7:20 a.m. Larceny investigation. Shaw's Supermarket, 641 Belmont St. Black female with dark blue sweat pants and dark jacket with backpack just took 2 energy drinks and fled on foot in direction of the fire station. High school age student and school police will try to identify and forward the info.

12:35 a.m. Assault with A dangerous weapon. Annis Court. Valter M. Miranda, 29, of Brockton was summonsed for assault with a dangerous weapon, leaving the scene of property damage and malicious damage to a motor vehicle.

12:36 a.m. B&E in progress. Albany Street. Caller just got home and found her slider doors wide open. She is out front. Unknown if anyone is still in the house. BCI requested for prints and photos. Police report taken.

12:44 a.m. Motor vehicle stop. 74 Belmont Street & 294 Warren Avenue. Dauphin Laurent, 52, of Brockton was charged with OUI liquor and miscellaneous M/V equipment violation.

5:41 a.m. Unknown Emergency. Falmouth Avenue. Evandro Cardoso Lopes, 20, of Brockton was charged with A&B.


8:21 a.m. Domestic violence investigation. Stop & Gas, 60 Warren Ave. & 99 Legion Parkway. Male party states female allegedly punched him in the face. Elisa Lopes, 35, of Brockton was summonsed with A&B.

10:05 a.m. A&B with a dangerous weapon investigation. Brockton Hospital, 680 Centre St. Male party showed up with superficial stab wounds to his leg and stated that it happened in NY and he reported it in NY.

10:40 a.m. Domestic violence call. Farrington Street. Manuela Andrade, 20, of Brockton was charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon.

12:21 p.m. Shoplifting. Walmart, 700 Oak St. Loss prevention has 4 parties, 3 males and 1 female. Parties allegedly are refusing to give information and refusing to give back all items. Devol Brown, 28, of Brockton was charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise. Steven Gulley, 39, of Brockton was charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise. Tyrone Mcdonald, 20, of Brockton was charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise.

3:49 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. Kingman Avenue. Caller states ex-boyfriend is allegedly refusing to leave. Joao Manuel Nedio, 31, of Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

4:10 p.m. Larceny investigation. Victoria's Secret, 200 Westgate Dr. White male about 5-feet, 8 inches and 180 pounds wearing a blue sweatshirt and a red baseball cap just stole over $1,000 worth of merchandise. Police report taken.

5:03 p.m. Domestic violence call. Pleasant Street. Caller states her daughter allegedly punched her in the face. Nikia Maria Oehlschlagel, 20, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

6:04 p.m. Disturbance on Elliot Street & North Cary Street. Reports of kids throwing rocks at cars. David Hamilton Jr., 17, of Brockton was charged with vandalizing property and disturbing the peace. Ramon Miguel Soto, 18, of Brockton was charged with vandalizing property and disturbing the peace.

9:59 p.m. Disturbance. Perkins Avenue. Michael Rooney, 17, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

10:16 p.m. Assault & Battery in progress. Barry Street. Caller reports lots of screaming and crying in the vicinity of 25-35 Barry St. Bertrand Vladimir, 19, of Brockton, was charged with 2 counts of A&B and 2 counts of threatening to commit a crime.

2:08 a.m. Domestic violence investigation. Denton Street. Caller states that her sister allegedly just said her boyfriend just hit her and then left. Janice R. Oliveira, 26, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B. Alcides M. Pereira, 27, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

2:24 a.m. Man with a gun. Appleton Street. Female called and states there is a fight at the house and then said a female allegedly has a gun but would not say who. Christine Andrade, 22, of Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct and affray. Tiffany Andrade, 21, of Brockton was charged with affray.

9:06 a.m Robbery investigation. Second Street. Caller states that the ex-boyfriend of the 3rd floor tenant allegedly assaulted her 16-year-old and stole her phone. Antonio D. Silva, 24, of Brockton was charged with A&B and unarmed robbery.

12:27 p.m. Malicious damage to motor vehicle. Dartmouth Street. Someone used a blow torch on the van's door. It was an attempt to B&E the van. Second time this van has been B&E'd in the past 6 months. Police report taken.


12:27 p.m. Domestic violence call. Forest Street. Caller states that husband allegedly hit her in the face. Marcenel J. Louis-Charles, 37, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

4:12 p.m. Larceny investigation. Prestige Gas Station, 64 North Montello St. Merchandise was stolen from the store. Police report taken.

5:59 p.m. Violation of 209A investigation. Banks Street. Caller states James Gloddy was just allegedly at this home. He allegedly entered his granddaughter’s car and stole something. There is an active 209A against him. James Anthony Gloddy, 22, of Brockton was summonsed with violation of abuse prevention order, larceny of drugs and felony B&E vehicle or boat during daytime. Natasha Marriner, 23, of Brockton was summonsed with larceny of drug and felony B&E vehicle or boat during daytime.

9:04 p.m. Domestic violence call. Appleton Street. Caller is mother and states that her 14-year-old daughter got in a fight and assaulted the mother's boyfriend. Juvenile arrest of a 14-year-old for A&B.

10:09 p.m. A&B dangerous weapon—knife. Colonel Bell Drive. Caller states his baby's mother sent him a text that she was going to allegedly "Kill the daughter" . Caller reports also sent a picture of her holding a knife in the picture. The daughter is a 2-year-old. Caller has all info including the text and picture on his phone. Lizabeth Plaza, 22, of Brockton was summonsed with threatening to commit a crime.

10:42 p.m. Robbery. Tedeschi Food Store, 17 Pearl St. Male party wearing a mask and had a gun and robbed the store and fled in unknown direction.

12:59 a.m. Police officer has prisoner. Joanna Samantha Jarvis, 39, of Brockton was charged with sexual conduct for a fee.

1:17 a.m. Police officer has prisoner. Kristie M. Barry, 36, of Weymouth was charged with sexual conduct for a fee.

2:12 a.m. Alarm telephone at the North Jr. High School, 108 Oak St. Darious Lee Thomas, 21, of Brockton was charged with felony B&E a building at nighttime and resisting arrest.

10:25 a.m. Hit & Run in progress. Centre Street. Caller is in the lot and he states that a green truck struck his and took off. Caller reports he has the license plate. Jacquelyn Lee Iarusso, 28, of Brockton was summonsed for leaving the scene of property damage.

2:51 p.m. B&E investigation. Cross Street. Side door used. Police report taken.

3:18 p.m. B&E investigation. Warren Avenue. Plumbing has been stripped and other damages to the property. Police report taken.

6:03 p.m. Parking violation. Downey School, 55 Electric Ave. Caller states numerous cars parked in the fire lane and blocking the entrances. The caller works at the school and states there is a cheerleading competition going on and there is supposed to be baseball sign-ups also. Caller believes a couple of cruisers are needed. Citations issued and vehicles were moved to help with emergency vehicles being able to pass.

6:23 p.m. Gun possession incident. Newbury Street. Caller wants to report his handgun bearing serial number ****** is missing. Manuel Barros, 53, of Brockton was summonsed for improper storage of firearm.

7:50 p.m. Malicious damage in progress. North Montello Street & 38 Elliot St. They were just driving on Elliot Street and someone threw a rock and busted a window on their 2007 Toyota. The guys ran down the train tracks after it happened. Police report taken.

8:12 p.m. Assault & Battery with a dangerous weapon. Farrington Street. Party has been assaulted with a pipe and ambulance sent. Suspect is a Hispanic male wearing a black hood. Caller reports suspect fled on foot towards North Main Street. Police report taken.

9:36 p.m. Police officer has prisoner. Maurice D. Mallory, 28, of Brockton was charged with distribution of a Class B drug and drug violation near school/park.

9:51 p.m. Malicious damage investigation. Vale Street. Caller states they just came home and when they were pulling down their street they saw something on fire on their front porch. Whey they got to their house they found a bag of "POOP" on fire. Police report taken.

THURSDAY, MARCH 24, 2011

1:02 a.m. Police officer has prisoner. Kelly A. Green, 47, of Brockton was charged with sexual conduct for a fee and foreign warrant.

2:13 a.m. Domestic violence call. Plain Street. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly grabbed her face and twisted her neck. Also told her he was “going to break her neck.” Caller alleges he also stated if she called police he was going to "kill her." Anthony J. Tortora, 24, of Brockton was charged with A&B and threatening to commit a crime.

9:15 a.m. Suspicious person. Angelo School, 472 North Main St. Caller reports 10 minutes ago a white male with charcoal pants and dark jacket about 6 feet tall and wearing a ski mask was near the school and headed towards Prospect Street on North Main Street. He was looking at the children and then crossed the street and walked away. Unfounded.

1:07 p.m. B&E investigation. Perkins Avenue. Someone kicked in her door and took their Wii and video games. Police report taken.

1:18 p.m. Domestic violence call. Colonel Bell Drive. Caller states she was driving by the vicinity of 30-40 Colonel Bell Drive and heard a female screaming for help and saw a female in her 20s allegedly being assaulted by a black male in gray sweatpants and no shirt. He dragged her in the house, the caller reported. Fight between brother and sister. Garrrett Osumah, 31, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

2:13 p.m. Domestic violence investigation. Pine Grove Drive. Michelet Berger, 34, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B and threatening to commit a crime.

3:14 p.m. Domestic violence call. Warren Avenue. Caller alleges uncle hit his mother with a flower vase. Caller is 11-years-old and there are several other family members in the home trying to help the mother. Ambulance sent and victim taken to Brockton Hospital ER. Rolando G. Barbosa, 23, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

4:06 p.m. Disturbance. Brockton Hospital, 680 Centre St. Main entrance on the 2nd floor of Children & Youth services. Parents are allegedly harassing the doctor and refusing to leave. Terrence Coleman, 29, of Stoughton, was summonsed for 3 counts of threatening to commit a crime.

5:55 p.m. Larceny investigation. Petti's Market, 216 Belmont St. Three males all around 16 years old, allegedly stole a bottle of "Mad Dog" and they are down at Edgar's Park drinking it. Eric Pereira, 17, of
Brockton was charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise.

7:05 p.m. Unknown emergency. Farrington Street. Fourteen- year-old states her brother was just released from the station and is now back and allegedly breaking everything in the house. Ulrick Larmony, 18, of Brockton was charged with 3 counts of assault with a dangerous weapon, 2 counts of threatening to commit a crime and destruction of property under $250.
7:30 p.m. Domestic violence investigation. Davis Common, 165 Carl Ave. Caller states baby's father allegedly came in apartment and is yelling and screaming. Caller states he slapped her in the face and broke everything in the apartment. Suspect has since left. Antonio Gomes, 25, of Brockton was charged with 2 counts of A&B and malicious destruction of property over $250.

7:54 p.m. Domestic violence call. Renaissance Building, 88 North Main St. State Police report a domestic violence call and they need an ambulance. Kevin Swain, 53, of Brockton was charged with kidnapping and A&B.

8:37 p.m. Robbery investigation. Pine Grove Drive. Caller's mother was just coming into the apartment and a kid came up behind her and took her pocketbook. She is unable to give any kind of description and no weapon seen. Police report taken.

12:41 a.m. Disturbance, 62 Perry Ave. Loud party in the area. People drinking in the street. Second call from a female who states her friend was hit in the face and now she is passing out. En route to Brockton Hospital ER with victim.

1:12 a.m. Disturbance, 78 Packard Way. Neighbor states he can hear people arguing out front. Possible fighting. States loud party has been going on tonight. Second call states about 30 people outside fighting. Police report a group of people out front of above address. Possible fighting. Mostly drunk. Matter settled.

1:36 a.m. Domestic violence call. Grove Street. Cell hang-up. State Police report a young child called and states someone is allegedly beating up his mother and then hung-up on transfer. Daniel Brito, 30, of Brockton was arrested and charged with A&B.

1:38 a.m. M/V accident. 157 Park Road. Car hit something. Now they are allegedly running toward Rochelle. Four black males. One has on beige pants and red jacket. Roberto Ribeiro Fernandes, 17, of Brockton was charged with OUI liquor, leaving the scene of property damage, and operating a M/V in violation of license restriction.

1:50 a.m. Disturbance. Cardoso Café, 146 Montello St. Large, loud crowd at closing. Moved along. Matter settled.

2:16 a.m. Disturbance. 7-11, 662 Belmont St. Amilton Pereira, 25, of Brockton and Juary Goncalves, 24, of Brockton were arrested and charged with disturbing the peace and trespass.

3:36 a.m. Disturbance. 7-11, 662 Belmont St. Catia Andrade, 19, of Brockton; Juanito T. Fernandes, 29, of Brockton; Etson Fernandes, 25, of Brockton and Edmiro Lobo, 26, of Brockton were all charged with disturbing the peace and trespassing.

4:08 a.m. 911 unknown emergency. Byron Avenue. From State Police. People arguing. Could hear female yelling then hung up. Second call. Female states her husband allegedly slapped and scratched her. Manuel Fernandes, 46, of Brockton was charged with A&B and witness intimidation.

6:46 a.m. B&E investigated. United Methodist Church, 415 Pearl St. Caller reports someone broke into the church overnight. They cooked food, opened all the windows and tried to get into the offices. Report taken.

8:04 a.m. Domestic violence call. Davis Commons, 165 Carl Ave. Caller reports baby’s father allegedly pushed her, pushed her head into the floor and slapped her. He allegedly came home after drinking. Sammy Campos, 22, of Brockton was charged with A&B.
9:57 a.m. Party unconscious. Huntington St. Caller reports party passed out on the front lawn. Fire sent. Fire reports man on lawn was just enjoying the sun.

11:35 a.m. Disturbance. Saab’s Food Mart, 1280 Main St. Caller has left food mart, but wanted to report a white female in a white car started yelling at her in the parking lot of Saab’s when she got into her car. Caller reports the other female began chasing her and tried to jump on her car. Caller was scared and is crying. Went to her aunt’s. Is afraid to leave. Doesn’t know the other female. Matter settled.

11:48 a.m. Suicide attempted. Norwood Street. Caller reported finding her husband in car with a hose to his mouth. Was foaming at the mouth. Wife is trying to get him out of the car. Husband is breathing. Husband transported to Brockton Hospital ER. BCI called for photos.

5:22 p.m. Malicious damage M/V. Martin Street. Caller states he just dropped his son off and his ex allegedly came out and kicked two dents in his car. Caller called back to report the people in the house came out and allegedly started making threats. Amba Roderick, 20, of Brockton was charged with A&B and malicious destruction of property less than $250.

7:49 p.m. Domestic violence call. Banks Street. Caller states his grandson allegedly kicked him and threw him to the floor. Caller reports grandson also kicked his wife too. States grandson is out of control. James Anthony Gloddy, 22, of Brockton was charged with two counts of A&B on 60+ elder/disabled person, malicious destruction of property less than $250 and threat to commit crime.

12:26 a.m. Welfare check. 74 N. Montello St. @ 42 Linden St. Very drunk male party states he fell behind the gas station at the corner and is laying on the ground. States he can’t move. Man transported to hospital.

12:26 a.m. Domestic violence call. Raintree Circle. Caller states she tried to leave with her 6-month-old baby when her husband allegedly became violent and started punching. Female caller is at visitor’s lot in a white vehicle. Baby is still inside with husband. Leonard Ernst, 23, of Hudson, N.H. was arrested and charged with A&B.

2:16 a.m. Welfare check. 383 Spring St. @ 102 Ash St. Neighbor states a white female wearing a blue shirt and jeans was just laying in the street. She is now walking around the area and looks drunk. Drunk female transported to Good Samaritan.

2:22 a.m. Police officer has a prisoner. Arthur Street. Rodney Sanders, 33, of Brockton was charged with felony B&E of a building in the nighttime and trespass.

2:50 a.m. M/V pursuit. 864 N. Montello St. @30 Howard St. Abandoned M/V behind Bridgeway Liquors, 142 Howard St. Officer Sturdevant states he was exposed to suspect’s blood and he hurt his left elbow. Dennis Boucher, 30, of Brockton was arrested and charged with resisting arrest, mistreating/interfering with a police dog or horse, failure to stop for police, negligent operation of a M/V, operating a M/V with subsequent offense suspended license; and marked lanes violation.

3:43 a.m. M/V accident. 69 Huntington St. Car vs. house. Fire states driver of vehicle is allegedly walking north on Wayland Street. Christopher Amado, 19, of Brockton was charged with OUI liquor, unlicensed operation of a M/V, reckless operation of a M/V, leaving the scene of property damage, and speeding.

4:41 a.m. Welfare check. Quality Inn, 1005 Belmont St. Caller states a vet from the Veteran’s Affairs Medical Center is staying at the hotel. He is very drunk in the lobby area and cannot move. Second call states party fell in lobby. Man transported to Good Samaritan.

10:06 a.m. Animal Control—dog complaint. 149 Falconer Ave. Caller reports a white male was punching a tan and black dog in the face. Tow truck driver states pitbulls attached another animal. Caller states male party is covered in blood.

10:56 a.m. Domestic violence call. Breer Street. Mother called to state 13-year-old and 15-year-old are fighting in the house. Police arrested a 13-year-old and 15-year-old on A&B charges.

10:59 a.m. Disturbance. 2 Warren Ave. @ 120 Pleasant St. Adrian Gonsalves, 32, of Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct and trespass.

12:04 p.m. Disturbance. 412 E. Ashland St. Caller states in the 300 block of E. Ashland Street 8 or 9 people are arguing and yelling. Police report a vehicle associated with the call is wanted and the suspect is allegedly reported to be armed with a semi-automatic pistol and caution should be used. Eric Dwayne Coward, 22, of Brockton was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon.

1:03 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. Super 8, 385 Westgate Dr. Caller reports a female party refusing to leave. Needles and other drug paraphernalia allegedly all over the floor in the room. Matter settled.

6:46 p.m. Shoplifting. Macy’s, 200 Westgate Dr. Paige Maltby, 25, of Nantucket was charged with shoplifting by asportation and trespass.

7:06 p.m. Welfare check. BAT Bus Terminal, 10 Commercial St. Caller states there is a drunk male passed out on bus. States he has a baby with him. 51a filed with DCF.

7:48 p.m. Narcotic violation in progress. 370 Centre St. @ 96 Cary St. Kenneth A. Nash Jr., 21, of Brockton was arrested and charged with possession to distribute a Class D drug.

8:39 p.m. Robbery. Dunkin’ Donuts, 634 Centre St. Caller states a male party came in dressed all in black with a black mask over his face and carrying a knife told them to give him the money. He reached over and took the money out of the drawer and fled. Report taken.

10:20 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner. 971 N. Main St. Brandan John Lewis, 24, of Brockton was charged with possession to distribute a Class A drug, possession of a Class E drug, drug violation near a school/park, disturbing the peace and carrying a dangerous weapon.






7:05 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. Crescent Street. Caller reports he is the landlord and allegedly is having a problem with a tenant’s friend. Nelson Bell, 50, of Boston was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, A&B, and three warrants.

9:49 a.m. Open and Gross. 66 Holbrook Ave. @27 Rutland St. Two students reported a tan and silver pickup truck with a white male stopped near the above address. As they passed by the vehicle the operator was engaged in self gratification and exposed himself to the students. Report taken.

10:45 a.m. Suicide. Park Road. Caller reports a male party who hung himself was found in the garage. Possibly male from the 3rd floor. Medical examiner notified. Body removed from scene. BCI notified.

11:59 a.m. Larceny investigation. Warren Avenue. Caller states that someone stole $5,000 from her apartment. Report taken.

1:05 p.m. 911 hang-up. National Grid, 100 E. Ashland St. Eric Grzyboski, 35, of Norton was charged with felony B&E of a building in the daytime, larceny from a building and attempt to commit a crime.

2:53 p.m. B&E in progress. River Street. Caller states his neighbor just came home and found a man in her home. She fled to the neighbor’s house. Unknown if man or others are still inside. Police officer on N. Manchester Street with 2 parties-possible suspects. Suspects proved negative.

4:24 p.m. Larceny investigation. Kennedy Dr. Caller reports his electric scooter was allegedly stolen from outside his door. Police charged two 16-year-old juveniles with receiving stolen property over $250 and malicious destruction of property over $250.

4:28 p.m. Animal control-dog complaint. Thurber Avenue. Caller reports a medium-sized, tan dog running loose in the area. Dog secured by two officers. Dog had mange and was picked up by Animal Control.

6:17 p.m. Welfare check. Newbury Street. Officer was there last night for a domestic violence call. Caller states a male party allegedly maybe preventing a woman from leaving home to receive medical treatment for a hemorrhage. Michael J. Tierney, 37, of Brockton was charged with A&B, distributing a Class A drug, resisting arrest, drug violation near a school/park and foreign warrant.

6:32 p.m. Disturbance. Richmond Street. Police charged Cynthia Smith, 19, of Brockton with receiving stolen property over $250 and malicious destruction of property over $250.

7:39 p.m. Disturbance. Edgar Park, 174 Winthrop St. Caller reports there is a group of 10 youths gathering around a male. States it looks like they are going to beat him up. States she did not see any weapons. Matter settled.

7:51 p.m. Domestic violence call. Connell Avenue. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly has hit her and grabbed her neck three times. He allegedly attempted to hit her with a dish. Stated he has just left in a 1994 Hyundai Tiberon and has been drinking. Lee Empey, 63, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

8:33 p.m. Malicious damage investigation. Coe Road. Caller states he witnessed 3 youths tear apart his neighbor’s vinyl fence at Upton Street. States they then walked down the street toward Cynthia Drive banging the fence posts on other people’s property. Spoke to victim on Upton Street. She said it has happened a few times and does not want to file a report. Police will p/c area.

8:40 p.m. Domestic violence call. Chatham West Drive. Female called stating she wants husband out. Robens Oswald Innocent, 28, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

8:51 p.m. Robbery. 45 School St. Police searched for two suspects who robbed a victim with a handgun on School Street. Suspects described as one heavy set black male in his 20s wearing a black jacket and showing a handgun. Second male described as short Cape Verdean or Hispanic male in his 20s wearing a brown and yellow baseball cap with a ponytail. Victim refused medical attention and left area on commuter rail.

9:35 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner. Salisbury Park. Kion L. Rose, 25, of Mattapan was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and trespass.

12:25 a.m. Welfare check. Nilsson Street. Caller stats he was just talking to his female friend and she allegedly complained a male party that is with her would not leave. Caller said male then started arguing with him and the phone went dead. Would like police to check on her. Jose Centeio Andrade, 24, of Brockton was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, interfering with a police officer in performance of duty and disturbing the peace.

1:03 a.m. Welfare check. Mainspring House, 54 N. Main St. Caller says a man is outside at the front entrance telling the caller he feels like hurting himself and wants to go to the hospital. Caller reported the man has cut himself in the past and has been drinking. Police report man stated he did not want to harm himself and did not want to turn to drinking again because he has hurt himself due to the drinking. Police transported the man to Good Samaritan.

2:32 a.m. Robbery investigation. Christy’s Market, 65 Oak St. Extension. Caller reported a young white male wearing jeans and a green shirt just reached into the cash drawer. Stole money and then ran east on Oak Street. No weapons.

7:05 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. Crescent Street. Caller reports he is the landlord and allegedly is having a problem with a tenant’s friend. Nelson Bell, 50, of Boston was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, A&B, and three warrants.

9:49 a.m. Open and Gross. 66 Holbrook Ave. @27 Rutland St. Two students reported a tan and silver pickup truck with a white male stopped near the above address. As they passed by the vehicle the operator was engaged in self gratification and exposed himself to the students. Report taken.

10:45 a.m. Suicide. Park Road. Caller reports a male party who hung himself was found in the garage. Possibly male from the 3rd floor. Medical examiner notified. Body removed from scene. BCI notified.

11:59 a.m. Larceny investigation. Warren Avenue. Caller states that someone stole $5,000 from her apartment. Report taken.

1:05 p.m. 911 hang-up. National Grid, 100 E. Ashland St. Eric Grzyboski, 35, of Norton was charged with felony B&E of a building in the daytime, larceny from a building and attempt to commit a crime.

2:53 p.m. B&E in progress. River Street. Caller states his neighbor just came home and found a man in her home. She fled to the neighbor’s house. Unknown if man or others are still inside. Police officer on N. Manchester Street with 2 parties-possible suspects. Suspects proved negative.

4:24 p.m. Larceny investigation. Kennedy Dr. Caller reports his electric scooter was allegedly stolen from outside his door. Police charged two 16-year-old juveniles with receiving stolen property over $250 and malicious destruction of property over $250.

4:28 p.m. Animal control-dog complaint. Thurber Avenue. Caller reports a medium-sized, tan dog running loose in the area. Dog secured by two officers. Dog had mange and was picked up by Animal Control.

6:17 p.m. Welfare check. Newbury Street. Officer was there last night for a domestic violence call. Caller states a male party allegedly maybe preventing a woman from leaving home to receive medical treatment for a hemorrhage. Michael J. Tierney, 37, of Brockton was charged with A&B, distributing a Class A drug, resisting arrest, drug violation near a school/park and foreign warrant.

6:32 p.m. Disturbance. Richmond Street. Police charged Cynthia Smith, 19, of Brockton with receiving stolen property over $250 and malicious destruction of property over $250.

7:39 p.m. Disturbance. Edgar Park, 174 Winthrop St. Caller reports there is a group of 10 youths gathering around a male. States it looks like they are going to beat him up. States she did not see any weapons. Matter settled.

7:51 p.m. Domestic violence call. Connell Avenue. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly has hit her and grabbed her neck three times. He allegedly attempted to hit her with a dish. Stated he has just left in a 1994 Hyundai Tiberon and has been drinking. Lee Empey, 63, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

8:33 p.m. Malicious damage investigation. Coe Road. Caller states he witnessed 3 youths tear apart his neighbor’s vinyl fence at Upton Street. States they then walked down the street toward Cynthia Drive banging the fence posts on other people’s property. Spoke to victim on Upton Street. She said it has happened a few times and does not want to file a report. Police will p/c area.

8:40 p.m. Domestic violence call. Chatham West Drive. Female called stating she wants husband out. Robens Oswald Innocent, 28, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

8:51 p.m. Robbery. 45 School St. Police searched for two suspects who robbed a victim with a handgun on School Street. Suspects described as one heavy set black male in his 20s wearing a black jacket and showing a handgun. Second male described as short Cape Verdean or Hispanic male in his 20s wearing a brown and yellow baseball cap with a ponytail. Victim refused medical attention and left area on commuter rail.

9:35 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner. Salisbury Park. Kion L. Rose, 25, of Mattapan was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and trespass.

11:07 a.m. Disturbance. Canterbury Arms, 349 N. Pearl St. Parties in apartment arguing. Caller reports there was a domestic violence there last evening. Parties are supposed to be moving out. A male was trespassed from address. A female was dropped off at Brockton District Court to get a 209a protective order against male.

11:07 a.m. Animal Control dog complaint. Lynn Road. Loose red-nosed pitbull in front of house. Owner is making threats to the caller while she walks her dog with her sister and 2-year-old son. Caller reports pitbull has no collar or tags and its owner lets the dog out to scare them.

11:23 a.m. Welfare check. Belmont Street. The Sheriff’s Department’s “Are you OK” program has tried calling a female resident all morning and could not reach her. Voicemail is now full. Police report the woman was in the shower and could not answer the phone. She is OK.

11:34 a.m. A&B in progress. David’s Auto Sales, 1114 Montello St. Police were called to settle some type of altercation/fight. Melissa Leigh Brand, 24, of Whitman was charged with a default warrant.

1:13 p.m. A&B investigated. Main Street and Longworth Avenue. Caller states a man named Shane and Armanie Andrade allegedly punched her in the face twice and ran off. Caller states she is in the parking lot of a nearby pizza shop . Shane Jacques, 18, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery and larceny under $250. Andrade, 17, of Brockton was charged with larceny over $250.

1:18 p.m. Prostitution. N. Montello and Ames Street. Police towed a gray 2010 Chevy HHR for felonious use after arresting John V. Keating, 55, of Hanover on charges of sexual conduct for a fee. Marcie Giannini, 36, of Brockton was charged with sexual conduct for a fee.

3:28 p.m. Suspicious person. 180 Colonel Bell Dr. Caller reports there is a white male in his 50s talking to the children in the area. He is wearing a green jacket, gray pants and white sneakers or shoes. Caller stats he has never seen the man in the area and his near the school.
Police report speaking with the school’s assistant principal who turned out to be the male police were looking for. He was keeping an eye on the kids because of complaints from the neighbors in the area.

4:48 p.m. A&B investigated. Thayer Street. Caller states an adult male neighbor allegedly pushed his 13-year-old brother off his bike. Brother slammed his head into a tree. Parents are outside attempting to confront the man. Corey Spivey, 18, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery and malicious destruction of property less than $250.

5:36 p.m. Suspicious M/V. Echo Street and Carroll Avenue. Police filed court complaints and one citation against two Scituate and one Hingham man after a call about a suspicious motor vehicle. Ryan W. Walsh, 25, of Hingham was charged with possession of a Class A drug--heroin, being present where heroin was kept and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
Odair F. Tavares, 26, of Scituate was charged with subsequent offense possession of heroin and being present where heroin is kept. Lawrence Michael DaSilva, 23, of Scituate as charged with possession of a Class A drug—heroin, and being present where heroin is kept.

6:08 p.m. Animal complaint. A caller from Extreme Diesel at 193 N. Montello St. reported a hawk flew into the garage and is now stuck. Caller reports the hawk is flying around and slamming into windows and walls. Caller is unable to work. Second call canceled need for animal control.

7:13 p.m. B&E M/V investigated. Workout World, 75 Campanelli Dr. Caller reported his vehicle was broken into. Report taken.

7:41 p.m. Domestic violence investigated. Intervale Street. A female caller reported she and her husband allegedly were having an argument and he got angry and allegedly shoved their 3-year-old son. Police received another call from a woman stating her son called from outside his Intervale Street house to tell her that his wife allegedly stabbed him with a knife in the chest and chin. Mother is taking him to Good Samaritan ER. Richard Clark, 26, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery on a child under 14 and assault and battery. Toni Clark, 27, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

7:44 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. Crescent Street. Caller states her son lives on the third floor and is away. He asked a female—Meaghan Fay Lisenby-- to check on the place for him while he is gone and she has all kinds of people in the apartment now. Mother alleged Lisenby hasn’t left the apartment in two days. Police summonsed Lisenby, 22, of Brockton and Gillian Nixon, 23, of Brockton with local warrants.

7:43 p.m. M/V Accident. Belmont Street & 83 Elm Ave. Ford Explorer hit another car and driver took off on foot. Caller is chasing him on foot. Is a white male around 6-feet tall and thin. Caller alleged man is drunk and is now back at scene trying to get back in his car to leave. Bernard D. 1:44 a.m. Robbery investigation at the Shell gas station, 253 East Ashland St. Clerk says he was robbed by a white male wearing a T-shirt on his head and a black male was with him. Clerk fought with them when they tried to get cigarettes. They left in a white car heading west on East Ashland Street.

5:58 a.m. B&E investigation on French Avenue. Caller states someone stole his laptop and X-Box out of apartment while he was showering.

6:39 a.m. Larceny investigation at Basement Technologies, 239 North Cary St. Roland Hill, 30, of Taunton was charged with larceny over $250.

7:37 a.m. B&E investigation. French Avenue. Same apartment house as earlier and when BCI was at the 2nd floor the 1st floor told them they had gotten broken into also. BCI took photos and prints of the 1st and 2nd floor.

Caller states that boyfriend allegedly threw her in the corner and states he is drunk and just left the apartment with 9-year-old daughter. 2:02 a.m. Police officer has prisoners, St. Margaret’s. Juan Tacuri, 29, Manuel Alfredo Lopez, 26 and Roberto Castro, 30, all of Brockton were each charged with interfering with police officer in performance of duty, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
Jose Antonio Guaman, 24, of Brockton was charged with A&B, resisting arrest, disturbing the peace and trespassing.
Celestina Loja Tacuri, 31, of Brockton was charged with interfering with police officer in performance of duty and disorderly conduct.
Gregorio Mayancela, 32, of Brockton was charged with interfering with police officer in performance of duty, resisting arrest, trespassing and disorderly conduct. No other information available.

7:41 a.m. Serve warrant. Spring Street. Tony Williams, 20, and Terrance Williams 17, both of Brockton and Emmanuel Gomes, 19, of Boston were each charged with unlawful possession of a large capacity feeding device, defacing a firearm serial number, 2 counts of possession of firearm without FID card, 2 counts of unlawful possession of ammunition, possession to distribute Class D drug and drug violation near school-park.
Also charged was Antonio Williams, 27, of Brockton with 2 counts possession to distribute Class B drug, 2 counts of drug violation near school-park and possession to distribute Class D drug.

6:31 p.m. Assault & battery in progress at Rolando's Bar, 133 North Main St. 2 males allegedly fighting out in front of the building. Manuel Depina, 45, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

6:59 p.m. Keep the peace on Elliot Street. Nancy Alves, 19, was summonsed for A&B.

7:10 p.m. Assault & battery in progress on North Montello Street & Elliot Street. Group of girls allegedly beating up her friend. Christopher Soto, 20, of Brockton was charged with interfering with police officer in performance of duty, disturbing the peace and resisting arrest.

9:29 p.m. Check motorist on Lawrence Street & Montello Street. Michael W. Decoteau, 30, of Mansfield was charged with OUI liquor and operating a MV with a suspended license.

1:00 p.m. Welfare check at the Bixbi Building, 106 Main St. Male party on the bench by City Hall passed out and caller unsure if he is breathing. Party was intoxicated and napping, Off to BHER.

4:45 p.m. Assault & Battery with a deadly weapon on Crescent Street. One female and 3 males fighting in parking lot and female has bat. Under police investigation.

5:40 p.m. Larceny of a bicycle. East Ashland Street. Caller states friend had his bike stolen and they know where the bike is and want to retrieve it. Police responded to North Quincy Street. Corey Stinson, 18, of Brockton was charged with larceny over $250 and unlawful possession of ammunition. Also, charged was Taylor Monteiro, 20, of Brockton with trafficking in cocaine.

5:50 p.m. Party unconscious at the No. 1 Buffet, 863 Belmont St. Male party allegedly has been passed out since lunch time. Jerry J. Mason, 30, of Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct and A&B on police officer.

7:48 p.m. Parking violation. Walmart, 700 Oak St. Walmart security reports a small red station wagon parked in a handicapped spot. Caller asked him to move and the black male driver allegedly stated...”he is waiting for his people and he is not moving.” Vehicle already left and matter settled.

9:08 p.m. 911 unknown emergency. Main Street. Unknown what is going on. Allegedly a lot of screaming. Jerome Williams, 19, of Brockton was charged with 2 counts of A&B and threatening to commit a crime.

1:21 a.m. Domestic violence call. Pine Street. Sean Podolske, 30, of Brockton was charged with 2 counts of A&B and 3 counts of threatening to commit a crime.

2:32 a.m. Domestic violence call. Allen Street. BCI was dispatched for photos and recovered ammo in the bathroom. Annie Denise Ward, 47, of Stoughton was charged with A&B and A&B with dangerous weapon. Anthony Wade, 54, of Brockton was charged with unlawful possession of ammunition.

9:46 a.m. Malicious damage investigation. North Montello Street in the vicinity of the 1079 block. Damages to Ford Taurus and unclear if anything was taken.

9:35 a.m. M/V stop. Plymouth Street & Crescent Street. Felix O. Jativa, 30, of Brockton was charged with distribution of a Class A drug, Trafficking in heroin/morphine/opium, unlicensed operation of MV, lights violation and unlawful possession of ammunition.

9:46 a.m. M/V pursuit. 22 Oak Street. Original call for a welfare check for a motorist driving erratic. Stacey L. Salley, 30, of Brockton was summonsed for failure to stop for police.

1:59 p.m. A&B dangerous weapon investigation. High Point Treatment Center, 30 Meadowbrook Road. Male was assaulted on the street with a ball. He is bleeding and didn't have any other information or suspects. Police report taken.

2:49 p.m. Larceny investigation. Bath and Body Works, 200 Westgate Dr. $1,500 worth of items missing. Caller states 4 females around 18-19 yrs old and 3 were white, other Latino. All had back packs on and another white male and female came up to counter and asked the clerk to look up items while the others were taking things. Under police investigation.

3:03 p.m. Robbery. Elliot Street. Party states some one allegedly robbed her and he had a knife. Maria R. Nogueira, 31, of Brockton was charged with A&B, A&B with dangerous weapon and trespass.

3:28 p.m. Malicious damage motor vehicle. Menlo Street. Caller stated that someone threw a rock at her window.

5:07 p.m. Suspicious person. Track Street. Caller states building is empty and remodeled and 2 males just walked to the rear of the building. Antonio Araujo, 19, of Brockton was charged with trespassing.
Celio Lopes, 20, of Brockton was charged with trespassing.

5:54 p.m. 911 unknown emergency. Park Street. Female screaming into the phone and could only get the address. A lot of yelling in the background. Stephanie Resende, 18, of Brockton was charged with A&B. Juvenile arrest of 15-year-old for A&B and intimidation of a witness.

12:17 a.m. Domestic violence call. Belair Street. Callers says her boyfriend allegedly hit her with his fist. John B. Lewis, 60, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

7:37 a.m. Assault & battery in progress. Habit Management Institute, 180 Centre St. Two people fighting in the parking lot. Police arrive and unfounded.

10:32 a.m. Police officer has prisoner from Brockton High School, 470 Forest Ave. Juvenile arrest of a 15-year-old for 4 counts of A&B, disturbing school and threatening to commit a crime.

10:35 a.m. Robbery. Harbor One Credit Union, 68 Legion Parkway. Hold-up alarm from tellers. Suspect wore mirrored glasses and was a black male about 5'10. Police report taken.

11:05 a.m. Structure Fire. 170 Oak Hill Way. An aluminum ladder fell into a 3,000 amp fuse panel and exploded. No one hurt.

1:48 p.m. Larceny investigation. Walmart, 700 Oak St. Female fled the store with items and got into a silver Toyota and she has allegedly stolen from them in the past. Vernell Dukes, 50, of Brockton was charged with 2 counts of shoplifting by concealing merchandise, third offense, trespass, common & notorious thief, shoplifting of shopping cart, third offense. Patricia Wilson, 45, of Brockton was charged with 2 counts of shoplifting by concealing merchandise.

2:22 p.m. B&E home attempt. Ames Street. Damage to casing of door and door knobs. No access into the house. Police report taken.

4:54 p.m. Hit & run investigation. Belmont Street. Caller wants to report a hit and run. Devin Morancy, 20, of Mansfield was summonsed for leaving the scene of property damage.

7:42 p.m. Malicious damage to vehicle. Caller states while driving down Menlo Street, some one threw a rock through the driver’s side window. Caller will come to station.

7:50 p.m. Shots fired at BAT Bus on Carl Avenue & Southfield. Ambulance sent and police report taken.

7:58 p.m. Assault & battery investigation. 200 Westgate Dr. Two females were allegedly fighting and security has both at mall entrance. Victoria L. Green, 25, of Rockland was summonsed for A&B and A&B with dangerous weapon. Ashley Sullivan, 20, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

9:17 p.m. Larceny in progress. Stop & Shop, 932 North Montello St. Caller states male wearing all blue just went over the bridge and caller is in foot chase. Caller states he just stole over $200 worth of merchandise. Out on Spark Street and merchandise recovered.

3:49 a.m. A&B dangerous weapon--knife. Menlo Street. Female came into hospital with stab wounds. Allegedly happened on Menlo Street and she has a slashed neck and stab wounds to her arms. Odete Furtado, 35, of Brockton was charged with A&B dangerous weapon, A&B, threatening to commit a crime, intimidation of a witness and A&B with dangerous weapon.

11:51 a.m. M/V stop. Ash Street & West Elm Street. Socrates Rosario, 43, of Boston was charged with unlicensed operation of motor vehicle, obstructing an emergency vehicle, foreign warrant, uttering a false document and forgery/misuse of RMV document.

12:17 p.m. Domestic violence investigation. Ellen Road. Sister states her brother allegedly pushed her on the table and knocked everything. Thomas W. Martin, 55, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

4:02 p.m. Police officer has prisoner. Darien Michael Bradley, 22, of Brockton was charged with unlawful carry of firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition and defacing firearm serial number.

7:53 p.m. Robbery. Dunkin’ Donuts, 1001 North Main St. White male dressed in all black. Displayed a knife. Fled in unknown direction on foot. Police report taken.

2:34 a.m. Disturbance. 7-Eleven, 662 Belmont St. Fight in lot. Three men were charged with affray and disturbing the peace: Nathan Gomes Dasilva, 24, of Brockton; Michael Norton, 28, of Brockton; and Paulo R. Pineiro, 30, of Attleboro. Rashad A. Chandler, 33, of Boston was also charged with malicious destruction of property over $250.

4:35 a.m. Motor vehicle pursuit. Warren Avenue & Hervey Street. James Gomes, 35, of Brockton was charged with speeding and failure to stop for police.

10:47 a.m. Malicious damage to motor vehicle. 200 Westgate Dr. Near the Sears pick up area, black Honda Civic with broken car window.

1:20 p.m. Larceny investigation. Martland Avenue. Police report taken for stolen GPS.

5:02 p.m. Larceny in progress. Macy’s, 200 Westgate Dr. White male wearing a brown sweatshirt, baggy blue jeans and a black scully cap....just stole an entire display from Macy’s and he is walking over towards Sears Auto Center. Suspect has dropped the display and it broke. He is heading past Sears Auto and towards MRI Center.

7:37 p.m. Domestic violence call. Highland Street. Male and female allegedly fighting. Female allegedly broke the window to his BMW. Carlos M. Andrade, 30, of Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace. Filomena Vicente, 34, of Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct.

8:55 p.m. Bomb scare. Walmart, 700 Oak St. South Boston PD received a call from Verizon operator stating someone made a call and stated there was a bomb in Walmart. Call originated from MBTA payphone on the platform in Southie. Fire en-route and South Boston PD is calling MBTA to let them know one of the pay phones is being used for bomb threats.

10:54 p.m. Suspicious motor vehicle. Barry Street. Kevin Antonio Santos, 18, of Brockton was charged with person under 21 in possession of liquor. Jacob Klapman, 19, of Abington was charged with unlawful carry of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition, unlawful possession of a large capacity feeding device and possession to distribute class B drug. Ivan James Monteiro, 20, of Brockton was charged with person under 21 in possession of liquor.

1:36 a.m. B&E investigation. Nilsson Street. Someone broke into house during the day and they just noticed things missing....laptop, money. Got in through basement door.

3:12 a.m. Assault & Battery in progress. Second Street. Female called 911 stating 2 males in house fighting. Both parties left and they were fighting over female.

6:42 a.m. B&E investigation at P&N convenience store, 1064 Montello St. Someone broke into store during the night and he thinks they got in where the AC unit was. Police report taken.

7:51 a.m. M/V accident. Concord Foods Inc., 10 Minuteman Way. 18-wheeler hit guard rail and is now blocking roadway. No personal injury.

10:57 a.m. B&E motor vehicle investigation. Waldo Street. Vehicle broken into. Police report taken.

10:59 a.m. B&E motor vehicle investigation. Waldo Street in the vicinity of the 60-70 block. Money was stolen. Caller states whole block was targeted.

11:28 a.m. Larceny investigation. CVS, 1933 Main St. Employee allegedly stealing. Shauna Johnston, 24, of Brockton was summonsed for larceny over $250.

12:42 p.m. Suspicious person. Legion Parkway. Officer injured left hand and back while trying to arrest suspect. No medical treatment sought at this time. Jamaal Belle, 26, of Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct.

1:45 p.m. Disturbance. Dunkin’ Donuts, 748 North Main St. Unruly customer lashing out in store. Suspect removed and no trespassed.

2:59 p.m. Assault & Battery in progress. Brockton Hospital, 680 Centre St. A patient allegedly just bit an employee and an officer is needed in the ER area. Adam Spector, 27, of Taunton was charged with indecent A&B on person 14 or over, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.

7:06 p.m. A&B dangerous weapon--knife..Super 8, 385 Westgate Dr. Caller is the father of daughter who is staying there. Her boyfriend allegedly stabbed him in the back with a knife. Keith Bynoe Jr., 28, of Mattapan was summonsed for A&B with dangerous weapon.

7:28 p.m. Serve warrant. South Street. Kashin Nembhard, 21, of Brockton was charged with possession of firearm without FID card, defacing a firearm serial number, 2 counts of unlawful possession of ammunition, possession to distribute Class B drug, drug violation near school/park and operating M/V with a suspended license.

8:06 p.m. Larceny of motor vehicle. Main Street in the vicinity of the 488-490 block. 1991 red Honda Accord stolen. Keys are inside of vehicle. Police report taken.

1:25 a.m. B&E in progress on Prospect Avenue. Caller is neighbor and states there is a male party allegedly trying to kick in the back door to the white house on the corner. Alex Deandrade, 22, of Brockton was charged with felony B&E a building in the nighttime, possession of burglarious instrument, destruction of property over $250, resisting arrest and foreign warrant.

2:30 a.m. Disturbance by a family. Coburn Street. Female states 2 brothers are allegedly arguing and fighting. Second call from a male yelling at a party named Jim and yelling something about "you cut me" and hung up. Andrew E. Levy, 24, of Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon.

5:23 a.m. 911 hang up. Haverhill Street. Called back and caller states her baby's father allegedly just trashed and broke everything in her house. Andrew Nelson, 25, of Brockton was summonsed for witness intimidation and destruction of property over $250.

11:49 a.m. B&E investigation. Taber Avenue.. Caller states a vacant blue house on Taber Avenue has been broken into and rear door has been open since last night. Copper cut and taken from basement and back door glass knocked out of window.

3:20 p.m. Motor vehicle stop. 1069 Main Street & 17 East Chestnut St. Timothy John Della-Barba, 34, of Bridgewater was charged with OUI drugs, marked lanes violation and negligent operation of motor vehicle.

5:58 p.m. Serve warrant. Custer Street. Harold V. Watson, 21, of Brockton was charged with possession to distribute class D drug, possession of firearm without FID, unlawful possession of a large capacity feeding device, possession of large capacity firearm and unlawful possession of ammunition.

6:29 p.m. Domestic violence call. Arthur Paquin Way. Caller states female in the above apartment was allegedly beaten up by her boyfriend. Shane B. Rittenhouse, 25, of Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon and A&B.

10:40 p.m. B&E investigation. Hovendon Avenue. Caller states her mother came home 30 minutes ago and just noticed that 2 laptops were missing and the house was ransacked. Police report taken.
