5:45 a.m. Disturbance at Dunkin’ Donuts, 532 Westgate Dr. Homeless male is inside store and arguing and swearing at employees. Party was trespassed and moved along.

7:31 a.m. Code Enforcement at A&A AutoBody, 347 North Montello St. 21 cars on the property overnight in violation of city license. Citation to be issued.

7:48 a.m. Code Enforcement at Brockton Auto Express, 155 North Montello St. 29 cars on the property overnight in violation of the license. Citation will be issued.

7:48 a.m. Larceny on Belmont Court. Honda motorcycle.

10:03 a.m. Code Enforcement at 32 Prospect St. Checked on vehicles previously tagged. Owners were notified by Board of Health 6 months ago to remove the cars and they have not. Cars are to be towed for violation of city ordinance and citation will be issued.

10:35 a.m. Domestic violence investigation on Belmont Court. Samuel Ukpo, 34, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B, violation of abuse prevention order and A&B.

12:22 p.m. Code Enforcement on Prospect Street. Calls from neighbors about roosters at 5:30 a.m. 3 cars 72-hr tagged and this is an ongoing problem at this location and one of the cars is on the lawn for sale. The owner allegedly has a dealership some place and is using the property to store and sell cars. Spoke to tenants on first floor who stated the guy on the 2nd floor owns the roosters and the cars. Told him that he need to make soup this weekend and get rid of the cars. You can't have cocks or swine in the city--it's a violation of city ordinances.

12:45 p.m. Suspicious motor vehicle on Colonel Bell Drive. Eric Sargent, 32, of Brockton was charged with possession to distribute Class B drug, violation near school/park, trespass and conspiracy to violate drug law. Scott Flaherty, 38, of Brockton was charged with conspiracy to violate drug law and trespassing. Alexandria Marie McPhee, 21, of Brockton was charged with possession Class A drug and conspiracy to violate drug law.

12:55 p.m. Disturbance on Somerset Place. Male and female arguing while on the phone with ETD. Wilmine Alysee, 30, of Brockton was charged with A&B and resisting arrest.

1:42 p.m. Gunshots call at 1 Main St. & 55 Court St. 2 shots heard and 2 black males with maroon or red tops and Afro’s headed behind Dunkin’ Donuts towards the commuter rail. Caller witnessed about 5 black youths at intersection of above location and one male party was shooting a gun. Suspects all ran in the direction of Court Street. Caller states 2 males with Afro's and one wearing a red sweatshirt and the other wearing gray, ran toward the parking lot of the dentist office on Court Street. The caller is from the old Enterprise building and states he believes a male party just threw a weapon down and fled under the bridge. Frank J. Webb III, 19, of 202 Sawtell Avenue, Brockton was charged with murder and A&B with dangerous weapon. Antwon T. Hamlton, 20, of Bridgewater was charged with foreign warrant. 2:27 p.m. Domestic violence investigation on Beach Street. Dana V. Raithel, 23, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

9:12 p.m. Robbery investigation at Vicente’s Tropical Grocery, 689 Main St. Male party came in while the register was opened and reached over grabbed money and took off. Caller wouldn't give a description and states it’s on tape.

11:08 p.m. Robbery on Packard Way. Caller was robbed while delivering Domino’s to a house. States 3 black males surrounded her and took her money and the other two blocked her and then stole her car. The caller is next door at 35 and is using the neighbor’s phone. Her phone is in the car/Domino's.

11:19 p.m. Larceny of a motor vehicle on Sprague Avenue. 2 male teens trying to steal their car. Juvenile arrest of a 15-year-old for felony B&E vehicle/boat in the night time, person under 21 in possession of liquor and possession of burglarious instruments. Juvenile arrest of a 16-year-old for person under 21 in possession of liquor and felony B&E vehicle/boat in the night time.
