12:35 a.m. Caller from Harvard Street reports husband allegedly punched her. Mateus G Andrade, 54, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery.
12:55 a.m. Morabeza Restaurant & Pub, 581 Main St. Carlitos Fernandes, 31, of Dorchester was charged with trespassing.
2:00 a.m. Morabeza Restaurant & Pub, 581 Main St. Adelmar Docantocenteio, 26, of Dorchester was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
2:01 a.m. MV accident with injuries at D.W. Field Golf Course, 331 Oak St. Two cars with entrapment. Vehicle briefly caught fire after hitting tree. Male party pinned inside and Jaws of Life used to remove party. Driver sustained serious injuries and was air lifted to Boston.
2:05 a.m. Disturbance, 635 Summer St. Wild party and ongoing problem at this location--Summer and Coral Street. Police respond and matter settled. Will contact code enforcement.
2:28 a.m. Male party stated he was stabbed in neck by unknown assailant at a Torrey Street residence. Victim went to VA hospital and they called an ambulance and possibly sent him to Good Samaritan Hospital. Police report taken.
8:41 a.m. Assault in progress at a Huntington Street apartment. Reports of two males fighting in the 3rd floor hallway. One sent to hospital for too much alcohol. All parties complied and matter settled.
9:16 a.m. North Basset Road resident reported an alleged assault by husband. Vinny X Nguyen, 26, of Dedham was charged with assault and battery.
10:06 a.m. CVS, 1933 Main St. reports a male party walking around the lot harassing people for money. Police respond and spoke with male and matter settled.
11:36 a.m. Prostitution call at 789 North Main St. and 61 Livingston Road. Reports of females in the street in a silver Mercury that is parked in the rear of the laundromat. Police respond and move parties along.
5:06 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at 131 Sawtell Ave. and 38 Atlanta St. Dennis Boucher, 30, of Brockton was summonsed for speeding, operating MV with license suspended, unregistered motor vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle and attaching plates to a MV.
5:14 p.m. Suspicious person in the vicinity of East Main Street. Carlos Resende, 25, of Brockton was charged with possession to distribute class B drug and drug violation near school-park.
6:22 p.m. Welfare check for white male passed out face down on the curb with pants half way down on North Montello Street and Lebanon Street. Police and ambulance respond and send party to Brockton Hospital ER.
6:32 p.m. Hit and run investigation at 424 Hillberg Ave and 816 Ash Street. Derrick Joseph Goldsmith, 25, of Brockton was charged with OUI liquor, leaving the scene of personal injury, motor vehicle rules & regulations and negligent operation of motor vehicles.
8:12 p.m. Roman Bielawski, 58, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery and intimidation of a witness.
8:41 p.m. Violation of 209a investigation. Caller states husband allegedly called her on the phone and is in Rhode Island and will be there soon. Summonsed for violation of abuse prevention order was Mucio Macias, 47, of Jacksonville, Florida.
9:02 p.m. Marcelino Montrond, 39, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on a person over the age of 60. Caller from North Main Street states a man named Gigi is outside and allegedly wants to fight him. Caller reports Gigi has a knife.
