12:13 a.m. Violation of 209A investigation, 200 Warren Ave. Franklin Pina, 60, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B and intimidation of a witness.
2:04 a.m. Violation of 209A investigation, 47 Clifton Ave. & 49 West Elm St. Caller states her husband is in her backyard and he is walking down Clifton and West Elm. Also states he has allegedly left threatening call on her voicemail and he has the keys to get in. Franklin Pina, 60, of Brockton was charged with 2 counts of violating abuse prevention order.
8:14 a.m. Stalking at WB Mason, 59 Centre St. Male party stalking the girls at the workplace. The male is in the bathroom. He is a black male about 5-foot, 4-inches with a mustache. The caller states he comes around bothering the girls for their numbers. They are afraid of this guy and he also makes sexual remarks.
9:37 a.m. Disturbance by a family, 50 Gardner Ave. Caller states his son is threatening family members and throwing things around. Ren Pho, 29, of Brockton was charged with 3 counts of foreign warrant.
10:22 a.m. Code enforcement, 855 Main St. Green Ford pickup with no plates and unable to get the VIN at this time. Vehicle previously tagged for city ordinance violations. Truck towed from foreclosed lot. It was tagged a month ago and no one did anything about it.
11:58 p.m. Code enforcement, 4 Sycamore Ave. Sidewalk blocked by construction debris. Citation to be sent for blocking sidewalk.
12:26 p.m. Code enforcement, 105 Hammond St. & 1 Nickerson St. Three white males got out of a vehicle and dumped a whole bunch of debris on the side of the road. License plate # given to PD.
On This day I was hit by a red sedan on Pleasant st. around 4:45PM. The driver did not help me or give me any information. She simply left right afterwards only caring for herself. I went to the police and filed a police report bu it was on the website. I went to the Emergency room need help with the hospital bill.
