12:37 a.m. Disturbance at the 30 block of Herrod Avenue. Michael Sass, 33, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery. Caller reporting people are allegedly fighting outside.
1:11 a.m. Larceny Investigation of a caller outside of 148 North Montello street who states they tried to give a ride to a drunk older female who was too drunk to walk. Female took ride and asked the Good Samaritan for money also. Female said she needed $5 and Samaritan gave a $20 bill and female refused to give change back.
1:54 a.m. Unwanted guest at 220 North Main St. Elizabeth Reis, 45, of Boston was charged with 2 counts of disturbing the peace and trespassing.
3:17 a.m. Larceny of a motor vehicle at 36 Reservoir St. Black Honda Civic just stolen and headed down Oak Street. Vehicle last seen in area of Emmet Street. Vehicle recovered to the rear of 16 Bunker Ave. Police report taken.
3:41 a.m. Motor vehicle stop at 589 North Main St. and 17 Annis Avenue. Claudio A Araujo, 22, of Brockton was summonsed for operating a MV with a suspended license, receiving a stolen motor vehicle and larceny of a motor vehicle. Also summonsed was Jorge Lique, 21, of Brockton for motor vehicle theft and a receiving stolen motor vehicle.
6:43 a.m. Larceny of MV investigation. Caller reports that a male is using his car without his authority. 91 white Lincoln Town Car had keys left in the ignition and a male is using it now without permission. Police report taken.
7:52 a.m. Report of 1998 blue Honda Civic stolen from Mellen Street. At 8:10 a.m. vehicle is recovered on Herrod Avenue near the end of the street and the engine is still running. Police report taken and BCI notified.
8:45 a.m. Motor Vehicle stop at 45 School St. Nelson Bell, 50, of Boston was charged with failure to stop-yield, operating a MV with a suspended license and foreign warrant.
9:38 a.m. Caller from Clinton Street reports that his girlfriend allegedly assaulted him and has fled in unknown direction. Elzione Alves, 34, unknown address, was summonsed for assault and battery.
9:48 a.m. Larceny of 2 MV plates on Upton Street. Police report taken.
10:24 a.m. B & E investigation on Burdett Road. Caller reports that someone broke into their home last night. Police report taken.
10:48 a.m. Larceny investigation on Clinton Avenue. Caller reports that someone came into his room and stole his lap top computer, cigarettes and $30.00 in change. Police report taken.
11:50 a.m. Hit and run investigation at 215 Main St., near Brockton District Court. James M Murphy Jr., 48, of Brockton was summonsed for leaving the scene of property damage, uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle.
12:55 p.m. Recovered stolen MV on Henry Street. Tan Buick with left side steering column damaged.
1:04 p.m. Caller from Brockton High School reports cell phone was stolen. Police report taken.
2:22 p.m. Caller from Pleasant Street reports that her boyfriend allegedly put her in a headlock and tore earring out of her ear and threw her out of the house and locked all doors. Anthony Smith, 29, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery, resisting arrest and threatening to commit a crime.
2:56 p.m. Report taken in the vicinity of 30-40 Leavitt Street of a Hispanic male, glasses and wearing a doo-rag in a silver Nissan Sentra looking at people and exposing himself, heading toward Grafton. Police are searching area and police report taken.
3:02 p.m. Verne Street caller reports that someone broke into a shed and stole lawnmower. Police report taken.
3:07 p.m. Chester Avenue resident reports that basement door was kicked in and TV, games and other items were stolen. Police report taken.
7:08 p.m. Caller from Flint Road reports that a pitbull attacked him, his girlfriend and his dog on Coral Street. They refused an ambulance.
7:43 p.m. M/V stop on 94 Bouve Ave. and 36 Sunset Ave. Amalio Rivera, 27, of Brockton was summonsed for operating a MV with a suspended license and improper operation of a motor vehicle.
7:53 p.m. On Downey Street and Electric Avenue an unknown party broke into a black Lexus parked in the rear by the gym. Police report taken.
8:12 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at N. Montello Street and Court Street. Afonso C. Vieira, 32, of Brockton was summonsed for failure to stop-yield and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
9:13 p.m. Animal control reports taken for earlier call of pit-bull that attacked 2 people and another dog in the area of Coral Street.
9:23 p.m. Caller from Edward Street reports that 19-yr-old daughter is allegedly out of control and pulled a knife on the caller and making threats. Police charge Gabrielle Simmons-Gomes, 19, of Brockton with assault with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery.
10:00 p.m. Larceny of a bicycle on Lowell Street. Bike stolen from porch. “Mongoose” 20’ BMX purple and black in color, girls model. Police report taken.
11:03 p.m. Suspicious motor vehicle on Belmont Street and 1 Manomet Street. Nilton Depina, 23, of Brockton was summonsed for operating a MV with a suspended license, unregistered MV and number plate violation.
