1:08 a.m. B&E motor vehicle investigation. 113 Copeland St. Caller states someone broke into her M/V. Her GPS and other items stolen.

1:39 a.m. A&B investigation. Asack’s Place, 571 N. Main St. Caller states he was just inside the bar and someone allegedly punched him in the face. States he will be out front waiting for an officer. Refused medical. Victim called back looking for an officer. He sounded very drunk and states he has a knife on him. Officer reports caller got his bike back and did not want to seek criminal charges.

6:47 a.m. Animal complaint. 40 Budd Ave. Raccoon fell through ceiling of his daughter’s bedroom. Caller closed the door, but raccoon is still in the room.

9:02 a.m. Suspicious person. Melrose Cemetery. N. Pearl St. Caller states at entrance to Melrose Cemetery is a black male in a blue shirt, jeans and carrying a backpack waved to caller’s wife and then went into the woods next to the cemetery. Wife says he looks like Bob Marley. Officer reports he spoke with a guy at cemetery’s maintenance shed who said the description fits a couple employees working on the grounds. Said the Bob Marley look-alike was probably trying to be neighborly.

10:42 a.m. B&E in progress. 132 Dixon Road. Caller reports neighbor’s are not home and there is a black male wearing a gray sweater, jeans, baseball cap with sunglasses on the visor is walking around the backyard near the shed. Male just ran up Dodge Street, then Dixon, then N. Quincy. Left hand was holding his pocket. Police report one officer damaged his shoes going over a fence during the chase. Kevin Walsh, 19, 29 Kingman St., Brockton was charged with felony B&E in the daytime with person in fear, felony B&E a building in the daytime and disturbing the peace.

11:45 a.m. M/V accident with injuries. 370 Oak St. Accident on Oak Street. Both cars towed, hospital visited and citations issued. Also, ICE was notified as the operator of vehicle 2 may be wanted by ICE. Alcina Oliveira, 36, of 121 Highland Road, Abington was charged with unlicensed operation of M/V.

1:14 p.m. B&E M/V investigation. 23 Montello St. Cable company truck was broken into. Will come to the station.

1:33 p.m. Domestic violence investigated. 111 Green St. Caller states she was visiting her friend from across the hall when she heard a male screaming for help. She then followed the voice to Apt. 4. The door was unlocked and when she went in she found a disabled man in bed who told her to call police. The man said his wife allegedly beat him and left. Joanna S. Mirabito, 56, of 111 Green St., Apt. 4, Brockton was charged with A&B.

1:46 p.m. B&E investigation. 270 Plain St. Several items taken.

5:01 p.m. Rape investigation. Battles Farm Road. Mother is in the lobby to report her daughter is a victim of statutory rape. Vladimir Cesaire, 19, of 331 Chatham West Dr., Brockton was charged with statutory rape of a child.

5:06 p.m. A&B in progress. Spring St. The caller, a mail carrier, reports a white male waring a gray hoodie with a blue stripe and camouflage pants allegedly just hit a white female a few times in the face. The female is now learning against a building. Caller believes they might be homeless. Richard Moniz, 51, of 54 N. Main St., Brockton was charged with A&B and default warrant.

6:07 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner. Veronica Copeland, 48, of 832 Centre St., Brockton was charged with trafficking in cocaine, possession to distribute Class D drug, and possession to distribute Class E drug.

6:32 p.m. Threats see the complainant. Robert E. Joseph, 39, of 203 Prospect St., Brockton was charged with threat to commit crime.

7:51 p.m. A&B investigated. Shaw’s Supermarket, 641 Belmont St. Caller states someone just drove by and hit her with an egg in the parking lot. She has license plate number. Registered owner of vehicle could not be reached at this time. Officer will follow up another time.

8:33 p.m. Violation of a 209A order. 21 Highland St. Jonathan Langston, 27, of 2 Birch Road, Randolph was charged with three counts of violating an abuse prevention order.

8:35 p.m. Domestic violence call. 70 Banks St. Emanual Council, 25, of 15 Columbia St., Brockton was charged with A&B.

9:47 p.m. 911 unknown emergency. 165 Montello St. & 106 School St. Caller states there is a male party on the ground screaming and bleeding. He got up and ran to Irving’s gas station. Unknown caller from Cardoso CafĂ© states a male was robbed of his cell phone by knife. Victim ran to gas station.

11:39 p.m. Larceny in progress. Cumberland Farms, 1205 Belmont St. Adult female putting several items in her purse. Matter settled.

11:44 p.m. Disturbance by a drunk. Tedeschi’s, 304 Belmont St. Drunk male out in the parking lot is harassing customers. Somebody just caught him trying to force a car door open. He is now back in the store. Cancel call. Party left.

11:46 p.m. Domestic violence investigation. 86 Webster St. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly just beat her up. He has left the apartment. Thomas A. Cargill, 59, of 86 Webster St., Brockton was charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon, assault to murder, A&B, and intimidating a witness.
