12:19 a.m. Unknown emergency. 350 Crescent St. First call a female stated argument at above and refused more info. Second call reports her ex-boyfriend allegedly just threw her in the street and said he was going to stab her in the face. Ex has left the area. Third call a female states her sister is arguing in the parking lot with boyfriend and he is threatening to stab her with a knife. Dana Murray, 34, of 312 Plymouth St., Bridgewater was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, A&B, malicious destruction of property under $250, witness intimidation, and threat to commit crime.

1:09 a.m. A&B in progress. 257 Pleasant St. Party states a large group is outside fighting. States someone was just thrown against her bedroom window. Four cruisers responded. Matter settled.

1:12 a.m. A&B in progress. 47 Milton St. Spanish speaking female states there is a party and there is a fight outside. Reports a male party with possible gun. At least five cruisers responded. Matter settled.

1:53 a.m. A&B in progress. 58 Tribou St. Language barrier. Caller reports a bunch of people fighting out front. Unknown weapons. Seven cruisers responded. Matter settled.

2:07 a.m. Disturbance. 7-11, 662 Belmont St. Caller reports large group gathered in 7-11’s parking lot. Four cruisers responded. Group moved along.

2:34 a.m. Disturbance. 54 Tribou St. Party in back yard. Matter settled.

2:42 a.m. Malicious damage in progress. 165 Bates Road. Caller reports 2 kids are slashing tires on Bates Road. Last seen running south on Bates toward Centre Street. Unknown description. BCI responded for fingerprints.

3:26 a.m. Police officer has a prisoner. 866 Centre St. & 21 Ames Road. Eric Mueller, 27, of 36 Hill St., Brockton was charged with drinking in public.

3:35 a.m. Disturbance. Riverview Street. Middleboro State Police received a call from a female party stating an address and then hung up. On callback female states she had a “one night stand” with a guy named Tommy who would not leave. Now states party has left.

3:55 a.m. Disturbance. 880 Warren Ave. Side door. Two females in hallway arguing. ETD can hear yelling & sreaming. Eunice V. Andrade, 30, of 880 Warren Ave., Apt. 3, Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace and resisting arrest.

5:40 a.m. Unknown emergency. 416 Summer St. Caller reports a male party on the ground, a vehicle is parked next to him and people are screaming. Matter settled.

5:50 a.m. Malicious damageM/V investigation. 198 Bates Road. BCI responded for prints and photos.

6:29 a.m. Malicious damage M/V. 135 Bates Road. Report taken.

9:00 a.m. Larceny of a bicycle. 154 Leach Ave. Brand new green and black Mongoose bike stolen from their backyard.

9:02 a.m. B&E in progress. 145 Ellsworth St. Caller is a real estate agent handling a house that has been foreclosed and is there to clean out the house for the bank. Believes there are people in the house—possibly squatters. He stated he found sleeping bags that were not there last week. Unknown how they got in. Officer did a walk through. No one inside. Possibly got in through a broken basement window.

9:06 a.m. Larceny investigation. 237 Field St. Snow blower and fence taken.

9:16 a.m. Police officer has a prisoner. Raymond J. Gervais, 22, of 10 Douglas Ave., Apt. 1, Brockton was arrested for local warrant.

10:04 a.m. B&E investigate. Rose Nail Salon, 180 Oak St. Smashed window to candy and money from vending machine.

11:17 a.m. Domestic violence call. 92 Myrtle St. Caller states her 24-year-old daughter allegedly threw a bottle at her. Caller is bleeding from the mouth. Caller said daughter is leaving. Annette K. Powell, 24, of 4 Riverside Ave., Apt. 2, Brockton was charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon.

12:10 p.m. Larceny of M/V investigation. 45 Oberlin Road. Caller states two black males asked him if he wanted to get high. He said yes. The two men told the caller to give them the car keys, he did, and the two took off in his green Ford Taurus. Report taken.

1:28 p.m. Code enforcement. Morabeza Restaurant, 581 Main St. This is a followup on a false fire alarm. Roberto A. Alves, 37, of 10 Hervey St., Apt. 2A, Brockton was charged with false fire alarm.

2:01 p.m. Disturbance. Garcia Grocery, 886 Main St. Black male giving caller a hard time. Caller states a male came into the store arguing with someone else in another language. The black male party left the store. A female party came afterward and stated to someone in the market who was not the caller that the person should “get out of the store because he taking about shooting up the store.” Matter settled.

2:22 p.m. Shoplifting. Shaw’s Supermarket, 715 Crescent St. White female with curly brown hair, in mid 20s wearing a blue and white shirt, black spandex pants, pushing a baby stroller and carrying an expression bag. Kristi Wilkes, 22, of 52 Massasoit Ave., Brockton was charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise.

3:52 p.m. Disturbance by a family. 47 Highland St., Apt. 2. Female called and states she wants a roommate removed. While on the phone with the female a male yelled out in the background that the female threw a knife at him. The female yelled back, “There was no knife and it was thrown towards the wall.” Then she said, “Are you cut.” Report taken.

5:59 p.m. Disturbance. 52 Galen St. Caller reports 5 to 10 people out on Galen Street in a very heated argument. Caller states girls outside wanting to fight her sister. Police responded. Matter settled. Report taken.

6:46 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. 377 Chatham West Dr. Caller states ex-boyfriend just showed up and is starting trouble with the new boyfriend. Police respond. Report taken.

6:58 p.m. Malicious damage investigation. 233 Bates Road. Car tires slashed.

7:06 p.m. A&B dangerous weapon—knife. 106 Laureston St. Large crowd out front. While on the phone party states someone got stabbed. Police responded. Misunderstanding. Language barrier. There was an argument caller thought was a fight.

7:11 p.m. Unwanted guest—drunk. 16 Lawrence St. Apt. 1. Caller states being harassed by second floor neighbor. In actuality it is the caller who was the unwanted guest. Caller doesn’t live there and was drunk. Spoke with all parties involved. Caller was removed from property.

7:32 p.m. Hit & run in progress. 33 Hovendon Ave. Vignacio Garcia, 55, of 27 Blackhawk Road, Weymouth was charged with OUI liquor, leaving the scene of property damage, possession of open container of alcohol in M/V, marked lanes violation, bribe a public employee.

8:12 p.m. Gunshots call. Arthur Paquin Way. Caller states heard 5 shots. Second call from Hawthorne Street. Caller states he will hear a shot and then 2 minutes later another one. Some kind of party in the area. Officer on scene when calls came in confirms fireworks.

9:25 p.m. Threats see the complainant. Hess gas station, 261 N. Main St. Meet caller at Hess station. He is waiting across the street, but will walk over when he sees the cruiser. His girlfriend had several items stolen last week and the girl that stole them is at Hess now. He confronted her and she threatened him with a needle. Female got in a car and left the area. Clear prior to arrival.

10:55 p.m. Malicious damage investigation. Brockton French SDA Church, 235 Court St. Someone threw a rock through the garage windows.

11:21 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. 66 Chatham West Dr. Caller states there is an 18 to 20-year-old white male out front of his apartment. Caller believes it is the same male who called him earlier and the caller refused to meet him. Believes the male has now shown up at his apartment and was banging on the door telling the caller to come out and talk to him or hew would shoot him. No weapon was seen at any time. Caller claims to not have any idea who this guy is. Could not locate.
