12:38 a.m. Motor vehicle stop at Father Kenny Way. Daniel F. Resil, 24, 437 Woodlands Way, Abington was charged with OUI liquor, racing motor vehicle, marked lanes violation and speeding.

12:38 a.m. Larceny investigation at 85 Ford St. Someone stole a laptop.

1:18 a.m. Gunshots call at 1 Tremont St. & 1028 Main St.

1:26 a.m. A&B dangerous weapon gun. Female has gunshot wound to right arm and just came into the Brockton Hospital ER- 680 Centre St.

1:49 a.m. Disturbance at Gigi- 193 Crescent St. Officers request assistance. Officer reports he pulled a muscle assisting in the arrest. Tori S. Blevins, 23, 195 Westgate Dr., Brockton was charged with A&B on police officer, resisting arrest, disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct and affray. Jerome Smith, 25, 228 Pleasant St., Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, interfering with police officer in performance of duty and resist arrest.

10:02 a.m. B&E investigation at 2 Denton St. Caller stated that when he came home around 1 a.m. he noticed someone had gained entry into the above through a front window. Caller stated items were taken.

12:14 p.m. 911 hang up at 203 Prospect St. Robert E. Joseph, 39, 203 Prospect St., Brockton was charged with A&B and intimidation of witness.

12:43 p.m. B&E motor vehicle with foot pursuit behind fire station- Pleasant Street. & Main Street. Foot pursuit of a white male, white T-shirt, about 5'6 and armed with a knife. Suspect allegedly tried to B&E city vehicle at the water main break. David M. Fragoza, 26, 119 Newbury St. Apt. #2, Brockton was charged with assault with dangerous weapon, felony B&E vehicle/boat in day time, and larceny over $250.

2:17 p.m. Malicious damage motor vehicle at 28 Ellsworth Ave. Caller stated his girlfriend’s son allegedly smashed his car windows. Dray Elliiott Dawson, 22, 282 Main St., Brockton was summonsed for malicious damage to motor vehicle and threatening to commit a crime.

3:16 p.m. Threats see the complainant at 443 Montello St. Caller stated her ex-boyfriend keeps threatening her and harassing her. Flavio Barbosa Rosa, 42, 154 Myrtle St. Apt. #1, Brockton was summonsed for threatening to commit a crime and criminal harassment.

5:39 p.m. Robbery investigation in the vicinity of Prospect Street. Caller’s son was walking in the area carrying his XBox and 2 males pushed him from behind, hit him several times and stole his XBox. No description of them and no idea which way they went.

6:49 p.m. Larceny investigation at 34 Atlanta St. Stolen generator.

6:56 p.m. Assault & battery investigation at 24 Riverside Ave. Caller states her neighbor pushed her 11- year-old daughter. Gregory G. Saintleger, 31, 29 Jane St., Randolph was summonsed for A&B dangerous weapon on a child under 14.

8:08 p.m. A&B dangerous weapon investigation at 415 West Elm St. & 224 Moraine St. Caller flagged down officer and reported that a party known to him allegedly tried to stab him. Liza Gregory, 20, 41 Elm View Terrace, Brockton was summonsed for A&B with dangerous weapon and assault with dangerous weapon.

8:37 p.m. Domestic violence investigation at Marshalls- 544 Westgate Dr. See the caller outside Marshalls. Her mother allegedly just showed up, pulled her out of a car, and hit her in the head several times. Bobbi-Jo Duarte, 43, 22 North Manchester St., Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

9:14 p.m. Domestic violence call at 14 Taber Ave. 18-year-old caller states her 25-year-old sister allegedly threw her on the floor and punched her in the face. Nancy Veiga, 25, 14 Taber Ave., Brockton was summonsed for 2 counts of A&B.

10:03 p.m. Assault & battery with dangerous weapon in the vicinity of 525 Main St. Caller states a male allegedly threw a beer bottle at her and the glass cut her feet. Jorge A. Dos Santos, 22, 117 Laureston St., Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon.
