12:17 a.m. Caller from Market Street apartment reports her cousin named Sheena is drunk and refusing to leave. Police respond and party left prior to arrival.
1:01 a.m. Motor vehicle stop at 1069 Main Street and Perkins Avenue and citation-warning issued.
1:11 a.m. Motor vehicle stop at 200 Warren Avenue and citation-warning issued.
2:28 a.m. Disturbance at Super 8, 385 Westgate Dr. Ex-boyfriend allegedly sliced tires of ex-girlfriend’s car. Darryl Mitchell, 23, of Randolph was summonsed for assault and battery, intimidation of a witness and malicious and wanton destruction of property over $250.
3:04 a.m. Transfer to Fire. Caller reports they fell on the ground and can’t stop urinating. Ambulance responded.
3:17 a.m. Richmond Street caller reports her husband allegedly is trying to kill her while she was sleeping. She is locked in her room. Ambulance and police respond. Kelly J. Bernadin, 49, of Brockton was summonsed for assault and threatening to commit a crime.
4:16 a.m. Malicious damage to motor vehicle on 135 North Main St. Michael Thompson, 48 of Brockton was charged with felony B&E vehicle-boat during the night time, larceny over $250 and destruction of property over $250. Callers report a male is allegedly smashing the windows in a white van and is now dragging something out of it and is going south on North Main Street.
4:33 a.m. Report of fire at Taco Bell on Belmont Street. Police respond and building being power-washed with machine, just steam, no smoke.
8:00 a.m. Brockton High School, 470 Forest Ave. Teacher had cell phone stolen. Police report taken.
8:54 a.m. Perkins Market,185 Perkins Ave., and 101 South Leyden St. Property owner reports his building once again has been broken into in an attempt to gain access to Perkins Market. Caller reports that the suspect(s) entered from the south facing door adjacent to the yard or from the north side. Reports lots of syringes left behind the building. Police respond and will patrol area during the hours of darkness with extra patrols.
 
 
9:12 a.m. Adult Learning Center, 211 Crescent St. caller reports they had cell phone and money stolen. Police report taken.
9:23 a.m. 125 Grove Street is a vacant house and neighbors have complained of people going in and out of the house. Evidence of recent activity inside. Police will patrol building and keep eye out on it.
9:25 a.m. MVA at 99 Legion PKWY and Warren Avenue. Amanda Jane Cohan, 24, of Brockton was summonsed for operation of a MV unlicensed.
9:44 a.m. Code Enforcement in the area of Fletcher Street. Walk east into the woods from 14 and you will find furniture from a house on Ames Street. Board of Health responded also. Owner of house was given 7 days to clean up the mess and has been allegedly tossing to the rear of a shed he has. The apartment moved out is spilling onto Fletcher Street woods. Also no dumpster for a six-family house. Owner told by Board of Health that he has to get one ASAP.
9:45 a.m. Parking violation 75 Commercial St. Meter violation and citation-warning issued.
10:52 a.m. Larceny investigation at 15 Christy’s Drive. Caller reports someone stole her wallet.
11:29 a.m. Disturbance at Glenwood Street and 144 Spring St. Samantha Bates,22, of Mobile, Alabama and Melissa Alcelia Teixeira, 27, of Brockton were both summonsed for assault and battery.
11:31 a.m. Code Enforcement at 23 Dailey Road. Pool drained earlier at this abandoned house and two unregistered trucks towed from the front lawn in violation of city ordinance.
12:03 p.m. Larceny of a bicycle at a Northfield Street residence. Police report taken.
12:04 p.m. Larceny investigation on Winter Street. Laptop and charger taken. Police report taken.
12:45 p.m. Recovered stolen MV on Otis Street. 1995 Honda Se Accord LX found with ignition damaged and some interior panels pulled off.
12:47 p.m. Gunshots call at 271 Centre St. Caller reports hearing 4-5 shots and states multiple residents outside and heard it. Police report taken.
12:55 p.m. Larceny investigation at the Brockton Mini Mart,139 Pleasant St. Report of a female and male stole some potato chips from the store. Owner states it’s the same individuals all the time. Police report taken.
12:56 p.m. Malicious damage to property. Caller states her child’s father allegedly served her court papers and kicked in the screen door. Jonathan Ortiz, 20, of East Boston was summonsed for malicious destruction of property.
1:02 p.m. Grove Street residence reports they are receiving alerts on their phone that their residence has been broken into. Police report taken.
1:14 p.m. Assault and battery investigation at Dorn Davies Senior Center, 1380 Main St. Caller reports a resident of B Building allegedly punched her in the face and pushed her. Eleanor Parker, 66, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery.
2:21 p.m. Two car MV accident with injuries at 84 Forest Ave. Police and ambulance respond. Police report taken.
2:55 p.m. Suspicious person on Harvard Street. Henry Tyson Silva, 34, of Brockton was charged with foreign warrant.
3:01 p.m. Larceny of MV investigation on Oak Street. Caller reports their car was stolen from D.W. Field Park on 10/20/10 about 7 p.m. Police report taken.
3:16 p.m. Larceny investigation at a Belair Street residence. Caller reports $8,000 diamond ring taken from home a month ago. Police report taken.
3:18 p.m. B&E investigaiton at Clifton Avenue. Bank owns the house and someone cut the padlock off and took the generator.
4:57 p.m. Male went into Saab Food Market, 1260 Main St. and asked for a pack of $8 Marlboro “Reds.” The clerk placed them on the counter and the suspect grabbed them and ran out the store and into his get away vehicle which was parked at Charlie Chan’s.
Vehicle is registered out of Marshfield and suspect described as a white male, 5’10, skinny build, shaved head, mid 20s and wearing a black leather jacket.
6:36 p.m. Belmont Avenue caller states her mother is sitting with scissors and a knife and hasn’t threatened to hurt herself, but is not acting right. Police respond and find the woman just came from the hospital and the adult diapers they gave her (in plain view and unfortunate for this nice lady)were too big and what she was doing with the scissors were cutting them to fit her.
7:23 p.m. Disturbance at Clifford Avenue residence. Reports of a man and woman allegedly arguing or fighting. Richard Moniz, 50, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery.
7:28 p.m. B&E investigation at Oneida Avenue. House broken into. Police report taken.
8:52 p.m. MV accident at 136 Laureston St. and 44 Nilson St. Police report taken.
8:01 p.m. MV accident at 362 Warren Ave. Van crashed into a building. Police report taken. Fire department called this one in going to the MV accident on Laureston Street.
8:24 p.m. Haverhill Street disturbance. Caller reports baby’s father allegedly put his hands on her, pushed her and scratched the baby’s mother. Andrew Nelson, 25, of Brockton was summonsed for assault and battery.
8:28 p.m. 911 hang-up on Hazel Street. Called back 2 times and keep getting the answering machine. Accidental by child.
8:41 p.m. MV accident at 15 Cary St. Two cars involved, reports of one party unconscious in one of the vehicles. Nuno P. Fonseca, 33, of Brockton was summonsed for operation of motor vehicle with negligence and operating a MV unlicensed.
8:59 p.m. 911 hang-up on Owens Avenue. Small baby playing with telephone.
9:00 p.m. Larceny of a MV investigation at West Park Street. Black 1997 Mercury Mountaineer. Police report taken.
11:27 p.m. MV accident at 364 West Chestnut St. and 208 Southworth St. Two Cars with possible injury. Ambulance and police en-route.
11:40 p.m. Overdose on Court Street. Person took a handful of unknown medication.
