1:45 a.m. Motor vehicle stop on Montello Street & Court Street. David McDonald, 28, of Weymouth was charged with OUI liquor, negligent operation of motor vehicle, failure to stop for red signal, failure to stop/yield and possession open container of alcohol in MV.

3:12 a.m. Assault & battery in progress on Newbury Street & Green Street. Lidia Barros, 20, of Brockton was charged with A&B and affray. Malina A. Teixeira, 18, of Brockton was charged with A&B, affray and 3 foreign warrants.

3:45 a.m. Disturbance on Massasoit Avenue. Mia L. Caulfield, 19, of Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and resisting arrest.


7:09 a.m. B&E motor vehicle on Grand Street. Someone broke into vehicle some time during the night.

8:09 a.m. Domestic violence call. Main Street. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly tried to strangle her. Michael P. Coughlin, 53, of Brockton was charged with A&B and 2 foreign warrants.

9:06 a.m. Malicious damage investigation on Ford Street. 2 flat tires and the car was keyed with the word “bitch" on it. Caller thinks it might have been her ex who did this. Manuel Centeio, 32, of Brockton was summonsed for vandalizing property and attempting to commit a crime.

9:45 a.m. M/V accident on Pleasant Street. Robert A. Hope III, 45, of Walpole, was summonsed for operating M/V with license revoked and OUI liquor 5th offense.

12:44 p.m. Police officer has prisoner. Eurides Mesdes Depina-Mendes, 43, of Brockton was charged with trespassing.
5:41 p.m. Domestic violence investigation on Battles Street. Louis Gomes, 25, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B and assault with dangerous weapon.

6:25 p.m. Domestic violence investigation. Arthur Paquin Way. Aneudi Rodriguez, 29, of Brockton was summonsed for B&E for misdemeanor and A&B.

7:12 p.m. Domestic violence investigation on Hoover Avenue. Samuel P. Abreu, 40, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B and assault with dangerous weapon. Rosa Helena Abreu, 31, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

9:40 p.m. 911 hang up on Weston Street. Male party called and said something about his keys and then hung up. Elce Dossantos, 32, of Brockton was charged with A&B and A&B with dangerous weapon.

9:43 p.m. Hit & run in progress on Kenelworth Avenue. Caller states blue pick up truck has driven over neighbor’s lawn and causing damage to the property. Michael Lacerda, 28, of Brockton was summonsed for leaving the scene of property damage and operating motor vehicle with a license.

11:45 p.m. Police officer has prisoner from Lithuanian Village Cafe Family Pizza, 128Ames St. Edmilson Lopes Resende, 24, of Brockton was charged with unlawful carry of firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition, possession of firearm without FID card and possession to distribute Class B drug.
