12:28 a.m. Violation of 209A order at 38 Ellsworth Ave. Caller states she has a 209A against her son and he is allegedly at her front door and is drunk. William Baptiste, 44, 38 Ellsworth Ave., Brockton was summonsed for violation of abuse prevention order.

1:09 a.m. Malicious damage in progress at 311 Green St. Caller states someone just came by on a bike and shot out windows on his 1998 Ford Taurus. Driver's side window shot out by a BB gun.

2:27 a.m. Assault & battery investigation at 32 Grove St. Caller states the person in apartment 3 was just beat up out front and then ran back in the building thru the back door. Ambulance sent because party was bleeding. A black M/V with shiny wheels just drove by and shot him with paint balls. Party refused medical treatment.

2:30 a.m. B&E motor vehicle at 93 N.Bassett Road. Party tried to break into his car. One person ran off toward Chatham Street. Police report taken.

5:14 a.m. Larceny of M/V investigation at 39 Wilmington St. Caller states two of his cars were stolen from his yard. 1996 blue Honda Civic and a 2000 green Honda Civic.

6:19 a.m. Malicious damage to M/V at 186 Highland St. Someone smashed rear window of Jeep Liberty.

7:05 a.m. B&E motor vehicle at 331 Battles Farm Dr. Car parts stolen and windows smashed on black BMW.

8:16 a.m. Domestic violence call at 295 Belmont St. Apt. #2w. Boyfriend allegedly attacked her and cut her tires. He is headed toward W. Elm Street on Belmont Avenue pushing a cart. Paul Marsh, 29, 295 Belmont St. Apt. 2W, Brockton was charged with A&B and property vandalism.

8:48 a.m. B&E motor vehicle at 30 Saunders St. Gray Honda Civic broken into. Tool bag and Ipod taken.

8:58 a.m. Code enforcement at 121 Legion Parkway. Video forensics.

10:11 a.m. Violation of 209A order at 154 Arthur Paquin Way. Dianne C. Donovan, 36, 154 Arthur Paquin Way, Brockton was charged with violation of 209A order.

10:51 a.m. Larceny of M/V plate at 19 Silver Road. Front plate stolen.

11:45 a.m. Overdose on Blaine Street. Son possibly overdosed on drugs. Ambulance sent and report taken.

12:17 p.m. Attempted B&E at 124 Mass Ave. Caller states while in the house she heard the screen and the front door opening. Her dog started barking and scared the person away. Police report taken.
12:32 p.m. Brush fire at 60 White Ave. & 284 Montello St. Homeless male started a brush fire. Neil Ferguson, 72, homeless in Brockton was summonsed for burn land/tree/lumber/produce.

12:38 p.m. Domestic violence call at 21 Goddard Road. Caller states her daughter allegedly attacked and punched her in the face. While on the telephone the daughter was coming after her again. Anna M. Teague, 38, 60 Grant St. Apt. #2, Portland, Maine was summonsed for assault with dangerous weapon, A&B with dangerous weapon and 2 counts of A&B.

1:24 p.m. Code enforcement at 121 Legion Parkway. More video forensics.

1:44 p.m. Domestic violence call at 10 Douglass Ave. Baby’s father allegedly smacked the caller in her face and is stating he is going to take the child. Raymond J. Gervais, 10 Douglas Ave., Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

2:29 p.m. Domestic violence call at 22 Fern Ave. Two parties fighting outside. Helen J. Pierre, 25, 22 Fern St., Brockton was charged with A&B. Rodophe J. Pierre, 35, 22 Fern St., Brockton was charged with 2 counts of A&B. Patrice Pierre, 22, 22 Fern St., Brockton was charged with A&B. Vezemba Uavanga Muundjua, 23, 22 Fern St., Brockton was charged with A&B.

3:25 p.m. Assault & battery investigation at Brockton District Court, 215 Main St. See court officer at the sallyport. A female allegedly charged at a DA. Julie Ann Nicholson, 34, 9 Montello St., Brockton was charged with A&B, disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct and disrupting court proceedings.

3:51 p.m. Party unconscious at Dunkin’ Donuts, 245 East Ashland St. There is a male passed out in the bathroom. Jason E. Steidle, 32, 20 Forest Avenue Court, Plymouth was summonsed for possession of Class A drug.

4:09 p.m. B&E investigation at 6 Kent St. Home broken into and police report taken.

4:40 p.m. B&E investigation at 5 Kent St. Home broken into and police report taken.

4:58 p.m. Assault & battery with dangerous weapon at 54 Hancock Ave. Black male allegedly beating a black female with a belt in the street. 14-year-old female states her father pushed her on the ground and hit her with a belt. Anthony Taylor, 57, 92 Dartmouth St., Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

5:53 p.m. Shoplifting at Sears, 200 Westgate Dr. Loss prevention states they have a female who was allegedly stealing then ran into the bathroom. Roseline Pierrelouis, 45, 246 Colonel Bell Dr. Apt. #C, Brockton was charged with larceny over $250.

7:21 p.m. Assault & battery in progress at 35 Longwood St. One victim on Ash Street. Daniel Goldberg, 45, 334 Ash St., Brockton was summonsed with 2 counts of A&B with dangerous weapon, malicious destruction of property over $250 and threatening to commit a crime.
7:38 p.m. Shoplifting at Stop & Shop, 932 N. Montello St. Manager states he has a repeat offender who is about to start loading up on meat. Loss prevention said they did not need an officer--only $10 in merchandise was taken.

7:52 p.m. Malicious damage investigation at 7 Raintree Lane. Ex-boyfriend came in and allegedly assaulted the caller. Keith Elder, 19, 55 Eaton St. Apt. #Q, Brockton was summonsed for property damage to intimidate and trespassing.

8:52 p.m. Domestic violence investigation at 244 Fairview Ave. Husband allegedly assaulted her and he is no longer at the house. Phillip Ryder, 56, 244 Fairview Ave. Apt. #SF, Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

8:53 p.m. Domestic violence investigation at 19 Clinton Ave. Caller states they are getting into a fight with their boyfriend. Joshua Tavares, 19, 19 Clinton Ave. Apt. #1B, Brockton was summonsed with A&B.

9:27 p.m. Violation of 209A investigation at 83 Elsie Road. Richard Desrochers, 49, 197 N. Main St., Brockton was summonsed for violating abuse prevention order.

9:51 p.m. Prostitution call in the vicinity of 11 Division St. Three ladies of the night trolling for customers. Last seen turning onto Coburn St. Police investigating.
