12:09 a.m. Domestic violence call on Belmont Street. Terrace McKoy, 45, of Brockton was charged with two counts of assault and battery.
2:39 a.m. Assault and battery in progress at 409 Centre Street. Reports of about 10 people in the middle of the street fighting. Second call states four guys jumped into a silver BMW headed toward the police station and one of them pulled what looked like a gun. Stephanie Matiyosus, 35, of Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.
8:52 a.m. Elizabeth Tavares, 23, of Brockton was summonsed for assault and battery.
12:48 p.m. Alarm by telephone at 646-648 Summer Street. Daneita Howard, 23, of Brockton, Angel Courtney Jones, 22, of Brockton and Huguerobert Marsan, 28, of Dorchester were each charged with felony breaking and entering in the daytime.
2:52 p.m. Assault and battery in progress at the Train Platform, 7 Commercial Street. Jeremy Steele, 37, of Brockton was summonsed for disorderly conduct on a public conveyance and disturbing the peace.
4:06 p.m. Open and gross, lewdness at the McDonald’s on Crescent Street. Male party exposing himself and throwing trash around. Taken to Brockton Hospital ER for evaluation.
4:59 p.m. Assault and battery in progress at DR. Transmission on Warren Avenue. Orlando M Araujo, 52, of Brockton was summonsed for assault and battery.



5:52 p.m. Assault and battery with a knife at the BB Russell School, 45 Oakdale St. Call came in-- someone got stabbed. Police, fire and ambulance respond. Multiple calls coming in for one male stabbed another at the school. Emanuel A Dasilva, 36, of Brockton was charged with attempted murder.
6:05 p.m. Belinda Emile, 26, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery.
7:34 p.m. Gray 2003 Pontiac Grand Am just stolen at the Walmart at Oak Street. Person does not have permission to operate the vehicle who possibly might have taken it.
7:52 p.m. Caller from Forest Avenue reports that son wants to fight him and both parties are out front yelling. Harrison Jones, 60, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery.
8:08 p.m. Breaking and entering investigation on 34 Petronelli Way. Police report taken and window and door boarded up.
11:15 p.m. Disturbance at GiGi’s, 189 Crescent St. James Hilliard, 23, of Randolph was charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace and trespassing.
11:30 p.m. Assault with a dangerous weapon on Glenwood Street. Suspect brandished a gun and report taken.
