12:04 a.m. Threats see the complainant at 721 Pleasant St. Caller states she allegedly is receiving text messages threatening bodily harm form her 21-year-old-daughter. Nikia Marie Oehlschlagel, 21, 721 Pleasant St., Brockton was summonsed for threatening to commit a crime.

7:07 a.m. Malicious damage to M/V at Brockton Adult Medical Day Care Center, 25 Christy's Dr. Multiple vans hit with possible BB guns. Windows shattered.

7:10 a.m. Larceny investigation at 364 Chatham West Dr. Four tires stolen from Honda Accord.

7:31 a.m. M/V accident pedestrian at 144 Torrey St. Child hit by vehicle and ambulance sent. Police report taken.

8:51 a.m. B&E investigation at 63 Herrod Ave. Air conditioner and swords missing. BCI notified and police report taken.

8:55 a.m. B&E investigation at 321 East St. House was sold and "staging" furniture was taken.

9:56 a.m. Malicious damage investigation at Brockton Public Library, East Branch, 54 Kingman St. A fire was lit in the alcove to the rear. Report and pictures taken.

9:56 a.m. Domestic violence call at Brazil on the Grill, 696 Crescent St. Caller states her soon to be ex-husband allegedly came into the restaurant threw cans off the counter and started to throw a box at her. Aparecido Alencar, 36, 2 Raintree Circle, Brockton was charged with A&B and threatening to commit a crime.
