1:55 a.m. Assault and battery in Progress at 11 Crescent St. Reports of fight out front and someone was hit by a car. Parties were allegedly kicked out of Joe Angelo’s, got in a gray Mercury Sable and while speeding away struck a pedestrian. The vehicle continued north on North Main Street. Joseph Michael Couto, 25, of New Bedford was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and leaving the scene of personal injury.
2:03 a.m. BCI dispatched for pictures for incident pertaining to Joe Angelo’s accident/Hit and run/ assault and battery.
2:25 a.m. Unwanted guest disturbance at Kensington Place Apartments. Reports of a woman out front who is trying to break windows. Anna Diaz, 39, of Brockton was summonsed for trespassing.
2:47 a.m. Motor vehicle stop at 36 Enterprise St. Johan R. Baez, 24, of Brockton was charged with failure to stop for police, unlicensed operation of a MV and open container of alcohol in MV.
10:01 a.m. Malicious damage to motor vehicle at Crescent Street. Damage to cars. Police report taken.
10:20 a.m. Larceny investigation at Heavenly Bodies,748 Crescent St. Money stolen from the cash register. Police report taken.
11:02 a.m. MV accident near Charity Guild, 501 Main St. Lee Sandra Gonzalez, 26, of Brockton was summons for operating a MV with a suspended license.
12:35 p.m. MV accident at McDonald’s on North Pearl Street. Motorcycle and a car. Ambulance and police respond.
12:38 p.m. Domestic violence call at a Huntington Place residence. Male is pushing family members around and trashing place. Michael James, 18, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery and threatening to commit a crime.
1:08 p.m. Malicious damage to motor vehicle at Hill Street. MV has been keyed. Police report taken.
1:15 p.m. Welfare check on North Main Street. Police have male and female in bathroom and when they came out there was a considerable amount of blood. Michael James Legault, 34, of Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, threatening to commit a crime, possession of a class E drug, intimidation of a witness and larceny of a drug.
1:17 p.m. B&E investigation on Winter Street. Two Yahama trail bikes stolen. Police report taken.
1:22 p.m. Larceny of a MV investigation. Larceny of a vehicle before it was reported stolen, but when found vehicle was burned. Police report taken.
2:56 p.m. Parking violation on Winthrop Street. Parking citation issued for parking in restricted area and on sidewalk.
3:31 p.m. Disturbance on Oak Street. Three homeless people in the gazebo drinking. Caller states the people are sleeping and using the gas grill and the portable toilets after the park closes. Police respond and alcohol gone prior to arrival and grill has no propane. Parties were burning sticks. Warnings given.
3:47 p.m. 1092 Montello St. and 31 Perkins Ave. State police have a lo-jack hit and will recover the 1994 Jeep Cherokee at the above location.
4:09 p.m. Malicious damage to motor vehicle on Ames Street. Police report taken.
6:34 p.m. Assault and battery at Tribou Street. Sadira Thompson, 42, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery.
6:48 p.m. 124 Forest Ave. SHOTSPOTTER ONE SHOT- police checked the whole area and investigated and spoke with neighbors, but nothing found.
7:06 p.m. Assault and battery in progress at Brockton Mini Mart, 139 Pleasant St. Reports of a male kicking a female in the face. Joshua Rice, 22, of Brockton was summonsed for assault and battery, two counts of assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
7:19 p.m. Malicious damage to motor vehicle at above location.
7:42 p.m. Disturbance at Pleasant Street and Hereford Street…………Juvenile arrest of a 16-year-old for disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct.
10:19 p.m. 16-year-old caller is in Nemo’s Carry-All Market, 572 North Main St. and is a runaway from Arlington and needs help. Police respond and take child in need of services.
10:54 p.m. MV accident at Centre Street and Main Street. Juvenile arrest of a 16-year-old for operating a motor vehicle without a license.
 
11:34 p.m. Belmont Street caller reports that an ongoing argument with her 20-year-old daughter and wants her removed.
