8:02 a.m. Violation of a 209A order at Dunkin’ Donuts, 66 Montello Street. Caller states she has an active 209A against Sean Hartsgrove and she is in Dunkin’ Donuts and he is there allegedly harassing her and pushing her boyfriend. Sean W. Hartsgrove, 39, of Brockton was charged with violating abuse prevention order.

9:04 a.m. M/V accident—pedestrian. 73 Main St. & 1 Legion Parkway. Caller states male party in wheelchair was hit by car. John E. Ward, 56 of Randolph was charged with reckless operation of motor vehicle and crosswalk violation.

9:28 a.m. Code Enforcement. Bernice Avenue. Call about alleged trash and junk in the yard. The pool is green and ripe and is a maternity ward for mosquitoes. Contacted the inspector and he will get on it.

9:40 a.m. Code Enforcement. Wheeler Avenue. Cars were allegedly pulled to the rear of the property and not removed. Citation will be issued.

9:48 a.m. Code Enforcement. 12 Bernice Avenue. 5 cars 72-hr tagged. All allegedly unregistered and looks like they are doing body work on scene. Rear of garage has fenders and bumpers. Will be back in 3 days.

9:53 a.m. Code Enforcement at 286 Forest Ave. 5 unregistered cars and 72-hr tagged. Owner of the home allegedly has a "pocket" used car license from Lawrence and is using the Brockton location as his show room and storage. CAM Auto, Lawrence. Will be back to this location in 3 days.

12:47 p.m. Larceny in progress. Walgreens, 880 North Montello St. Caller states a white male just stole 2 cameras and fled in a M/V on Howard Street towards North Main Street.

1:24 p.m. Code Enforcement. 35 Provost St. Fire escape allegedly appears to be coming off the building and car is possibly blocking it. Will forward it to the LT.

2:23 p.m. Code Enforcement at 15 Abbott Place. Motor vehicle not registered and previously 72-hr tagged. Per sergeant violation of city ordinance.

2:49 p.m. Code Enforcement at 37 Abbot Place. Alleged unregistered car on public way and expired 4 months ago. Car up on jack stands and no front tires, using rocks as chock blocks. Per sergeant OK to tow.

5:33 p.m. Malicious damage to motor vehicle on Main Street. States someone broke the windows on her car. Anthony C. Martins, 47, of Methuen was summonsed for malicious damage to motor vehicle and threatening to commit a crime.

6:54 p.m. Narcotic violation in progress on Farrington Street. House is unoccupied and 5 black males allegedly on porch dealing. Vardly M. ST. Felix, 21, of Brockton was charged with trespassing and possession to distribute Class D drug.

8:06 p.m. B&E in progress on Lowell Street. Caller states the 1st floor is vacant and caller believes there should be no one inside the apartment but can hear music playing. Rudy Moniz, 22, of Brockton was charged with default warrant.

9:04 p.m. Robbery on Carleton Avenue. White male dressed in all black and a mask, had a knife and was hiding near the caller’s door. When she went to go in the house he pulled the knife out and took caller’s pocketbook. Victim’s property was found at 11:45 p.m. at the KFC on Main Street and Clifton Avenue.
