1:13 a.m. Disturbance on Main Street. Caller states there is a male arguing and yelling at him. Amandio Monteiro Rodrigues, 47, of Brockton was summonsed for assault with a dangerous weapon.

2:46 a.m. B&E in progress at Old Colony Services, 60 Skinner St. Officer sustained a mild injury to his left arm during the search for the three suspects. BCI responding for photos and evidence turned in to CID. A 15-year-old juvenile, 16-year-old juvenile and Rafael Sepulveda, 18, of Brockton were arrested and charged with felony B&E a building at night time, possession of burglarious instruments and resisting arrest.

5:58 a.m. Larceny investigation on Simmons Avenue. Someone stole the tires & rims off his car.

6:07 a.m. Disturbance at Dunkin’ Donuts, 37 Belmont St. Caller states a homeless guy is yelling at her and being argumentative, but she is unsure why. She states he is telling her that he doesn't want her to look inside his bag. Party moved along.

6:55 a.m. Malicious damage investigation at EZ Food Market, 323 Belmont St. Broken window. Clerk can't access video surveillance at this time. Will call when someone is able to access it if there is any pertinent video.

12:03 a.m. Disturbance on Lynn Road. Female states there is a male party with a baseball bat out front walking around her car. Second call from male party states he was allegedly hit in the head with a bat. John M. Mansani, 21, of Brockton was summonsed for assault with a dangerous weapon. Jonathan Marquardt, 22, of Bridgewater was summonsed for A&B with dangerous weapon.

12:43 a.m. M/V stop on Grove Street & Bradford Street. Lawrence Campbell, 21, of Brockton was charged with unlawful possession or transfer of a rifle/shotgun firearm, firearm with defaced number, speeding, unlawful possession of ammunition and M/V lights violation.

1:23 a.m. A&B dangerous weapon--knife at Brockton Hospital, 680 Centre St. ER just had a party come in who has been stabbed.

3:32 a.m. Malicious damage investigation on North Warren Avenue. Caller returned home at 3 a.m. and found her tires slashed and car with scratches.
10:56 a.m. B&E past burglary on Spring Street. Caller states someone broke in her home through her window and a TV was taken.

2:15 p.m. Domestic violence call on Oak Street. Caller states on Oak Street across from the golf course there is a female wearing a towel in the front yard screaming for help and shouting her husband allegedly is hurting her. Francis Paiva, 28, of Brockton was charged with A&B and intimidation of a witness.

4:32 p.m. M/V pursuit in the vicinity of Battles Street & North Warren Avenue. Willie Albert Harris, 18, of Brockton was charged with unlicensed operation of M/V, resisting arrest, failure to stop for police, reckless operation of M/V, use of M/V without authority and failure to drive in right lane.

4:49 p.m. B&E investigation on Prospect Street. House is for sale and someone broke in and stole copper pipes.

5:25 p.m. 911 unknown emergency on Wyman Street. State Police got a call from a female who was crying and said someone was touching her. Juvenile arrest of 16-year-old for A&B.

5:57 p.m. Overdose at Quality Inn, 1005 Belmont St. Caller states her cousin called her from one of the rooms and states she just took a bunch of pain medication. Party taken to Brockton Hospital.

7:15 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner from Arnone School, 135 Belmont St. Juvenile arrest of a 15-year-old for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

7:46 p.m. Domestic violence call on Plain Street. Neighbor came to caller’s door stating that her boyfriend allegedly is beating her up and asked to call police. Ibraltino R. Goncalves, 27, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

8:18 p.m. Domestic violence call on Myrtle Street. Caller states his ex-girlfriend just came there and allegedly scratched him on the neck. Flavio Barbosa Rosa, 42, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B and larceny from person.

8:52 p.m. Domestic violence call on Ellsworth Street. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly hit her in the face and is now in the bedroom. Caller states he allegedly had a couple of beers. Joseph L. Dicarlo, 55, of Brockton was charged with A&B and A&B with dangerous weapon.

11:14 p.m. Gunshots call in the vicinity of Wilmington Street. 4-5 shots and caller believes there was someone in the driveway shooting towards Howard Street.

11:14 p.m. B&E investigation on Grove Street. Broke-in through front door. Door is broken.

12:37 a.m. B&E motor vehicle investigation at Mainspring House, 54 North Main St. VHS van broken into and GPS stolen.

2:13 a.m. Assault & battery in progress at Morabeza Resteraunt & Pub, 581 Main St. Maria Elena Melendez, 26, of Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct, A&B on police officer and resisting arrest. Troy Anthony Terrio, 29, of Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct and trespassing.

2:35 a.m. M/V stop on North Main Street & Clarence Street. Ronald V. Davis, 42, of Boston was charged with OUI liquor, reckless operation of motor vehicle, operating M/V with license revoked, speeding, possession/use false/stolen RMV documents and possession open container of alcohol in M/V.

2:49 a.m. M/V accident on West Street & West Elm Street. Jeffrey Stanley Graham, 29, of Brockton was charged with trafficking in cocaine, leaving scene of property damage, marked lanes violation and drug violation near school/park.

4:13 a.m. Larceny of a M/V at 199 Crescent Street. Caller states that someone just stole his car from the mini-mart near Criolo.

8:25 a.m. Larceny in progress at Family Dollar Store, 700 Crescent St. Caller states in the fenced-in area next to the old Maple alley there are two white males allegedly stealing metal. He states they arrived in a white Chevy Cavalier. Richard C. Robillard, 51, of East Bridgewater was summonsed for 2 counts of larceny under $250. Adam Josef Mills, 23, of Brockton was summonsed for 2 counts of larceny under $250. Sylvia Diane Shaw, 20, of Brockton was summonsed for larceny under $250.

10:15 a.m. Code enforcement at 121 Main St. Building facade is falling off into the street and the sidewalk. Building inspector on scene and area has been taped off. The owner has been contacted and he will respond and rectify the situation today.

10:15 a.m. Malicious damage investigation on Emmet Street. Neighbor shot a BB towards him and it hit his mower. Just missed hitting the caller. He states neighbor lives in back of him.

1:59 p.m. 911 hang up on Perry Avenue. Possible child was hit by a car. Father is taking the child to the hospital. Five-year-old with injuries at Brockton Hospital.

3:32 p.m.Code enforcement at Emy Safari, 22 Perkins Ave. Dumpster is a mess. Court complaint and letter to the License Commission will be in order.
4:47 p.m. Larceny in progress at Sears, 200 Westgate Dr. Caller states two white teens are allegedly cutting open boxes with something sharp—possibly a knife--and are stealing items. Donald Guarino, 24, of Abington was summonsed for shoplifting over $100 by concealing merchandise. Shayne R. Stilphen, 21, of East Bridgewater was summonsed for shoplifting over $100 by concealing merchandise.

5:40 p.m. Hold up alarm at J&J Market, 685 Main St. Silent hold up alarm. Black male with medium build, blue shirt with black bandanna around his neck, sunglasses and blue shirt had a gun and is walking south on North Main Street. Police report taken.

6:46 p.m. Disturbance at Walmart, 700 Oak St. Caller states there are two white males and one female around 20 years old out front of the store. They are allegedly yelling & screaming about one of the cashiers hitting one of them. Shayne Stilphen, 21, trespassed from Walmart and Westgate Hotel. Stilphen and another male were charged about two hours earlier with shoplifting from Sears.

7:57 p.m. Malicious damage to M/V investigation on Pleasantview Avenue. State Police called and stated a Christopher Lord allegedly threw a sledge hammer at the caller’s window. Plymouth County BCI dispatched for photos. Christopher M. Lord, 32, of Brockton was charged with assault with dangerous weapon and malicious destruction of property over $250.

11:01 p.m. Unwanted guest family on Emory Street. Female states her estranged husband is allegedly breaking into the house. Caller states husband allegedly tried to kill her in the past and he has broken in and is inside the house. Carlos A. Fernandes, 53, of Brockton was charged with assault, intimidation of witness, felony B&E a building in the night time, malicious destruction of property over $250 and threatening to commit a crime.

1:05 a.m. Welfare check on Winter Street. Father wants a cruiser to go by and check on his son. He heard his son crying and in the background. Caller states he was trying to drop off some things for his son when an unknown male allegedly came out at him with a stick. Sergio Depaula, 28, of North Easton was summonsed for assault.

1:49 a.m. Disturbance by a family on Sycamore Street. James M. Kelleher, 40, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B, threatening to commit a crime and intimidation.

2:21 a.m. Robbery investigation on Legion Parkway. Caller is out front of the Alamo in a white Ford Taurus. He states a male party who is sitting on the wall across from the gas station on Warren Avenue just punched her in the face and took $40 dollars. Police report taken.

4:36 a.m. Attempted B&E home on North Warren Avenue. Someone tried to get in the house on third floor. They broke a light and caller speaks broken English and mother speaks Portuguese Creole. This happened around 3 a.m. Caller doesn't wish to report and wants us to speak to neighbors.

6:27 a.m. Unwanted guest disturbance on French Avenue. Caller states he has an alleged squatter in his home. Caller said the original tenant has been evicted. Manuela Lopes, 24, of Boston was charged with trespassing. Roberto Fonts Andrade, 25, of Brockton was charged with trespassing.

6:35 a.m. B&E motor vehicle investigation on Vesey Street. Light-skinned male wearing a white hat backwards and white pants, light blue shirt and black sneakers just broke into her car and took off towards Tremont Street. Caller states he also broke into another car and took computer and meds. Suspects fled in a blue and white VHS van.

6:39 a.m. B&E in progress on Falmouth Avenue. Above is abandoned property. Caller states he believes 2nd floor door has been kicked in and three white males are inside. Erick Casey, 28, of Wilmington was summonsed for misdemeanor B&E and malicious destruction of property over $250. Lisa M. Weaver, 24, of Pembroke was summonsed for B&E for misdemeanor and malicious destruction of property over $250.

9:38 a.m. Malicious damage to M/V on Foster Street. Gray Grand Cherokee with back window shattered.
9:44 a.m. Check property at East Jr. High School, 464 Centre St. Copper and copper vent cover stolen from roof.


1:56 p.m. Disturbance on Main Street. Picketers not allowing two trucks to leave. Matter settled.

2:45 p.m. M/V accident-- pedestrian at East Jr. High School, 464 Centre St. Caller states he just hit someone. Ambulance sent and report taken.


6:37 p.m. Narcotics violation in progress on Bradley Avenue & East Ashland Street. Joao B. Martins, 52, of Brockton was charged with conspiracy to violate drug law, trafficking in cocaine and possession to distribute Class B drug. Euclides V. Fernandes, 59, of Brockton was charged with conspiracy to violate drug law and possession to distribute Class B drug.

7:14 p.m. Accosting on Amherst Street. Caller is sitting in front of the house. She was walking and states a dark-colored car pulled up and 3 males jumped out of the car- one white and two Hispanic. They grabbed her and tried to force her in the car. She fought them and ran off. Car took off in a different direction and she can't give directions.

7:45 p.m. Hit & run investigation on Pleasant Street & West Street. Car was hit by a gray motor vehicle. Police given license plate #. This car has heavy front-end damage and is headed south on West Street. Nilsa Tavares, 29, of Brockton was summonsed for leaving scene of property damage and failure to stop/yield.

8:58 p.m. Robbery investigation on Montello Street. Delivery driver was on Montello Street when a black male approached his car and claimed to have a gun. No gun was shown, but the driver’s keys and money were stolen. The driver is back at the pizza shop on Main Street.

9:36 p.m. Robbery investigation at Domino’s Pizza, 1289 Main St. Suspect is a black male about 6-feet tall and heavy set. He showed a black hand gun and demanded money. The suspect fled on foot towards Montello Street. $28 worth of food and $30 in cash stolen.

9:38 p.m. Larceny investigation on Linnea Avenue. Tires stolen. Report taken.

10:15 p.m. B&E in progress on Cottage Street. Party was trying to break into the side window of the house. They did not see anyone, just heard the window being pushed in. Caller does think someone was inside the house.

10:34 p.m. Domestic violence call on Toby Road. Robert Moyes, 53, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.
10:58 p.m. Disturbance by a family at Davis Commons, 165 Carl Ave. Boyfriend allegedly will not give her car keys back. Dana Carthy, 29, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

12:53 a.m. Welfare check at Canterbury Arms,349 North Pearl St. Meet DCF at the above. They want to check on someone at that address. Ludomria Cardoso, 28, of Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon.

1:01 a.m. B&E investigation on Carroll Avenue. Caller states she believes they entered through the dining room window. She said the screen was cut and the window was wide open.

6:03 a.m. B&E motor vehicle investigation on Glen Avenue. Caller states his vehicle was broken into.

9:30 a.m. B&E investigation at Meineke Muffler,609 Oak St. Store broken into.

11:44 a.m. Serve warrant on Lebanon Street. Annalise Samantha Walsh, 23, of Brockton was charged with trafficking in heroin/morphine/opium, drug violation near school/park, conspiracy to violate drug law and possession to distribute Class B drug. Craig Fennel, 25, of Brockton was charged with trafficking in heroin/morphine/opium, drug violation near school/park, conspiracy to violate drug law and possession to distribute Class B drug.

2:39 p.m. Threats see the complainant on Spring Street. Female states a male party is allegedly making threats to her. She was assaulted and went to court and has a court date. Tim E. Spencer, 52, of Brockton was summonsed for threatening to commit a crime.

3:59 p.m. Assault & battery with dangerous weapon on Montello Street & Riverside Avenue. Caller states two people are allegedly fighting with pipes. Rodney Villette, 29, of Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon, and assault with dangerous weapon. Mirbentz Jean Francois, 19, of Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace, intimidation of a witness, and unlawful wiretap.

5:30 p.m. Overdose call at Shaw’s Supermarket, 715 Crescent St. Possible overdose in a red Dodge truck in the middle of parking lot that is not in a parking space. White female inside and slumped over with vehicle running. Caller states he went to window and there is a spoon on the console. Female transported to hospital.

5:31 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance on Brookside Avenue. Ex-boyfriend is there and he is allegedly harassing the caller and trashing her apartment. Jarvis Moore, 22, of Dorchester was charged with 2 foreign warrants.
6:31 p.m. Larceny investigation on Riverview Street. Caller states copper piping was stolen from above. Police report taken.

10:26 p.m. Threats see the complainant on Ames Street. Neighbor from third floor allegedly threatened her 17-year-old son with a knife. Gledy Charlse, 18, of Brockton was charged with assault with dangerous weapon.

1:30 a.m. Gunshots call on Colonel Bell Drive. Caller states a lot of gun shots fired. Six shots out front. Police report taken.
7:41 a.m. B&E motor vehicle investigation on Pine Street. Some one broke into his red Ranger truck and stole tools.

10:14 a.m. Overdose at Field Street & North Montello Street. At Montello Street station a female is laying on a bench by platform. Purse open and syringe lying on the ground. Ambulance sent.

11:58 a.m. Disturbance on Crescent Street. Bus #0602 with a disruptive passenger. Mandara Lennette Stokes, 26, of Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace.

12:37 p.m. Fire at Franklin School, 59 Sawtell Ave. Kids set a couch on fire outside school.

1:04 p.m. B&E investigation on Thurber Avenue. Door kicked in and copper piping taken. House is up for sale.

1:31 p.m. B&E in progress on Frederick Street, end of street on baseball field. Caller reports a group of youths are using hammers to break into something, possibly the concession stands. Heriberto Rentas, 19, of Brockton was charged with felony B&E a building in the day time, malicious destruction of property under $250 and trespassing. Juvenile arrest of 12-year-old for felony B&E a building in the day time, malicious destruction of property under $250 and trespassing.

2:23 p.m. Open and gross at The Enterprise Building, 60 Main St. Security at Neighborhood Health reports a white male and female in archway of above building doing open and gross. Children are walking by. Refer to prior arrest records.

2:29 p.m. B&E investigation on Clifton Avenue. Copper stolen from house being renovated.

3:18 p.m. Larceny in progress at Macy's, 200 Westgate Dr. A male party allegedly changed into a black sweatshirt carrying a Macy's bag. Bruno Kevin Araujo, 18, of Brockton was charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise.

3:33 p.m. B&E investigation on Green Street. Copper pipes in the basement stripped.

6:43 p.m. Narcotics investigation on East Ashland Street & North Cary Street. John Mortimer, 52, of Abington was summonsed for possession of Class B drug.

7:14 p.m. Larceny investigation at Champion Fuel, 633 Warren Ave. Drive off with $50 of gas. Has license plate #. Police report taken.

8:35 p.m. Domestic violence call, Hess Gas Station, 261 North Main St. Clerk states woman there wo wants the police. Her boyfriend allegedly beat her up. Adrian J. Gonsalves, 32, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

10:56 p.m. Malicious damage M/V on Main Street. Caller states someone is driving into cars on purpose in front of above location. Caller states she needs the police at Somerset because someone smashed into the back of her house. Kimberly Ann Laverdiere, 34, of East Bridgewater was summonsed for leaving scene of personal injury and 3 counts of leaving scene of property damage.

5:24 a.m. Unwanted guest on East Avenue. Caller states her son is arguing and yelling with her husband and she wants son removed. States once police left he came back and is now arguing in the kitchen with his mother.

8:47 a.m. B&E investigation on Perkins Avenue. House broken into and copper pipes stolen.

11:20 a.m. Code enforcement at 7-11, Belmont Street. Video forensics.

11:34 a.m. Larceny in progress at Sears, 200 Westgate Dr. Black male wearing a brown hooded shirt and jeans is allegedly cutting the packages off the hooks and putting them up his shirt. Kelly DeSilier Jr., 21, of Brockton was charged with three counts of shoplifting by concealing merchandise, trespassing and 2 default warrants.

11:41 a.m. Welfare check on Oak Street & Campanelli Drive. Black male posted signs on pole and carrying a sign saying he is being held hostage. Just standing on the corner holding a sign that states, "Organized stalking is a crime." He states that everything is fine with him and after speaking with him he "seems" like everything is OK despite his odd behavior. He also was standing next to a sign that said that he was held captive in Brockton Hospital room 306.

1:17 p.m. Domestic violence call on School Street. Caller was arguing with her boyfriend and he allegedly threw something at her leaving a welt on her back. She is out front of city hall and he is on foot in the area and may be heading toward Elm Court Hotel. Maxie L. Brown, 24, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

1:40 p.m. B&E investigation on Keith Avenue. Broke into garage, smashed window and took stereo.

1:42 p.m. Larceny investigation at Shell, 253 East Ashland St. Copper pipe stolen.

3:37 p.m. Shoplifting at Stop & Shop, 932 North Montello St. Repeat offender is loading up on meat and shrimp at the moment. Under investigation.

4:00 p.m. B&E in progress on Carleton Street. Caller came home and found a party who had broken into his house. The caller got into a fight with him and he took off on foot. Caller needs an ambulance and states he knows where the person lives. On Newbury Street looking for a suspect/party and they have a stab wound. Valenz Italien, 25, of Brockton was charged with felony B&E a building in the day time and A&B. Rony Forges, 39, of Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon.


4:08 p.m. Disturbance by a drunk at the Brockton District Court, 215 Main St. Caller states drunk male is causing a disturbance at the clerk’s office. John A. McDonald, 56, of Brockton was charged with two default warrants and furnish false name/SSN.

4:09 p.m. Overdose at VA Hospital, 940 Belmont St. At urgent care building with party who overdosed. Ambulance sent and party transported.

4:56 p.m. Narcotics investigation at Brentwood Avenue & Snell Avenue. See caller at Snell Avenue side of house. They keep finding syringes in bushes and caller would like police to patrol area. They also have info on vehicle that comes there frequently.

4:58 p.m. Larceny of motor vehicle on Warren Avenue. 1999 gray Volkswagen Jetta.

4:59 p.m. Code Enforcement at Brockton Park Department, 325 Oak St. White male with blue shirt, jeans and gray hair in a gray pick-up truck is dumping numerous bags of trash into the dumpster. They drove off into the north side entrance of the park.

5:09 p.m. Domestic violence call on Wyoming Avenue. Suspect allegedly kicked in his door and punched him in the face. She is the baby's mother and she has left the above location, but caller thinks she may be in the area in a car. Maria S. DePina, 32, of Plymouth was summonsed for A&B and malicious destruction of property over $250.

6:16 p.m. Prostitution on Emerson Avenue & North Main Street. Caller states that "Penny" is working the area. She is a white female wearing a blue top and brown pants. Caller states her pimp is watching from the corner and he is a tall, bald black male. Party moved along.

9:27 p.m. Malicious damage to motor vehicle on West Manchester Street. Smashed car window.

9:37 p.m. Malicious damage to motor vehicle on Warren Avenue. Car spay painted.

9:41 p.m. Open and gross behavior on George Street. Every night a male at George Street opens his window shades and dances naked in front of his window so his neighbors can see him, including kids. Matter settled.

11:24 p.m. Assault & battery in progress on Main Street & Temple Street. Caller was stopped by a party who states he was just assaulted and needs an ambulance. Ambulance sent. Assaulted party is laid out on the sidewalk.

10:15 a.m. Malicious damage investigation at North Cary Auto, 220 North Cary St. Broken bay window.

10:53 a.m. Party unconscious on Bates St. Heroin OD. Party taken to hospital.

1:32 p.m. Suspicious person at the Montello T Station. Caller states she is at Montello station on the Spark Street side and is alone. There is one white male in his 30s with facial hair and wearing blue shirt, khaki shorts and black sneakers. He keeps blowing kisses to her and making gestures. She states she feels intimidated and would like an officer to come. She made it onto the train.

1:41 p.m. Larceny investigation on Pine Grove Drive. Caller states had birthday party yesterday for son last night and found Nintendo gone.

1:56 p.m. Code enforcement on Highland Street. Execute search warrant.

2:26 p.m. Code enforcement on Falmouth Avenue. Execute search warrant.

2:31 p.m. Threats see the complainant at A.L. Prime Energy Inc., 1666 Main St. Under new owner/management. Two ex-employees are allegedly making threats. Caller states locks have been changed, but aside from that they know everything else about the place. Caller states he is a new owner and replaced his workers. Now they are calling and telling him that he can't fire them. No threats to hurt, harm or vandalize property. Caller will go to court to take out harassment orders.

2:50 p.m. Code Enforcement on Fairmount Avenue. Execute search warrant.

3:45 p.m. Larceny investigation at AT&T Store, 641 Pleasant St. Larceny of three demo phones.

4:04 p.m. Disturbance by a family on Galen Street. Caller and girlfriend allegedly arguing. Tim E. Spencer, 50, of Brockton was charged with assault to rape and threatening to commit a crime.

8:02 p.m. Disturbance at Family Dollar Store, 222 East Ashland St. Group of youth keep coming in store. Manager has told them before they are not allowed in store and they are arguing with manager. They are now outside store. Matter settled.

8:21 p.m. Disturbance at Family Dollar Store, 222 East Ashland St. Manager reports mother of one of the youths he put out of the store is causing a disturbance and can be heard in background. Matter settled.

9:58 p.m. Domestic violence call on Herrod Avenue. Mother states they are arguing and 14-year-old-son pushed her and threw her on a bed. States she has scratches and child is in another room. Mother also states they are due in court tomorrow for CHINS. Juvenile arrest of 14-year-old for A&B.

12:09 a.m. Disturbance by family, Ford St. Caller reports brother is allegedly being rebellious and hitting mother. Juvenile arrest, 16-year-old, charged with A&B and larceny over $250.

12:48 a.m. Disturbance. 177 Winthrop St. Caller states there is a female outside she has allegedly had problems with in the past. Female outside keeps yelling for her to come out. Female outside has a couple of friends with her. Chelsie Mandeville, 20, of East Freetown, and Lindsey M. 11:44 a.m. Malicious damage investigation. Shaw’s Supermarket, 715 Crescent St. Someone spray painted the side of customer’s M/V.

12:39 p.m. A&B in progress. 1 Condon St. & 82 Battles St. Caller reports several males and females fighting on the corner. Angel Marie Hall, 38, of Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace and A&B.

12:52 p.m. Larceny investigation. Caller believes her grandson allegedly stole two of her credit cards and purchased $1,500 worth of items. Randy S. Campbell, 24, of Brockton was charged with improper use of credit cards over $250 and larceny over $250.

4:42 a.m. B&E in progress. Westgate Lanes, 65 Westgate Dr. Caller states a skinny white male wearing a gray shirt allegedly took an ashtray outside and threw it against a window. When it didn’t break he piked it back up and broke the fire alarm. Employees are still in the store watching him. Joseph Holland, 40, of Brockton was charged with malicious destruction of property under $250.

Corey M. McCauley, 22, of Rockland was charged with felony B&E a building in the daytime, two default warrants, and foreign warrant.

11:57 a.m. Larceny investigation. 755 Crescent St. Caller states he followed an elderly male who was on his stolen scooter. Reported scooter stolen last year. Matter being investigated.

3:39 p.m. Domestic violence investigated. Dunkin’ Donuts, 11 Thornton Ave. Caller reports her boyfriend allegedly went after with a pocketknife as if he was going to stab her. The pair claimed to ask her if she wanted her lawn mowed, but did not have tools. Noticed a rear screen might have been cut. Would like a patrol to watch the house/area.

1:33 a.m. Domestic violence investigation. Colonel Bell Dr. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly just assaulted her and then left the apartment. Ozira Paul, 28, of Brockton was charged with two counts of A&B.

5:48 a.m. 911 unknown emergency. Oak Lane. First call reports people running around. Second call from building 115 saying son doesn’t look right. Son said someone was shot. Caller called back and states someone was shot in his apartment, but would not give any other information. ETD then spoke with the mother who lives at above. Mother states her son looks like he might be on drugs and is with her now.

6:10 a.m. Larceny of M/V investigation. 24 Hobson St. Caller states his mother’s Honda Civic was stolen.

6:35 a.m. A&B in progress. Brook Street. Caller states her husband is allegedly being assaulted by his brother. Jesse Bettencourt, 26, of Brockton was charged with A&B, malicious damage to M/V and operating M/V with suspended license.

11:56 a.m. Code enforcement. T&N Convenience Store, 1064 Montello St. Confiscated snap pops and bomb bags from store. Fire took possession to be destroyed by State Police Bomb Squad.

12:52 p.m. Code enforcement. 111 Legion Parkway. Rear of building open to squatters. Building needs to be secured and there was some electrical meter sockets exposed. National Grid came and made them safe. Owner will secure building asap.

1:11 p.m. Alarm telephone. 24 Lorraine Ave. Neighbor heard alarm and walked over with her dog. She observed a tall, slim black male attempting to steal a ladder. He fled when she entered the yard. He hopped a fence. Unable to locate suspect matching description. Items were stolen from this yard a couple weeks ago.

6:28 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. 20 Chester Ave. Three males outside of caller’s house threatening her and her husband. Caller believes they are on drugs. They refuse to leave her property.

12:17 a.m. Robbery. Crown Fried Chicken, 404 N. Main St. Manager called and states one of his employees called him and said they were robbed by a man with a gun. Suspect described as a black male wearing a white T-shirt, black baseball cap and brandished a gun. Fled on foot. BCI notified. Report taken.

1:09 a.m Disturbance. 146 Edson St. Caller reports there is a large group of people who keep going in and out of the woods near the power lines. Motor vehicles parked up and down the street and beer cans are being left in the street.

2:40 a.m. B&E in progress. 11 Tucker Dr. Caller states she just got home and someone broke into her house. Caller ran out front with kids because she is not sure if they are still inside. Dominique Dixon, 22, of Brockton was charged with felony B&E building in the nighttime, malicious destruction of property over $250, and larceny from building. All items located and returned.

3 a.m. Domestic violence investigated. Harvard Street. Victim came to lobby to report her ex-boyfriend assaulted her with a bat at a party on Harvard Street. Mauricio Lopes Abreu, 24, of Brockton was charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon and violation of an abuse prevention order.

3:13 a.m. Assault in progress. 75 Sycamore Ave. Large group in the street fighting. Second caller states large fight in the street. Richard Allen Meyer, 20, of Brockton was charged with interfering with police officer in performance of duty and resisting arrest.

6:23 a.m. Man with a gun. 98 Ash St. Caller reports they are still partying at above. Drinking running around in the yard, and making all type of noise. Second caller from a male party states there is a Cape Verde male wearing a white shirt and blue jean shorts who had a silver gun and is threatening everyone. 7:49 p.m. Domestic violence call. 17 Emmet St. Caller states his brother allegedly kicked him in the face. There is also another brother involved. They’re still in the apartment. No weapons involved. She states “something is going down.” Second call came from a male who reports a black male allegedly hit a black female in the face. 8:16 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner. 971 N. Main St. George Campoverde, 24, of Brockton was charged with possession of a Class E drug and unlawful wiretap.

9:57 p.m. Domestic violence call. Cumberland Farms, 1205 Belmont St. Caller reports her boyfriend allegedly choked and hit her multiple times. Caller said she bit him to stop the choking. He hid the phone so she left the house to call from Cumberland Farms. Paul F. Gramer, 49, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

10:58 p.m. Domestic violence call. Carrlyn Road. Caller states her husband allegedly punched her in the face. She has locked herself in the bedroom. John Derocha, 45, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

12:29 a.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. W. Elm St. Male party won’t leave. Really loud in the background. Spanish speaking. Second call reports male party allegedly struck with a bat in the head. Third call states male party is now allegedly destroying the house. Luis Sostre, 18, of Brockton was charged with two counts of A&B with a dangerous weapon, and wanton destruction of property over $250.

12:52 a.m. Threats see the complainant. Belmont Street. Caller states her ex-boyfriend is allegedly on drugs and threatened to break her jaw. He is not there at this time. Jose DePina, 41, of Brockton was charged with threat to commit crime.

2:32 a.m. Violation of 209A investigation. Kingman Ave. Caller states that her baby’s father allegedly just drove by screaming “F-you” something and sped off real fast toward Crescent Street. Fotios S. Efthimiadis, 33, of Brockton was charged with violation of an abuse prevention order.

2:44 a.m. M/V stop. 62 Main St. Antonio Alector Barros, 65, of Brockton was charged with 2nd offense OUI liquor and failure to stop for police.

5:23 a.m. Domestic violence call. Cityside Corp., 107 Myrtle St. Caller states that a boyfriend and girlfriend live at the above and they allegedly are always abusing each other. Caller reports the pair are an ongoing problem at night. Anthony Smith, 30, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

6:56 a.m. B&E M/V investigation. 92 Colonel Bell Dr. Broke window and stole radio.

9:11 a.m. Domestic violence call. Brockton Convenience Store, 158 Montello St. Caller reports her boyfriend is allegedly following her around and will not stop. He allegedly grabbed her by the arm and she has a little cut. Boyfriend is out front of the store. Maxie L. Brown, 24, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

11 a.m. Code enforcement. Lawrence Street. Caller is calling about a yard sale on Lawrence. This is the 6th one they have had. Caller states she called City Hall and they said they are only allowed two. Resident advised to go to City Hall before their next yard sale. Resident is packing it up and will have it all moved once her husband returns.

11:41 a.m. Missing person. Wyman St. Caller states her 18-year-old son has not been home in almost a month. Caller states her son received what she believes to be a threat on Facebook the last day he was seen.

2:10 p.m. Assault investigation. Brockton Police Department, 7 Commercial St. Danilo Lopes-Nunes, 21, of Brockton was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and threat to commit crime.

5:10 p.m. Larceny of M/V investigation. 36 Westland St. Caller reports 2007 blue Yamaha Raptor ATV was stolen sometime since Thursday.

5:32 p.m. Disturbance. Westgate Mall, 200 Westgate Dr. Ashley Phillips, 24, of Brockton was charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon. Jonathan M. Cahill, 25, of Brockton was charged with trespass and receiving stolen property over $250.

6:42 p.m. Threats. See the complainant. Oak Lane. Caller reports her husband allegedly called her and made threats to kill her. The two are going through a divorce. Francis Thomes, 40, of Weymouth was charged with threat to commit crime.

7:07 p.m. Domestic violence call. N. Main Street. Caller states a woman allegedly punched him in the head. ETD can hear the female yelling in the background. Gloria Deans, 50, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

7:08 p.m. A&B in progress. Brockton Housing Authority, 45 Goddard Road. Caller states two people are fighting inside and outside apartment 812. One party is in a wheelchair. No weapons seen. Alan S. Miller, 61, of Sharon was charged with possession to distribute Class E drug, conspiracy to violate drug law, and attempt to commit crime. Toni Weston, 44, of Brockton was charged with conspiracy to violate drug law, attempt to commit crime and local warrant.

8:19 p.m. A&B dangerous weapon investigated. Chico’s Autobody, 515 N. Main St. Caller reports three black males alleged assaulted him with a wrench. Caller reports they left in a Ford Taurus. Lanae M. Rice, 23, of Brockton was charged with threat to commit crime, assault with dangerous weapon and malicious destruction of property under $250.

8:22 p.m. Malicious damage in progress. Raymond School, 125 Oak St. Caller reports there is a group of teenagers ages 15 to 17 destroying the playground and tearing things up.

11:06 p.m. Domestic violence investigated. Arthur Street. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly held a knife up to her and threatened her. Rolando Tavares, 22, of Brockton was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and larceny under $250.

4:28 a.m. Disturbance. Shell Gas, 236 E. Ashland St. & 258 N. Cary St. Group in store employee wants removed.

7:08 a.m. B&E M/V investigation. 147 Keswick Road. Caller states her silver, 1999 Honda civic was broken into. Passenger side window smashed. Nothing was taken.

7:10 a.m. B&E investigation. Mass Tire, 753 Belmont St. Caller reports someone broke into building. Kicked in glass on overhead door. BCI notified.

7:14 a.m. Malicious damage investigation. 97 Laureston St. Caller reports someone threw a rock through his picture window and let the air out of his tires.

9:02 a.m. Code enforcement. 21 Sawtell Ave. Paper work on illegal lodging house. Court complaint and citation for engaging in business without license operating a lodging house not licensed.

9:15 a.m. Larceny in progress. Spiegel, 74 Lawrence St. Caller reports a white male with a polka-dot backpack, tattoos around his neck just tried to steal cast iron from his business. He is following him in his vehicle. Caller said he thinks male party went up on the tracks.

11:13 a.m. B&E M/V investigation. 63 Harvard St. Caller reports white Ford truck had the passenger window busted.

11:40 a.m. Disturbance by a drunk. 60 Pleasant St. Caller reports drunk people all over the church property and he wants them removed. Unfounded.

11:45 a.m. B&E investigated. 6 Palm Place. Caller states a male party in her yard states his friend broke into her house and stole items. Services rendered.

12:30 p.m. Code enforcement. Best Gas, 899 Belmont St. See the manager on the $1,400 on unpaid false alarm fees before court action is taken. Officer received check #3445 and $1,400 has been paid in full.

1:18 p.m. A&B in progress. 120 Pleasant St. & 2 Warren Ave. Third-party call. Fight near intersection. Party came into lobby to report a party pulled a large knife on him and threatened his life. Valdir Barros, 23, of Brockton was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and threat to commit crime.

1:33 p.m. B&E M/V investigation. 61 Anawan St. Caller reports his silver Acura RSX was broken into. Center console, shift knob and other items taken.

1:44 p.m. Hit and run in progress. 24 Boundary St. & 343 Lisa Road. Caller reports bus was hit by a cream-colored Buick driven by an older male driver. Took off toward Holbrook. Caller provided police with a plate number.

2:23 p.m. Robbery. 194 N. Montello St. & 26 Rosseter St. Victim states his prescription pills were jingling in his pocket as he was walking. A black male heard this and robbed him of the pills—a prescription that was just filled today. Victim will flag down an officer at N. Montello and Rosseter. Matter settled.
2:46 p.m. B&E in progress. 8 Mill St. Female caller just got home and found window open and screen taken out. She is in the house, but is unsure if anyone is still in the house.

2:52 p.m. Shoplifting. CVS, 230 E. Ashland St. Party stole 8 cartons of cigarettes. Left in a small motor vehicle. Caller gave police plate number.

4:55 p.m. B&E investigate. 972 Pleasant St. Caller reports her air conditioner was pushed in and items were taken.

5:32 p.m. Party unconscious. 60 E. Ashland St. & N. Montello St. Caller reports male party face down on sidewalk.

5:41 p.m. Serve warrant. 196 Pleasant St. Lataisha Wise, 38, of Brockton was charged with possession to distribute Class B drug, possession to distribute Class D drug, and drug violation near school/park.

8:29 p.m. Larceny investigation. CVS, 316 N. Pearl St. White male took off with $200 worth of merchandise.

8:42 p.m. A&B in progress. K-Mart, 2001 Main St. Caller reports they had a shoplifter and now one of the employees is fighting with them in the parking lot. Caller states white male shoplifter just drove off t in a white motor vehicle toward Main Street. Caller gave police license plate number.

9:45 p.m. Robbery. Subway, 768 Belmont St. Caller reports a black male with light skin, wearing a black mask, green shirt—possibly a Celtics shirt—and jeans left on foot. Did not show a weapon. Caller reports suspect got into a gray motor vehicle with a white male driver. Fled down Berkshire Avenue.

10:49 p.m. Violation of a 209A order. Good Samaritan Medical Center, 235 N. Pearl St. Caller is the emergency room. He has a permanent restraining order against Alice McCarthy who is also in the ER.
Alice M. McCarthy, 38, of Holbrook was charged with violating an abuse prevention order.

THURSDAY, AUGUST 4, 2011

1:17 a.m. A&B investigated. 37 Pontiac Road & 619 Court St. Caller reports there were four people who were beating up one person and took his bike. The people who took the bike are heading toward Court Street. Police officer reporters he stopped four kids walking down Court Street with a red bike. One of the four stated they found the bike on Court Street. Officer could not find a victim and could not reach the caller. The bike was taken back to the station.

2:58 a.m. A&B in progress. Super 8, 385 Westgate Dr. Super 8 employee states there is a male allegedly beating up a female. Jennifer J. Vargas, 22, of Fall River was charged with a foreign warrant.

3:05 a.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. Christy’s Market, 65 Oak St. extension. Store employee reports there is a female refusing to leave the store. Employee states female claims she has called for an ambulance twice, but refuses to go because she does not want to go to Good Samaritan. Officer states the female told him she has been transported twice to Good Samaritan, but no one would help her and they “chased her off the property.” Officer offered her an ambulance one more time and she refused. Woman left store on foot stating she will “go to Stoughton where they will help me.”

3:19 a.m. Suspicious person. 16 Huntington Ave. Caller reports six teens on bikes keep riding around the area looking in yards. Five Brockton men were charged with receiving stolen property over $250, four counts of felony B&E vehicle/boat in the nighttime, conspiracy felony B&E vehicle/boat in the nighttime and malicious destruction of property over $250.
Those charged are: Flavio Montrond, 17; Julio Antonio Fernandes, 19; Elder Barros Monteiro, 20; Inildo Alves, 19; and Emanuel Andrade, 21.

3:48 a.m. 911 Hang up. Hess Gas Station, 261 N. Main St. Female yelling let me go then phone went dead. Second call. Cashier holding suspect. Felina Jacques, 45, of Brockton was charged with unarmed robbery.

7:12 a.m. B&E home—attempted. 31 Vine St. Caller states last night someone attempted to break-in around 8:30. She is scared to go back in. She is waiting out front of her home for police.

10:23 a.m. Malicious damage investigation. Verizon Pole 44, 497 Crescent St. & 67 Cabot St. Good chunk of cable were cut. Comcast on scene replacing wire.

10:25 a.m. Disturbance. 96 Calmar St. Caller hung up. Just said a lot of yelling and threatening going on. Caller was yelling at someone, “police are on the way.” Someone threatened to go get a gun and shoot someone. Then she hung up. No answer on call back. Female called back stated brother allegedly threatened to shoot her. She reported he does own a gun, but didn’t see it today. He is driving a dark blue Taurus. Jason Campbell, 23, of Brockton was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, and threat to commit crime.

10:31 a.m. Welfare check. 60 Allen St. & 355 Montello St. Male party laid out in between the step and bush.

10:31 a.m. Larceny investigation. Brockton Police Dept., 7 Commercial St. Louis McPhee, 53, of Brockton was charged with larceny over $250 from 60-plus/disabled.

11:04 a.m. Prostitution. 21 Emerson Ave. & 770 N. Main St. Regina Marie Graham, 43, of Brockton was charged with default warrant.

11:22 a.m. A&B investigated. 20 Putnam St. Cab driver was assaulted. Under investigation.

11:25 a.m. Domestic violence call. Weston Street. Caller reports a boyfriend and girlfriend are in a purple Infiniti hitting each other. Female lives on Weston Street. Caller states they drove down the road with the woman hanging out of the front passenger seat. Caller reports the pair are an ongoing problem on the street. Nina Sanchez, 21, of Brockton was charged with A&B, disturbing the peace and A&B with a dangerous weapon.

11:59 a.m. B&E investigated. 221 Pine Grove Dr. Purse, computer and Ipod taken.

1:01 p.m. Keep the peace. 1180 Main St. The complainant is requesting assistance in a landlord-tenant dispute. This is a civil matter. Advised party to get a lawyer.

1:20 p.m. Party unconscious. 94 Field St. & 123 Spark St. Female party passed out on the corner. She is wearing a yellow top and red shorts. Fire on scene. Woman refused medical treatment.

2:22 p.m. Disturbance. Prospect St. Caller states her boyfriend is refusing to give back her EBT card and keys. Caller states boyfriend took card and keys without permission. Caller states she is handicapped. She is waiting outside with boyfriend. Matter settled.

6:13 p.m. Threats. See the complainant. 54 Thomas St. Jose G. Gonzalez, 40, of Brockton was charged with threat to commit crime.

7:46 p.m. M/V stop. 26 Walnut St. Michael R. Torres, 21, of Brockton was charged with possession to distribute Class B drug.
