12:36 a.m. M/V accident with injuries. 25 Provost St. Vehicle upside down. Occupants trapped. Arcelino S. Silva, 21, of Brockton was charged with motor vehicle homicide by negligent operation, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and reckless operation of a motor vehicle.

12:36 a.m. A & B in progress. Intervale Street. Female reports she was just jumped by 4 women outside. Her car was damaged and they are still outside. Second call. Female now states she was hit in the head with a brick. Caller transported to Brockton Hospital ER. Officer en route for investigation.

12:41 a.m. A & B in progress. Eaton Street. Female states many people fighting and needs police. Language barrier. Large group moved along. No fighting upon arrival.

12:53 a.m. Disturbance. Arthur Street. Large party. Caller states people are walking in yards, and banging on doors and windows. Anthony Marchioni, 19, of Brockton was charged with keeping a noisy and disorderly house and sell/deliver liquor to a person under 21.
Three others Brockton residents were charged with person under 21 in possession of liquor. They are: Jacinda Damas, 18; Jonathan Fortes, 19; and Ashley Gregoire, 20.

1:47 a.m. B & E in progress. Brian Drive. Caller reports black female in family room. No weapons. Officer called emergency cleaning company for biohazard in rear of cruiser.

2:28 a.m. M/V accident. Owen O’Leary’s, 1280 Belmont St. Brockton Fire requesting an officer for an A & B victim. Female being transported to hospital.

2:44 a.m. Disturbance by a family. Pleasant Street. Third-party translator states estranged husband is outside in a Honda wagon and he has been arguing with caller and allegedly broke her phone. Ramon Guerra, 37, of Brockton was charged with malicious destruction of property under $250 and larceny under $250.

2:47 a.m. Gunshots call. Sawtell Avenue. Caller states she heard 4 gunshots come from the white house next to hers. She has not heard anything since. No yelling. No screaming. Report taken.

3:56 a.m. Gunshots call. 109 Arthur Street. Caller stated her son was shot. Second call states male party inside shot in the wrist and bleeding bad. States shooter was allegedly a male by the name of Cory. Unknown last name and he has left in an unknown vehicle. Police report one party shot. White jeep left area. Unknown if involved. White Jeep back in area driving around Edgar, Ames and North Carey streets. Another caller reports white Jeep just picked up someone on Merton Street. Derek J. Willette, 22, of Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct and interfering with a police officer in performance of duty.

4:46 a.m. Domestic violence call. Debbie Road. Caller on phone states there is violence in the home. States uncle hit her. Male can be heard in background. Female very upset. Crying. Kristina Farrell, 26, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery.

9:08 a.m. Medical emergency. Brockton High School, 470 Forest Ave. Car vs. student outside of Fine Arts building. Student is having a seizure. Student had a seizure in the parking lot next to a parked car. There was no contact with a vehicle. Student transported to Good Samaritan. Mother on scene.

10:08 a.m. Malicious damage to M/V. Winter Street. Caller went outside and found all 6 cars in the driveway have slashed tires.

10:21 a.m. Larceny investigation. East Side Market, 364 Centre St. Caller states their beer and wine sign was stolen last night. Caller has video and thinks suspect maybe an employee who bags groceries for Shaw’s.

10:35 a.m. Larceny/forgery/fraud. Brockton Neighborhood Health Center, 63 Main St. Alleged fraudulent prescription. Matthew Applebaum, 27, of Brockton was charged with uttering a false prescription.

11:29 a.m. Domestic violence call. Pondview Circle. Caller states her 22-year-old son allegedly threatened her life and was all in her face. Caller wants him removed because she is scared for her life. Jeffrey Theodat, 22, of Brockton was charged with assault.

1:11 p.m. Larceny investigation. East Jr. High, 464 Centre St. Stolen copper from roof.

5:14 p.m. Larceny investigation. Quality Inn, 1005 Belmont St. A person has been staying at the hotel for several months and was supposed to pay them yesterday. They just went to the room and the guest and all of his belongings are gone. He owes over $1,200. Manager reports he was aware credit card was declined but allowed him to stay an extra 10 days. Advised it is a civil issue and they would have to seek restitution through the courts.

7:43 p.m. Larceny investigation. Main Street. Stolen police scanner. Police to Belmont Street to speak with a suspect. Donald G. Johnsen, 34, of Brockton was charged with larceny under $250 from a person 60 or older/disabled.

9:08 p.m. Domestic violence call. Main Street. Caller states her fiancé allegedly just beat her up and threatened her with a knife. She fled the apartment and will be out front. Located victim. Advised of 209a. Refused ambulance. She had a couple of light bruises on upper arms and scratch on left forearm. She will think about 209a over weekend. Transported her to family on Winthrop Street. Mociar Andrade, 33, of Brockton was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and A & B.

9:46 p.m. Domestic violence investigated. Arthur Paquin Way. Caller states his uncle is allegedly drunk and started arguing with the family. Jon Kolczewski, 37, of Brockton was charged with two counts of assault and battery and threat to commit crime.

12:32 a.m. Suspicious person. Mutual Bank, 656 Crescent St. Caller reports unknown female wearing a red jacket has been sitting in front of Mutual Bank for 4 hours. Homeless person didn’t make it to Main Spring House before they shut their doors for the night. Woman moved along.

12:44 a.m. Malicious damage investigation. Spring Street. Brick through window. Police have a suspect. Thomas C. Scopa, 30, of Brockton was charged with malicious destruction of property over $250.

1:18 a.m. Threats see the complainant. Davids Street. Domestic violence complaint. Anthony Maurice Louis, 30, of Brockton was charged with threat to commit crime.

5:39 a.m. Assault and battery investigated. Lilly Avenue. Male party on phone stating that he has jumped. States he was “beaten” pretty bad. Unknown location of incident. Report taken.

6:29 a.m. M/V accident. Albion Street. Vehicle vs. a tree. Green Honda Civic. Vehicle is still running. No one in vehicle. Column damage. Large granite rock thrown against accelerator. Nothing appears missing from vehicle. Minor front end damage from impact with tree.
7:02 a.m. M/V abandoned. 141 Magoun Avenue & 342 Menlo St. Black Honda Civic. Driver’s door open. No one in vehicle.

7:06 a.m. B&E M/V investigation. Felton Street. 2010 Ford Fusion. Rear window smashed. GPS taken.

7:35 a.m. Larceny of a M/V investigation. Laureston St. Black Honda Civic. Caller states she will come in and file a report later.

8:09 a.m. Suicide attempted. Grove Street. Caller reports his wife has slit her wrists with a butcher knife. Adult female taken to Brockton Hospital ER.

9:36 a.m. Larceny of a M/V investigation. Field Street. Complainant walked into lobby to report her motor vehicle stolen from Field Street. Her vehicle was involved in a motor vehicle accident prior to being reported.

9:54 a.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. Brockton Hospital, 660 Centre St. Caller would like a man removed from the hospital. He is sitting on the bench outside of the ER area wearing blue scrubs and a green vest. Caller states he has a pending stalking charge against him from one of the nurses. When police arrived man was off the property waiting for a BAT bus. Police trespassed him and advised him to go to Good Samaritan. No stalking charges pending, however one threats charge pending.

12:13 p.m. Disturbance. Campello Coin Op-Laundromat, 826 Main St. Caller states her mother is about to fight another lady in the laundromat. A lot of screaming and yelling. Misunderstanding over a cellphone delivered via UPS or Fed Ex to a tenant of the building. Tenant accused employee of laundromat of stealing phone. Another employee placed cellphone in a downstairs area because tenant did not come for phone right away. Cell phone was given to tenant. Entire scene over nothing.

4:26 p.m. A & B dangerous weapon investigated. E. Union Street. Caller’s 11-year-old son was out walking the dog and a male came out of a Smith Avenue home swearing at him and throwing rocks at them. Dog came out of control also, and he bit the child on the arm. Report taken.

4:28 p.m. Malicious damage in progress. Garcia Grocery, 886 Main St. Female just allegedly kicked in the glass door. She is still on scene. Tina Williams, 20, of Brockton as charged with malicious destruction of property over $250 and possession to distribute a Class D drug.

5:33 p.m. Rape investigation. Montello Street extension. See person in lobby regarding incident involving stepfather.

6:34 p.m. Suicide attempted. Clifford Avenue. Caller states her male friend is going to kill himself. She stated it is all over Facebook. He even wrote his own obituary. Fire en route.

7:42 p.m. M/V stop. Shaw’s Supermarket, 641 Belmont St. Officer reports about 4 grams of weed, baggies, 2 pipes, a grinder, and open bottle of Hennessy was confiscated.

8:10 p.m. Man with a gun. Brockton District Court, 215 Main St. Unfounded.

9:31 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. McDonald’s, 908 N. Montello St. Five Hispanic males video-taping the inside of the store and refuse to leave. Matter settled.

1:35 a.m. Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Good Samaritan Hospital, 235 N. Pearl St. White male brought to hospital by a friend stating he was suffering from a stab wound to the leg.

6:33 a.m. Larceny of a M/V investigation. Montvale Road. Caller reported a 2006 blue Pontiac stolen. When police arrived vehicle owner stated to police she does not want to report the car stolen because she doesn’t want the person who she loaned it to to get in trouble.

8:02 a.m. Malicious damage—in progress. BAT bus terminal, 10 Commercial St. A police officer states witnessed a man damage private property while exiting the police station parking lot. Devol Brown, 28, was charged with malicious destruction of property under $250 and disorderly conduct.

8:20 a.m. Assault and battery investigation. Howard St. Woman stated her boyfriend allegedly hit her. Police report victim became uncooperative and refused to give any information because she was leaving the state in a couple of hours and police service wasn’t necessary. Devon Jordan, 25, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery.

9:40 a.m. Domestic violence investigation. Landmark Health Solutions, 888 N. Main St. Caller states she saw an elderly client allegedly getting abused by her daughter. Took place approximately 15 minutes ago. Caller states as the elderly female was getting into the car the daughter allegedly was slamming the elderly females head in back of the chair. Judith M. Azer, 67, of Randolph was charged with assault and battery on a person 60 or over/elder or disabled person.

12:49 p.m. Larceny investigation. Main Street. See caller at Supreme Coffee and Donuts. Woman states earlier at home on Market Street a man allegedly stole $240 out of her wallet. Steven Langley, 36, of Brockton was charged with larceny from a person.

1:10 p.m. Disturbance. Legion Food Mart, 113 Legion Parkway. Party has a problem with the clerk over charging her on some items. Party was told it is a civil matter, but is arguing with the clerk. Party has left the premises and the clerk no longer needs police services.

1:37 p.m. B & E investigated. Brookside Avenue. Breaking and entering to home. Report taken.

2:30 p.m. B & E investigated. Warren Avenue. Landlady told police someone broke a hole in a wall in the basement to get to the locked room where tools were stored.

2:56 p.m. Disturbance by a drunk. 1134 Main St. & 1 Market St. Caller reports a black male wearing a red jacket, white hat, about 6-feet, 2 inches tall is drunk, panhandling and bothering people. Man brought to his home on South Street.

3:05 p.m. Threats see the complainant. 472 Howard St. & 1 Lisa Dr. Customer on the bus threatened bus driver. Dispatch area just called it in.
3:47 p.m. Suspicious person. Dollar Tree, 700 Crescent St. White male in front of Dollar Tree handing out balloon animals and wearing a blue Cookie Monster shirt and red Elmo gloves. Employees said man has permission from store manager to hand out balloons. Man hands-out balloons for free as “Pumpkin the Clown.” Balloon maker told to get a permit from the city and a certificate of permission from Dollar Tree.

5:33 p.m. A & B investigated. W. Park Street. Caller reports her roommate allegedly poisoned her and her daughter’s food with bleach. Officers report two Cape Verdean roommates were spoken to. Male landlord allegedly had relationship with both roommates and now all are having issues with one another. Maria Alves, 45, of Brockton was summonsed for attempted poisoning.

6:24 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner. Chatham West Drive. Steve-Carol Raymond, 18, of Brockton was charged with home invasion and held for Quincy P.D.

7:38 p.m. Disturbance. George’s CafĂ©, 228 Belmont St. Caller states she is in rear parking lot in a Cadillac Escalade. He said there is a male with a small child yelling and screaming at her that she cut him off. Police report parties were told to act normal. Matter settled.

10:18 p.m. Domestic violence call. W. Park St. Third party call. Caller states her daughter just called her to ask her to call police because her boyfriend is allegedly beating her up. Two children, ages 4 and 2 are there. Emanuel Callwood, 27, of Brockton was charged with A&B and larceny over $250.

10:41 p.m. Disturbance. Breer Street. Second call. Caller reports 3 or 4 youths just threw eggs at the house again. Spoke with caller and checked area.

3:05 a.m. Malicious damage investigation. Mulberry Street. Micheal Pircio, 28, of Brockton was summonsed for malicious destruction of property over $250.

6:31 a.m. Police officer has prisoner. Terence L. McGowan, 46, of Brockton was charged with possession to distribute cocaine and drug violation near school/park.

1:26 a.m. Motor vehicle stop. Packard Street. Jose Carlos Santos, 25, of Brockton was charged with OUI liquor, operating M/V with license revoked and obstructing a military right of way.

1:44 a.m. Robbery at the Shell Station, 253 East Ashland St. Female on phone stating that store was robbed by male party and wearing a mask with a silver gun. Male clerk ran after suspect and headed towards Cary Hill. Police report taken.

3:18 a.m. Disturbance. Lynch's Towing, 210 North Cary St. Michael P. Pircio, 28, of Brockton was charged with possession of burglarious instruments, possession to distribute Class D drug, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
4:52 a.m. A&B dangerous weapon investigation. Shell Station - 253 East Ashland St. Caller was robbed on Ames Street and ran over to the Shell to use the phone. Caller states he was hit with bat in his back.

7:46 a.m. Domestic violence call. Marie Avenue. Caller reports her boyfriend allegedly just hit her. Brandon Barnes-Watson, 23, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

10:05 a.m. 911 unknown emergency. Holiday Inn, 405 Westgate Dr. People in room 308 asking for an ambulance. Patrick J.Voltaire, 24, of Dorchester was charged with foreign warrant. Matthew B. Engram, 24, of Brockton was charged with kidnapping, A&B with dangerous weapon, procure person to practice prostitution, A&B, intimidation of witness and threatening to commit a crime.

3:47 p.m. Police officer has prisoner. Angela Mansulla, 32, of Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, resisting arrest and A&B on a police officer.

6:32 p.m. Assault & battery investigation. YMCA- 320 Main St. Fight broke out on the 6th floor. Roland F. Gonsalves, 48, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

3:31 a.m. Domestic violence call. Myrtle Street. Maria L. Fernandes, 39, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

1:05 p.m. Motor vehicle stop. Crescent Street & Washington Avenue. Gregory Mardirosian, 17, of Brockton was charged with person under 21 in possession of liquor, conspiracy to violate drug law and trespassing. Also arrested was a 16-year-old for unlawful transport of liquor, conspiracy to violate drug law and trespassing.

1:50 p.m. Motor vehicle pursuit. Court Street & Manchester Street. Party bailed at 47North Manchester St. Tory B. Carvalho, 19, of Brockton was summonsed for negligent operation of motor vehicle, failure to stop for police and resisting arrest.

4:25 p.m. Shoplifting. 200 Westgate Drive. Marco Borges, 26, of Fall River was charged with larceny over $250, 2 default warrants and common & notorious thief.

1:11 a.m. Assault & Battery with dangerous weapon. Calmar Street & Denton Street. Party stabbed and ambulance sent. David James Carroll, 36, of Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, interfering with police officer in performance of duty, assault to murder and A&B with dangerous weapon.
Travis Turner, 31, of Mattapan was charged with assault to murder, A&B and A&B with dangerous weapon. Manuela DeJesus Depina, 23, of Brockton was charged with assault to murder, A&B and A&B with dangerous weapon. Christine Andrade, 22, of Brockton was charged with assault to murder, A&B and A&B with dangerous weapon. Alina Miranda, 22, of Pawtucket, RI was charged with assault to murder, A&B and A&B with dangerous weapon. Maria Depina, 27, of Brockton was charged with assault to murder, A&B and A&B with dangerous weapon.

3:08 a.m. Check motorist drunk. Howard Street. Caller states SUV just drove thru his yard and took off and was driving all over the road. Last seen on Howard Street and going toward Lisa Drive with 4-5 people inside. Another caller a female who state's she was in a dark blue Mercedes that was involved in an accident and she is now at McDonald's on Montello Street & Howard Street. Ambulance sent she is bleeding and she states the MV took off on Howard Street towards Holbrook. 3rd caller from Howard Street state the car hit her mail box and took off. Police report taken.

6:28 a.m. Larceny of M/V investigation.Winter Street. 1996 green Honda Accord stolen.

1:44 p.m. Motor vehicle stop. Commercial Street. Walter Bruno Goncalves Vilarinho, 32, of Brockton was charged with unlicensed operation of M/V, possession open container of alcohol, failure to stop/yield.

6:43 p.m. Domestic violence investigation. Westland Street. 17-year-old daughter assaulted by her ex-boyfriend and he left the area. Juvenile arrest of a 16-year-old for A&B and attempted murder.

7:37 p.m. Larceny of of M/V investigation. Finish Line, 200 Westgate Drive. Latoya M. Dixon, 28, of Quincy was charged with larceny over $250 and credit card fraud over $250.

10:59 p.m. Violation of 209A investigation. Belmont Street. Adelmar J. Pereira, 38, of Randolph was summonsed for violation of abuse prevention order.

2:52 a.m. Assist ambulance personnel. Good Samaritan Hospital, 235 North Pearl St. Robert S. Hamilton, 31, of Bridgewater was summonsed for A&B on ambulance personnel.

4:42 a.m. Disturbance. Tremont Street. Caller states that 21-year-old son is allegedly banging on door and yelling. Jonathan Depina, 21, of Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct.

11:31 a.m. Threats see the complainant on Vine Street. Caller states roommate is allegedly threatening her. Antonio Monteiro, 27, of Brockton was charged with A&B and witness intimidation. Kourtney Pottie, 21, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

1:07 p.m Pickup a prisoner on a warrant. Continental Auto Rental, 624 Main St. Johnny Perkins Jr., 30, of Brockton was charged with 7 warrants and possession of Class B drug.

3:10 p.m. Larceny investigation. AMS Gas, 1126 North Montello St. Black sedan drove off with $60 worth of gas.

4:26 p.m. Shoplifting. Stop & Shop, 932 North Montello St. Female with young child allegedly shoplifted and is giving them a hard time. Beth Najjar, 35, of Whitman was summonsed for shoplifting by asportation.

5:03 p.m. Malicious damage investigation. 291 Green St. Tenants got evicted and trashed the apartment before moving out.

6:12 p.m. Larceny of M/V investigation. High Tek Auto Body Specialists, 135 Oak Hill Way. Owner of High Tek showed a man a car for sale at his shop. When he went into the office, owner believes the man took off with the key to the car. The owner believes the man will return over the weekend to steal the car. The suspect was positively identified by the owner and an employee from a booking photo. Owner wants incident logged and won't pursue charges for the stolen key.

6:20 p.m. Serve warrant on Simmons Avenue. Donnelle Few, 28, of Brockton was charged with trafficking in cocaine.

7:53 p.m. Robbery. Dunkin Donuts, 1001 North Main St. White male with a white face mask and a gray hoodie. Had a knife and asked for money. He ran on foot down Locust Street.

9:47 p.m. Violation of 209A investigation. Vine Street. Antonio Monteiro, 27, of Brockton was charged with violation of abuse prevention order.

10:20 p.m. Narcotics investigation. Edward Street. Michael Shelby, 44, of Brockton was charged with possession to distribute Class B drug.

11:32 p.m. Violation of a 209A order. Main Street. Jerry Michaud, 46, of Brockton was charged with violation of abuse prevention order.

1:20 a.m. 911 unknown emergency on North Montello Street in the vicinity of the 741 block. Female caller dialed 911 alleging she thinks her boyfriend is trying to kill her. Frank Dooley, 43, of Yarmouth was charged with foreign warrant.

6:56 a.m. B&E investigation. Debbie Road. Someone broke into shed and stole tools. Police report taken.

7:47 a.m. Malicious damage to motor vehicle. Fern Street. Caller's car was keyed.

9:30 a.m. Assist fire. 884 Belmont St & 28 Edinboro Ave. There is a gas leak and fire department needs the area evacuated.

10:48 a.m. Larceny of a M/V investigation. Morse Avenue. 2003 Nissan Altima stolen sometime after 3 a.m.

1:11 p.m. A&B dangerous weapon investigation. Commercial Street & Centre Street. Caller got into an argument with a female over road rage and states the female allegedly pulled a knife on her. Paula C. Vieira, 26, of Brockton was summonsed for assault with a dangerous weapon and threatening to commit a crime.

3:01 p.m. Larceny of gas. Hess Gas Station, 261 North Main St. Female fled without paying for $20 worth of gas.

4:38 p.m. Assault & battery investigation. Elsie Road. Caller reports that her daughter was jumped on Regent Road and assaulted. Caller knows the suspect. Juvenile arrest of a 16-year-old for A&B and witness intimidation.

5:32 p.m. Disturbance at Walgreen's, 880 North Montello St. Caller is store manager and states kids at the property behind pharmacy drive-thru are throwing rocks at cars in the lane. Spoke to the youths in the rear of 65 Howard Street and they will stop.

6:51 p.m. Suicide attempted. Papa Ginos, 897 North Montello St. Daughter states that her mom just pulled into the parking lot and has been taking pills all day. Female transported to Brockton Hospital ER. Had Effexor and alcohol in vehicle.

10:07 p.m. Motor vehicle stop. 634 Main St. & 1 Packard St. Lynne-Mary Bodio, 45, of Marshfield was charged with OUI liquor, speeding and marked lanes violation.

3:01 a.m. Domestic violence call. Weston Street. Terry White, 48, of Brockton was charged with assault with dangerous weapon and threatening to commit a crime.

8:35 a.m. 911 unknown emergency. Fuller Street. Claudio Pires, 30, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B on a family member 2nd and subsequent offense, assault with dangerous weapon and vandalize property.

1:42 p.m. Malicious damage in progress at Walnut Avenue. Ex-girlfriend allegedly busted window on his BMW. Joana C. Pires, 23, of Brockton was summonsed for malicious destruction of property over $250.

10:38 p.m. Robbery investigation. Ford Street. Callers says she was in an apartment on Warren Avenue and Prospect Street and was unsure of the actual address. States 3 males in hoodies and one had a gun, kicked in door and stole her purse, credit cards. She says she was with a friend and he had items taken also. Police report taken.

Caller states that she was allegedly raped by her father and now wants to come forward due to the effects she is constantly suffering emotionally from the incident. 3:10 p.m. Robbery in the vicinity of 375 Westgate Drive. Male party called from 911 cell phone stating he was robbed by a male party in a small green car. Caller states they put a knife to his throat and robbed him of his money and meds near the Super-8. Caller states Sean Cornell allegedly kicked him and has a pocket knife. Two males in a green Ford Taurus. Money and prescriptions were taken. Investigation to follow. Sean D. Cornell, 25, of Brockton was charged with foreign warrant.

6:27 p.m. Assault & battery in progress. International Food Gourmet, 57 Oak Street Extension. Female caller states that her ex-husband is allegedly beating up her new boyfriend outside of the store. Gerard A. Puricelli, 49, of Brockton was charged with 3 counts of assault, trespassing and witness intimidation.

7:15 a.m. Hit & run in progress in the vicinity of 610 Pleasant St. Perikles T. Karakostas, 21, of Braintree was charged with negligent operation of motor vehicle, leaving the scene of property damage, leaving the scene of personal injury & death, speeding and marked lanes violation.

10:21 a.m. Arson & bombing report taken. 59 Riverview Street. Caller got up this morning and he noticed the side of the building was burned and found a gas can near by. The fire inspector will be notified and BCI, State Police and fire will investigate.

4:07 a.m. Larceny in progress. Acclaim Medical Supplies, 33 Dover St. Caller states he is security and across the street there is a party allegedly stealing packs of shingles in the parking lot. Timothy E. Vilk, 49, of Brockton was summonsed with larceny over $250.

8:41 a.m. Assault & Battery in progress. Weston Street. People allegedly arguing and fighting in the 2nd floor apartment. Andy Lobo, 25, of Brockton was charged with A&B. Nina M. Sanchez, 21, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

8:45 a.m. Disturbance in the vicinity of 158 Belmont St. Male out front and yelling and screaming at funeral patrons. Party transported to Brockton Hospital ER for evaluation.

10:43 a.m. Overdose in the vicinity of 91 Spring St. Female states a group were doing drugs and one male fell out of a truck and is possibly not breathing. The others took off. Ambulance sent and matter settled.

12:58 p.m. Motor vehicle stop. East Street & 277 Summer St. Cesar Chinchilla, 26, of Randolph was charged with unlicensed operation of MV, no inspection sticker, window obstructed/nontransparent and MV operator refusing to identify self or giving a false name to police officer.

1:10 p.m. Robbery. Rite Aid, 725 Centre St. Black male with a gun robbed the store. He was wearing a mask and a red sweatshirt . Suspect described as young and about 5 feet, 5 inches tall. He walked up to the worker and said "give me the money, give me the money" and fled on foot out the door in unknown direction.

1:18 p.m. Vandalism in the vicinity of Prospect Avenue. Damage to three vehicles. Police report taken.

1:32 p.m. 911 unknown emergency. Denton Street. State Police got a call from a female stating she was outside. Sounds like a domestic between a male and female. Roberto Mendes, 36, of Brockton was charged with A&B and witness intimidation.

2:56 p.m. Domestic violence investigation. Chester Avenue. Caller reports that suspect has been allegedly assaulting her since Wednesday and wouldn't let her leave or talk to her mother. Transported victim to BAT bus terminal and she will be going to Dorchester to get away from all of this. Edwine Dourdan, 49, of Mattapan was summonsed with A&B and kidnapping.

8:43 p.m. Domestic violence call. Lorraine Crayon Company, 146 Court St. Caller states on the 8th floor there is a male and female allegedly fighting in the hallway. Caller states girlfriend found out he was allegedly cheating. Corie Fletcher, 33, of Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon.

9:14 p.m. Domestic violence investigation. North Warren Avenue & Prospect Street. Caller states his wife just picked him up and allegedly started slapping him in the face. He jumped out of the car and is wearing a Red Sox hat and jeans, brown coat. Helen M. Figueroa, 41, of Brockton was summonsed with A&B.

9:23 p.m. Assist fire or ambulance. Mainspring House, 54 North Main St. Guardian Angels report female jumped out of moving vehicle and has back injury. This happened a couple of days ago in Mattapan.

10:15 a.m. Man with a gun. Lily Avenue in the vicinity of the 20-30 block. Two males and 2 females were arguing outside. Caller reports white male in a black t-shirt had a gun. BCI notified and still investigating incident.

5:27 p.m. B&E and past burglary. Michael Varano, 52, of Bridgewater was summonsed for unarmed burglary, felony B&E to a building in the day time, and two counts of destruction of property over $250.

6:16 p.m. Domestic violence call. Highland Street. Caller is 14 years old and states her father is allegedly beating her with a belt. Father is still in the apartment. Wilfredo Y. Yanes, 39, of Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon.

1:10 a.m. Police officer has prisoner. Rebecca Ann Cushing, 25, of Brockton was charged with sexual conduct for a fee.

9:05 a.m. Larceny investigation. East Jr. High School, 464 Centre St. Large amount of copper stolen from roof of building. Plymouth County responded for photos.

9:07 a.m. Disturbance by a family. Colonel Bell Drive. Danny R. Hampton, 21, of Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace.

4:48 p.m. Assault & Battery in progress. Pleasant Street. Caller states right across the street from the fire department there is a male party allegedly slamming a female up against the wall. He is now slamming her to the ground, caller reported. Christopher Pollick, 34, of East Bridgewater was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon and A&B.
