2:09 a.m. Home invasion on Sheppard Street. Caller states that 5 or 6 suspects with gray and white hoodies came with masks and gloves and stole a PS3 and had her son on the ground as they were in the house. Suspects might have fled on foot.

3:18 a.m. Disturbance at High Rock LLC, 160 Pleasant St. Aristides Cardoso, 36, of Brockton was charged with trespassing.

7:18 a.m. Disturbance on North Main Street & Battles Street. Caller states homeless male with a tan sweat suit is bothering the kids waiting for the bus. Caller states he is now arguing with her and threatening to break her car window.

7:35 a.m. Code Enforcement at Brockton Auto Express, 155 North Montello St. 26 cars overnight, parts stored outside and dumpster not enclosed. Citation and letter to city councilor in violation of license.

7:43 a.m. Code Enforcement at A&A Auto Body, 347 North Montello St. 21 cars overnight and parts stored outside in violation of the license. Citation and letter to city councilor.

8:44 a.m. Larceny investigation at Spiegel Scrap Metal, 175 East Ashland St. Raymond Patricelli Jr., 24 of Brockton was charged with receiving stolen property over $250.

9:20 a.m. Code Enforcement at Auto Solutions, 1081 Montello Street. Spoke to the car dealership on the corner about parking cars on the sidewalk making it hard for trucks to take the swing onto Perkins Avenue.

9:41 a.m. Code Enforcement on 5 Mary Anne Ave. Check on cars previously 72-hr tagged for city ordinance. Cars towed.

9:48 a.m. Home invasion on College Drive. 2 black males wearing red shirts came into the house and pointed a gun to his head and also had a hammer. Caller states the 2 males posed as Comcast workers and a silver van possibly said Comcast on the side. Caller had his hands tied and hit with hammer on the leg. Ambulance dispatched and BCI notified.

10:37 a.m. Code Enforcement on Rainbow Circle. Car removed to the rear of the house and covered. They have not complied with the city ordinance and will be sending a citation.

10:47 a.m. Violation of 209A investigation on Warren Avenue. Robert Leon Credle, 50, of Brockton was summonsed for violation of abuse prevention order.

11:08 a.m. Code Enforcement on Belair Street. Cars that were previously tagged and the owner was given 2 weeks to remove them and has not. The bid inspector ordered the storage container off the property because it was not within setback requirements. The woman that owns the house is 103-years- old and Paul Butler who is a former neighbor has allegedly obtained power of attorney in her affairs has his license and vehicles registered at this location despite not living at the location. The garage was allegedly completely remodeled without any permits and electricity was installed with no permits. Old Colony Elder Services was contacted because of concern for the welfare of the elderly woman.

11:27 a.m. Disturbance on Holmes Street. Bethanne Carew, 26, of Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and reckless endangerment to children under 18.

1:46 p.m. Violation of 209A investigation on Candy Lane. Caller has a 209A on ex-boyfriend and he allegedly had a female call her to tell her something. Vladir Delgado, 22, of Brockton was charged with violation of abuse prevention order.

2:22 p.m. Domestic violence investigation on Belmont Court. Samuel Ukpo, 34, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

3:00 p.m. Larceny of M/V investigation at Touchless Car Wash, 1010 Main St. Video footage at the above of suspect stealing M/V. Caller knows the suspect. Justin Flannery, 19, of Brockton was charged with receiving stolen property over $250 and felony B&E a building at night time.

3:13 p.m. Assault & battery investigation by school police at 470 Forest Ave. Juvenile arrest of a 16-year- old for A&B.

5:22 p.m. Assault & battery investigation at Aria Day Spa, 1280 Belmont Street. Complainant reports allegedly being assaulted on 6/8/11 at the spa. Tiesha Monteiro, 26, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B and threatening to commit a crime.

7:41 p.m. Domestic violence call on Winnifred Road. Caller states her husband allegedly pushed her in the driveway and attempted to grab their daughter from her. Matthew McCardle, 33, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

8:05 p.m. Overdose on Grove Street. CPR in progress.

8:58 p.m. Missing children from Westgate Inn, 195 Westgate Drive. Party called saying that 2 children are missing from a resident--a baby and a 2-year-old. Police report taken.

9:40 p.m. Domestic violence call on Copeland Street. Heidi Cooper, 34, of Brockton was charged with A&B.
