2:07 a.m. A&B with dangerous weapon/knife at Doyle’s Gourmet Deli and Grill- 327 North Pearl St. Female caller states people fighting in side parking lot. She heard someone say that someone was stabbed. Ambulance sent and police report taken.

5:10 a.m. Domestic violence call at 258 Arthur Paquin Way. Caller can hear what sounds like a male allegedly beating up a female. Ambulance dispatched and BCI notified for photos of the victim and of the Honda. Edgardo Pagan, 29, 77 Carroll Ave., Brockton was summonsed for A&B, and assault.

6:25 a.m. Malicious damage investigation at 45 Farrington Street. Someone sliced tires on caller's car. Yaritza Rivera-Colon, 21, 85 North Ash St., Brockton was summonsed for malicious damage to motor vehicle.

9:20 a.m. M/V accident with injuries at 1116 North Main St. & 23 Augustine St. Car rolled over and ambulance sent. Party in car still. Citation and immediate threat form filed.

1:35 p.m. Domestic violence call at 96 Walnut St. Suspect allegedly grabbed the caller and punched her in the face. Caller is pregnant and is standing next to the truck so he doesn't take off. Second call from a male party who states the female allegedly grabbed him by the shirt, tore his shirt, and threw things on the ground. Carliss J. Brandon, 37, 96 Walnut St. Apt #1, Brockton was charged with A&B.


2:10 p.m. Code enforcement at 72 Newbury St. Party allegedly running a repair facility out of the yard. Spoke with him and told him to consider this his first warning. Stop it or court and fines are next.

2:58 p.m. Code enforcement at Cardoso Cafe- 146 North Montello St. Establishment has been warned in the past about the doors being open after Noon. A letter will be sent to License Commission about the violation. 3 citations issued.

4:44 p.m. Malicious damage investigation at Cape Cod Cafe- 979 Main St. Caller states someone shot BBs through the windows of her rental vehicle while parked in the lot. Police report taken.

6:00 p.m. B&E investigation at 92 Prospect St. Caller states she came home and someone broke in through the back door. States laptop was taken.

6:55 p.m. Violation of 209A investigation at 40 Weston St. Caller has a 209A on ex-girlfriend and states his brother called him to say she had been parked in front of the building, but the caller was not home at the time. Dianne C. Donovan, 36, 154 Arthur Paquin Way, Brockton was summonsed for violation of abuse prevention order.

10:43 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at 56 Court St. & 25 Court Ave. Joseph Bartuah, 22, 17 Glen St., Boston was charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, reckless operation of motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, lights violation, and fail to signal.

10:46 p.m. B&E investigation at 83 Elsie Road. Caller states her house was broken into and caller believes it was her ex-boyfriend. The flat screen TV was taken.

11:11 p.m. Malicious damage motor vehicle at BAMSI- 165 1/2 Quincy St. Caller states she just got out of work and someone threw a rock through her window.

11:18 p.m. Larceny of a M/V investigation at 28 Clinton St. Caller states someone stole his wife's car about 20 minutes ago. 2007 silver Nissan Versa. Unknown plate.
