1:34 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner at 60 Main St. & 1 Legion Parkway. Antonious Bernard Ruff, 46, 19 Sansom St. Apt. #2, Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.

3:41 p.m. Larceny/Forgery/Fraud at 260 Battles St. Caller from Harbor One earlier reports that grandson allegedly stole identity and stole money from accounts. Thomas J. Moses, 30, 260 Battles St., Brockton was summonsed for forgery of check and utter false check.
4:59 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at 276 West St. & 598 West Elm St. Juvenile arrest of a 16-year-old for speeding, operating a M/V in violation of license restriction and failure to wear seat belt.
5:16 p.m. Assault & battery with dangerous weapon at Old Colony YMCA - 320 Main St. Apt. #308. States one of his students allegedly assaulted him in class. Juvenile arrest of 16-year-old for A&B with dangerous weapon and threatening to commit a crime.

7:59 p.m. Narcotic violation in progress in the vicinity of 58 North Cary St. Kate Miceli, 32, 108 Norton Ave. Apt. #19, Easton was charged with trafficking in heroin/morphine/opium. Matthew Nevergelt, 29, 33 West Elm St. Apt. #421, Brockton was charged with trafficking in heroin/morphine/opium, distribution of Class B drug, possession of Class E drug, failure to stop for police, negligent operation of motor vehicle, and operating M/V with suspended license.
8:32 p.m. Disturbance at 25 Goddard Road. Caller is landlord and reports a neighbor saw another neighbor allegedly break into the caller's garage and take floor jack, cordless drill and weed whacker. Richard C. Robillard, 51, 4 Lilac Place, East Bridgewater was summonsed for felony B&E in the day time.
11:08 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at 615 North Montello St. Marquis C. Moffett, 36, 872 Centre St., Brockton was charged with possession of Class A drug and foreign warrant.
