1:07 a.m. Disturbance at 25 Hunt St. & 1 Sylvester St. Two calls reporting about 50 youths in parking lot of church allegedly drinking and arguing. Jemal R. Price, 20, 127 Lawrence St., Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.

3:20 a.m. Domestic violence call at 4 Brown St. Ex-girlfriend allegedly punched him in the head. No ambulance required at this time. Plymouth County BCI called for pictures. Brittany Devine, 20, 6 Ray Ave., Brockton was summonsed for A&B.
3:34 a.m. 911 unknown emergency in the vicinity of 149 Spring St. Female states she heard broken glass and a male yelling. Jonathan Andrade DePina, 21, 63 Tremont St. Apt. #2, Brockton was charged with A&B.

6:29 a.m. M/V accident at 226 Belmont Ave. Car flipped over and someone in car still. Ambulance sent and one person taken to Good Samaritan Hospital. Citation issued and vehicle towed. National Grid notified of pole 8 damage.

7:48 a.m. Disturbance at the Brockton Police Department, 7 Commercial St. Cherish Kateley, 28, 102 Milford St., Hanson was charged with disturbing the peace and trespassing. Cheree A. Kateley, 27, 102 Milford St., Monponsett was charged with disturbing the peace and trespassing.

12:00 p.m. Hit & run investigation at Shaw’s Supermarket, 641 Belmont St. Caller’s light green Honda Accord was hit in the parking lot. Other car took off.

4:35 p.m. Malicious damage to M/V at 37 Wyman St. Someone smashed window with a rock.

5:44 p.m. Rape investigation on Belmont Street. Female want to meet police and report that her boyfriend allegedly raped her. Jose Depina, 42, Belmont St., Brockton was charged with rape.

8:00 p.m. M/V accident with injuries in front of Staples, 599 Belmont St. Car vs. car and one flipped over. Unknown if anyone trapped in vehicle. Fire enroute and report taken.

8:10 p.m. Suspicious person in the vicinity of 4 Angerer Ave. Elson Goncalves Miranda, 19, 9 Linwood St., Apt. #2, Holbrook was charged with foreign warrant.

9:11 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at 769 Oak St. Robert Miranda, 29, 408 Prospect St., Brockton was charged with possession to distribute Class B,C,D drug and possession of Class B drug.

9:45 p.m. Domestic violence call at 24 W. Ashland St. Husband allegedly hit her in the face. He is still there. Ruben Vernet, 73, 24 W. Ashland St., Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

11:03 p.m. Violation of 209A order at Affordable Properties, 58 Milton St. State Police Middleboro received a call from a female party stating her "EX" allegedly was there and she did not think he had any weapons. Aguinaldo Barros, 33, 126 Lawrence St. Apt. #2D, Brockton was summonsed for violation of abuse prevention order.
