12:06 a.m. Disturbance at Highland Street and Goddard Road. Caller reports 3 guys outside being loud and waking up neighbors. Police respond and matter settled.
1:36 a.m. Caller reports at Boylston Street and Belmont Street in front of Bay State Physical Therapy a male and female in a red Mitsubishi are arguing. Police respond and escort drunk female to Belmont Street residence.
2:00 a.m. Animal complaint on Woodland Avenue. Caller reports a dog outside barking and has been going on for a couple of days and the dog is chained and left out in the rain. Police respond and report no barking dog or any signs of the chain.
2:26 a.m. Caller from Eleventh Avenue residence reports that a male with dark hair ran to their house and was bleeding from his mouth. The victim stated that they are going to kill him and he ran thru the caller’s backyard. Caller reports that people across the street got into a dark colored pick up truck.
A second caller reported that 2 males in a blue Dodge pick up truck came in his house and hit him with a bottle and then he ran out of his house. He believes they are going to Randolph. Victim doesn’t want to press charges.
2:36 a.m. Motor vehicle stop at Franklin Street and Montello Street. Jose Figueroa, 27, of Stoughton was summonsed for allegedly operating a MV with a suspended license.
3:13 a.m. Caller in the vicinity of North Main Street and Haverhill Street reports that she lent out for crack her 2004 gray Subaru Legacy earlier in the night and finally the keys and vehicle were returned. Caller states she is going back to Duxbury.
3:52 a.m. Alarm button hold-up going off at the Mobil Gas on North Pearl Street. No hold-up, customers were fighting and then smashing their cars into each other before leaving. Police respond and matter settled and no one found in area.
6:08 a.m. Report of a motor vehicle accident at Longwood Ave and Tribou Street. Caller reports that a car hit a tree and the party ran off and others are still in the car. Another caller reports 3 other young kids got out the car and one has a bloody face. A heavy set female is yelling not to leave her brother behind. All the parties in the SUV are white, 1 female and 3 males.
Caller reports heard them saying to call a cab. Laundry and mail in crashed vehicle. BPD investigate and last cab requested to go to Highland Street. All clear in that area and registered owner of vehicle is confirmed. Matter still under investigation.
6:20 a.m. Motor vehicle accident at Centre Street and 1 Gladstone Street involving 3cars with injuries. Police and ambulance respond and transport one male to Brockton Hospital ER. Police report taken.
6:22 a.m. Report of a brown pitbull on Glenwood Street running around and barking at everyone. Animal Control responded and secured dog.
7:03 a.m. John Knapp, 41, of Brockton was summonsed for alleged larceny of drugs and assault and battery on Warren Avenue.
8:45 a.m. Caller reports at 686 North Montello Street they are a contractor working on the abandoned building and when he arrived the door was locked from the inside leading him to believe there is some one inside. Police charged Mauro Cabral, 21, of Brockton with felony B&E of a building at nighttime.
8:56 a.m. Gregory Carroll, 43, of Holbrook was charged with a warrant from another agency. He was found in vicinity of the 80 block of Warren Avenue.
9:52 a.m. 911 hang up on East Avenue. Police investigate and child playing with phone. Matter settled.
10:30 a.m. Disturbance at Habit Management Institute on 180 Centre Street. Report of a male in a navy blue BMW just peeled out of clinic and heading toward hospital. Police respond and unfounded.
10:37 a.m. Motor vehicle broken into on Longwood Avenue. Police report taken.
12:09 p.m. MV accident with injuries at 128 Hayward Avenue. Caller reports that a tree fell on their truck and wires are down and a fire on the grass. Police, Fire and ambulance respond. Report taken.
12:30 p.m. (see earlier 6:08 a.m.) Report of a suspicious person in the area of Tribou Street and the 800 block of Warren Avenue. Caller reports that a white male is going door to door and asking about his truck that was in an accident. Residents find it odd because the man is stating that the police won’t give him any information on his car. He is described as a white, bald male with a black shirt and shorts, white shoes and has a limp.
12:45 p.m. Male found and having possible allergic reaction to narcotics. Transported to Brockton Hospital ER and admitted to using crack and reported that he traded his Dodge Durango for crack that was reportedly involved in a 6:08 a.m. accident.
1:01 p.m. Snell Street resident reports that home broken into. Caller thinks their oldest son might have something to do with it. Police report taken.
1:15 p.m. Larceny of a MV license plate on Tremont Street. Police report taken.
1:26 p.m. Brockton Housing Authority on Stillman Avenue reports that a youth running around the building from maintenance man with some type of pipe. Police investigate and report that the youth was carrying a “bong” pipe. Verbal trespass issued.
1:30 p.m. Larceny of MV on Bishop Street. Items stolen from car and police report taken.
1:37 p.m. Assault and battery in progress in the vicinity of Oak Street and Pine Grove Drive. Reports of a black male teen and black female teen fighting on the corner. Police respond and locate the female but uncooperative and unable to locate the male. Matter settled.
1:43 p.m. Charles Daniel DeJesus, 19, of Brockton was summonsed for allegedly operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license near the 400 block of Main Street.
2:36 p.m. Motor vehicle stop on 115 East Ashland Street. Antonio Manuel Zamora, 24, of Brockton was charged with alleged unlicensed operation of a MV and no inspection sticker.
3:10 p.m. Malicious damage to motor vehicle. Caller from Cary Street reports that someone opened the hood to their car and cut some of the wires to the engine. Police report taken.
3:17 p.m. Unwanted drunk guest at the Dunkin Donuts on Montello Street. Reports of a male out front bothering the customers. His private parts are allegedly hanging out and he is soiled all over. Police report male party age 48 has his shirt hanging out of his zipper and not his private parts and he was transported to Brockton Hospital because his urine was burning.
3:23 p.m. Gladwood Street resident called and reports that husband came home drunk and is allegedly assaulting her. The husband said that his wife allegedly smashed a bottle across his face and he is bleeding and needs an ambulance. Police charged Todd Bubello, 32, of Brockton with assault and battery and summonsed Kimberlee G. Bubello, 35, of Brockton with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
4:39 p.m. Guest was robbed at gunpoint in room 332 at the Holiday Inn on 405 Westgate Drive. Front desk called in and stated victim was allegedly robbed in his room at gunpoint by 4 Hispanic males. All 4 had guns and left in a white VW Jetta. Police report taken.
4:41 p.m. Report of youths throwing rocks at passing trains in the vicinity of 200 Oak Hill Way. MBTA police will handle.
4:54 p.m. Welfare check on a patient at Brockton Hospital. Patient fled the hospital with an IV in his arm. He is 31 yrs old, 5-feet tall with a stocky build and bald. Party left on foot and lives in Brockton. Police search area but could not locate subject.
6:46 p.m. Chatham West Drive resident reports that XBox and games stolen from house. Police report taken.
7:07 p.m. Escaped male patient with just a johnny on going out the front door of Caritas Good Samaritan Medical Center. Police assistance required and adult male is sectioned 12 and returned to the hospital.
7:23 p.m. Caller at Dunkin Donuts at 1775 Main Street reports they were hit in the head with an unknown weapon and assailant took and strangled his pitbull puppy. Suspect took off in green Buick. Police investigating.
7:31 p.m. House on West Elm Street was broken into, back door was wide open. Police report taken.
7:51 p.m. Caller reports that her purse was stolen at the Brockton Mini Mart on Pleasant Street. Police report taken.
8:11 p.m. Parking violation at Sidelines Sports Bar & Pub at 235 East Ashland Street. Two cars w/o placard parked in the handicap spot. One vehicle had a placard and the other was immediately moved.
9:41 p.m. Keith Avenue resident reports that a large rock just smashed through their window. Police investigating.
10:07 p.m. MVA with injuries at 685 North Montello Street and Ames Street. Vehicle reportedly hit a pole. Jeaneddy J. Figaro, 27, of Dorchester was summonsed for allegedly negligent operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes violation.
11:23 p.m. Welfare check on person inside the Harbor One Credit Union ATM at 68 Legion PKWY. Matter settled and homeless male moved along out of ATM.

1:31 a.m. Motor vehicle stop at 452 Belmont Street and Pioneer Avenue. Michael A. Leblanc, 21, of Brockton was charged with operating a MV with a suspended license and a default warrant.
5:35 a.m. Willie Watson, 53, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery and foreign warrant. Female states that her boyfriend allegedly threatened to kill her and took her medication.
5:36 a.m. In the vicinity of West Ashland Street report of a 1994 black Honda Civic stolen. Police report taken.
5:47 a.m. Larceny of MV license plate on Leach Avenue. Police report taken.
7:15 a.m. Malicious damage to a MV on Roch Circle. Chevy Trail Blazer has smashed back window, rock still at the end of driveway.
7:38 a.m. Sansom Street resident reports that their car was scratched. Police report taken.
8:30 a.m. Recovered stolen motor vehicle on Vesey Street. Black 1994 Honda CP Civic found with some missing wheels.
8:48 a.m. West Street doctor’s office broken into during night. Police report taken and BCI notified.
8:49 a.m. Black 1994 Honda Accord stolen from Standish Avenue within the past 20 minutes. All points bulletin to area police.
8:54 a.m. Assault and battery in progress at Montello Street and 116 Crescent Street. Caller states 2 males, one wearing a light shirt and a black hat following a female and trying to attack her. Caller also states that they are hit men from the “Yankees” and they also wanted to kill him and they have other “Hit Men”. Police respond and nothing showing based upon the alleged statements made by the caller. 33-year-old male caller taken to Brockton Hospital ER for a medical evaluation.
9:27 a.m. Walkover Commons on Perkins Avenue reports 2 cars broken into. Damage to the car door and a radio stolen. Police report taken.
10:24 a.m. B&E investigation to a vacant building at 1020 West Chestnut Street. Police report taken and BCI notified.
10:44 a.m. Joshua A Simeone, 17, of Brockton was charged with unlawfully carrying a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition, assault with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery to collect a loan, defacing serial # of firearm and felon in possession of a firearm.
Police responded to reports of a man with a gun at the Registry of Motor Vehicles parking lot at 490 Forest Avenue.
Police report states a white or Hispanic male about 5’4, short hair, thin build and wearing a green shirt allegedly has a gun under his shirt and he got out of a blue Lincoln Town and Country and was arguing with a white female and he allegedly pulled a gun on her. Police responded and BCI notified.
11:45 a.m. Pondview Circle resident reports that someone broke into their home while they were sleeping and stole some items. Police report taken and BCI notified.
12:17 p.m. B&E investigation at a Belmont Street residence. Police report taken and BCI notified.
12:17 p.m. Caller from Northfield Street reports that she is arguing with her boyfriend and he allegedly threatened to assault her and ripped the phone out of the wall. Jerry Michaud, 46, of Brockton was charged with malicious destruction of property and intimidation of a witness.
12:34 p.m. Caller reports that they are in front of a Plain Street residence and a white female got out of the cab and allegedly refused to pay and entered the above residence. Diane E Blanchard, 47, of Brockton was summonsed for larceny under $250.
12:57 p.m. MV stop on Battles Street. Nicholas C Deangelis, 24, of Brockton was charged with drug violation near a school or park and possession to distribute a Class A drug.
4:09 p.m. Nicholson Drive resident reports that air conditioner is out of window and doesn’t know if anyone is in there. Police report taken.
5:18 p.m. Bryon K Savage, 53, of Brockton was summonsed for assault and battery. Green Street caller reports that suspect allegedly beat her boyfriend and starting running after him with a fence clip. Complaint filed.
6:03 p.m. Dunkin Donuts on Montello Street reports that a male in the bathroom is refusing to leave, he was there yesterday and allegedly stole some money from an employee, he was told not to come back.
6:53 p.m. Carl Avenue resident reports that a female party allegedly hit her in the stomach and wants her removed. Kimberly Bobulis, 35, of Brockton was summonsed for assault and battery.
7:31 p.m. Area of Drew Avenue and East Ashland Street report of a white male in his 40s wearing a gray T-shirt and camouflage shorts walking west on East Ashland and looking into parked cars with a flashlight. Police respond and check area and could not locate anyone.
7:55 p.m. Salisbury Street resident reports 2 adults and 4-5 baby large fluffy white birds in the corner of their property and they are afraid to go out and get attacked. Matter settled and birds sent along.
8:46 p.m. Forest Avenue resident reports larceny of tires. Police report taken.
11:27 p.m. Edwin P Laplante, 52, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery after police responded to a Florence Street residence caller who reported that her husband allegedly tried to kill her.

12:07 a.m. Suspicious motor vehicle stop at Bellevue Avenue and 33 Intervale Street. Guito Mathieu, 18, of Boston, Frank J Webb III, 18, of Brockton and Malcom Jamal Desir, 19, of Brockton were each charged with possession to distribute a Class B drug and conspiracy to violate drug law.
2:01 a.m. Assault and battery investigation by police. Fireman was assaulted by unknown party on Green Street. One from a group walking down Green Street and Glenwood Street were spitting at the fire truck. Party fled towards Pleasant Street.
9:30 a.m. Ettrick Street resident reports that GPS stolen from motor vehicle. Police report taken.
9:38 a.m. Prostitution report in the area of North Main Street and Emerson Ave. White female with brown hair, wearing blue jeans and a white hoodie at the corner. Party was checked out and no warrants and moved along.
10:23 a.m. Larceny of a bicycle on Arthur Street. Police report taken.
10:36 a.m. Aurelio Tacuri Guaman, 31, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a caller reported that they needed to pick up their belongings at an Owns Avenue residence.
10:57 a.m. Area of South Street and 1112 Main Street are reports of 2 pitbulls wondering around the area. Animal Control responds and both animals found and in custody.
11:04 a.m. Manuel A. Junior, 20, of Brockton was summonsed for threatening to commit a crime. Caller reported that ex-fiance allegedly made threats against her.
11:40 a.m. Samuel J. Leclair, 59, of Brockton was summonsed for allegedly shoplifting more than $100. Police responded to Sears at Westgate Drive for a shoplifting report.
12:09 p.m. Dunkin Donuts on North Main Street reports a homeless male in his 60s is asking customers for money and refusing to leave and calling the manager names. Police respond and matter settled.
12:48 p.m. Longwood Avenue caller reports that vehicle had items taken from it. They discovered the crime at 8:30a.m. but did not call the police. They walked in at approximately 12:51p.m. to report this incident in the BPD lobby.
12:57 p.m. Stolen from out front of the Brockton Public Library at 304 Main Street was a 2002 light brown Chevy Trailblazer. Suspect was a black, heavy set male in his 30s wearing a black shirt and jeans. Caller lost their keys inside and the suspect found them and stole the car.
1:31 p.m. MV stop at 200 Thatcher Street. Police issue a summons to Manuel Alfredo Lopez, 26, of Brockton for unlicensed operation of a MV and speeding.
2:50 p.m. Assault and battery in progress at the Family Dollar Store at 190 Oak Street. Juvenile arrest of a 15-year-old. Police charged the juvenile with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and drug violation near a school or park.
2:51 p.m. Francia T. Toussaint, 27, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery after police responded to a call from a Kingston Street residence. Caller stated that she and her live-in boyfriend were having a dispute, when she tried to leave he allegedly blocked and grabbed her and she allegedly bit him.
3:46 p.m. Hit and run investigation of an unknown MV hitting a fire hydrant at Brockton High School. Police report taken.
3:50 p.m. Reports of male out in front of Dunkin Donuts on Montello Street harassing customers. Police respond and matter settled.
4:41 p.m. Caller states that his ex-wife is allegedly threatening him at the Cape Verdean Association on North Montello Street. Luisa Morais, 42, of Brockton was summonsed for threatening to commit a crime.
4:42 p.m. Joshua S. Thomas Cooper, 22, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a disturbance on Melrose Street.
4:53 p.m. Assault & battery in progress at Stillman Avenue. Reports of people fighting in the courtyard. Three juveniles arrested and one adult. 15-year-old was charged with affray and Civil Rights violation. 16-year old was charged with affray and resisting arrest. Another 16-year-old was charged with assault and battery, threatening to commit a crime, disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct. Joelene Cataqet, 22, of Brockton was summonsed for threatening to commit a crime. During the arrests a Brockton Police officer injured his right knee and shin area.
5:33 p.m. Centre Street resident reports that their fence was damaged. Police report taken.
5:44 p.m. Perkins Street resident reports that GPS was stolen. Police report taken.
11:17 p.m. Robert A. Williams, 21, of Brockton was summonsed for disturbing the peace, threatening to commit a crime and assault and battery on a police officer. Police responded to a call for a Chatham West Drive residence who reported an apartment allegedly has been trashed.
11:50 p.m. Robbery investigation at the Hess gas station on 261 North Main Street. Caller reports that they were at the station and a 6’ male wearing a blue or black jacket jumped him and took his neck chain and ran to a small car and fled. Police report taken.

2:00 a.m. Caller on Frankton Avenue reports that 2 males are trying to steal the tires off their neighbors’ vehicle. The males are driving an old, black Ford truck . One male is heavy and Hispanic and the other is skinny. Both are wearing gray hoodies. The car alarm is going off and they are running back into their vehicle and heading toward Montello. Police report taken.
6:20 a.m. Larceny of a MV investigation. Battles Farm Drive resident reports their 1997 blue Honda SE Civic was stolen. Police report taken.
6:24 a.m. Annis Court resident reports that someone damaged their Toyota Camry. Police report taken.
6:36 a.m. Mulberry Street resident reports that someone stole all 4 tires off their car. 2007 Acura was damaged. Police report taken.
7:22 a.m. Raymond M Deneault, 47, of Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct, trespassing and disturbing the peace. Police responded to Mainspring House after a caller reported that a white male was sitting on the front steps and allegedly yelling racial slurs at people going by and won’t leave the property.
8:24 a.m. Caller from Ash Street reports that 18-year-old-son allegedly threw rocks at their car and kicked in apartment door. Cameron A. Keith, 18, of Brockton was summonsed for malicious damage to a motor vehicle.
9:44 a.m. Larceny of a M/V license plate on North Montello Street near the 730 block. Police report taken.
10:19 a.m. B&E investigation at 263 Grove Street. Caller manages property and radiators and kitchen cabinets were taken. Plymouth County BCI notified for photos.
12:17 p.m. James Street resident reports that someone threw a rock through the front door. Police report taken.
12:22 p.m. Caller reported that at the Brockton Post Office on Commercial Street a female driving a gold Audi allegedly tried to hit her. Patricia Zinnack, 43, of Brockton was summonsed for assault and threatening to commit a crime.
1:25 p.m. Larceny investigation from a caller that reports items were taken out of their car parked at the YMCA at 850 West Chestnut Street. Police report taken.
4:54 p.m. Hit and run investigation at 798 Oak Street and Pine Grove Drive. Small blue car involved. Found suspect MV at 700 Oak Street at Walmart.
5:44 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at 42 L Street. Toby A. Brown, 49, of Brockton was summonsed for operating a MV with a suspended license, failure to stop or yield and no inspection sticker.
5:51 p.m. Caller reports that she has a 209a against a Sualy Abreau and that they just allegedly approached her MV and yelled at her and smashed her MV window. Sualy Abreau, 27, of Brockton was summonsed for prevention order violation and malicious damage to motor vehicle.
6:47 p.m. Caller from Green Street reports that her husband was allegedly assaulted by a neighbor. Confessor Castro, 57, of Brockton was summonsed for assault and battery.
9:13 p.m. Caller from 106 West Chestnut Street states party that was escorted out earlier is back. Yvette Jonassaint, 37, of Brockton was charged with violation of harassment prevention order.
10:22 p.m. Disturbance at Walgreens at 711 Centre Street. Male to the left of the front door harassing patrons as they come and go. Male transported to Brockton Hospital ER for evaluation.
11:25 p.m. Battles Farm Drive resident reports that ex-boyfriend is allegedly banging at her door and is drunk and refusing to leave. Steven Lopez, 26, of Brockton was summonsed for assault and battery and malicious destruction of property over $250.
11:33 p.m. Holmes Street resident reports that ex-boyfriend is allegedly yelling and swearing at her and she wants him removed. Frederick Harrison, 45, of Brockton was summonsed for assault and battery and threatening to commit a crime.

1:00 a.m. Sheppard Street resident reports that he was beat up but has no info. Alleged suspect is a tall Cape Verdean male with dreadlocks, no further description. Police report taken.
1:53 a.m. Gunshots call in front of 517 North Warren Avenue. 5-6 gunshots allegedly fired. Police investigate.
2:11 a.m. Disturbance call in the vicinity of 11 Crescent Street. Wallace Fincher, 27, of Winthrop was charged with assault and battery on a police officer, interfering with a police officer in performance of duty, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Carl Fuquay, 21, of Roxbury was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct, and Shalika Fuquay, 23, of Boston was charged with assault and battery on a police officer, interfering with a police officer in performance of duty, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
8:36 a.m. MV accident at 47 Highland Street. Reports of a vehicle into a building and wires down. Fire, ambulance and police enroute. Police report taken.
12:21 p.m. Check motorist at 80 Pleasant Street. Out front of St. Paul’s with 2 alleged drunk males who keep falling down while trying to get on a motorcycle. Joseph Hines, 52, of Hyannis was charged with receiving stolen property, attaching plates to MV and foreign warrant.
12:36 p.m. Suspicious person at Thatcher Street and Taylor Avenue. Darren E. Pelland, 21, homeless was charged with violation of abuse prevention order, default on a warrant and foreign warrant.
2:59 p.m. Disturbance at laundromat at 528 Main Street. Female is screaming at manager and customers. Police arrive and party was asked to leave.
3:10 p.m. MV accident with injuries at 68 Belair Street. 2 cars involved with injuries. Ambulance respond and police report taken.
3:25 p.m. B&E of MV investigation at Hampton Road. Caller reports that someone gained entrance into their motor vehicle and stole golf clubs. Police report taken.
3:48 p.m. Malicious damage investigation at Melrose Avenue. Caller reports someone took a baseball bat and smashed thru back door window. Police report taken.
3:54 p.m. Assault and battery in progress at 77 North Main Street. Fight in progress and male party lying in the street. Ambulance sent for victim. Victim of assault from a black, heavy set male. Victime stated assailant was round and was about 30 to 40 years old. Victim transported to Brockton Hospital ER.
4:42 p.m. Rape investigation at the Quality Inn, 1005 Belmont Street. Caller is staying there and incident took place earlier in the morning. Caller alleges that she was allegedly assaulted by a Brockton resident. William Gonzalez, 31, of Brockton was charged with rape.
6:26 p.m. Prostitution investigation in the vicinity of 770 North Main Street and Emerson Avenue. White female with brown hair and white sweatshirt and blue jeans warned about engaging in criminal behavior.
8:02 p.m. Caller from Newbury Street states boyfriend was attacked on 9/16 by a pitbull in the area. Pitbull is out and around the caller’s car. Court stated dog is supposed to be leashed and muzzled at all times. Call back that pitbull just tried to go after passerby. Police respond and spoke to all parties, will forward to Animal Control.
11:17 p.m. Elm Avenue resident reports that boyfriend allegedly grabbed her around the neck. Carlos Gomes, 31, of Brockton was summonsed for assault and battery.
11:17 p.m. Caller from Yuba Circle reports their roommate is allegedly drunk and causing a disturbance. Linda mM Dutcher, 55, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

6:52 a.m. Pine Grove Drive resident reports that ex-boyfriend was at her apartment and allegedly hit her and grabbed her by the throat. Lee Kindell, 37, of Quincy was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and intimidation of a witness.
9:10 a.m. 1996 silver Honda Accord stolen from Ford Street. Police report taken.
9:19 a.m. Recovered Stolen MV at Crescent Street. 1999 Ford Taurus SE recovered. Interior damaged, door panel missing, dash torn apart and both sides of car crashed.
9:40 a.m. 1995 brown Honda Accord stolen from Denton Street. Police report taken.
11:58 a.m. 911 hang-up. Police investigate and mother trying to teach daughter how to use 911.
2:18 p.m. Stolen 1996 brown Honda SE Accord from Hillberg Avenue recovered.
2:36 p.m. Channing Avenue resident reports that someone stole 2 Sony laptops from his vehicle. Police report taken.
4:47 p.m. Larceny in progress at Dick’s Sporting Goods at Westgate Drive. 2 teen males just ran out of the store. Unknown what they stole. They ran out the store after being confronted and shoved one employee. Matter settled.
5:15 p.m. Robbery investigation at Family Dollar Store at Crescent Street. Black male with a goatee about 25 years old stole product from the store. When confronted he displayed a switchblade-type knife and threatened clerk. Suspect had on blue jeans, black Yankees baseball hat and button up sweatshirt. Police report taken.

9:40 a.m. Larceny of a MV license plate on Colonel Bell Drive. 2 plates stolen.
9:50 a.m. Unwanted guest disturbance at Dunkin Donuts on Centre Street. Homeless male refusing to leave. Party transported to Brockton Hospital ER after drinking Listerine mouthwash. Party not attempting suicide just preferred drink of choice.
9:53 a.m. Larceny of a MV investigation at Bartlett Street. Red 1994 Acura Integra recovered by Avon Police before reported stolen.
