11:32 a.m. Larceny investigation at the Brockton Post Office, 120 Commercial St. Caller stated someone just stole her handicap plate.

12:12 p.m. Violation of a 209A order. Nicholson Drive. The defendant allegedly shut the lights off on the complainant. David Haskell, 55, of Plymouth was summonsed for retaliatory abuse prevention order violation.

12:14 p.m. B&E investigation on Winnifred Road. Home broken into. Police report taken.

12:28 p.m. Domestic violence call on Menlo Street. Caller states her grandson and granddaughter are allegedly fighting in the apartment. Ebony Winstead, 25, of Brockton was charged with A&B and A&B with a dangerous weapon.

2:58 p.m. Malicious damage investigation at Davis Commons, 165 Carl Avenue. 3 tires slashed.

3:17 p.m. Code Enforcement -Management Office, 30 Oak St. extension. Caller states they have the plate # of a truck that dumped 5 mattresses and other furniture on the property and also dumped in the dumpster. The truck was a gray pick up with 2 white males. Plate doesn't seem correct.

5:44 p.m. M/V accident --pedestrian on West Ashland Street. Child hit by car and car took off. Ambulance en route and police report taken.

7:25 p.m. Threats see the complainant on Upland Road. Caller states her ex-boyfriend threatened to kill her. Antonio Goncalves, 23, of Brockton was summonsed for threatening to commit a crime.

9:44 p.m. Assault & battery in progress on Jackson Street. Caller states her daughter had a fight with boyfriend earlier. Boyfriend is back with 10 friends and allegedly "sucker- punched” the mother's boyfriend. Party also allegedly stated he was going to get guns and will be back. Stephen E. Bridges III, 18, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

10:32 p.m. 911 unknown emergency on Battles Street. Call from female. Unknown what is going on and language barrier. Joao Andrade Fernandes, 52, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

10:50 p.m. Narcotics investigation at BB Russell School, 45 Oakdale St. Brockton detective allegedly conducted hand-to-hand transaction with Perry Wright at approximately 2:30 p.m.- Perry O. Wright, 24, of Brockton was summonsed for distribute counterfeit drug.
