1:33 a.m. Assault & battery in progress on Malvern Road. Caller states she is outside above location. Suspect allegedly hit her in the face. Also states another unknown suspect stole $300 from her. BCI notified for photos of the victim. Albert Lewis, 55, of Brockton was charged with A&B.
6:33 a.m. B&E investigation on Dover Street. Caller states male named Ken broke into her apartment and she states he is not there now but back door is kicked in. Caller is moving out of this apartment and her mother was walking by and saw this party leave in a car. She heard him say he was coming back. Police investigating.
7:17 a.m. Larceny of M/V at Good Samaritan Medical Center, 235 North Pearl St. Caller is ER nurse and 2004 Jeep was stolen.
8:12 a.m. B&E M/V investigation on Colonel Bell Drive. Window broken and vehicle ransacked.
8:59 a.m. Malicious damage to motor vehicle on West Elm Terrace. Caller’s father's black BMW was scratched up overnight.
10:24 a.m. Larceny in progress at Everett's Auto Parts, 533 Thatcher St. Caller states he just caught 3 males attempting to steal some items. Caller retrieved the items but the males fled in a blue/gray minivan headed on Thatcher toward Massasoit.
10:40 a.m. A&B dangerous weapon--gun on Harvard Street. Caller states someone was shot and the suspect fled on foot and hopped the fence. (See the BrocktonPost.com for article on shooting/murder).
11:09 a.m. M/V stop on Perkins Street & Middle Street. Danny Jean-Baptiste, 23, of Brockton was charged with possession to distribute Class D drug.
3:11 p.m. Suspicious person at Stop & Shop, 932 North Montello St. Caller is concerned that a white female and a white male in the parking lot are going to "roll" someone. Leila R. Harandi, 25, of Holbrook was charged with possession of Class C drug, possession of Class D drug and disturbing the peace. Edward Grenham, 26, of Plymouth was charged with local warrant.
5:27 p.m. Domestic violence call on Forest Avenue. Passerby states woman from third floor yelling "call an ambulance." Romel Clerverseau, 23, of Brockton was charged with A&B, kidnapping and intimidate witness.
6:33 p.m. M/V accident with pedestrian on Warren Avenue. Ambulance sent and Angela Maria Barbosa, 22, of Brockton was summonsed for unlicensed operation of M/V and child under 5 without car seat.
7:42 p.m. Hit & run investigation on Pleasant Street. David Smith, 65, of East Bridgewater was summonsed for leaving the scene of property damage.
8:53 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance on Prospect Street. Caller states suspect is not supposed to be at the above location and is there now. He keeps knocking on the door and they are scared. There are small children in the house. 2nd call from female on line stating someone broke into apartment and can hear baby in background. Adilson V. Darosa, 29, of Brockton was charged with A&B, assault with dangerous weapon, intimidate witness, felony B&E building at night time and threatening to commit a crime.
9:47 p.m. M/V stop on North Montello Street. Eliseu Andrade Martins, 23, of Brockton was charged with local warrant. Aderito Patrick Amado, 21, of Brockton was charged with trafficking in cocaine and drug violation near school/park.
