1:11 a.m. Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon-a knife at Cardoso Café,146 Montello St. Caller reports there is a fight out front and one party allegedly has a knife. Joao Carvalho, 27, of Brockton was summonsed for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
1:29 a.m. French Avenue caller reports about half an hour ago they heard a bang and when they went downstairs two males were in the house and one was trying to take the TV. Caller yelled and they took off. Caller states they broke the door. Unknown if they took anything at this time. Police report taken.
2:01 a.m. Antonio Rezende Barros, 32, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery.
7:05 a.m. Caller reports being near the vicinity of Fuller Street and was bit on the upper lip by a pitbull. Victim transported to Brockton Hospital ER for treatment. Animal control and BCI notified for photos of victim.
11:16 a.m. Robbery-Community Bank, 1090 Main St.- Reports by caller that the bank is being robbed. Teller hold up alarm is sounding. Black male, 6 feet tall, f;ed on foot going towards East Chestnut Street on to Montello Street. He is wearing a black sweat shirt, beige cap and navy blue wind pants.
1:09 p.m. Malicious damage to motor vehicle on Chatham West Drive. Police report taken.
1:14 p.m. MV accident at 27 Forest Ave. and Main St. Alberto Lata, 44, of Brockton was charged with OUI liquor and unlicensed operation of a MV.
2:33 p.m. B&E investigation at a Tremont Street residence. Caller reports someone broke a window and took things form the house. Caller just got home. Police report taken.
3:27 p.m. Thatcher Street residence reports lawn mower stolen. BCI called for prints and police report taken.
4:22 p.m. Hill Street resident called to report she has a restraining order against party that is allegedly at her door banging. Summonsed for violation of abuse prevention order was Jennifer Scott, 26, of Lynn.
7:40 p.m. Parking violation at 23 Hancock St. and 703 Main St. White 1998 Nissan Maxima blocking fire hydrant. Citation issued.
7:56 p.m. Disturbance at AC Moore, 544 Westgate Dr. Male party in store approaching everyone for money. Police respond and matter settled.
8:04 p.m. Colonel Bell Drive resident reports she was allegedly thrown to the ground outside and that her 19-yr-old forced himself into the house. Kenard King-Bryant, 19, of Brockton was summonsed for assault and battery.
8:52 p.m. Disturbance at 120 Pleasant Street and 2 Warren Avenue. Two cars are in the street and one is not letting the other car by and some kind of confrontation in the middle of the intersection. Anthony Clachar, 25, of Raynham was charged with assault and battery, destruction of property under $250, reckless operation of MV and disturbing the peace.
10:00 p.m. Clara Road resident called reporting her daughter allegedly slapped her after she questioned her about burning paper in the house. Daughter took off while caller was calling 911. Jenny Janvier, 36, of Brockton was summonsed for assault and battery.
10:22 p.m. Disturbance by a drunk at the Hess Gas, 261 North Main St. Drunk male in the parking lot harassing customers. Police respond and matter settled.
10:32 p.m. Caller from Raintree Lane reports there is a possum on his porch and that when they attempt to go into the house the possum looks like its going to attack. Caller states his wife is pregnant and also outside and can’t stay out in the cold. Police respond and give possum a trespassing warning.
10:38 p.m. Suspicious activity on Crescent Street around the 330 block. Djuna A Goncalves, 24, of Brockton was charged with unlawful carry of firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition, possession to distribute Class B substance and drug violation near a school or park.
