12:03 a.m. Domestic violence call at Joe Angelo's Cafe & Deli, 11 Crescent St. Martin D. McDonald, 30, of East Bridgewater was charged with A&B.

12:13 a.m. Assault & battery with a dangerous weapon on Montello Street & Centre Street. Female assaulted by male with baseball bat. Russell Alexander, 38, of Dorchester was charged with armed robbery and conspiracy to violate drug law. Sarah Ann Phillips, 31, of Brockton was charged with intimidation of witness and conspiracy to violate drug law.

12:45 a.m. M/V accident on Chester Avenue. Caller states 2 cars out front and one party just got out and started running south. Female ran from the car and they chased and caught her on the corner of Bartlet & Chester Avenue. Cassandre I. Dorilas, 24, of Brockton was charged with OUI liquor, leaving scene of property damage and failure to drive in right lane.

2:40 a.m. Domestic violence call on Country Club Lane. Caller states his daughter and her boyfriend just got home and the daughter is very drunk and was allegedly hitting boyfriend. Holly Savignano, 21, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

5:02 a.m. Rape Investigation in the vicinity of 158 Montello St. Caller states she was walking down the street and a black male in a black car stole her purse and dragged her in the car and then knocked her out. When she woke up she was at the bottom of some river bank with her pants ripped and she believes she was raped. Ambulance sent and victim taken to Good Samaritan Medical Center. Under police investigation.

12:42 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance at Walgreen’s, 25 Oak St. extension. Drunk male in the parking lot pan-handling and refusing to leave. Rudolph N. Knight, 50, of Brockton was summonsed for disturbing the peace and trespassing.

1:44 p.m. Assault & battery investigation at the U-Haul, 661 North Main St. Female customer allegedly pushed employee. Leeanne Delaney, 37, of Bridgewater was charged with assault & battery.

2:04 p.m. Shoplifting at Macy’s, 200 Westgate Dr. Macy's security fighting with a shoplifter in the West parking lot. Nicholas Florio, 22, of Easton was charged with assault & battery, larceny over $250, resisting arrest and disturbing the peace.

2:41 p.m. Code enforcement in the vicinity of 22 Otis St. Caller states teenager across the street threw a Molotov cocktail in her yard where kids were playing and it exploded. Fire en route and they confirmed that it is a homemade bomb. BCI for photos and Fire prevention on scene. Full report and complaint to be done. Juvenile arrest of a 15-year-old for possession of bomb/explosives, possession of infernal machine and 2 counts of make/sell/use/possession of Molotov cocktail.

3:58 p.m. Unknown emergency on Argyle Avenue. 3rd floor tenant yelled out the window and told the callers’ son to call the police. Ana Andrade, 27, of Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon and A&B.

4:03 p.m. Code Enforcement at the Brockton Fair Grandstand, 500 Belmont St. Toured the fair grounds and music was not too bad. The parking area was out of control with music louder than the event itself. BPD trying to bring it under control. Bottles of beer were flowing from the parking lot to the licensed entertainment venue. The fair property has a standing liquor license and private alcoholic beverages should not be brought onto the property. It is a city violation, state ABCC violation, and violation of state law. Letter will be drafted in the morning to the License Commission.

4:19 p.m. Domestic violence investigation at the Holiday Inn, 405 Westgate Dr. Dustin May, 26, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

7:59 p.m. Assault in progress at Bud's Variety, 916 Warren Ave. Caller states she was allegedly assaulted out front by 2 females and now they are all inside Bud’s arguing and wanting to fight her. Yainira Boria, 35, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

9:58 p.m. Unknown emergency at Brockton Commons, 55 City Hall Square. Security officer called and is outside apartment where a female was screaming for help. Forced entry by BPD and BCI called for photos. Jesuino R. Goncalves, 40, of Malden was charged with kidnapping, 2 counts of A&B, disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

10:03 p.m. Malicious damage to motor vehicle at Saab's Foodmart, 1280 Main St. Defendant attacked victim at the Saab gas station after the victim asked the defendant to watch her language in front of the victim’s 7-year-old daughter. Lashawn Marie Sutton allegedly punched out the window of the victim’s car trying to get at her. The suspect fled the scene in a vehicle. Lashawn Marie Sutton, 27, of Brockton was charged with assault and malicious damage to motor vehicle.

11:10 p.m. Assault & battery with dangerous weapon on Harvard Street. Language barrier…sounded like there was a fight out front and someone allegedly got hit with a bottle and is bleeding. Manuel Pinguil, 26, of Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon.
