12:19 a.m. B&E investigation, 18 Wilder St. Caller reports someone broke into his home.

12:36 a.m. M/V accident, 266 Forest Ave & 19 Bouve Ave. Car tipped over and parties trapped.

1:00 a.m. Domestic violence call, 23 East Main St. Caller states her ex-boyfriend is refusing to leave. Suspect allegedly put her hands on the caller and "yoked her up and choked her" because she asked her to leave. Tesha R. Strickland, 23, of Boston was charged with assault with dangerous weapon, A&B and threatening to commit a crime.

1:28 a.m. Unwanted guest disturbance, 41 Hillberg Ave. Bernard Baruch Baker, 37, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B and malicious destruction of property over $250.

1:32 a.m. B&E motor vehicle, 50 Christy's Place. Passenger side window smashed, purse with license, credit cards and nurses work related papers stolen.

6:19 a.m. B&E investigation, 224 Crescent St. Caller woke up to find cookie jar, a carton of cigarettes and $100 missing from home. No sign of forced entry and they believe someone entered the home and stole items.

10:25 a.m. Animal control--dog complaint, 176 Winthrop St. & 88 Marciano Way. Three pitbulls fighting, owners having difficulty separating them. It was not intentional and one dog impounded for an outstanding violation.

11:40 a.m. Unwanted guest disturbance at City Hall, 45 School Street. Unknown female sleeping in the basement. Party taken to Brockton Hospital ER by ambulance.

12:25 p.m. B&E in progress, 210 West Street. The home owner caught a party breaking into the house. They are detaining him in a little walkway inside the house. Nicholas Anderson, 23, of Stoughton was charged with misdemeanor B&E and possession of Class E drug.

12:31 p.m. Code enforcement, 18 Ardsley Circle. Cinder blocks and wooden pellets on the sidewalk. Skate board ramps on public street. I informed home owner to move them onto their property. Resident complied.

1:44 p.m. Open and gross behavior at Foursquare Gospel Church, 421 Torrey St. Caller would like to see an officer in regards to a homeless man urinating at the side over the building. Caller knows the homeless man.

2:14 p.m. B&E investigation at 104 Winnifred Road. B&E to vacant property.

3:03 p.m. Robbery, 646 Summer St. Caller states that she was jumped and robbed in the woods by 5 juvenile parties who stole $250 and ring.

3:09 p.m. Overdose, 40 Falmouth Avenue. Female at the rear of the building nodding off. Possible overdose and ambulance sent.

4:41 p.m. M/V stop, 251 North Pearl St. William A. Pushee, 49, of Stoughton was charged with OUI liquor second offense and failure to stop/yield.

6:02 p.m. Suspicious activity, 258 North Cary St. & 236 East Ashland St. Assist Narcotics Unit. Douglas V. Macphail, 36, of Brockton was charged with possession of Class B drug.

8:14 p.m. Assault & Battery investigation, 75 Intervale St. Caller is reporting that a party by the name of Jhony Coulanges allegedly followed her all the way to her friend’s home. Reports he allegedly grabbed her by the throat, tried fighting with her and threatened to kill her. Jhony Coulanges, 37, of Dorchester was charged with 2 counts of A&B, 2 counts of uninsured motor vehicle and threatening to commit a crime.

9:08 p.m. B&E investigation, 50 Riverview St. Caller states they came home and found door kicked in.

10:31 p.m. Overdose, Exchange St. Sister took a "whole bunch of pills." Transported to hospital.

11:59 p.m. Assault & battery in progress, 57 West Elm Terrace. Caller states about 10allegedly drunk people out front fighting. Benjamin Emmanuel, 20, of Brockton was charged with 2 counts of A&B.
