1:59 p.m. Assault and battery investigation at 99 Elliot St. Caller reports that she and her boyfriend were sitting in car when an unknown group of people started to surround them and smash the windows and boyfriend was cut by the glass. They did not know these people. Police report taken.
3:31 a.m. River Street residence reports house window was broken. Police report taken.
4:50 a.m. Idel Deandrade, 33, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery after allegedly hitting his girlfriend on the head.
10:04 a.m. Unwanted guest disturbance at the Home Depot on Crescent Street. Michael Thompson,48, of Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace, and two counts of destruction of property under $250.
10:46 a.m. Clarence Street resident reports a person is allegedly assaulting her boyfriend. Beverlyn Irvine, 62, of Brockton is charged with assault and battery, assault with a dangerous weapon, threat to commit a crime.
12:35 p.m. Larceny in progress at the CVS at North Pearl Street. Report of white male with goatee in his 30s just stole over $100 in merchandise and fled across foot toward Dunkin Donuts. Police report taken.
1:47 p.m. Larceny in progress at Family Dollar on Crescent Street. David K Jones, 46, of Brockton was charged with unarmed robbery and common & notorious thievery.
3:53 p.m. Breaking and entering investigation on Westland Street. Caller reports someone stole chain and $3500 in cash.
5:55 p.m. Assault and battery in progress at 389 Pine Grove Dr. Three black males fighting out front and two of them were holding down a third male and going thru his pockets. Wesner J Beauvoir, 44, of Brockton was charged with misdemeanor breaking and entering, assault and battery, assault, two counts of assault and battery on a police officer, resisting arrest, trespassing, disturbing the peace and intimidation of a witness.
8:44 p.m. Shaw’s Supermarket, 641 Belmont St. Report of a person shoplifting a book. Pamela Jane Jackson, 46, of Brockton was summonsed for shoplifting by concealing merchandise.
10:22 p.m. Unknown emergency of male party on the first floor allegedly going crazy and destroying the apartment. Police respond to West Elm Terrace and summonsed Melvin Beltran, 38, of Brockton for assault, destruction of property +$250, disturbing the peace and intimidation of a witness.
