2:22 a.m. Check suspicious motorist at White’s Pastry, 1041 Pearl St. Caller states last week a male in a gold Buick was allegedly stealing cables from the trucks at Verizon. Now he states the gold Buick is back parked behind White’s and was concerned the male might be trying to steal again. Kelley Cady, 34, 217 Belmont Ave. Apt. #1, Brockton was charged with larceny over $250, malicious destruction of property over $250 and trespassing. Michael Foster, 39, 613 South St. Apt. #4, Quincy was charged with larceny over $250, malicious destruction of property over $250, trespassing and resisting arrest.
6:45 a.m. Larceny of M/V investigation at Johnny’s Cleaners, 1068 Montello St. Caller states the company van was stolen. White 2002 Ford van.
8:56 a.m. Assault & battery with dangerous weapon at Supreme Coffee, 755 Crescent St. Two males are allegedly fighting in the parking lot. One male has a bat and the other has a machete. Jason Scott Demulis, 23, 53 Taylor Ave., Brockton was summonsed with 2 counts of assault with dangerous weapon.
9:09 a.m. Attempted B&E at 457 Howard St. Someone tried to get into the house yesterday through a window. Caller states they took screen from the window.
9:58 a.m. B&E investigation at Walkover Commons, 100 Perkins Ave. Apt. #216. Apartment was ransacked yesterday. Cash and jewelry is missing.
10:58 a.m. Domestic violence call at 35 Longwood Ave. Caller states two males are allegedly fighting at the above location. Lots of screaming and baby crying. Jose Lugo Sepulveda, 27, 35 Longwood Ave., Brockton was charged with A&B.
11:24 a.m. Suspicious person at High Rock LLC, 160 Pleasant St. Christopher Michael Knestaut, 31, 54 N. Main St., Brockton was charged with possession of Class E drug and trespassing. Christopher Reed, 26, 54 N. Main St., Brockton was charged with possession of Class E drug, trespassing and 2 default warrants.
12:02 p.m. B&E motor vehicle investigation at 44 Ray Ave. Someone broke into his white Jeep Patriot and took Ipod touch and GPS. Police report taken.
12:09 p.m. Assault & battery investigation at Phaneus Center, 104 Market St. 17-year-old son is at above location in a group program. He was assaulted last night by 2 boys who are also in the program. They allegedly slammed his head against a toilet. Alexander Cruz, 18, of 30 Highland St. Apt. #14C, Taunton was summonsed for A&B with dangerous weapon. Christain Joseph Soares, 18, 320 N. Main St., Brockton was summonsed for A&B with dangerous weapon.
1:18 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at 45 Sheridan St. Dray Elliott Dawson, 22, 282 Main St. Apt. #7, Brockton was charged with possession to distribute Class D drug, drug violation near school/park, and conspiracy to violate drug law. Juvenile arrest of 16-year-old for possession to distribute Class D drug, drug violation near school/park, conspiracy to violate drug law, trespassing, threatening to commit a crime, and carry dangerous weapon. Adriel Semedo, 22, 65 Hill St., Brockton was charged with possession to distribute Class D drug, drug violation near school/park, conspiracy to violate drug law, 2 counts of motor vehicle rules & regulations violations, and carry dangerous weapon.
2:10 p.m. Attempted B&E to 115 Hayward Ave. Caller states a tall black male wearing a black shirt and cut-off jeans threw a rock at the window. Thinks he was trying to get into house. He left on foot towards Main Street. He has a very small backpack.
2:55 p.m. Disturbance at Express Panda, 43 Legion Parkway. Black male sitting on a green duffel bag is throwing things and saying vulgar things to females when they go by.
4:20 p.m. A&B dangerous weapon/knife at 415 N. Montello St. & 19 Harrison Ave. Caller states AMR Ambulance reports there is a stabbing victim at above. Police report taken.
4:22 p.m. Larceny in progress at 41 Cross St. Councilor MacMillan has apprehended a youth stealing his child's bicycle. Juvenile brought home and mother notified. Victim did not wish to pursue charges.
4:44 p.m. Annoying phone calls at 67 Russell Road. Harassing phone calls and text messages. Herman Allen, 22, 59 Acme Road, Brewer, Maine was summonsed for threatening to commit a crime, annoying telephone calls and distributing obscene matter.
8:09 p.m. Larceny of a motor vehicle at the Sears parking lot. Stolen some time 9/14/11 between the hours of Noon to 9:15 p.m.
8:17 p.m. B&E motor vehicle at D.W. Field Park. Window broken and purse stolen.
8:41 p.m. Suspicious person at 22 Intervale St. Guito Mathieu, 19, 19 Harrison St. Apt. #2, Boston was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
8:47 p.m. Malicious damage to M/V at Irving’s Ace Hardware, Pleasant Street & Main Street. See the caller in the rear parking lot at Irving’s. Plymouth County BCI notified for photos.
8:53 p.m. Hit & run in progress at 17 Crescent Ave. & 391 Crescent St. Sheryl Goodloe, 55, 45 Lenox St., Brockton was charged with OUI liquor--2nd offense and marked lanes violation.
9:39 p.m. Robbery investigation at 53 Myrtle St. & 741 Warren Ave. Caller states 3 black males wearing hoodies just ripped her purse off her shoulder and fled on foot. Caller is now at Prestige Gas. Police report taken.
10:53 p.m. Overdose on East Avenue. Caller states his brother has overdosed and he is passing out. Ambulance sent.
11:22 p.m. M/V accident pedestrian on Main Street. Caller states a female was hit by a vehicle on Main Street. They are in room 1 at the ER. Victim didn't want to cooperate with the police, will follow up at a later time.
