12:55 a.m. Check property at Brockton Council on Aging, 10 Father Kenney Way. Three people moved along and entered into the trespass system. Mark Olson, 24, 1 Morton Sq. Apt. #3, Stoughton was arrested on a foreign warrant.
1:54 a.m. Welfare check in the vicinity of 40 Calmar St. Caller states the people she is with won't let her leave the house. She did not know where she was, but State Police state she is at above location. Then a male got on the phone and said they were on Bartlett Street and hung up. 911 map is coming up in the area of 33 Calmar St. Checked 33 and 40 Calmar St. and no one being held against their will. No one at both addresses know the phone number.
9:46 a.m. Suspicious person at the Davis School, 380 Plain St. Suspicious male party tried to get into the school asking to use the bathroom. He is an Asian male wearing a gray shirt and black shorts. He has been hanging around the rear of the school. A worker is now talking to him. This is not the first time he has been on the property.
10:20 a.m. Disturbance at Salisbury Park, 284 Montello St. & 60 White Ave. Party trying to start a fire. Detail officer called it in and is walking down to meet cruiser. Pink paper filed on Neil Ferguson who allegedly has some serious mental health issues. Neil Ferguson, 72, homeless in Brockton was summonsed for burn land/tree/lumber/produce, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.
12:19 p.m. Disturbance at Keith School, 175 Warren Ave. Juvenile arrest of a 14-year-old for disturbing school.
12:56 p.m. Code enforcement at 15 Orchard Ave. Served search warrant at above. Building Dept., Board of Health, and BRA departments on board.
1:25 p.m. Code enforcement at the Apollo House, 99 Warren Ave. Tour of the property with Building, BOH and BRA on board. The owner of the property did not want me inside. I left and the State and other departments toured the building.
1:37 p.m. Code enforcement at 103 Green St. Served search warrant at above. Building, BOH and BRA on board.
2:09 p.m. Larceny investigation at Mainspring House, 54 N. Main St. Prescriptions and cellphone stolen at the shelter on Tuesday night. Two parties were arrested yesterday with victim's pills. Christopher Michael Knestaut, 31, 54 N. Main St., Brockton was summonsed for receiving stolen property under $250, larceny from building, and larceny of drug.
2:21 p.m. Code enforcement at 113 Laureston St. Served search warrant at above location.
2:32 p.m. Party unconscious on Keith Avenue. Party passed out in a red truck out front for the last 3 hours. One adult male taken to Brockton Hospital ER.
2:51 p.m. Code enforcement at 117 Laureston St. Served search warrant at above location.
3:06 p.m. Suspicious activity in the vicinity of 33 Intervale St. & 63 Bellevue Ave. One white male and 2 females allegedly went into a trailer next to Comfort Temp on the corner. The trailer is beige. Jennifer L. Newcomb, 30, 24 Mason St., S. Weymouth was charged with possession of Class B drug, and trespassing. Douglas Edward McKean, 43, 447 W. Elm St. Apt. #11, Brockton was charged with possession of Class B drug and trespassing.
4:10 p.m. Domestic violence call at 38 Clifford Ave. Caller is a 13-year-old male who states when he came home from school his father allegedly hit him with a belt. States his hands are swollen and the father is upstairs. Caller is home with two other siblings. Reginald Pluviose, 37, 38 Clifford Ave., Brockton was charged with A&B dangerous weapon on a child under 14 and possession of Class B drug.
4:12 p.m. 911 unknown emergency at 32 Minot Ave. Caller states a female is going crazy making threats and walking around with a knife. She states there is a baby in the house that has a cut on his neck possibly due to the female. Rita Marcelino, 22, 32 Minot Ave. Apt. #1, Brockton was charged with A&B dangerous weapon on a child under 14, A&B with dangerous weapon, assault with dangerous weapon, and reckless endangerment to children under 18.
4:43 p.m. Domestic violence call at 9 Pine Grove Dr. Fire on scene for medical. States there is a domestic situation going on. Ryan Mason, 17, 9 Pine Grove Dr., Brockton was summonsed for A&B.
6:51 p.m. B&E investigation at 31 Longwood Ave. Unknown party broke into home.
7:58 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at Sheridan Street & Centre Street. Derek Wojtkunski, 32, 11 Bell's Brook, Lakeville was charged with 2 counts of trafficking in heroin/morphine/opium, and drug violation near school/park.
9:15 p.m. Assault & battery in progress at the Shell Station, 253 E. Ashland St. Two white males allegedly fighting in the parking lot. Jason Charles Dorosz, 30, 25 Bennet St., Brockton was charged with a foreign warrant.
9:50 p.m. M/V accident with injuries at 796 Main St.& 1 Tribou St. Timothy Lamar Seales, 24, 133 E. Ashland St., Brockton was charged with OUI liquor & serious injury, marked lanes violation, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of property damage.
11:39 p.m. A & B dangerous weapon investigation in the vicinity of Max’s Blues Cafe, 68 Field St. Caller states a person allegedly was assaulted with a bat in front of the above location. Second call from a nurse who was calling for the victim states he was assaulted and would like to speak to an officer and file a report. Steven F. Dunn, 46, 19 Upton St., Brockton was summonsed for A&B.
