12:21 a.m. Domestic violence investigation. 32 E. Ashland St. Baby’s mother allegedly hit him and scratched the face. She left in a blue Ford Explorer. Michelle T. Macchi, 34, of 32, E. Ashland St., Brockton was charged with A&B.

1:09 a.m. Domestic violence call. Brockton PD, 7 Commercial St. Akilah Nelson, 18, of 106 Market St., Manchester, N.H., was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon and A&B.

3:29 a.m. A&B in progress. 109 Green St., Apt. #3E. Female caller states male party allegedly hit a female and she needs police right now. She said if we didn’t hurry someone would get shot. Asked if male had a gun. She said she didn’t think so. Cold hear a male party yelling and banging at door. Second call from female states this party is tenant’s ex-boyfriend. She is outside. He is in building. Caller called back and states the party is threatening to stab people. Not sure if he has a weapon. Samual Holder, 31, of 375 Columbus Ave., Boston was charged with A&B, and larceny of drug.

6:00 a.m. Disturbance. 47 Pinehurst Ave. Caller reports a female is yelling and banging at the front door. Caller reports woman has a brick in her hand and she just broke the window. Suspect drove off in a silver SUV. Officer reports locating suspect and believes woman needs an evaluation. Her mother agreed noting it is not the first time the suspect has done this. Woman transported to Brockton Hospital.

6:24 a.m. A&B investigate. 40 Reservoir St., Apt. 209. Complainant came to PD lobby to report her baby’s father’s girlfriend allegedly hit her. Rosana Silva, 31, of 216 Pine Grove Dr., Brockton was charged with A&B.

6:38 a.m. B&E investigate. 674 Montello St. Caller states someone busted the lock and broke into his shed. Two Trek 3500 orange mountain bikes taken.

7:45 a.m. Larceny of a M/V investigation. Mass Tire, 753 Belmont St. Caller reports a 2003 Ford E150 was taken from the parking lot of above.

8:18 a.m. B&E investigation. 67 Fuller St., Apt. 1. Burglar came in through the front door and stole a laptop.

8:32 a.m. Hit & Run in progress. Brockton District Court, 215 Main St. See one of the court officers at the rear parking lot. Another party his car and allegedly tried to take off. Some of the court officers are detaining the party. Officer reports no damage to either vehicle and observed vehicles were very close, but no damage. Operator of Honda refused to give information. Officer states did not believe any contact. No exchange.

8:37 a.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. A Plus Self Storage, 20 N. Montello St. Group of homeless people out front hanging around and want them removed. Matter settled.

9:19 a.m. Domestic violence investigation. 660 Warren Ave., Apt. C. Caller stated her ex came by her house and allegedly hit her. Tanya Terry, 38, of 835 Montello St., Brockton was charged with A&B, A&B with dangerous weapon, threat to commit crime, and malicious damage to motor vehicle.

9:25 a.m. Domestic violence call. 12 Shields Ave. Seventeen-year-old caller ran to neighbor’s house to report mother’s boyfriend allegedly assaulted her and her mother. Her 7-year-old brother and 3-year-old sister are still in the house. Alleges boyfriend has assaulted them before. Mario J. Silva, 41, of 12 Shields Ave., Brockton was charged with A&B.

10:02 a.m. Malicious damage to M/V. 23 Mystic St. Tire slashed and scratches all over car. Report taken.

10:56 a.m. Malicious damage to M/V. Super 8, 385 Westgate Dr. Caller reports one of the guests had the headlight and windows of her car smashed in.

11:35 a.m. B&E home, attempted. 297 Forest Ave. Caller reports when she was in the basement someone tried to get in. She yelled and the person took off on foot. Earlier there was a male wearing a gray hoodie in the neighbor’s yard.

11:50 a.m. Code enforcement. 18 Watson St. Calls from the neighbors and a Brockton Police officer report that Pires Auto, 13 Watson St., is storing cars across the street from the shop. Three cars 72-hour tagged and unregistered. One car under a tarp does not appear to be operational and the other two are in various states of body repair. They are not licensed to do body work.

12:51 p.m. Shoplifting. K-Mart, 2001 Main St. Reports a female shoplifter is allegedly giving them a hard time. Jenna Gray, 21, of 23 Carver St., Sanford, Maine was charged with shoplifting $100+ by concealing merchandise.

1:00 p.m. Code enforcement. 18 Perkins Ave. Reported as people doing work on cars in the lot.

1:11 p.m. Code enforcement. 143 Winthrop St. Trash and debris in yard blowing all over. Two vehicles 72-hour tagged. Also, a courtesy letter will be sent to the house. After 7 days if not fixed a citation will be issued.

1:28 p.m. Code enforcement. 196 W. Harvard St. One red Mercedes has been 72-hour tagged. Neighbors have reported to City Council rats running around and grass is 3-feet high. Contacted Board of Health who tell me its been foreclosed on.

1:38 p.m. Suspicious activity. Mo’s Sneakers and Clothing, 117 Legion Parkway. Mamady Keita, 33, of 54 W. Park St., Apt. 2 was charged with indecent A&B on person 14 or over.

2:30 p.m. Disturbance. Anania Terrace. Caller states a male party with a rifle is breaking into a house on Anania. Officer reports it was a 15-year-old with a pellet rifle in the backyard. Pellet rifle was confiscated and turned in upstairs.

2:34 p.m. Disturbance by a drunk. Drunk male was escorted off the property of the Huntington School. He was heading south on Warren Avenue. White male, about 60-years-old, gray hair and mustache wearing jeans and blue jacket. He had a bottle of vodka. Called in by Brockton PD.

3:52 p.m. Gunshots call. 60 Brunswick St. & 37 Elm Ave. Caller heard one shot, then other shots that sounded like a machine gun. Air conditioner thrown out window by scrappers.

4:02 p.m. Welfare check. Brockton Public Library, 304 Main St. Male party has been sleeping in the library since 9 a.m. Go in main door, take a right and he is there. Man has urinated all over himself.

4:45 p.m. Larceny investigation. Brockton Public Library, 304 Main St. Caller states the person who stole a bike from the library yesterday is inside the building. Second call said the library is closing and asked suspect for identification. Police have been given suspect’s information, but caller is unsure if victim reported bike stolen.

5:13 p.m. Welfare check. Bank of America, 826 Belmont St., Caller reports there is a white female wearing a hospital gown waling around in the parking lot. Caller reports the woman looks like she has blood on her. Woman taken to Good Samaritan.

7:28 p.m. B&E investigated. 11 Kane St. Unknown party broke into home.

7:35 p.m. Suspicious activity. 98 Arlington St. & 1 Columbia St. One male. Evidence turned into CID. Justin Baptista Ribeiro, 18, of 102 Jacob Road, Brockton was charged with distributing a Class D drug, and drug violation near school/park.

8:10 p.m. B&E investigated. 119 Winthrop St. Caller came home to find someone has broken into her apartment.

8:33 p.m. Officer has a prisoner. Massasoit Police, 1 Massasoit Blvd. James Lubin, 23, of 108 Dora St., Providence, R.I. was charged with operating a M/V with a suspended license and M/V lights violation.

8:34 p.m. Animal complaint. 27 Snell Ave. Caller states there are 4 raccoons on his front porch and he has tried everything to remove them. He is afraid they may attack his children when they come home. Officer reports raccoons are gone, but may have killed a cat a few days ago.

9:02 p.m. Overdose. Blaine Street. Caller reports 35-year-old son has overdosed. Man taken to Brockton Hospital ER.

9:08 p.m. B&E investigate. 17 Lowell St. Caller states entry through bedroom window. Xbox, laptop and diamond ring missing. Thinks he knows who it was.

9:12 p.m. B&E investigate. 46 Baxendale Terrace. Back doctor was opened. Jewelry missing.

10:00 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner. 676 N. Main St. & 1 Vine St. Carol Wirtz, 22, of 925 N. Main St., Brockton was charged with sexual conduct for fee.

11:43 p.m. Hit and run investigate. 7 Ardsley Circle. Caller states a car drove onto his lawn and destroyed it. Caller said the car must have hit a rock in the yard because he has the license plate. Jamaal M. Rodney-Bonnette, 18, of 265 Alger St., Brockton was charged with leaving the scene of property damage.
