2:44 a.m. Hit and run investigation at 692 North Main St. and Ames Street. Caller reports that a white truck hit his MV. Jose Pontes, 52, of Holbrook was charged with OUI liquor, leaving the scene of an accident and violation of motor vehicle rules and regulations.
4:16 a.m. A Laureston Street caller reports her ex-boyfriend is outside walking around and has a 209a against him. Jose Lugo Sepulveda, 26, of Brockton was summonsed for violation of an abuse prevention order and malicious damage to a motor vehicle. 8:37 a.m. 684 Main St., apartment 2s a search warrant was executed and two firearms recovered. Case closed by arrest.
9:23 a.m. Disturbance by a family on Menlo Street. Caller reports family member causing trouble and threats. Tarajean Grabert, 20, of Brockton was summonsed for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
1:01 p.m. Suspicious activity at 917 Montello Street. Male party ran across the parking lot with a flat screen TV and he is now changing his clothing. Party then jumped into a green Acura. Ariana Maya Close, 19, of Dorchester was charged with felony breaking and entering of building in the daytime and felony interfering with police officer in performance of a duty.
1:05 p.m. B & E in progress at Warren Avenue and Green Street. Two males have allegedly just broke into the vacant white house. Kerri Marie Coughlin, 25, of Brockton and Cindy Coughlin, 52, of Brockton were both charged with misdemeanor breaking and entering.
1:45 p.m. Miguel Burgos, 40, of Brockton was charged with assault after a caller near 22 Skinner Street heard people yelling.
1:50 p.m. 90 Spring Street and 28 North Warren Avenue a party is laid out on the corner next to his shopping cart. Ambulance sent.
3:43 p.m. B & E investigation near 1150 Main St for an apartment broken into. Police report taken.
5:33 p.m. Arlington Street residence reports a family disturbance. John McMorrow, 53, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery.
7:41 p.m. Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon investigation at Brockton Hospital after a report of a 30-yr-old confused female with a stab wound to the leg. He said it happened at a bar. Police report taken.
7:56 p.m. Gunshots Call- Shotspotter, near 79 Spring St.. Police respond and no one heard anything.
7:59 p.m. Assault and battery investigation at Cambo Street. Relatives fighting. Unknown person taken into custody.
10:55 p.m. Gunshots Call-22 Bunker Avenue- nothing located but at 11:11 pm at Brockton Hospital a party who resides at 20 Bunker Ave. showed up at the ER with a gunshot wound to the leg.
11.18:p.m. Robbery at 20 Cushing Ave. Caller is the Main Dragon delivery guy who reported two black males with hoodies and jeans, one with leather jacket and one with blue scarf on his head, came up to the car and put a gun to his head and told them to give him the money and the delivery driver sped off. Police report taken.
11:32 p.m. Mulberry and North Main Street area, cell phone call for a party unconscious. Party located near Lebanese church and transported to hospital.
