12:26 a.m. Home invasion, 156 Pine Grove Dr. Caller states he was smoking on his porch when a black male, baseball hat, black sweatshirt and jeans pulled a knife on him, opened the door and ran in and allegedly stole his wife's purse.
He then fought off the caller and ran out toward Reservoir Street. Four males just assaulted another male. They are walking toward Oak Street. Security can point them out.
Jerome A. Strozier Jr., 31, of Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct and trespassing. Jerome A. Strozier Jr., 31, of Brockton was summons for felony B&E building night time, armed assault in dwelling, assault with dangerous weapon, A&B and armed robbery.

12:44 a.m. Assault & battery in progress, Pines Estates & 469 Pine Grove Dr. Jerome A. Strozier Jr., 31, of Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct and trespassing.

5:42 a.m. B&E motor vehicle, 76 Colonel Bell Dr. Toyota broken into and window smashed.

6:26 a.m. B&E M/V investigation, 38 Fairmount Ave. Smashed window and stolen purse.
7:00 a.m. Larceny investigation, 53 Massasoit Ave. Four tires stolen from Hyundai.

7:00 a.m. Disturbance at Dunkin’ Donuts, 66 Montello St. Dennis James Collier, 36, of Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and trespassing.

11:29 a.m. Violation of 209A investigation, 23 Intervale St. Caller states Scott Leboeuf allegedly went to her work place yesterday. Scott B. Leboeuf, 49, of Brockton was summonsed for violation of abuse prevention order.

12:20 p.m. Larceny investigation, 85 Van Cliff Ave. Someone walked through back yard and stole some parts of his motorcycle.

1:35 p.m. B&E in progress, 309 Battles St. James Lacour Jr., 55, of Brockton was charged with felony B&E building in the day time, destruction of property over $250, possession of burglarious instruments, trespassing and vandalizing in daytime.

1:41 p.m Code enforcement, 36 Barry St. One red Nissan pickup truck in violation of city ordinance. The truck has 2 flats on the driver’s side. Unregistered and appears non-operational. Truck towed.

2:24 p.m. Code enforcement, 16 Ralphs Court. Car has not moved and is now blocked in by a registered car. No answer at door. Will issue citation.

5:50 p.m. Code enforcement, 36 Barry Street. Woman who identified herself as the daughter of the owner of 36 Barry St. to complain about a vehicle being towed from above today. Referred to Officer Uhlman, Sgt. Hallissey and Sgt. Khoury. Woman allegedly was very confrontational. Lobby officer could not finish explaining her recourse options, had to walk away due to her demeaning tone.

5:58 p.m. B&E investigation, 20 Eagle Ave. One laptop and $20 from a wallet was taken.

8:09 p.m. Assault & battery in progress, 36 West Park St. Two females allegedly fist fighting. Maria Conceicao Alves, 46, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

9:13 p.m. Larceny investigation, Deftos Liquor Store, 1031 Main St. Heavy set black male stole a bottle of alcohol. He ran up the alley near the Main Dragon.

9:53 p.m. Domestic violence investigation, 110 Oak Lane. Caller states her grandfather just came there allegedly drunk and started to argue with everyone. Harold Davis, 67, of Canton was charged with A&B and assault.

10:17 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance, 47 Pinehurst Ave. Shawn Stetson, 34, of Brockton was charged with A&B.
10:23 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance, 1048 Main St. Ex-boyfriend is there and allegedly he is drunk and wants to get into the apartment. Caller told him to leave and he refuses. Rui D. Tavares, 33, of Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace.

10:59 p.m. Violation of 209A order, 150 Carl Ave. Joe Teixeira, 30, of Ipswich was charged with violation of abuse prevention order.
