5:59 a.m. B&E motor vehicle investigation. Central Glass, 127 Centre St. Company van ransacked, window broken.

8:18 a.m. Domestic violence investigation. 12 Jacob St., Apt. 1. Caller states she and her husband were up arguing all night. As he was leaving today he allegedly started throwing objects at her. David Miller, 26, of 12 Jacob. St., Apt. 1, Brockton was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon.

9:03 a.m. Home invasion. 12 Hoover Ave. Caller states her neighbor ran out of the house in underwear and a golf club. He is headed toward Leach Avenue. Ongoing problem.

9:04 a.m. Domestic violence investigate. 199 Court St., Apt. 3. Caller reports her 18-year-old brother allegedly pushed her down and hit her in the face. He has taken off and is not at home now. Joel Quiles, 18, of 199 Court St., Apt. 3, Brockton was charged with A&B.

9:16 a.m. Larceny in progress. Woodard Spring, 172 N. Montello St. Two white males taking steel from steel dumpster. Caller has both males. Suspects left prior to arrival. Caller recovered metal. Does not wish to pursue.

9:27 a.m. Code enforcement. 473 East St. Neighbor reports a large amount of traffic and cars at this address at all hours of the day and night. Officer reports there are 4 unregistered cars in the backyard. Each has been 72-hour tagged. Officer spoke to homeowner and explained the problem. Officer will contact fire department and board of health about people living in the basement. Officer states owner tells him 6 people, all his family members, live in the house.

10:05 a.m. B&E M/V. U.S. Postal Service—Vehicle Maintenance Facility, 149 Crescent St. Back window of van smashed. Tool wrecker.

12:19 a.m. Unknown emergency. 350 Crescent St. First call a female stated argument at above and refused more info. Second call reports her ex-boyfriend allegedly just threw her in the street and said he was going to stab her in the face. Ex has left the area. Third call a female states her sister is arguing in the parking lot with boyfriend and he is threatening to stab her with a knife. Dana Murray, 34, of 312 Plymouth St., Bridgewater was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, A&B, malicious destruction of property under $250, witness intimidation, and threat to commit crime.

1:09 a.m. A&B in progress. 257 Pleasant St. Party states a large group is outside fighting. States someone was just thrown against her bedroom window. Four cruisers responded. Matter settled.

1:12 a.m. A&B in progress. 47 Milton St. Spanish speaking female states there is a party and there is a fight outside. Reports a male party with possible gun. At least five cruisers responded. Matter settled.

1:53 a.m. A&B in progress. 58 Tribou St. Language barrier. Caller reports a bunch of people fighting out front. Unknown weapons. Seven cruisers responded. Matter settled.

2:07 a.m. Disturbance. 7-11, 662 Belmont St. Caller reports large group gathered in 7-11’s parking lot. Four cruisers responded. Group moved along.

2:34 a.m. Disturbance. 54 Tribou St. Party in back yard. Matter settled.

2:42 a.m. Malicious damage in progress. 165 Bates Road. Caller reports 2 kids are slashing tires on Bates Road. Last seen running south on Bates toward Centre Street. Unknown description. BCI responded for fingerprints.

3:26 a.m. Police officer has a prisoner. 866 Centre St. & 21 Ames Road. Eric Mueller, 27, of 36 Hill St., Brockton was charged with drinking in public.

3:35 a.m. Disturbance. Riverview Street. Middleboro State Police received a call from a female party stating an address and then hung up. On callback female states she had a “one night stand” with a guy named Tommy who would not leave. Now states party has left.

3:55 a.m. Disturbance. 880 Warren Ave. Side door. Two females in hallway arguing. ETD can hear yelling & sreaming. Eunice V. Andrade, 30, of 880 Warren Ave., Apt. 3, Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace and resisting arrest.

5:40 a.m. Unknown emergency. 416 Summer St. Caller reports a male party on the ground, a vehicle is parked next to him and people are screaming. Matter settled.

5:50 a.m. Malicious damageM/V investigation. 198 Bates Road. BCI responded for prints and photos.

6:29 a.m. Malicious damage M/V. 135 Bates Road. Report taken.

9:00 a.m. Larceny of a bicycle. 154 Leach Ave. Brand new green and black Mongoose bike stolen from their backyard.

9:02 a.m. B&E in progress. 145 Ellsworth St. Caller is a real estate agent handling a house that has been foreclosed and is there to clean out the house for the bank. Believes there are people in the house—possibly squatters. He stated he found sleeping bags that were not there last week. Unknown how they got in. Officer did a walk through. No one inside. Possibly got in through a broken basement window.

9:06 a.m. Larceny investigation. 237 Field St. Snow blower and fence taken.

9:16 a.m. Police officer has a prisoner. Raymond J. Gervais, 22, of 10 Douglas Ave., Apt. 1, Brockton was arrested for local warrant.

10:04 a.m. B&E investigate. Rose Nail Salon, 180 Oak St. Smashed window to candy and money from vending machine.

11:17 a.m. Domestic violence call. 92 Myrtle St. Caller states her 24-year-old daughter allegedly threw a bottle at her. Caller is bleeding from the mouth. Caller said daughter is leaving. Annette K. Powell, 24, of 4 Riverside Ave., Apt. 2, Brockton was charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon.

12:10 p.m. Larceny of M/V investigation. 45 Oberlin Road. Caller states two black males asked him if he wanted to get high. He said yes. The two men told the caller to give them the car keys, he did, and the two took off in his green Ford Taurus. Report taken.

1:28 p.m. Code enforcement. Morabeza Restaurant, 581 Main St. This is a followup on a false fire alarm. Roberto A. Alves, 37, of 10 Hervey St., Apt. 2A, Brockton was charged with false fire alarm.

2:01 p.m. Disturbance. Garcia Grocery, 886 Main St. Black male giving caller a hard time. Caller states a male came into the store arguing with someone else in another language. The black male party left the store. A female party came afterward and stated to someone in the market who was not the caller that the person should “get out of the store because he taking about shooting up the store.” Matter settled.

2:22 p.m. Shoplifting. Shaw’s Supermarket, 715 Crescent St. White female with curly brown hair, in mid 20s wearing a blue and white shirt, black spandex pants, pushing a baby stroller and carrying an expression bag. Kristi Wilkes, 22, of 52 Massasoit Ave., Brockton was charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise.

3:52 p.m. Disturbance by a family. 47 Highland St., Apt. 2. Female called and states she wants a roommate removed. While on the phone with the female a male yelled out in the background that the female threw a knife at him. The female yelled back, “There was no knife and it was thrown towards the wall.” Then she said, “Are you cut.” Report taken.

5:59 p.m. Disturbance. 52 Galen St. Caller reports 5 to 10 people out on Galen Street in a very heated argument. Caller states girls outside wanting to fight her sister. Police responded. Matter settled. Report taken.

6:46 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. 377 Chatham West Dr. Caller states ex-boyfriend just showed up and is starting trouble with the new boyfriend. Police respond. Report taken.

6:58 p.m. Malicious damage investigation. 233 Bates Road. Car tires slashed.

7:06 p.m. A&B dangerous weapon—knife. 106 Laureston St. Large crowd out front. While on the phone party states someone got stabbed. Police responded. Misunderstanding. Language barrier. There was an argument caller thought was a fight.

7:11 p.m. Unwanted guest—drunk. 16 Lawrence St. Apt. 1. Caller states being harassed by second floor neighbor. In actuality it is the caller who was the unwanted guest. Caller doesn’t live there and was drunk. Spoke with all parties involved. Caller was removed from property.

7:32 p.m. Hit & run in progress. 33 Hovendon Ave. Vignacio Garcia, 55, of 27 Blackhawk Road, Weymouth was charged with OUI liquor, leaving the scene of property damage, possession of open container of alcohol in M/V, marked lanes violation, bribe a public employee.

8:12 p.m. Gunshots call. Arthur Paquin Way. Caller states heard 5 shots. Second call from Hawthorne Street. Caller states he will hear a shot and then 2 minutes later another one. Some kind of party in the area. Officer on scene when calls came in confirms fireworks.

9:25 p.m. Threats see the complainant. Hess gas station, 261 N. Main St. Meet caller at Hess station. He is waiting across the street, but will walk over when he sees the cruiser. His girlfriend had several items stolen last week and the girl that stole them is at Hess now. He confronted her and she threatened him with a needle. Female got in a car and left the area. Clear prior to arrival.

10:55 p.m. Malicious damage investigation. Brockton French SDA Church, 235 Court St. Someone threw a rock through the garage windows.

11:21 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. 66 Chatham West Dr. Caller states there is an 18 to 20-year-old white male out front of his apartment. Caller believes it is the same male who called him earlier and the caller refused to meet him. Believes the male has now shown up at his apartment and was banging on the door telling the caller to come out and talk to him or hew would shoot him. No weapon was seen at any time. Caller claims to not have any idea who this guy is. Could not locate.

12:29 a.m. Carjacking. 1011 Centre St. Party was attacked in East Bridgewater. Someone smashed his window with a gun. Gun is still in motor vehicle. East Bridgewater on their way to take a report. BCI notified for gun recovered at scene. Hi point .380 inside victim’s motor vehicle. Suspect’s hat logged into evidence.

12:37 a.m. Disturbance. Cityside Corp., 107 Myrtle St. Caller reports people on the second floor are fighting again. Caller states he called earlier and police were there. Now they are arguing again.

1:21 a.m. Man with a gun. 101 N. Quincy St. & 128 Christopher Road. Caller reports a white male, about 6-feet tall wearing a black shirt and jeans pulled a gun on him and said “the company you keep is going to get you killed. Caller is at Budd’s store. Report taken.

1:59 a.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. 473 N. Warren Ave. Caller reports female is ringing doorbell and broke a window. He wants her removed. Party left prior to arrival. Will call back if she returns. Is going to talk to landlord to determine if he wants charges taken out.

5:11 a.m. B&E motor vehicle. 13 Williams Place. Caller reports someone broke into neighbor’s truck and took a CD player. They left on foot toward the “Y” and library on Main Street. BCI called for photos and prints.

6:26 a.m. Assist other agency. 741 N. Montello St. Check to see if Dale Hammond is at above. His GPS monitoring bracelet is not calling in. Check to see if he is there. Officer reports Hammond did answer the door and officer noticed he did have the bracelet on his ankle.

10:14 a.m. Larceny investigation. 671 W. Chestnut St. Theft of credit cards in Halifax led to numerous purchases in Brockton, including Nemo’s Market and Hess gas station. Under investigation.

10:58 a.m. B&E investigated. Public Storage, 2030 Main St. Lock was cut off unit and a car was stolen.

12:06 p.m. B&E investigated. 51 Ardsley St. Caller stated his is a real estate agent for the owner’s of this property. Someone has gained entry and stole the copper piping. Property is not in foreclosure. Owners have moved elsewhere.

12:09 p.m. 911 hang up. 19 Somerset Place. Hang up. Call back to someone crying, and hang up again. Manuel Andrade Nunes, 46, of 19 Somerset Place, Brockton was charged with A&B.

1:06 p.m. B&E investigated. 12 Terminal Place. Door was unlocked and the apartment has been ransacked. Unknown if anything has been taken. The caller has not gone through the whole apartment yet.

3:45 p.m. Domestic violence call. 420 Pearl St. Brother is going crazy has a hammer. Report taken.

4:06 p.m. Disturbance by a drunk. BB Russell School, 45 Oakdale St. Drunk male is sleeping on the field. There is a group there to play soccer and they need him to be moved along.

5:14 p.m. Violation of 209A order. 83 Elsie Road. Caller states her ex allegedly has been driving by the house and just dropped off “building permit” at the house. Richard Desrochers, 49, of 21 Linus Ave., Brockton was charged with violating an abuse prevention order.

5:46 p.m. Overdose. 560 N. Montello St. Heroin overdose. Fire en route.

6:17 p.m. B&E investigated. 437 N. Montello St. Vacant unit. Front door open. Stove and microwave missing.

9:12 p.m. Violation of a 209A order. 38 Ellsworth Ave. Caller states she has a 209A against her son. He is allegedly banging at her back door. He is a Cape Verde male and he has another male with him. William Baptiste, 45, of 38 Ellsworth Ave., Brockton was charged with violating an abuse prevention order.

9:23 p.m. Welfare check. 330 Spring St. & 82 Belmont Ave. Male is lying in the middle of the street. He is conscious but the caller states he appears to be “altered.” Man taken to Good Samaritan.

9:43 p.m. Suspicious activity. 51 Angerer Ave. & 96 Winter St. Brian Partello, 36, of 64 Winter St., Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

9:49 p.m. B&E motor vehicle investigation. 51 Wyman St. Car was broken into. GPS and brand new inspection sticker were taken.

9:59 p.m. Gunshots call. Arthur Paquin Way. Confirmed with neighbors—fireworks.

10:41 p.m. Narcotic violation in progress. Quality Inn, 1005 Belmont St. Ethel Georgakopoulos, 28, of 48 Boyd St., Brookline was charged with possession Class A drug, possession Class C drug, and possession Class D drug.

11:55 p.m. Malicious damage investigation. Lithuanian Village Caf, 128 Ames St. See the bartender. Someone threw a rock through a window. Description is of a light-skinned black male, light blue eyes, about 5-feet, 8 inches and thin build.

1:08 a.m. B&E motor vehicle investigation. 113 Copeland St. Caller states someone broke into her M/V. Her GPS and other items stolen.

1:39 a.m. A&B investigation. Asack’s Place, 571 N. Main St. Caller states he was just inside the bar and someone allegedly punched him in the face. States he will be out front waiting for an officer. Refused medical. Victim called back looking for an officer. He sounded very drunk and states he has a knife on him. Officer reports caller got his bike back and did not want to seek criminal charges.

6:47 a.m. Animal complaint. 40 Budd Ave. Raccoon fell through ceiling of his daughter’s bedroom. Caller closed the door, but raccoon is still in the room.

9:02 a.m. Suspicious person. Melrose Cemetery. N. Pearl St. Caller states at entrance to Melrose Cemetery is a black male in a blue shirt, jeans and carrying a backpack waved to caller’s wife and then went into the woods next to the cemetery. Wife says he looks like Bob Marley. Officer reports he spoke with a guy at cemetery’s maintenance shed who said the description fits a couple employees working on the grounds. Said the Bob Marley look-alike was probably trying to be neighborly.

10:42 a.m. B&E in progress. 132 Dixon Road. Caller reports neighbor’s are not home and there is a black male wearing a gray sweater, jeans, baseball cap with sunglasses on the visor is walking around the backyard near the shed. Male just ran up Dodge Street, then Dixon, then N. Quincy. Left hand was holding his pocket. Police report one officer damaged his shoes going over a fence during the chase. Kevin Walsh, 19, 29 Kingman St., Brockton was charged with felony B&E in the daytime with person in fear, felony B&E a building in the daytime and disturbing the peace.

11:45 a.m. M/V accident with injuries. 370 Oak St. Accident on Oak Street. Both cars towed, hospital visited and citations issued. Also, ICE was notified as the operator of vehicle 2 may be wanted by ICE. Alcina Oliveira, 36, of 121 Highland Road, Abington was charged with unlicensed operation of M/V.

1:14 p.m. B&E M/V investigation. 23 Montello St. Cable company truck was broken into. Will come to the station.

1:33 p.m. Domestic violence investigated. 111 Green St. Caller states she was visiting her friend from across the hall when she heard a male screaming for help. She then followed the voice to Apt. 4. The door was unlocked and when she went in she found a disabled man in bed who told her to call police. The man said his wife allegedly beat him and left. Joanna S. Mirabito, 56, of 111 Green St., Apt. 4, Brockton was charged with A&B.

1:46 p.m. B&E investigation. 270 Plain St. Several items taken.

5:01 p.m. Rape investigation. Battles Farm Road. Mother is in the lobby to report her daughter is a victim of statutory rape. Vladimir Cesaire, 19, of 331 Chatham West Dr., Brockton was charged with statutory rape of a child.

5:06 p.m. A&B in progress. Spring St. The caller, a mail carrier, reports a white male waring a gray hoodie with a blue stripe and camouflage pants allegedly just hit a white female a few times in the face. The female is now learning against a building. Caller believes they might be homeless. Richard Moniz, 51, of 54 N. Main St., Brockton was charged with A&B and default warrant.

6:07 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner. Veronica Copeland, 48, of 832 Centre St., Brockton was charged with trafficking in cocaine, possession to distribute Class D drug, and possession to distribute Class E drug.

6:32 p.m. Threats see the complainant. Robert E. Joseph, 39, of 203 Prospect St., Brockton was charged with threat to commit crime.

7:51 p.m. A&B investigated. Shaw’s Supermarket, 641 Belmont St. Caller states someone just drove by and hit her with an egg in the parking lot. She has license plate number. Registered owner of vehicle could not be reached at this time. Officer will follow up another time.

8:33 p.m. Violation of a 209A order. 21 Highland St. Jonathan Langston, 27, of 2 Birch Road, Randolph was charged with three counts of violating an abuse prevention order.

8:35 p.m. Domestic violence call. 70 Banks St. Emanual Council, 25, of 15 Columbia St., Brockton was charged with A&B.

9:47 p.m. 911 unknown emergency. 165 Montello St. & 106 School St. Caller states there is a male party on the ground screaming and bleeding. He got up and ran to Irving’s gas station. Unknown caller from Cardoso Café states a male was robbed of his cell phone by knife. Victim ran to gas station.

11:39 p.m. Larceny in progress. Cumberland Farms, 1205 Belmont St. Adult female putting several items in her purse. Matter settled.

11:44 p.m. Disturbance by a drunk. Tedeschi’s, 304 Belmont St. Drunk male out in the parking lot is harassing customers. Somebody just caught him trying to force a car door open. He is now back in the store. Cancel call. Party left.

11:46 p.m. Domestic violence investigation. 86 Webster St. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly just beat her up. He has left the apartment. Thomas A. Cargill, 59, of 86 Webster St., Brockton was charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon, assault to murder, A&B, and intimidating a witness.

12:21 a.m. Domestic violence investigation. 32 E. Ashland St. Baby’s mother allegedly hit him and scratched the face. She left in a blue Ford Explorer. Michelle T. Macchi, 34, of 32, E. Ashland St., Brockton was charged with A&B.

1:09 a.m. Domestic violence call. Brockton PD, 7 Commercial St. Akilah Nelson, 18, of 106 Market St., Manchester, N.H., was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon and A&B.

3:29 a.m. A&B in progress. 109 Green St., Apt. #3E. Female caller states male party allegedly hit a female and she needs police right now. She said if we didn’t hurry someone would get shot. Asked if male had a gun. She said she didn’t think so. Cold hear a male party yelling and banging at door. Second call from female states this party is tenant’s ex-boyfriend. She is outside. He is in building. Caller called back and states the party is threatening to stab people. Not sure if he has a weapon. Samual Holder, 31, of 375 Columbus Ave., Boston was charged with A&B, and larceny of drug.

6:00 a.m. Disturbance. 47 Pinehurst Ave. Caller reports a female is yelling and banging at the front door. Caller reports woman has a brick in her hand and she just broke the window. Suspect drove off in a silver SUV. Officer reports locating suspect and believes woman needs an evaluation. Her mother agreed noting it is not the first time the suspect has done this. Woman transported to Brockton Hospital.

6:24 a.m. A&B investigate. 40 Reservoir St., Apt. 209. Complainant came to PD lobby to report her baby’s father’s girlfriend allegedly hit her. Rosana Silva, 31, of 216 Pine Grove Dr., Brockton was charged with A&B.

6:38 a.m. B&E investigate. 674 Montello St. Caller states someone busted the lock and broke into his shed. Two Trek 3500 orange mountain bikes taken.

7:45 a.m. Larceny of a M/V investigation. Mass Tire, 753 Belmont St. Caller reports a 2003 Ford E150 was taken from the parking lot of above.

8:18 a.m. B&E investigation. 67 Fuller St., Apt. 1. Burglar came in through the front door and stole a laptop.

8:32 a.m. Hit & Run in progress. Brockton District Court, 215 Main St. See one of the court officers at the rear parking lot. Another party his car and allegedly tried to take off. Some of the court officers are detaining the party. Officer reports no damage to either vehicle and observed vehicles were very close, but no damage. Operator of Honda refused to give information. Officer states did not believe any contact. No exchange.

8:37 a.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. A Plus Self Storage, 20 N. Montello St. Group of homeless people out front hanging around and want them removed. Matter settled.

9:19 a.m. Domestic violence investigation. 660 Warren Ave., Apt. C. Caller stated her ex came by her house and allegedly hit her. Tanya Terry, 38, of 835 Montello St., Brockton was charged with A&B, A&B with dangerous weapon, threat to commit crime, and malicious damage to motor vehicle.

9:25 a.m. Domestic violence call. 12 Shields Ave. Seventeen-year-old caller ran to neighbor’s house to report mother’s boyfriend allegedly assaulted her and her mother. Her 7-year-old brother and 3-year-old sister are still in the house. Alleges boyfriend has assaulted them before. Mario J. Silva, 41, of 12 Shields Ave., Brockton was charged with A&B.

10:02 a.m. Malicious damage to M/V. 23 Mystic St. Tire slashed and scratches all over car. Report taken.

10:56 a.m. Malicious damage to M/V. Super 8, 385 Westgate Dr. Caller reports one of the guests had the headlight and windows of her car smashed in.

11:35 a.m. B&E home, attempted. 297 Forest Ave. Caller reports when she was in the basement someone tried to get in. She yelled and the person took off on foot. Earlier there was a male wearing a gray hoodie in the neighbor’s yard.

11:50 a.m. Code enforcement. 18 Watson St. Calls from the neighbors and a Brockton Police officer report that Pires Auto, 13 Watson St., is storing cars across the street from the shop. Three cars 72-hour tagged and unregistered. One car under a tarp does not appear to be operational and the other two are in various states of body repair. They are not licensed to do body work.

12:51 p.m. Shoplifting. K-Mart, 2001 Main St. Reports a female shoplifter is allegedly giving them a hard time. Jenna Gray, 21, of 23 Carver St., Sanford, Maine was charged with shoplifting $100+ by concealing merchandise.

1:00 p.m. Code enforcement. 18 Perkins Ave. Reported as people doing work on cars in the lot.

1:11 p.m. Code enforcement. 143 Winthrop St. Trash and debris in yard blowing all over. Two vehicles 72-hour tagged. Also, a courtesy letter will be sent to the house. After 7 days if not fixed a citation will be issued.

1:28 p.m. Code enforcement. 196 W. Harvard St. One red Mercedes has been 72-hour tagged. Neighbors have reported to City Council rats running around and grass is 3-feet high. Contacted Board of Health who tell me its been foreclosed on.

1:38 p.m. Suspicious activity. Mo’s Sneakers and Clothing, 117 Legion Parkway. Mamady Keita, 33, of 54 W. Park St., Apt. 2 was charged with indecent A&B on person 14 or over.

2:30 p.m. Disturbance. Anania Terrace. Caller states a male party with a rifle is breaking into a house on Anania. Officer reports it was a 15-year-old with a pellet rifle in the backyard. Pellet rifle was confiscated and turned in upstairs.

2:34 p.m. Disturbance by a drunk. Drunk male was escorted off the property of the Huntington School. He was heading south on Warren Avenue. White male, about 60-years-old, gray hair and mustache wearing jeans and blue jacket. He had a bottle of vodka. Called in by Brockton PD.

3:52 p.m. Gunshots call. 60 Brunswick St. & 37 Elm Ave. Caller heard one shot, then other shots that sounded like a machine gun. Air conditioner thrown out window by scrappers.

4:02 p.m. Welfare check. Brockton Public Library, 304 Main St. Male party has been sleeping in the library since 9 a.m. Go in main door, take a right and he is there. Man has urinated all over himself.

4:45 p.m. Larceny investigation. Brockton Public Library, 304 Main St. Caller states the person who stole a bike from the library yesterday is inside the building. Second call said the library is closing and asked suspect for identification. Police have been given suspect’s information, but caller is unsure if victim reported bike stolen.

11:34 a.m. B&E motor vehicle investigation at Brockton High School, 470 Forest Ave. Caller states her purse was taken from her car while at Brockton H.S. while watching child play soccer.

4:25 a.m. Disturbance at the Country Inn, 50 Christy's Dr. Caller from the front desk states there is a group of people in a room being very loud. Bianca Trammel, 23, 267 Grove St. Apt. #D6, Brockton was charged with trespassing. Shanna A. Ellison, 22, 24 Bridle Path Circle, Apt. #251, Randolph was charged with trespassing, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and a foreign warrant. Michael Goncalves, 20, 11 Ward St., Randolph was charged with trespassing, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, and interfering with police officer in performance of duty.

9:24 a.m. Rape investigation. Caller stated she was raped last week. Caller is waiting in the lobby to speak to police about the incident.

9:34 a.m. Missing person call from 51 Frankton Ave. Caller's uncle Ryon Hanson a black male with Alzheimer's, has been missing for an hour or more. He is wearing a light gray shirt with red writing, dark gray fleece, blue jeans, hat with red stripes and black sneakers. He is about 6-feet, 2-inches in his 50s. When the bus came to pick him up he was not there. Plymouth County was notified for a reverse 911 call to go out to all of Brockton.

10:49 a.m. Assist fire or ambulance at 43 Auburn St. Ronald J. Yurkievich, 62, 68 Coral St., Brockton was summonsed with 4 counts of assault with dangerous weapon, 2 counts of assault on ambulance personnel, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.

11:49 a.m. M/V accident pedestrian at 18 Main St. & 91 Franklin St. Caller states a gray car backed down Franklin Street allegedly hitting a male party and took off. Adilson J. Gomes, 29, 210 Chatham West Dr., Brockton was summonsed for operating M/V with license suspended, leaving the scene of personal injury, and crosswalk violation.

1:51 p.m. Larceny investigation at Vicente’s Tropical Grocery, 689 Main St. Caller states Hispanic male with trim beard, blue shirt and blue jeans walking north on Main Street. The suspect is on video a couple of times a week and goes into store and takes a case of Enfamil. Under police investigation.

1:56 p.m. Larceny investigation at RK Market, 77 Legion Parkway. See the caller at the above location. He states that a party stole his wallet and it is on film. Police report taken.

3:31 p.m. M/V accident--pedestrian at Torrey Street & 571 Belmont St. Blue mini van hit a teen female on a bike. The female is located behind the kettle ball gym. The driver of the blue van took off heading toward Shaw’s parking lot. Party transported to Good Samaritan Hospital for minor injuries. No plate at this time. Officer to follow up with possible video at Shaw’s.

1:54 a.m. Welfare check in the vicinity of 40 Calmar St. Caller states the people she is with won't let her leave the house. She did not know where she was, but State Police state she is at above location. Then a male got on the phone and said they were on Bartlett Street and hung up. 911 map is coming up in the area of 33 Calmar St. Checked 33 and 40 Calmar St. and no one being held against their will. No one at both addresses know the phone number.

9:46 a.m. Suspicious person at the Davis School, 380 Plain St. Suspicious male party tried to get into the school asking to use the bathroom. He is an Asian male wearing a gray shirt and black shorts. He has been hanging around the rear of the school. A worker is now talking to him. This is not the first time he has been on the property.

She states there is a baby in the house that has a cut on his neck possibly due to the female. 12:32 a.m. Hold-up alarm at 7-Eleven- 65 Oak St. Ext. Silent hold-up alarm. Two males came in and they have been a problem in the store before. The clerk told them to leave and he wasn't going to sell them anything. They said if he wasn't going to sell them anything they would just take what they want. There was an altercation and one of the males grabbed the clerk by his shirt and tried to rip his name tag off. They have since fled the store and believe the clerk got the registration of the car.

7:40 a.m. Domestic violence call at 162 Mulberry St. Caller on phone is crying stating she is having a problem with baby's father. States he allegedly hit her in the face and party is still in apartment. Antonio Masedo Morales, 31, 162 Mulberry St. Apt. #2, Brockton was charged with A&B and intimidation of a witness.

They asked where their money was and they assaulted her 16-year-old grandson. Two males had black hoodies and sweat pants. Another male was wearing a gray hoodie and hat with gray sweat pants. The other male had a gray hoodie and gray sweat pants. Caller states her grandson's laptop and cell phone were taken.

6:03 p.m. Narcotics investigation at 200 North Cary St. Amanda Flores, 24, of 818 Crescent St., East Bridgewater was charged with 2 counts of possession of Class B drug. Neftali S. Morales, 22, of 38 West Elm Terrace Apt. #12, Brockton was charged with distribute Class B drug and possession to distribute Class B drug.

9:45 p.m. Overdose reported at 54 Kingman Ave. Heroin overdose and male party was sent to Brockton Hospital.

10:15 p.m. Man with a gun reported at Georgio’s Roast Beef and Pizza- 1041 Pearl St. Male in a white pick-up truck waving a gun out the window and pulled into lot. Refer to prior arrest.

10:29 p.m. Domestic violence call at 58 Walnut St. Caller is 24-years-old and states father allegedly tried to kill her and mother. He tried to stab caller when she shut the door on him and stated he has a gun and a knife. Caller stated father had 18-year-old sister outside and afraid he was going to kill her. The father doesn't live there. Second call from 17-year-old stating her father is outside and trying to kill her mother. States the father has a turkey knife and is going to stick her. David Alicea, 48, of 58 Walnut St., Brockton was charged with felony B&E a building at night time, and three counts of assault with dangerous weapon.
