12:02 a.m. M/V accident with injuries. D.W. Field Golf Course, 331 Oak St. Car tried to take off from State Trooper and rolled over.

8:23 a.m. Larceny investigation. 221 Oak St. See caller in office at Fairway Oaks. The money machine for laundry in building 4 has been stolen.

8:41 a.m. Malicious damage investigation. 36 Pontiac Road. Caller states blowup Xmas decorations depicting a snow globe and turkey were sliced up and shredded.

8:44 a.m. Disturbance. Dunkin’ Donuts, 748 N. Main St. Female inside on drugs throwing things around and pasting out. Ambulance sent. Female refused medical attention. She tried to walk away, but fell. Ambulance returns and woman transported to Good Samaritan Medical Center.

9:16 a.m. Larceny investigation. 151 Drew Ave. Reindeer decorations stolen from her front steps.

9:29 a.m. Malicious damage investigation. King’s Wear Clothing, 280 Main St. Caller states they are 2 businesses on Main Street that had the windows broken out. Store owner couldn’t be reached. Guardian Angels said they would stand by until they open at 10 a.m. As of 10:10 no one there.

10:59 a.m. Malicious damage investigation. Rod’s Pizzeria, 567 N. Main St. Front door smashed sometime during the night.

11:21 a.m. B&E M/V investigation. 17 Lookoff St. Three cars were ransacked. Cash, change and spare keys to the house were taken.

11:45 a.m. M/V stop. 126 Court St. & 63 Commercial St. Joel S. Pierre-Louis, 24, of 16 Whitfield St., Dorchester was arrested and charged with operating M/V with suspended license, failure to stop/yield and no inspection sticker.

12:16 p.m. A&B investigate. 195 Westgate Dr. Male party is allegedly assaulting female party in the parking lot of the Westgate Hotel. They are near a white car and the male just forced the woman into the car and took off. Caller was also threatened by this party and wants to report it. Second call reports the male from fight is back. Arrested were: Samuel L. Whiteside, 28, of 38 Greenwood St., Apt. 3, Brockton was charged with A&B and threat to commit crime and Catrina M. Rogers, 20, of 9 Greenwood St., Apt. 2, Dorchester was charged with foreign warrant.

12:58 p.m. Domestic violence call. 41 Field St., Apt. 1. Caller states she was visiting her baby’s father and an argument began because father was refusing to give caller’s 1-year-old son back. Desmond Morales, 21, of 41 Field St., Apt. 1, Brockton was charged with A&B. Jolyssa Rodriguez-Rivera, 22, of 6 Carleton St., Apt. 2R, Brockton was charged with A&B.

1:14 p.m. Larceny/forgery/fraud. American Check Cashing, 500 Main St. A Hispanic man who stands about 6-foot, 1-inches tall and weighing about 230 pounds may have a counterfeit check for $1,995. Police stay less than 10 minutes. Matter settled.

1:37 p.m. B&E investigate. 588 Main St., Apt. 2. Broken window. Jewelry and documents taken. Language barrier.

1:46 p.m. Larceny investigation. 74 Oak St. Laptop and money stolen from her house.

3:36 p.m. Gunshots call. 216 Grafton St. Caller states a gray Toyota Camry heading toward Menlo. Has casing that was in the street. Unknown if there is a victim. Hot sheet. Casing and paint from rear bumper recovered. Video surveillance of firearm discharge and cell phone battery cover. Second vehicle appeared to be an older model white two-door sedan—possibly a Mercury Cougar.

3:46 p.m. B&E investigate. 95 Grafton St. Kicked in window at back and rock thrown through basement window.

3:56 p.m. Domestic violence call. 326 Jon Dr. Whole family outside fighting at above. At least 5 people hitting and yelling at each other. Second call from neighbor states male party is bleeding. Father and son arrested in incident. Benjamin H. Alexander Jr., 21, and Benjamin Alexander, 58, both of 326 Jon Dr., were charged with A&B.

4:24 p.m. Recovered stolen M/V. 237 Southfield Dr. Chevy Blazer in front of above.

4:45 p.m. Parking violation. Stop & Shop, 701 Belmont St. Black Mercedes parked in handicapped spot. No placard. Manager states driver told another party who has a handicapped placard to shut up and mind her own business when she asked her to move. Officer spoke to Mercedes driver who did have a placard in the vehicle. Informed her where to place placard in future.

6:49 p.m. Robbery. Saab’s FoodMart, 1280 main St. Male party went in with a mask and a gun. Unknown if he is still in the store.

8:09 p.m. Larceny of M/V. New Life Temple, 15 Nilsson St. Caller left car running and unlocked in the driveway and someone stole it. Car is a white Buick. Vehicle heading south on Main. Second call states as he was following the Buick it crashed near 18 Perkins St. Male is friend of owner.

8:38 p.m. Domestic violence call. 55 Packard Way. Robert C. Kaplan, 57, of 55 Packard Way, Brockton was charged with 2 counts of A&B.

10:16 p.m. Narcotic violation in progress. 256 Arthur Paquin Way. Caller alleges a silver, Honda SUV has people in it smoking drugs. Reports this is an ongoing problem. Omar Cornier, 26, of 49 Taber Ave., Apt. 1, Brockton was charged with possession to distribute Class D drug.

10:26 p.m. M/V accident with injuries. 40 Willey St. Car flipped over on lawn. Crash report done as well as court complaint.

11:10 p.m. M/V stop. 971 N. Main St. John Celestin, 34, of 49 Highland Glenn Dr., Randolph was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, possession of open container of alcohol in M/V.

11:59 p.m. Gunshots call. 56 Fuller St. Male party just showed up at the caller’s door and male party is full of blood. Incident happened at 68 Fuller St., first floor. Caller climbed out the window and roommate is still in the apartment. States 5black males came in with guns. State Police found victim at 56 Fuller St. An officer is making entry at 68 Fuller St. Follow up to be conducted by detective.

12:15 a.m. Threats see the complainant. Brockton PD, 7 Commercial St. Roy Lloyd Jr., 36, of 10 Brick Road, Apt. 30, Mansfield was charged with two counts of threat to commit crime.

1:02 a.m. Gunshots call. 1069 Main St. & 17 E. Chestnut St. Male party stating on line his friend was just shot in the leg at above location. Refused to provide any further information. Camilo Pina shot twice after leaving Club Emi Safari.

4:42 a.m. Fire structure. 167 Pine Grove Dr. Maintenance reports smoke inside above location. Cannot find source. Brockton FD responding. Burned scented candle found on kitchen counter.

5:39 a.m. Malicious damage M/V. 139 Pine Grove Dr. Caller reports her 2003 red Infiniti has had the rear window and car roof kicked in. BCI called for pictures of damage to M/V. Suspect is a 23-year-old male who allegedly called vehicle’s owner a total of 41 times between 3:30 and 5:30 p.m.

8:19 a.m. A&B dangerous weapon investigated. Brockton Hospital, 680 Centre St. Second gunshot victim in ER.

8:23 a.m. B&E investigate. Matta’s Garage. 77 N. Main St. Cash draw taken. Safe broken into.

8:33 a.m. Code enforcement. 47 Allen St. Officer reports the back, 3rd floor porch is rotting out and someone is going to fall through it. The second means of egress/exit is blocked on the 3rd floor by trash and debris. Officer describes 3rd floor apartment as “pigsty” and states there is dog feces and garbage all over the place. Officer notes police arrested a party for domestic violence Thursday and there was a child involved. Another officer filed a 51-A form to child services concerning neglect and suffering because of the living conditions.

9:23 a.m. B&E investigate. 377 Battles Farm Dr. Caller states she came home around 5 a.m. this morning and found her front door was kicked in.

9:26 a.m. Code enforcement. 272 Main St. Follow up on threats to the parking attendant. Two applications for complaint filed for threatening the parking control officer on Main Street.

10:33 a.m. Disturbance. 379 Ash St. Parties on 2nd floor porch threw down recycle bottles which landed in street and struck this cruiser. Parties were spoken to and they came down and picked them up.

11:53 a.m. Rape investigation. Colonel Bell Drive. A woman stated she was allegedly raped by several males. John Lima Jr., 39, of 246 Colonel Bell Dr., Apt. D, Brockton was charged with rape.

12:19 p.m. Larceny investigation. 25 Belmont St. & 240 Main St. Caller states she allegedly found her stolen watch at Ideal Pawn.

12:54 p.m. Code enforcement. 19 Exchange St. Officer reports 2 tractor trailers, 2 flat bed trucks, a car, and a homemade trailer along with 12 to 14 truck tires have been abandoned on city property. Officer states he will need 6 “next in-lines,” or tows. Notes 4 of those tows will have to be Lynch’s heavy duty trucks for the flat bed trailers and tractors. The car and the homemade trailer can be any next in line.
Request OK’d per Sgt. Officer reports all vehicles towed on party who was parking them there. Party has been told, officer continues, that he is trespassing and there is no parking on City of Brockton property that he has made into his own trucking yard.

4:49 p.m. Domestic violence call. BAT Bus Terminal, 10 Commercial St. John Antos, 31, of 842 Washington St., Apt. 210, Boston was charged with A&B.

5:00 p.m. B&E M/V investigation. 12 Sawtell Ave., Apt. 1. Caller states a black male wearing all black set off the car alarm while trying to break in. States male fled on foot toward Ames Street. Mirror is broken.

5:14 p.m. B&E M/V. 200 Westgate Dr. Victim reports his 1999 Ford F150 pickup was broken into and GPS was stolen while parked at the Westgate Mall.

5:18 p.m. Domestic violence investigate. Main St. & Pleasant. Caller reports she was just allegedly beat up by her ex-boyfriend. He has left the area on foot. Charles Dean Warren, 45, 0f 45 Goddard Road, Apt. 312, Brockton was charged with A&B.

6:30 p.m. Larceny investigation. 43 Merritt Ave. An unregistered motorcycle, a quad, a go-cart, and a bicycle stolen from the yard.

6:49 p.m. Larceny investigation. Toys R Us, 105 Campanelli Dr. Caller states her daughter was shopping at above location and someone snatched her purse from her shopping cart. Report taken.

6:50 p.m. 911 unknown emergency. Female on the line crying hysterically and saying something about a little boy? Maybe a domestic violence? The little boy is her boyfriend’s 23-year-old son and he came after her. Hector Danilo Salinas Sagbay, 23, of 76 Harvard St., Apt. 1, Brockton was charged with A&B and aggravated rape.

7:12 p.m. Fire, vehicle. Best Buy, 200 Westgate Dr. Car on fire outside Best Buy. Brockton FD sent. Extinguished.

10:05 p.m. Robbery investigation. Walgreens, 880 N. Montello St. Caller is an assistant manager at Walgreens who states a white female came and pulled a needle out and robbed his main cashier.

10:13 p.m. Rape investigation. Brockton Hospital, 680 Centre St. See registered nurse in ER who requests BCI for photos of physical injuries.

10:22 p.m. Robbery. Salvation Army, 87 Westgate Dr. Two white males—both with guns—and wearing all black and black masks took the deposit. One ran to back of the building. The other ran to the front. Both are on foot. Second caller states it was a $7,000 deposit.

12:02 a.m. B&E investigate. 86 W. Chestnut St., Apt. 1. Apartment ransacked. WII station & games taken.

1:08 a.m. Home invasion. 11 Whipple Ave. Caller states 2 Cape Verdean males, one carrying a gun, wearing a mask and with braids. Caller states they fled in a black Infiniti SUV and took right onto Winter Street. Second unknown vehicle. White female driver dragged caller as he tried to open door. Caller states he is bleeding. Report taken.

9:05 a.m. B&E investigate. Universal Grocery Food Market. 191 Pleasant St. B&E to above.

1:19 p.m. Domestic violence investigate. 68 W. Elm Terrace. Caller states her ex-husband allegedly forced himself into the house breaking the door. While the caller was trying to keep him from entering the house she hurt her arm. She further states he jumped on her male friend inside the house. The family was able to break it up. Ex-husband took off. Michel Lacerda, 29, of 175 Washington St., Weymouth was charged with two counts A&B and threat to commit crime.

2:11 p.m. B&E investigate. 88 Reservoir St. Brockton garage door. Ransacked tools, towels, etc.

2:12 p.m. A&B in progress. 47 Allen St., Apt. 3. Male and pregnant female allegedly fighting in hallway. David Vasconcelos, 19, of 47 Allen St., Apt. 3, Brockton was charged with A&B and threat to commit crime.

4:26 p.m. B&E investigate. 17 Rockwell Ave. House trashed. Items missing.

5:25 p.m. A&B investigate. 13 Grant Ave. See victim in lobby who alleges her 9-year-old son was assaulted. Louis D. Porter, III, 33, of 18 Menlo St., Brockton was charged with A&B on child with injury.

9:24 p.m. Malicious damage M/V. 94 Oakland St. Caller reports estranged husband allegedly kicked in the front passenger door of his wife’s car while it was parked at her parents’ house. Earlier in the evening on another call police report they conducted a health and welfare check on the estranged husband and state husband appeared to be intoxicated and agitated. Police report husband is in violation of Brockton Probate Court settlement agreement executed in August.
Spoke with husband’s brothers and mother. They are trying to get him to go to mom’s house for the night for his own well being. James Kane, 44, of 37 Peterson Ave., Brockton was charged and will be summonsed for malicious destruction of property over $250.

11:23 p.m. Gunshots call. Colonel Bell Drive. Three shots heard in the area. Could not locate.

11:43 p.m. Gunshots call. Belair St. Caller reports hearing 6 shots. Believes to be in front of building. Second call from Crickett Road states she heard four gunshots. Could not locate any evidence. Searched area.

6:54 a.m. B&E in progress. 117 Laureston St. Caller states a homeless male with a black NFL jacket just allegedly went into the window on the driveway side of house. Caller hung up. Samuel Varela, 34, of 137 Battles St., Apt. 1, Brockton was charged with misdemeanor B&E. Elber Fonseca, 19, of 17 Annis Court, Apt. 1, Brockton was charged with misdemeanor B&E.

9:49 a.m. Malicious damage to M/V. 57 Division St. Caller reports someone drew an obscene picture on the roof of truck.

10:06 a.m. B&E attempted. 17 Blendall St. Ladder was propped against her house. Her bedroom window was tampered with and her bathroom window was up. Investigated.

10:48 a.m. B&E in progress. 38 Lafoye St. Just came home and downstairs is ransacked. Unknown if anyone is still in the home.

12:04 a.m. Disturbance. Maui Restaurant, 1875 Main St. Female worker called requesting assistance from officer or detective. Charles F. Cutting, 50, of 10 Alexandria Way, Apt. 1, Brockton was arrested and charged with disturbing the peace.

12:12 a.m. B&E M/V investigated. Caller states someone broke into her black, 2004 Jeep Liberty from her driver’s side door. Also, window was smashed.

12:31 a.m. Disturbance. Cardoso Café, 146 Montello St. Someone trying to come in with a fake ID. Took a Rhode Island license and will send it back to R.I. for processing.

1:38 a.m. Domestic violence investigation. 51 Myrtle St. Caller reports her baby’s father allegedly pushed his way into her apartment, destroyed some furniture and her cell phone and threatened her current boyfriend with a knife. He has since left. Flavio Correia, 31, of 248 Tremont St., Taunton was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, felony B&E in the daytime—person in fear, witness intimidation and malicious destruction of property under $250.

1:56 a.m. Disturbance. 760 E. Ashland St. Refused neighbor states a loud party on the corner. People are inside and out. Victim later went to Brockton Hospital ER with stab wound.

2:24 a.m. Disturbance. 7-Eleven, 662 Belmont St. Ibraltino Valter DePina, 27, of 97 Menlo St., Apt. 1, Brockton was arrested and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise.

3:04 a.m. A&B dangerous weapon—knife. Brockton Hospital, 680 Centre St. 18-year-old Damian Bell just came in to the ER stabbed in the stomach. States it happened in Brockton. Non-life threatening at this time.

3:45 a.m. Check motorist drunk. 192 Warren Ave. & 76 W. Elm St. Caller reports a male is allegedly passed out in a gray Toyota Corolla in the intersection and caller believes he is drunk. Orlando Vicente, 34, of 21 W. Ashland St., Apt. 3, Brockton was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, and default warrant. Brockton PD had to go to Randolph to use their OUI machine.

4:06 a.m. Gunshots call. 34 Harvard St. Caller states he just heard two shots in the area. States there were people out front, but they left. Caller had no more info. Michael Teixeira was on the scene and stated the bullet holes on 36 Harvard St. were old. Nothing else was found. Michael Teixeira states he was shot at. No injuries or any damage. Old shot to 39 Harvard St. were pointed out by Mike T.

6:51 a.m. B&E M/V investigation. 20 Livingston Road. 2000 gray Honda Civic. Hot sheet.

7:17 a.m. B&E M/V investigation. 146 Boundary St. Caller states his blue 2006 Honda Civic got broken into. Also, his sister’s car, a black 2000 Jeep Cherokee was also broken into.

8:06 a.m. B&E M/V investigation. 161 Florence St. Caller states her car was broken into last night.

8:19 a.m. Open and gross. Tedeschi Food Shop, 563 Centre St. White male masturbating outside above location. Man taken to Brockton Hospital ER.

9:35 a.m. Malicious damage M/V. 31 E. Union St., Apt. 1. Rear window shot out with a pellet gun overnight. Rear window shattered.

9:56 a.m. B&E M/V investigation. 111 Florence St., Apt. 1. Caller states someone broke into his wife’s car last night.

11:10 a.m. Domestic violence call. 6 Malvern Road. Caller states she and her brother were arguing and he got in her face and allegedly head-butted her. Brian D. LeClair, 43, of 40 Lenox St., Apt. 2F, Brockton was arrested and charged with A&B.

11:34 a.m. B&E M/V investigate. 100 Carroll Ave. Two vehicles ransacked and windows shattered.

12:13 p.m. Open and gross. 152 Belmont St. Caller states a white male, with dark hair, and wearing no clothes allegedly walked into her house. Carlos Lopez, 28, of 124 Bartlett St., Apt. 3, Brockton was charged with misdemeanor B&E and open and gross lewdness.

12:19 p.m. B&E investigate. 114 Winthrop St., Apt. 1. Unknown entry. Two laptops, IPod, possible jewelry taken.

1:19 p.m. Larceny investigation. Family Dollar Store, 222 E. Ashland St. Caller states a female took items and left store. Caller states female was physical with staff when leaving and worker has scratches in his arm. Female left in a white Subaru. Plate # given to PD.

1:48 p.m. B&E M/V investigation. Canterbury Arms, 349 N. Pearl St., Apt. 302. Passenger window broken, vehicle ransacked and vehicle scratched.

2:27 p.m. A&B investigation. 47 Winona St. & 382 Ash St. Caller states her 13-year-old son was assaulted at above location. Youths took off in unknown direction. Caller is now taking son home to Gifford Street. Would like to speak to an officer.

2:49 p.m. B&E M/V investigation. Independent Associates, 141 Main St. Caller states her Chevy Tahoe was broken into while she was at work. GPS taken.

3:52 p.m. Domestic violence call. 31 Digby Ave. Caller states her husband allegedly hit her on the head with his fists. She said she had to bite him to get him off her. She will be outside. He is inside. Ronald Bennett, 54, of 31 Digby Ave., Brockton was charged with A&B.

3:55 p.m. Disturbance. 12 Reese Circle. Neighbor called to report another neighbor keeps raking leaves into the street. States DPW has been down to talk to them, but refuses to stop. Will notify code enforcement.

4:42 p.m. M/V stop. 1522 Main St. &29 Holmes St. Mark E. Estimphil, 20, of 25 Carroll Ave., Brockton was charged with operating a M/V with suspended license, license not in possession, no inspection sticker, and failure to stop/yield.

5:30 p.m. B&E M/V investigation. Iglesia De Jesucristo El Buen Samaritano, 54 Wyman St. Window smashed on church van. Blue bag taken with clothes in it.

6:45 p.m. B&E investigate. 11 Martin St. Broken back window. TV taken.

7:11 p.m. B&E M/V investigation. 544 Centre St. Window smashed. Purse taken.

7:46 p.m. Robbery investigation. 82 Foster St. Domino’s Pizza driver reports being robbed. States 4 juvenile males—three with ski masks—circled him and had something pressed in his back. He was told, “It’s a stick-up. Run your pockets.” About $18 to $20 was taken and the three parties took off. The one unmasked party took off with the delivery and walked to the back of above. Driver is now back at Domino’s.

8:19 p.m. Threats see the complainant. Brockton Superior Court, 72 Belmont St. Aguinaldo J. Daluz, 64, of 140 Colonel Bell Dr., Apt. 208, Brockton was charged with threat to commit crime.

8:40 p.m. M/V accident with injuries. 76 W. Elm St. & 192 Warren Ave. Party unconscious. Two cars. Airbags deployed. Maura Fernandes, 27, of 16 Brookside Ave., Brockton was charged with unlicensed operation of M/V, failure to wear seatbelt, and failure to stop-yield.

10:38 p.m. Domestic violence investigate. 11 Tucker Dr. Caller states her baby’s father allegedly assaulted her and her lip is cut. Jerome A. Strozier Jr., 31, of 108Pine Grove Dr., Brockton was charged with A&B.

12:41 a.m. Welfare check. 150 Carl Ave. Third party call. Male calling stating other male party is allegedly hitting grandson and grandson’s mother. Angel Antonio Rodriguez, 34, of 150 Carl Ave., Brockton was arrested and charged with two counts of A&B.

2:17 a.m. Animal complaint. 738 Court St. In vicinity of Cardinal Spellman High, a deer is running in the street and appears to be injured or disoriented.

6:43 a.m. Domestic violence call. 6 Carlisle St. Caller states she just had an argument with boyfriend. Caller said she believes he is drunk, he allegedly hit her on the back of the head with a telephone and she is now bleeding. Charles Kingara, 27, of 56 Audubon Road, Weymouth was charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon, A&B, and witness intimidation.

9:36 a.m. Pickup a prisoner on a warrant. Tewksbury. Patrick Cruise, 37, of 831 Warren Ave., Apt. 20, Brockton was arrested and charged with two default warrants and three foreign warrants.

11:47 a.m. Code enforcement, M&T Auto Body and Sales, 701 N. Montello St. License Commission letter regarding M&T Auto Sales selling cars that are not logged into the Used Vehicle book. Officer notes this is the second time this business has been brought up on violation charges.

12:40 p.m. Larceny investigation. Timeless Antiques, 1208 Belmont St. & 847 Pearl St. Michael Shay O’Sullivan, 25, of 220 Grove St., East Bridgewater was charged with receiving stolen property over $250 and larceny over $250 by single scheme.

1:24 p.m. B&E investigate. 53 Allen St., Apt. 1. Front door kicked in. Laptop, one ring and Xbox taken.

1:47 p.m. B&E investigate. 17 Menlo St. Jewelry and money taken. Back porch window was open.

2:40 p.m. Code enforcement. 483 Warren Ave. Eight beds on the 3rd floor. On the first floor, the second way of exiting the building in case of fire or emergency is blocked by furniture on the inside and caulked on the outside and will not open. Forwarded to Brockton Fire for court action.

5:07 p.m. Larceny investigation. Domingos Pires, 42, of 34 Coburn St., Apt. 2, Brockton was charged with larceny over $250.

8:36 p.m. M/V accident. 69 Plymouth St. Call came in for child hit. No pedestrian accident. Two cars. Donald Coward, 44, of 179 Lynn Road, Brockton was charged with operating M/V with suspended license and failure to yield at intersection.

9:47 p.m. A&B in progress. Crown Fried Chicken, 1012 Main St. Caller states she was allegedly punched in the face by her girlfriend’s boyfriend. Antonio Lobo Gomes, 35, 20 Nye Ave., Brockton was charged with two counts of A&B.

10:14 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. Quality Inn, 1005 Belmont St. Male inside the bar is screaming at the bartender and threatening to kill her.

2:09 a.m. Domestic violence call. 120 Riverview St., Apt. 2. Caller states her daughter allegedly just tried to fight her and scratched her. Ashley Phillips, 24, of 120 Riverview St., Apt. 2, Brockton was charged with A&B.

10:50 p.m. B&E investigate. Bixby Building. 106 Main St., Apt. 203. Two males broke into the community room and fled out the front door. This happened about 20 minutes ago.

11:20 p.m. Disturbance by a drunk. 81 Warren Ave. William Baptiste, 44, of 38 Ellsworth Ave., Brockton was arrested and charged with trespass and disorderly conduct.

11:58 p.m. 217 Sawtell Ave. Female is on the line stating the house has been “shot up.” She is in the bedroom with her fiancĂ© and two children. States no one has been injured. Caller states she believes it is related to the killing of her son James Ortiz. Neighbor states she heard about 5 shots then a M/V race off. A firearm was recovered by detectives from in front of 83 Alden St. Possibly used in shooting.

Police report speaking to a store supervisor and advised him to have store associates keep marking guns in store because people continue to think they’re real guns.

8:40 a.m. Man with a gun. 157 Nilsson St. Caller states she got into an argument with a parent at the bus stop. That parent told her to shut up or he could make a phone call. Caller was just sitting outside of her house when a black car drove by the house and someone in the car put the window down and had something metal in his hand. Police given vehicle plate #.

10:57 a.m. M/V stop. 25 Goddard Road. Gregory Mardirosian, 18, of 58 Taylor Ave., Brockton was charged with possession to distribute Class B drug, drug violation near school/park, and window obstructed/nontransparent. Police report a vehicle inventory, including four knives in the front of the vehicle.

11:01 a.m. Violation of 209a order. 67 Woodard Ave. Party has been served a 209a and should not be in the above. Officer is there with a locksmith to change the locks and believes party is inside. William Perkins, 53, of 67 Woodard Ave., Brockton was charged with violating an abuse prevention order.

11:39 a.m. Code enforcement. 59 Ruth Road. Citation to be issued to property owner for allowing a M/V to be be on the front lawn past the 72 hours. Vehicle is unregistered and appears to be non-operational. Grass has grown 6 to 8 inches around the car.

12:35 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner. 22 Madrid Square, Apt. 4. Kendra Jeanne Ross, 27, of 22 Madrid Square, Apt. 4, Brockton was arrested for local warrant. Crystal Anne Silvia-Ross, 23, of 22 Madrid Square, Apt. 4, was arrested for fugitive from justice without warrant and foreign warrant. Donald Guarino, 24, of 13 Linda St., Abington was arrested and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise.

7:20 p.m. 911 unknown emergency. 195 Westgate Dr., Apt. 253. Front desk received a call from Room 253 stating they need the police. Unknown why. Dana Ravenel, 23, of 251 Park St., Dorchester was charged with A&B.

8:18 p.m. Accosting. 32 Hunt St. Caller is calling about his neighbor’s child who states a Cape Verdean male allegedly tried to grab the child into a car on Hunt Street. Child was able to get away and come home. Female child allegedly reported to neighbor that the man whistled at her and when she ignored him, the man said, “you look better than my ex.” Child reports the man then ran out of his car to try to grab him. The child elbowed the man and the man took off. Man described as having short, black curly hair and wearing a black jacket. 9:01 a.m. Larceny investigation. 143 Chatham West Dr. & 580 Oak St. Caller reports his allegedly violent son jumped him while they were in a vehicle. He took his cell phone and is walking in the area by Valvoline. Caller alleges his son is meeting a friend trying to get a fix. John Bright Jr., 18, of 50 Cushing Road, Brockton was charged with larceny over $250 and intimidate witness.

1:31 p.m. Domestic violence call. 67 Woodland Ave. Caller reports her child’s father allegedly starting punching her in the head from the back seat of the car. Nelson Correia Mendes, 25, of 67 Woodland Ave., Brockton was charged with A&B.

3:31 p.m. Shoplifting. Sears, 200 Westgate Dr. One alleged male shoplifter running off through parking lot toward D.W. Field Park. Suspect located on Colonel Bell Drive. Michael Joseph Nehiley, 39, of 170 Alger St., Brockton was charged with three counts of larceny over $250.

5:17 p.m. Larceny investigation. 70 Benham St. Caller reports his neighbor allegedly stole his $1,600 electric tricycle and has it covered in the yard. Police report the bike was recovered from behind a shed at 78 Benham St. Bike was returned to owner. Bike is missing seat and has been disassembled.

Police report following information evidence turned into BCI: Front of vehicle-radio partially out and more than half of dashboard is off. Unmarked pill bottle found in glovebox, 2 types of pills located in side. Black winter jacket. Razor blade rug cutting knife found on driver’s seat. Rear passenger section of vehicle—trash, tons of trash including empty bottles of soda, water, and liquor. Pieces of rug material and a few hand operated tools. Trunk of vehicle: rug installation equipment, including a cordless drill, rug padding material, black canvas bag with a pornographic magazine, tools, various nuts and bolts, car parts and trash.

5:30 p.m. Hit and run in progress. 36 Main St. Report of a couple of cars allegedly hit by a red motor vehicle. Police given plate #. Suspect car is heading toward Main Street and has front end damage. Aderito Janessens, 33, of 75 Melrose Ave., Brockton was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, reckless operation of M/V, leaving the scene of property damage, unregistered M/V, uninsured M/V, five counts of leaving the scene of property damage and three counts of leaving the scene of personal injury.

6:37 p.m. Domestic violence investigate. 39 Nickerson St. Caller states she and her husband were arguing and during the fight she went out to her car to get something and the husband allegedly hit her head on the dashboard. 8:49 a.m. Missing person. 147 Forest St. Seven-year-old autistic white male, about 4 ½ feet tall, about 80 pounds, has gone missing. Boy has dirty blond hair and brown eyes. Last seen in the front room about 10 minutes ago. Boy cannot speak. State Police contacted and canine en route. MBTA contacted to stop the train. Preparing for a reverse 911. Boy was found at about 11:30 a.m. at the Brookfield Elementary School. Reverse 911 cancelled.

4:10 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. 11 Huntington Place, Apt. 3. Caller reports she has a 209A protection order against her boyfriend that has not yet been served. She alleges he is at the door banging and trying to get in. Victim called back and reports boyfriend is now trying to kick in the door. 6:58 p.m. Narcotic violation in progress. Keith Ave. Extension. Caller reports numerous vehicles have been coming down the street in the past hour. States they are parking at the dead end and caller can see them making exchanges. Caller reports more activity than usual tonight.

7:15 p.m. Disturbance by a family. N. Main Street. Caller reports her 15-year-old stepbrother is out of control, swearing, and yelling at his mother. Caller is concerned he might become violent. Caller states mother went to court today and stepbrother has been placed in DCF custody. Report taken.

7:18 p.m. Keep the Peace. Locust Street. Caller states he had a 35-year-old friend stay over last night because he is homeless and now the man won’t leave despite the caller’s attempts to ask him to do so. On call back man reports friend has left on foot toward N. Main Street. Caller believes the friend may not be in a “good mental place” and believes he may need to be checked out. Matter settled.

8:37 p.m. Prowler. 38 Morton St. Caller just found a young male in her backyard. Husband went after him. Matter settled.

9:40 p.m. Disturbance. 956 Warren Ave., Apt. 2. Caller reports three males allegedly got out of a black car and are yelling at her neighbor. Robert F. Grande, 33, of 202 Plymouth St., East Bridgewater was charged with two counts of threat to commit crime and criminal harassment.

9:51 p.m. Injured animal. Parks & Recreation, 45 Meadow Lane. Caller reports there is a dog stuck down by the river and has been there for awhile. Caller states the dog is on a harness. He has tried to get the dog out of the river, but has not been able to. With help, the dog was helped out of the water.

10:42 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner. 200 Westgate Dr. Daniel Sotera, 22, of 167 Whippoorwill Dr., Raynham was charged with foreign warrant.

Victim came into Brockton PD lobby and stated he was badly assaulted at the above on 11/6/2011 around 6 p.m. He stated the suspect should still be at the address. Victim is being transported to Brockton Hospital for a medical evaluation. Victim said the suspect can be very violent and to sue caution. Unsure if suspect has any weapons. 1:20 a.m. A&B in progress. 7-Eleven. 662 Belmont St. Two arrests made. Samuel Montrond, 25, of 48 Nilsson St., Apt. 3, Brockton was charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon and A&B. Camilo Pina, 29, of 87 Ford St., Apt. 2, Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct.

3:55 a.m. B&E investigate. 117 Oak Lane, Apt. 6. Caller states someone broke in and stole her meds and some money.

4:02 a.m. Domestic violence call. 50 Oak St. Ext., Apt. 404. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly keeps threatening her. He is in the apartment now and caller would like an officer. Second call reports the boyfriend allegedly pushed her into a wall. ETD could hear them arguing over the phone. James Barthelemy, 53, of 50 Oak St. Ext., Apt. 404 was arrested and charged with A&B.

10:30 a.m. Code enforcement. Avon Auto Brokers. 950 Belmont St. Officer reports 46 cars on the lot. None are parked on the grass. There is also no number on the building.

10:48 a.m. Check abandoned building. 62 Malvern Road. Homeless people maybe inside because alarm is beeping. On Saturday an officer shut off the water that was running in the cellar because the pipes have been stolen. The roof is compromised because a tarp covering the roof is compromised. Water is getting into the walls and the electrical system is getting wet. National Grid has been contacted and is expected to cut the power to the building. Water to be cut off also. Building department to be contacted to try to secure building.

11:29 a.m. Vicentes Tropical Grocery. 689 Main St. Caller states a short, Cape Verdean male about 18 years old allegedly just stole some items and then came back in, stated he has a gun, and is going to shoot people. Caller did not see a gun, but believes the male is hanging around outside. Flavio Fontes Montrond, 18, of 16 Owens Ave., Apt. 2, Brockton was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, witness intimidation, trespass, and shoplifting by asportation.

12:27 p.m. Open and gross. St. Edith Stein Church. 71 E. Main St. Caller would like a male party removed from the church. He was showing his privates to an usher.

2:43 p.m. Threats see the complainant. Sears. 200 Westgate Dr. Caller came into the lobby to report 3 males in their early 20s went to his place of work and threatened to beat him up because of something that happened with their friend. Party only knows them by name and is unsure of spelling. Wanted it on record in case something happens to him.

Caller states woman from Apt. 216 was just allegedly banging at her door in violation of a restraining order. States two males—one with a red ski mask and the other wearing a black ski mask—took the driver’s cell phone and about $30. Both had guns. Driver is still back at Rod’s Pizza. 1:30 a.m. Violation of a 209a order. ENT Specialist. 35 Pearl St., Apt. 200. Caller states that David Folkins allegedly has violated the 209a order she has against him earlier today at the doctor’s office at the above address. David J. Folkins, Jr., 43, of 59 Bigelow Ave., Rockland was charged with violating an abuse prevention order.

Trevell Starks, 29, of 256 Ames St., Brockton was arrested and charged with operating a M/V with license suspended, subsequent offense, disturbing the peace, trespass, resisting arrest, failure to stop for police, and marked lanes violation.

11:51 a.m. Assault investigate. Davis Commons. 165 Carl Ave. Caller is an 11-year-old boy who states the older kids from the gangs are sending younger kids to hit him. Caller states that one tried to attackhim so he pulled a knife out on them and called 911 which made them leave. Caller knows where they went and will show officer. Officer spoke to the caller and all the kids involved. It appears the caller is causing problems for the other children. I will go back and speak to management about this issue.

1:03 p.m. Animal control—dog complaint. 31 Milton St. Caller states she and her dog were just attacked by a loose pitbull. Caller has the pitbull there. Caller refused medical attention.

1:54 p.m. Check abandoned building. 62 Malvern Road. Caller states above abandoned property has been left open and she can see creatures going in and out. Officer reports house is open, numerous windows and doors broken, copper pipes being stolen along with anything else left in the home. Shut off water, heat and electricity. Will contact code enforcement, board of health and building department.

4:11 p.m. Suspicious activity. 34 Hamilton St., Apt. 2. Neighbor reports after hours parties at the above location for the last 3 weekends, except last night. Also, possibly drug dealing in the back parking lot. Caller states house is unoccupied at this time. Assessor’s office shows building is bank owned by Wells Fargo. Officer states a former tenant was spoken to about situation last week. Officer will attempt to contact him to tell him to knock it off. Officer states drugs usually have nothing to do with former tenant.

4:34 p.m. Shoplifting. Ocean State Job Lot. 85 Torrey St. Security has a female shoplifter. They can’t reach the parents. Mom was at Brockton PD lobby. Sent to Job Lot to take custody of daughter.

Bethanne Carew, 15 Otto St., Apt. 2, Brockton was arrested and charged with A&B and malicious destruction of property over $250.

8:44 p.m. Robbery. 34 Enterprise St. Pizza deliveryman reports a black male came out from across 34 Enterprise St. and stuck what he thought was a gun in his side. No money was given. Caller is now back at Papa Gino’s. Suspect had on a black hoodie and was about 5 feet, 7 inches tall.

9:35 p.m. 911 hang up. 37 Foster St., Apt. 1. Answering machine on call back. Frederick Campbell is there, he is allegedly drunk and taking off his clothes. Frederick Campbell-Ford, 32, of 37 Foster St., Apt. 1, was arrested and charged with disturbing the peace.

9:09 a.m. B/E investigate. Mens’ Addiction Treatment, 10 Meadow Brook Road. Someone broke into the office yesterday. They called for report. Michael Tobin, 23, of 215 Sea St., Weymouth was charged with malicious destruction of property over $250.

9:25 a.m. Animal Control. 500 Belmont St. Caller reports a horse jumped out of pen. Caller is at the Registry of Motor Vehicles and saw it jump out.

10:11 a.m. Narcotic Violation in Progress. Brockton Fair Grandstand. 500 Belmont St. Dylan Cordaro, 20, was walking down Belmont smoking on a marijuana pipe. Citation issued.

11:24 a.m. Malicious damage in progress. Family Dollar Store. 222 E. Ashland St. Caller reports a black female with braids was in the store and threw everything all over the place. She fled the area prior to police arrival. Check of license plate did not return Nissan Pathfinder. Search of area met with negative findings. Complainant does not wish to pursue at this time. 2:06 p.m. B/E investigate. 49 Stillman Ave. Caller states he and his friend left home for a few hours and came back to find a computer missing. No forced entry. Entered through rear, unlocked door.

2:53 p.m. M/V accident w/injuries. Mary Baker School. 28 N. Quincy St. Green Ford Explorer was rear-ended. Three-year-old child in car. One vehicle towed and operator transported to hospital. Three-year-old child and operator declined medical on scene. Will seek medical attention later.

8:25 p.m. Disturbance. Lithuanian Village Café. 128 Ames St. Bartender reports he thinks there is going to be fight. Argument in bar. One party left prior to arrival. Remaining party had mark on his face, but stated there was no fight or problem. Party refused medical and wanted nothing to do with police.

8:53 p.m. B&E investigate. 14 Milton St. Caller reports she came home and found window open and house trashed. She said she locked the basement door, but has not checked it since coming home. She doesn’t know if anyone is down there.

9:34 p.m. A&B investigate. VA Hospital. 940 Belmont St. Caller was leaving the VA Hospital when her ex-boyfriend’s wife attacked her. Police report one ex is now attending meetings at the VA, while the other has been attending these meetings for several months. Ex who has only begun to attend meetings will find new location.

9:58 p.m. Larceny investigation. 70 Warren Ave. & 110 Green St. Juvenile complaint against 14-year-old charged with larceny from person and threat to commit crime.

11:20 p.m. Domestic violence call. 23 River St. State Police received a call from a Spanish speaking female who states her husband is allegedly drunk, stole her money, beat her up and is using drugs. State Police tracing call to exact location. Pablito Cotto, 33, of 23 River St., Brockton was charged with two counts of A&B, and two counts of unarmed robbery.

11:46 p.m. Domestic violence investigation. Ash Street. Caller reports her daughter ran away, but also stated she assaulted her last night. Juvenile arrest of 14-year-old for A&B.

Spoke with owner and a party came in with a female came into store and started helping themselves to coffee, sandwiches and stuffing their pockets with candy. Caller told them they had to pay and a black male stated " You know who I am" in a threatening voice. They walked out and left in a Ford Taurus. Under investigation.

12:22 p.m. Code enforcement at 17 West Ashland St. Owner was notified by Board of Health to remove the car in 72 hours on October 11th and they didn't. Cars towed and confiscated RI plate.

1:22 p.m. Code enforcement at Pentacostal, 225 Crescent St. Illegal dumping caught on the surveillance tapes.

1:43 p.m. Overdose at a Warren Avenue residence. Possible heroin overdose. Ambulance sent.

2:43 p.m. Code enforcement at Tekoah Club, 34 Petronelli Way. Front door wide open and unlocked. Building department notified. Will stand by until they arrive to secure. Last week when they secured it a man ran out the side door. Don't want to trap anyone inside. Someone is stripping the ornamental brass railing from the building. Witnesses have seen the "Skinny homeless guy" that has the sign "Will work for food" coming out of the building in the past couple of days.

2:49 p.m. Violation of 209A order at 36 Nessralla Drive. Matthew Freeman, 26, 39 Oak St., Taunton was summonsed for violation of abuse prevention order.

4:11 p.m. M/V accident with injuries at 973 Main St. Marc G. Durand, 23, 56 Fuller St., Brockton was summonsed for uninsured motor vehicle and unregistered motor vehicle.

5:00 p.m. Code enforcement at 38 Clinton St. Reported men working on cars right now. Four or 5 cars being worked on. These cars were 72-hr tagged a couple of weeks ago and the mayor’s office called after the people complained when they got a courtesy tag about the 5 unregistered cars and asked for a few days. It’s been over a week and they are now all up on jacks and in various states of repair. A very loud compressor with professional impact guns are being used causing a serious problem for the neighbors. Told to stop and code enforcement would be removing them in the morning for violation of the city ordinance. They allegedly told me, "Go ahead we will beat it and you will pay. All you do is pick on us." Not sure if that was a threat or not. Guess will have to see. Will be removing the cars in the a.m. if they are unregistered and non-operational.

5:05 p.m. Malicious damage in progress at 741 Warren Ave. Caller is in a Dodge Neon and states someone shot something at window and hit him in the leg. Ambulance sent. Second call from fire and ambulance believes injury from a BB gun.

7:23 p.m. Assault & Battery with D/W at 51 Burdett Road. 12-year-old shot with BB gun.

8:04 p.m. Assault & Battery investigation at Tedeschi Food Shop, 563 Centre St. Caller is the store clerk and states a 14-year-old boy just came in covered in blood. Child stated several teenagers beat him up.

2:29 a.m. Domestic violence call at 4 Raintree Circle. Boyfriend allegedly punched pushed her against the wall and he hit her in the arm. Joselito Monteiro, 26, 51 Pine St., Brockton was summonsed for A&B and intimidation of witness.

9:21 a.m. B&E in progress at 193 North Main St. Caller states a heavyset white female was just banging at the caller’s door trying to get in her apartment and then she started kicking at apartment 1 and got in and is now locked inside. Valerie McGaugey, 24, 98 Harvard St., Bridgewater was summonsed for trespassing.

12:16 p.m. Assault & battery in progress at Stop & Shop, 932 North Montello St. Two people fighting in the store and one is bleeding. Caller’s son was beat up and is bleeding. The guy that beat him up left in a school bus. Police report taken.

12:42 p.m. Assault with dangerous weapon at 232 Perkins Ave. Patient pointed a pair of scissors at the PC worker. She needs for him to go back to the VA. She states she doesn't feel safe. Male has schizophrenia and anger management issues.

3:02 p.m. Domestic violence call at 956 Warren Ave. Female caller states her brother is allegedly beating up his girlfriend. Gena Centeiro, 20, 89 Lucas Drive, Stoughton was charged with A&B.

3:15 p.m. Domestic violence call at 38 Charles St. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly slapped her and choked her. Robert S. Bosak, 53, 67A Kennedy Drive, Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

3:30 p.m. Assault & battery in progress at Family Life Center, 40 Father Kenney Way. People fighting inside and he states someone allegedly assaulted him. Second caller from a female in the building states a party was stabbed. Denise A. Bradsher, 50, 43 Market St., Brockton was charged with armed assault in a dwelling and A&B with dangerous weapon.

9:45 p.m. Threats see the complainant at 11 Division St. Caller stated in 209A affidavit that defendant was going to hurt the family. Kevin G. Sprague, 49, 324 North Quincy St., Brockton was summonsed for threatening to commit a crime.

12:15 p.m. Hit & Run in progress at 200 Westgate Drive. Caller states a male party in a silver Acura allegedly just hit her car. Male party got out and went into Subway. Juvenile arrest for operating M/V with license suspended, receiving stolen property under $250 and attaching plates to M/V.

4:29 p.m. Domestic violence call at 166 Manomet St. Caller states her mother allegedly punched her in the face. Cynthia M. Kuplast, 49, 166 Manomet St., Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

9:29 a.m. Domestic violence call at 600 Warren Ave., Apt. # 1. Caller rents room at above and owner of the house allegedly assaulted him last night and today. Joao M. Gomes, 34, 600 Warren Ave., Apt. #1, Brockton was charged with A&B.

2:07 p.m. Larceny/Forgery/Fraud at Walgreens, 1101 Main St. Someone passed a counterfeit $20. Police report taken.

3:01 p.m. Robbery investigation at 253 Pleasant St., Apt. #2. Caller states she came home and found blood in the front of the building and fire alarm was going off. Caller went up to the 2nd floor and male party was refusing to open the door. He stated he was robbed by gunpoint. BCI called they arrived on scene did not get an answer on the door. Took external photos.

6:11 p.m. B&E in progress at 49 Beach St. Caller states her husband was in the basement asleep while she came through the front door. She found a male with a gray puff jacket running out the door. The male ran on foot with a digital frame of her wedding pictures. Police report taken.

8:21 p.m. B&E investigation at 149 Rockland St. Homeowner just arrived and house was broken into.

8:48 p.m. Larceny in progress at 81 Warren Ave. Caller states his 2004 Ford Explorer was just stolen. The keys were left in the ignition.

Adrianne Adelia King, 26, 20 Auna Drive, Apt. #7, Brockton was charged with larceny by check over $250, larceny over $250, 2 counts of forgery by check and 2 counts of utter false check.
