12:03 a.m. Unwanted guest disturbance at 33 Morse Ave. Caller states Daniel Rose is allegedly at her front door and refusing to leave. Second call states a male party is attempting to break into residence. He allegedly threw a brick that struck the hood and windshield of a vehicle. BCI called for photos and search of area conducted. Daniel Rose, 42, 36 McCoy St., Avon was summonsed for felony B&E a building in the night time and malicious destruction of property over $250.
2:05 a.m. Home Invasion call at Whipple Ave. One Cape Verdean male and one black male with dreads broke into the house, took things and hit his mother with a gun. States he saw them take off in an older Acura car and it looked blue or black. On call back, ETD spoke with victim who stated that one black male with dreads, wearing blue sweatshirt, carrying a gun and a Cape Verdean male wearing a gray T-shirt, also with a gun, came up to the apartment, broke the door in and put gun in his face asking for money. Caller states he believes they left in a black or blue Acura heading towards Hovenden Avenue.
9:05 a.m. B&E investigation at One Stop Auto Repair, 312 North Montello St. Metal was stolen from lot. They also had a break about 3 weeks ago which went unreported. Report taken today.
11:46 a.m. B&E investigation at 67 Winthrop St. House broken into and copper pipes stolen.
11:48 a.m. B&E investigation at 126 French Ave. Broken window and roommate's stuff in boxes and her jewelry and PlayStation and X-Box games.
2:04 p.m. Assault & battery in progress at 76 Colonel Bell Dr. Caller states female from first floor allegedly assaulted her with a set of keys. Court complaint filed on both parties. Florangel Castro, 29, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B with dangerous weapon. Sylvia Tolbert, 51, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B with dangerous weapon.
4:18 p.m. Gunshots call in the vicinity of 30 Exchange St. Caller states gun shots on Exchange Street. States they took off in a silver Toyota. Caller reports a group of people were fighting in the street, then they went behind the house and then gun shots went off. Believes someone got shot and his friends put him in the silver Toyota and took off. Caller reports it looks like someone was shot and he was put into a new Toyota and that the car fled south on Montello. Suspect-victim apparent grazing wound on the left side of head and uncooperative. He stated he "woke up that way."
4:41 p.m. M/V Stop at 850 West Chestnut St. Citation issued, party refused medical treatment for their 13-year-old child with chest pains.
6:38 p.m. Narcotic violation in progress at 158 E. Ashland St. & 81 River St. Albert J. Hampton, 21, of 164 Chestnut St., Randolph was charged with distribution of Class B drug.
7:25 p.m. Violation of 209A investigation on South Street. Caller states she has a restraining order on Michael Shanks and he allegedly walked by her house and threatened her. Michael Anthony Shanks, 55, homeless shelter in Quincy, was charged with violation of abuse prevention order.
7:57 p.m. M/V accident at 53 Market St. Justin Lee Greenberg, 25, of 265 Pallisades Circle Apt. #106, Stoughton was charged with possession to distribute Class D drug, drug violation near school/park and possession of Class B drug.
8:30 p.m. B&E investigation at 101 Myrtle St. Caller states house was broken into and laptop and desk top computer seems to be the only things missing right now.
11:42 p.m. B&E investigation at 822 Warren Ave. Someone broke into the basement in the last 5 minutes.
11:55 p.m. B&E in progress at 827 Main Street. Dana V. Raithel, 24, of 38 Beach St. Apt. #2-S, Brockton was charged with felony B&E a building at night time, possession of burglarious instrument and malicious destruction of property over $250. Mathew White, 24, of 294 Summer St., Brockton was charged with felony B&E a building in the night time, possession of burglarious instruments and malicious destruction of property over $250. Anthony J. Tortora, 24, of 708 Plain St., Brockton was charged with felony B&E a building in the night time, possession of burglarious instrument and malicious destruction of property over $250.
