2:40 a.m. Domestic violence call at 56 Pine Grove Dr. Caller states his girlfriend allegedly just attacked him while he was sleeping. Caller states his face and mouth are swollen, he has two children in the bedroom with him, and the baby is crying. Amadeu Filho, 26, 56 Pine Grove Drive, Brockton was charged with A&B and intimidation of witness.

3:40 a.m. Disturbance at 62 Stillman Ave. Levar Robinson, 34, of 62 Stillman Ave, Brockton was charged with A&B.

7:11 a.m. B&E motor vehicle investigation at 7 Carleton Ave. Caller states his red 2005 Toyota Rav was broken into.

10:03 a.m. Larceny investigation at 86 Manomet St. Jewelry taken from the house.

11:30 a.m. Assault & battery investigation at 47 Milton St. Caller stated she was allegedly assaulted last night. Shayla Gomes, 18, of 55 Holmes St., Brockton was charged with A&B.

11:32 a.m. 911 unknown emergency at 9 Madrid Square. Caller was speaking to his child's mother at the above and she was buzzing someone in and something happened. It sounded like she was being assaulted and yelled "call the cops." Jennifer Landry, 34, 21 Madrid Square, Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon.

12:17 a.m. B&E investigation at 11 Field St. Victim drove to the station. Spoke with police officer because someone broke into the residence.

2:36 a.m. Motor vehicle stop at the Keys of the Kingdom- 33 North Main St. & Pleasant Street. Eric T. Adams, 24, of 1193 Morton St., Mattapan was charged with possession of Class C drug.

3:04 a.m. Larceny of M/V investigation at 32 Sherman St. Gray 2005 Chevy Malibu stolen.

6:00 a.m. Police officer has a prisoner at Brockton Public Library East Branch. James Michael Burgess, 30, 54 Kingman Ave., Brockton was charged with 3 default warrants.

7:16 a.m. Larceny of M/V investigation at 265 Grove St. Green, 2006 Honda Civic was stolen.

9:31 a.m. Larceny of M/V investigation at 40 Emory St. 1994, black Honda Civic was stolen.

12:49 p.m. Code enforcement at 58 Arthur St. Checked on the property for the Building Dept. It is reported open and squatters are getting in. Front door kicked open. Building Dept. to secure it.

1:07 p.m. Domestic violence call at 32 Maguire Road. Caller states her granddaughter and her boyfriend were allegedly arguing, he pulled her by the hair, and punched her in the face. Tianna Marie Tessier, 17, of 32 Maguire Road, Brockton was charged with A&B.

1:34 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner at 60 Main St. & 1 Legion Parkway. Antonious Bernard Ruff, 46, 19 Sansom St. Apt. #2, Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.

1:48 p.m. Domestic violence call at 227 Belmont St. People allegedly arguing and fighting. Lindsay M. MaComber, 26, 227 Belmont St. Apt. #1R, Brockton was charged with A&B.

2:55 p.m. B&E motor vehicle at 28 Grove St. Caller states vehicle was broken into last night.

3:41 p.m. Larceny/Forgery/Fraud at 260 Battles St. Caller from Harbor One earlier reports that grandson allegedly stole identity and stole money from accounts. Thomas J. Moses, 30, 260 Battles St., Brockton was summonsed for forgery of check and utter false check.

4:59 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at 276 West St. & 598 West Elm St. Juvenile arrest of a 16-year-old for speeding, operating a M/V in violation of license restriction and failure to wear seat belt.

5:16 p.m. Assault & battery with dangerous weapon at Old Colony YMCA - 320 Main St. Apt. #308. States one of his students allegedly assaulted him in class. Juvenile arrest of 16-year-old for A&B with dangerous weapon and threatening to commit a crime.

6:26 p.m. B&E investigation at 24 Jackson St. Copper pipes taken.

6:42 p.m. Malicious damage to motor vehicle at 61 Thurber St. Caller’s car has dents all over it and it was in the driveway.

7:04 p.m. B&E investigation at 20 Lyman St. Someone broke in and stole the copper out of the basement.

7:59 p.m. Narcotic violation in progress in the vicinity of 58 North Cary St. Kate Miceli, 32, 108 Norton Ave. Apt. #19, Easton was charged with trafficking in heroin/morphine/opium. Matthew Nevergelt, 29, 33 West Elm St. Apt. #421, Brockton was charged with trafficking in heroin/morphine/opium, distribution of Class B drug, possession of Class E drug, failure to stop for police, negligent operation of motor vehicle, and operating M/V with suspended license.

8:32 p.m. Disturbance at 25 Goddard Road. Caller is landlord and reports a neighbor saw another neighbor allegedly break into the caller's garage and take floor jack, cordless drill and weed whacker. Richard C. Robillard, 51, 4 Lilac Place, East Bridgewater was summonsed for felony B&E in the day time.

11:08 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at 615 North Montello St. Marquis C. Moffett, 36, 872 Centre St., Brockton was charged with possession of Class A drug and foreign warrant.
