12:25 a.m. Domestic violence call, 47 Highland St. State Police called to relay message that daughter on Highland Street called to report her boyfriend was arguing and allegedly assaulted her mother. Joseph Quirk, 45, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

1:30 a.m. Gunshots call on Flint Road in the vicinity of 40-42. Caller heard multiple shots on Ithaca. Second call states people are screaming and car leaving the scene.

1:47 a.m. Police officer has prisoner from 61 Glen Ave. Sean Roman, 19, of Brockton was charged with A&B and threatening to commit a crime.

9:51 a.m. Larceny of M/V investigation, 1222 Montello St. Caller wants to report her 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix stolen. She states "Angel" has the car and won’t return it. Owner allegedly let her drug dealer Angel and her friend Cookie use the vehicle in exchange for $60 in drugs. Angel told her he was sleeping and would return the car later. She continues to call him so he has now decided to hide the car from her.

1:30 p.m. Domestic violence call, 193 Colonel Bell Dr. James Cardinal, 17, of Brockton was summonsed for 2 counts of A&B with dangerous weapon.

3:33 p.m. Larceny in progress, Shaw’s Supermarket, 641 Belmont St. White female in 20s with pink shirt and a white male in his 20s, wearing a black shirt and scar on his face just stole baby formula. They fled on foot across Belmont and fled in a red Dodge. They dropped the merchandise before leaving the store. It was recovered by loss prevention.

6:31 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance, 84 Tribou St. Caller states Yvonne Goodman is allegedly outside of her door and refusing to leave. Yvonne Goodman, 29, of Brockton was charged with violation of abuse prevention order.

7:46 p.m. Gang of youths, 76 Colonel Bell Dr. Caller is in the basement and reports some kids up in the second floor apartment lighting paper on fire and throwing it out the window. Brockton Fire Department sent and 51a filed with DCF.

8:51 p.m. Rape investigation at North Main St. & Battles St. Woman raped near above while walking home from work at about 3:30 this morning. Police report taken.

10:36 p.m. Disturbance by a family, 62 Hill St. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly is being aggressive with her and she is afraid. States he keeps trying to grab her. Edilton A. Goncalves, 25, of Brockton was charged with A&B, assault and kidnapping.

11:06 p.m. Domestic violence investigation, Brockton Hospital, 680 Centre St. Caller states her niece was allegedly punched in the face by her boyfriend while in the ER. Joseph Vanrader, 17, of Brockton was charged with A&B.
