1:19 a.m. M/V stop, 134 Centre St. & 64 Commercial St. Evan Sweeney, 21, of Abington was charged with OUI drugs, OUI liquor, M/V lights violation, M/V rules & regulations, and conspiracy to violate drug law.

1:57 a.m. Police officer has prisoner. Carlos O. Gomes, 27, of Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and threatening to commit a crime.

2:28 a.m. Domestic violence call, 40 Torrey Street. Caller states her brother is out of control and has allegedly assaulted her and her sister. Joseph Ensko, 30, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

3:17 a.m. B&E motor vehicle, 56 Byron Ave. Stephen George Foster Jr., 35, of Brockton was charged with felony B&E vehicle/boat night time.

8:15 a.m. to 9 p.m. Brockton Police respond to roughly 88 calls for downed trees and wires

2:24 p.m. Domestic violence call, Elmcourt Hotel, 33 West Elm St. Caller states a female allegedly assaulted her and then her ex-boyfriend allegedly assaulted her. Eric Dillard, 30, of Brockton was charged with A&B. Helena Ellis, 28, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

2:27 p.m. Domestic violence investigation, 47 Highland St. Caller was cleaning her room and husband allegedly tried to hit her with the box of the bed. Caller moved out of way and it broke her fish tank. Steven Junior, 42, of Brockton was summonsed for assault.

4:25 p.m. Domestic violence investigation, 280 North Warren Ave. Caller states boyfriend was allegedly hitting her and she states he has left. Second call in from boyfriend states his girlfriend went crazy on him for about 30 minutes and he is coming to the station. Joao Lopex, 22, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.
7:49 p.m. Domestic violence call, 609 Warren Ave. Euclides Tavares, 17, of Brockton was charged with assault with dangerous weapon and A& B.

8:51 p.m. Threats see the complainant at Brockton Police Department, 7 Commercial St. Jose Guaman-Loja, 27, of Brockton was summonsed for stalking and threatening to commit a crime.

9:17 p.m. Domestic violence call, 200 Warren Ave. Caller states husband allegedly tried to strangle her and he also pulled a knife on her. Franklin Pina, 60, of Brockton was charged with A&B and assault with dangerous weapon.

11:42 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance, 7 Williard Ave. Caller states his girlfriend is allegedly throwing stuff around and breaking glasses and he wants her removed. Maryjane Burbank, 46, of Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace.

11:58 p.m. Home invasion, 86 Webster St. Caller states the male from the first floor allegedly just kicked in her door and came in with a knife and pushed her aunt and threatened her. Caller states he is now back on the first floor. Virginijus Rascius, 34, of Brockton was charged with assault with dangerous weapon and malicious destruction of property over $250.
