FRIDAY, JUNE 17, 2011

1:11 a.m. B&E investigation at Laureston Street. Entry through back window. Caller came home and smelled a strong odor of alcohol and curtains to a window moving. A few items taken.

7:06 a.m. Medical Emergency at Auburn Street. Infant not breathing and fire on phone doing CPR. 6-month-old passed away. Sudden infant death report filled out.

10:30 a.m. Code Enforcement at 62 Pine Street. 3 cars 72-hr tagged, unregistered and repair work in the garage. Building Department notified to send a cease and desist order to the home owner. Conducting business as an auto repair business on the property.
10:56 a.m. Domestic violence investigation at Tribou Street. Caller states 2 females were allegedly arguing over keys. Tiaunna Edwards, 28, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

11:12 a.m. Code Enforcement at 70 Pine St. 1 unregistered M/V with 72-hr tag in the driveway. Owner of property on scene and was told about a T-3 if she wanted to have the car removed. Owner of the car arrived and told the unregistered car has to be removed if it does not run. Tried to explain the rules and he started to yell. Photographed the car and cleared the scene.

11:36 a.m. Code Enforcement at Trim-Line Boston-South-Shore, 159 North Main St. 4 cars 72-hr tagged for being unregistered on the property. The fire department was also notified about an extension cord running from Rolando's Bar into the shop that has no electricity. The cord is coming out the door and is a tripping hazard coming from the apartment building.

11:43 a.m. Code Enforcement at 11 Elliot St. Reported they are selling cars out of the lot with no license.

12:24 p.m. Code Enforcement at 286 Forest Ave. Owner is a car dealer from Lawrence and storing cars at the residence. One car on scene for sale and called the number and gave them one hour to remove it from the property and take it back to his Lawrence location and get it out of the city. Will notify the RMV he is using his plate and license to sell retail in Brockton.

12:39 p.m. Code Enforcement at 30 Gordon St. Out with a bus parked on the sidewalk in the wrong direction in a resident permit parking area. Spoke to the resident of this house and it’s his work bus. Resident said he will move it.

1:01 p.m. Assault & battery in progress at Ash Street. Caller states his next door neighbor came over while he was sitting on the porch and allegedly punched him in the face. States unknown reason. Defendant fled the area prior to arrival. Clement N. Gumbs, 45, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

2:06 p.m. Code Enforcement at 30 Southworth St. Owner of the property is selling cars without a license. Party has been warned in the past and continues to do it.

2:21 p.m. Code Enforcement at 838 Main St. Unregistered school bus on the property. Previously for sale at the defunct Bay State Motors. 72-hr tag applied.

2:50 p.m. Welfare check at the Family Dollar Store, 222 East Ashland St. Male party unconscious in the woods in the back of the store. Male party age 39, transported to Brockton Hospital ER.

2:56 p.m. Domestic violence call on Sycamore Avenue. Caller states her daughter just called her up and told her that her 2 brothers are allegedly fighting inside the apartment. Dominique Dixon, 22, of Brockton was charged with A&B and local warrant.

6:57 p.m. Domestic violence call at Woodland Avenue. Caller reports that her husband is drunk and allegedly pushed her to the floor and grabbed the phone. States he is now attempting to leave the home in a car. Police officers were exposed to suspect’s blood. Corey Denise, 41, of Brockton was charged with A&B, intimidation of witness, resisting arrest, disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct.

8:04 p.m. Disturbance by a family at Main Street. Boyfriend-girlfriend argument. Woman allegedly threw all his belongings out on the sidewalk. Igor Fonseca, 23, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B and intimidation of a witness.

8:48 p.m. Assault & battery in progress in the vicinity of Giannaros Package Store, 430 Main St. Group fighting and victim of A&B found at Harvard Street.

9:10 p.m. A&B dangerous weapon--knife on Foster Street. Neighbors are in the driveway allegedly fighting. Party on scene fled. Willie Watson, 54, of Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon, A&B and intimidation of witness.

10:19 p.m. Unwanted guest--drunk at Foster Street. Allegedly drunk male out front banging on the front door. Frederick Ford-Campbell, 32, of Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.

10:20 p.m. M/V accident pedestrian at Moulton Street. Brother just allegedly hit by a neighbor’s car. Keith M. Disharoom, 30, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B with dangerous weapon.

10:30 p.m. Malicious damage investigation at Owens Avenue. Basement apartment trashed. Teixeira Carlos, 42, of Brockton was summonsed for felony B&E in the night time.

11:16 p.m. Domestic violence call at Ash Street. Caller states her sister's husband allegedly punched the wife. Joao Barros, 30, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

11:38 p.m. Rape investigation at Plain Street. Caller transported by ambulance to Brockton Hospital. Victim is an 18-year-old female from Stoughton. Rape suspect is a 17-year-old from East Bridgewater and an 18-year-old from Brockton. Under police investigation.
