4:10 a.m. Disturbance at a Sheppard Avenue residence. Caller reports mother’s boyfriend is allegedly drunk and is throwing things around and won’t leave. Ildefonso P. Montrond, 39, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery on a police officer, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
6:58 a.m. Wheeler Avenue caller reports sister-in-law and husband are allegedly fighting downstairs. Godwin Ugbesia, 52, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery.
7:52 a.m. Bat Bus Terminal, 10 Commercial St. Caller reports people from the clinic are hanging out on the stairs and would like them moved along and say it is an ongoing problem. Police respond and unfounded.
7:54 a.m. Hit & run in progress at Curve Avenue. Caller states a black pick-up truck just hit their car and took off north on Commercial. Police report taken.
8:59 a.m. Goddard Road residence reports a squirrel locked in their bathroom. Police respond and matter settled.
9:31 a.m. Narcotics investigation at Brockton High School, 470 Forest Ave. A student was in possession of a small amount of marijuana. Police report taken.
9:37 a.m. Larceny of a MV investigation on Boyden Street. A gray 2003 Chevy Tahoe wagon was stolen some time between 10/9/10 and 10/10/10. Police report taken.
11:32 a.m. Larceny of a 4-wheel A.T.V. on Shields Avenue. Police report taken.
1:05 p.m. Walgreens, 1101 Main St., reports a person is allegedly trying to fill a fake prescription and they are in the store now. Drew A. Beck, 22, of Brockton was charged with receiving stolen property under $250, uttering a false prescription and forgery of a document.
1:10 p.m. B&E investigation on Carl Avenue. Resident reports someone used a crowbar to enter the apartment.
2:04 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at Brockton High School. Emmanuel Emont, 21, of Brockton was summonsed for operating MV with a suspended license.
4:18 p.m. Larceny of a cell phone at the Sprint store on Main Street. Police report taken.
6:32 p.m. Reports of gangs of youths in the area of Kennedy Drive. Elson Andrade, 20, of Brockton was charged with foreign warrant.
6:33 p.m. B&E investigation at a West Elm Terrace Apartment. Plymouth County BCI was dispatched for photos and police report taken.
7:11 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at 1340 Main Street and Plain Street. Nelson Ramos Monteiro, 26, of Brockton was summonsed for passing violation and operating MV with license suspended.
8:35 p.m. MV accident with property damage at 198 Centre St. and 99 Plymouth St. Benjamin Rosado, 51, of Brockton was summonsed for OUI liquor, operating unlicensed operation of a MV, reckless operation of a MV, possession of open container of alcohol in MV, marked lanes violation, and failure to wear a seatbelt.
8:36 p.m. Party unconscious on Forest Avenue. Male laying on the ground. Party sent to Brockton Hospital ER.
10:39 p.m. B&E investigation on Hayward Avenue. Caller states someone entered the residence thru an unlocked door and stole a laptop. Police report taken.
11:01 p.m. MV accident with property damage at 500 Summer Street. Israel. Morales, 30, of Brockton was summonsed for negligent operation of motor vehicle, failure to stop-yield and speeding.
