at Canterbruy Arms, 349 North Pearl St. Caller reports 4 tires slashed. Police report taken.
8:42 a.m. B&E in progress at the 500 block of West Chestnut Street. Caller states party just broke into the rear door of the house. White male driving a gray Buick Century is the suspect and are heading west on West Chestnut Street. The caller was home when this happened and BCI notified. Only description is a white male with curly hair. Police report taken.
8:59 a.m. Robbery investigation. Eddie Bennett Collins, 53, of Stoughton was summonsed for unarmed robbery, assault and battery and intimidation of a witness.
10:19 a.m. Police respond to Leonard Street for unknown 911 emergency. Caller on Leonard Street found a white male in his house. The resident grabbed the man by his jacket and has the jacket in his possession but the male ran on foot up Jacob heading on to Thatcher Street. Suspect located on Legion Parkway by Brockton officer on detail for Columbia Gas. Thomas Lawrence Hurd, 50, of Brockton was charged with felony B&E to a building in the daytime, larceny over $250, assault and battery, receiving stolen property over $250, 2 counts of destruction of property over $250 and larceny over $250.
10:42 a.m. Disturbance by a drunk at the Family Dollar Store,190 Oak St. Drunk male is out front and drinking Listerine. He is also harassing people and riding the kids out front. Police and ambulance respond and party taken to Good Samaritan without incident.
11:17 a.m. Disturbance by a drunk at the BAT Bus Terminal, 10 Commercial St. Drunk male transported to BHER for possible alcohol poisoning. He consumed at least three-quarters of a large bottle of mouthwash.
12:54 p.m. MV accident with injuries at Mutual Bank, 777 Belmont St. Car vs. car and one person transported to Good Sam/three MV towed from the accident. Police Report taken.
4:24 p.m. Keep the peace call on Vine Street. Rent-a-Center is attempting to pick up a fridge but the female is yelling and swearing at them, slammed the door in their face and some alleged threats. Police respond and female will not let anyone take the fridge. Rent-a-Center advised to get the proper documentation and police would file the proper complaint.
6:47 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance at the Kingdom Hall,444 Plain St. They are trying to have a religious meeting and female is inside yelling and screaming and filled with the holy ghost and creating a disturbance. Police respond and matter settled.
6:47 p.m. Animal complaint around the 20 block of Minuteman Way. 2 coyotes hanging around the parking lot.
7:20 p.m. Robbery investigation at the Brockton Public Library-East branch, 54 Kingman St. Caller was walking into the library when a black male, heavy set, wearing a dark colored jacket with colored designs all over it, ran up behind her and took her bag of library books. He never said a word, kept his hand in his pocket the entire time, unknown if he had any kind of weapon. He did drop the entire bag of books in the parking lot. Police report taken.
10:29 p.m. 200 Westgate Dr. reports 2 males just allegedly stole multiple mp3 players. They have the vehicle and the license plate of the car. Police investigate and spoke to owner of the car who states son is driving it. Will have son contact police to make arrangements for restitution to the store. Store manager is amenable to this. Police will watch and make sure restitution is paid.
11:08 p.m. Assault and battery in progress at the 120 block of Main Street. Taxi driver being physically attacked by unknown black male, 5’6, 160lbs, mustache, short dark hair and wearing a dark coat and jeans with white sneakers. 2nd call from the taxi driver stating he is in front of 121 Main St. and the attacker ran in the area of Fredrick Douglas Parkway. 3rd caller reports there is a black male, wearing dark clothing with a knife trying to get into Neighborhood Health Center. The male just dropped the knife and jumped the fence heading on Green Street now. Neighborhood Health Center is now calling to say they have a suspect on tape as well as a knife with blood on it left at the property.
11:10 p.m. Disturbance on Ash Street. Johnny R Charles, 35, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery.

7:18 a.m. Suspicious person on Mulberry Street. Caller reports an older male with a red hoodie and wearing a jacket and jeans is across the street and near the park and keeps walking around the area looking in yards. Caller states he is now behind a pole and possibly going the bathroom. Police respond and matter settled.

2:31 p.m. Reports of 2 males and 1 female engaged in open and gross activities on the Pleasant Street side of the park in the walking trail by the waterfall. Police respond and could no locate.
4:08 p.m. Code enforcement at 25 Fairmount Ave. The building is abandoned but all the signs of squatters, and of coming and going are there. Building department will make arrangements to board it up ASAP.
5:12 p.m. Reports of prostitution at the Calvary Cemetery, 1 North Cary St. and 232 Elliot Street. Reports of prostitute and her john in a green Ford pick-up in back of the cemetery. Police respond and could not locate.
5:22 p.m. Reports of suspicious persons at Christo's restaurant, 782 Crescent St. Caller states there were 2 white males in the parking lot looking thru all the cars. The caller stated they crossed the street and are in the back of Lobster Hut. Police respond but nothing found.

8:36 p.m. Suspicious person on Moreland Street. Caller reports there is an unknown male laying in their driveway. He is breathing and moving and they are asking him to leave but he has not moved or responded. Police and ambulance respond and take drunk male to hospital.

11:03 p.m. Robbery in the vicinity of the 300 block of Green Street. Caller reports he was just robbed by a male with a gun. The robber is described as a black male, 5’9and wearing a hood and jeans, also spoke with an African or Haitian foreign accent. The robber stole the victim's cell phone and ran toward Warren Avenue. 4:35 p.m. Larceny in Progress at AJ Wright, 544 Westgate Dr. Reports of a white male bald and missing front tooth wearing a grey hoodie and a Hispanic male wearing a black & white hat. Concealing merchandise and they stole a pair of boots earlier and are back trying to take more. Hispanic male ran toward UNO’s and security has the white male in custody. Police respond and parties left prior to arrival. Security was able to retrieve the merchandise. Suspects are believed to be driving in a gold SUV.

The male that allegedly stabbed him got into a red Ford Explorer. 12:15 a.m. Disturbance at Country Inn, 50 Christy's Drive. Desk clerk reports male allegedly naked in the lobby. Joseph M Levesque, 22, of Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and threatening to commit a crime.
3:04 a.m. Gunshots call at the 190 block of Howard Street. Numerous calls of gunshots being heard. 2nd call states they heard 12 shots and vehicle driving in unknown direction. 3rd call states on Howard, past the liquor store and on the right hand side brown house having a party, shots came from that house.
Victim is now at BHER with gunshot wound to forearm and states does not know where it happened.
3:56 a.m. Gunshots call around the 20 block of Enterprise Street. Caller reports hearing 6 shots. 2nd caller thought they heard 8 shots in the Intervale Street area. Multiple calls coming in about shots being heard around Johnston Court, Broad Street. Officer search area and unable to locate parties or ballistic evidence. Likely related to gunshots on Howard Street and ambush on Exchange Street. Gunshot victim also at Brockton Hospital ER from earlier call.
4:21 a.m. Gunshots call around Summer Street. Neighbor form Macy Avenue states they heard about 8 shots in the Summer Street area. Police could not locate.
8:17 a.m. Pine Grove Drive residence reports arguing going on. Michelet Berger, 34, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery and threatening to commit a crime.
8:40 a.m. Ash Street resident reports husband allegedly hit her and child. Luis Carlos Pires, 23, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery.

2:12 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at 93 Arthur Street. Claude J Desir, 24, of Brockton was charged with trafficking in heroin/morphine/opium.
Also Charged was Virgilio Rosa, 22, of Brockton with trafficking in heroin/morphine/opium and failure to stop or yield.
6:38 p.m. Assault and battery investigation at Dick's Sporting Goods,435 Westgate Dr. Caller reports an employee was on break outside and jumped by 2 heavy set males and they punched him. Manager pulling video tape now and under investigation.
8:13 p.m. Caller from Emerson Avenue reports 3 females walking up and down street flagging down vehicles. Unfounded.
8:45 p.m. 2nd caller from Emerson Avenue reporting same 3 females flagging down cars. Police respond and unfounded.
9:19 p.m. Six counterfeit $100 bills passed at Lowes, 125 Westgate Dr. Total of 21 fake $100 bills passed by 3 unknown black males in Lowes in the Westgate Mall. Police report taken.
11:00 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at 127 Newbury St. Phiniess Macklin, 19, of Brockton was charged with drug violation near school/park and possession to distribute class B drug.
11:45 p.m. Domestic violence investigation at Family Life Center, 40 Father Kenney Way. Miguel Roman, 23, of Brockton was charged with 2 counts of assault and battery.

2:24 a.m. Reports of gunshots in the vicinity of the 400 block of West Elm Street. Several calls reports between 4 to 7 shots fired. Police respond and check area. Nothing found.
6:15 a.m. Brockton High student had cell phone and money stolen from their locker. Police report taken.
8:17 a.m. Assault and battery at Men's Addiction Treatment-10 Meadowbrook Road. Caller reports that a patient was allegedly assaulted by another patient during the night. Victims face is bruised. Brian Valente, 32, of Medford was charged with assault and battery and foreign warrant.
9:29 a.m. MV accident pedestrian at Good Samaritan Hospital. Male hit by a bulldozer in the parking lot of Good Sam. People from the ER are running outside to help him. Police report taken.
9:33 a.m. Domestic violence call at a Herrod Ave residence. Reports of a male party allegedly beating up a female with a child in her arms. Wray Dawes, 24, of Brockton was charged with kidnapping, 2 counts of witness intimidation, 2 counts of A&B, 2 counts of threatening to commit a crime, fugitive from justice on a governor's warrant, Furnishing a false name and/or social security number after arrest.
9:39 a.m. Ellis Street resident reports that someone tried to steal his vehicle and in the process damaged it. Police report taken.
9:58 a.m. Larceny in progress at 678 East Street. Caller reports there is male party inside stealing copper and they are holding him. Building is old Knights of Columbus and the area is now being developed into housing. Owner does not want to press charges. Suspect had a bag with burglary tools. Suspect given trespass notice and tools were seized.
11:49 a.m. Suspicious activity at Dupont Circle and Summer Street. Adrialino G Vicente, 28, of Brockton was charged with possession to distribute class D drug, conspiracy to violate drug law, drug violation near school/park, disturbing the peace, operating MV with license suspended, resisting arrest, failure to stop for police. Mario A Mendes, 20, of Brockton was summonsed for resisting arrest, disturbing the peace, trespass. 
1:06 p.m. Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon/knife is under investigation at Spiegal Paper recycling-166 East Ashland Street. Caller reports that a blk male, 5’10, allegedly just pulled a knife on them. The male is in a red pick-up truck.
3:31 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at 180 Oak St. Mark H Lynch Jr., 48, of Randolph was charged with foreign warrant.
3:44 p.m. David Scott Porterfield, 43, of Brockton was charged with 2 counts of foreign warrant.

8:11 p.m. Disturbance at the Dorn Davies Senior Center,1380 Main St. Robert Holyoke, 59, of Brockton was charged with assault and destruction of property under $250.
8:54 p.m. Gunshots Call at 588 Warren Avenue. Caller states they heard shots in the area and states that there is a cab and someone yelling to call the police. 2nd call woman states armed robbery. 2 males unknown where the victim is. BCI responded for photos and victim is at BHER. Police report filed.
9:23 p.m. Robbery at Skinner Street. Pizza owner and delivery driver allegedly just got robbed of $50 of food and $100 cash by 2 males with a gun. Aaron Pagan, 17, of Brockton was charged with armed robbery and assault with a dangerous weapon and Devonte Geovani Hibbert, 17, of Brockton was charged with armed robbery and assault with a dangerous weapon.
10:22 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at 334 North Main St. and 39 Lebanon Street. Tiffany Erneste Preval, 21, of Brockton was charged with violation of abuse prevention order, assault and assault and battery on a police officer.
10:32 p.m. Home invasion call at a Colleen Drive residence. Caller states male party broke into his home. Caller reports that male party had a gun and he fought him off and party left heading toward linwood on foot. 10:12 a.m. B&E investigation summonsed for receiving stolen property more than $250 is Mike Maldonado, 31, of Brockton.
10:28 a.m. Code enforcement at 30 Lebanon Street. The yard is full of vehicles and they belong to A&A Auto Body at 347 North Montello Street. They are Storing cars on the vacant lot across from them and is in violation of their license. The yard is full of unregistered motor vehicles and they wont co-operate with the city.
10:29 a.m. Larceny/Forgery/Fraud investigation at the Salvation Army-281 North Main Street. Payroll checks were cashed fraudulently over $10,000 dollars. Under police investigation.
10:36 a.m. Suspicious person at the Family Dollar Store at 700 Crescent St. Thomas Francis McManus, 46, of Brockton was summonsed for trespassing and littering.
10:36 a.m. Tires stolen off motor vehicle at Myrtle St. Police report taken.
11:43 a.m. MVA at 570 Belmont Street and 480 West Street. No personal injury and male party is yelling at the female. Police report taken.

2:12 p.m. Larceny investigation at Guild Road. Jewelry missing and believes family member might have taken it. Police report taken.
2:33 p.m. Shoplifting investigation at Stop & Shop on North Montello
St. Caller reports that a female tried to steal $955 worth of groceries. They got the license plate and Police are investigating.
2:52 p.m. Hit& Run Investigation at the Walgreens at 711 Centre St. Caller states that someone hit their car and fled. Police report taken.
3:10 p.m. Caller from Donna Street reports that a W/M and a W/F going around casing houses with a lawn mower in the back of their car asking to mow lawns for money. Fled upon being questioned by a neighbor.
3:36 p.m. Code enforcement at 103 N. Cary Street and 57 Boyden Street. Out with a man possibly stealing a man hole cover. DPW contacted and the manholes were supposed to be taken back to the warehouse. Police had the guy take the manhole out of his trunk. The car was towed because his plate was expired and non-renewable and person issued a stern warning about picking up things that don’t belong to him.

5:07 p.m. Domestic violence call on Mulberry Street. Reports of Hispanic male, white t-shirt and black pants allegedly hitting on female employee in the parking lot. Luis Cruz, 41, of Brockton was summonsed for assault and battery and malicious damage to motor vehicle.
6:15 p.m. Larceny investigation at Brockton High School, 470 Forest Ave. 17-year-old from Brockton summonsed for larceny over $250.
6:21 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance at the Old Colony YMCA at 320 Main Street. Young male party escorted off the property.
